Air conditioning in our area worked well, disliked the room conditions: smelled like mold, shower tile slippery, wall paint was cracking and falling off. Pre-checkin was at 12pm, & when we actually went to check in at 3pm our room numbers totally changed were given rooms they did not ensure enough space for all of our family members. We booked 3 seperate rooms, we requested help for an elderly adult that needed assistance becoming of stairs and they had no easy access. Gave us rooms too high up that did not accommodate. Food was okay, very limited, alot of repetitive foods from all day. Dry noodles for kids, & quesadillas.

This is THE WORST hotel resort I’ve EVER been to. Mold everywhere in the room, in the pool, in the bathrooms. Cockroaches around the pool area and eating area; live ones too. The line to eat is always long. The roof of the hotel rooms are literally falling off. DO NOT stay here. You won’t get your money back either. Service is the worst there as well, our room in general was NOT AT ALL like the pictures on Expedia. Save your money, don’t go here.

When I booked to stay here I thought it was a nice place because of the pictures. But when we got here rooms were dirty, No Ac, mattress full of mold. Call them several times to fix the AC never came out until the last day never came out to clean our room. We stayed 4 days not satisfied with the Customer Service and mind you food is trash. Only 1 bar for the whole hotel and 1 bartender poor guy serving all these people like have some consideration for them. Overall I don’t think I’ll ever come back. Place is outdated need to upgrade if you want people to become members! My question is where does all the money go if you say you have a lot of people that are members???? Only giving you 1 Star

Pictures on web site do match with the hotel.
Check in was very slow.
Key, tv remote and a/c was broken and put together with tape.
Bathroom windows were broken in the shower area. Humidity kept going in the room so a/c hard to keep up Literally had to hang toilet paper on the window so, the rooms next to would not be able to see in as we shower.
There were lizards insides our room.
The out side of oit room had some type of bug build up on the wall it was huge.
The hotel in general needs a lot of up keep.
Buffet was very poor. Not many variety of food. Drinks poorly made in bar areas.
Any question I asked for information I would be directed to the lobby whic was very very far from room and down hill.
And every time i made it to the lobby theyy would tell me they didn't knkw and direct me somewhere else and sometimes it would be very very far up hill.
Definitely this is not a hotel I would come back to. It needs a lot of work when it comes to the building it self and it doesn't seem like they are doing anything to improve it. I did take pictures of everything if needed.

Terrible las habitaciones con un colchón súper sucio y aguado sin luz porque estaba en reparación el control del aire acondicionado no funcionaba te lo ponían a una solos temperatura y ya no le podías mover la ventilas del mismo no funcionaban y hablé para que lo arreglaran y lo arreglaron con un pedazo de cartón

I’m not too picky when it comes to most hotels but you get 1 bottle of water for 2 people for 2 days total, tons of mosquitoes, dirty sheets first day we arrived, toilet made crazy sounds every time you flush, food recycled daily. But lots of free alcohol was good!

Easy to describe; stay in motel 6 you will have a better experience. All the pictures on the hotel post are from 15 years ago. Nothing is as described, everything is dirty, mold and food is very bad. Also room was given to us until 7pm , when we access to the room another people was using it. We spend 40 extra minutes fighting on reception.

Liked that the sheets were clean and AC worked. Disliked the crowds and loud music played by the hotel and the guests brought their own speakers everywhere! There’s really only 1 main pool and 1 restaurant that everyone congregated around all day. They had beach chairs on the beach but also way too close. No peace at all.

Do not stay here they over book we drove 10 hours to arrive and they said our room was taken we could stay in a room with 2 single beds or 1 king bed and maybe the next day we could change rooms. We are a family of 5 with 2 teens. There was 4 other families with the same problem. Had to look for other hotel we had paid in full still have not received refund from hotel.com

Tips if you want to stay here..
Huge property, insane and impossible to access without a hike of your life.
Rooms are old with spiders and kind of gross.
Line for food and beer is 26 people plus due to one bar!!! One!
Food decent if you can make the walk and the line....
Beach across the street and super packed...BAR up 2 flights of stairs...No!
I left after the first night and went to Hadas.Fell in love there

Al recibir la habitación no cerraba la llave del lavabo y el inodoro no servía la palanca de desagüe, lo reporte. El mismo día repararon el lavabo y el día siguiente el inodoro.
Nos tocó micha gente y las filas de las bebidas eran largas y un solo barman .
La ubivaciin de la habitación era buena. No respetan los lugares de estacionamiento.

La habitación deja mucho que desear esta terrible y el aire acondicionado no sirve no hay servicio de wifi la habitación está terrible es un calor insoportable y sin el aire acondicionado en buenas condiciones no se puede dormir hay hormigas muy pequeñas que estando en la cama recostados se te suben y en el baño en el papel de baño había cucarachas chicas.
El servicio de comedor, snacks muy bien el servicio del personal en comedor excelente,
Solo el servicio de bebidas está saturado y haces enormes días y no son bebidas agradables de sabor, la alberca de niños donde está el barco le falta creo que mantenimiento por que yo cuidando a mi bebé me encaje en el pie un trozo de metal mojoso y tuve que sacarme el trozo de mi pie y fui a que me revisaran y solo me picaron el pie con la tapa de una pluma…

La atención del personal es excelente desde la llegada, y dentro de sus servicios el trato es excelente. En cuanto a las habitaciones creo que se deben remodelar, pues ya se ve el paso de los años. Los baños tienen algunas deficiencias, así como la recepcion en las pantallas de televisión. En cuanto a las instalaciones externas (albercas, camastros y restaurantes son bastantes buenos). En cuanto a la calidad de los alimentos es excelente. El acceso a la playa es fácil y la playa se disfruta mucho

Nos gustó mucho la estancia, la alberca principal estaba calientita el agua muy agusto las otras dos albercas para niños el agua estaba tibia, tienen snack de hot dog, hamburguesas, palomitas, duritos arroz y algún guiso, cuentan con bares dentro del hotel así como en la playa ya que para llegar a la playa debes cruzar una avenida pero ahí hay alguien que te cruza. Los horarios de bar son muy extensos hasta la 1 de la mañana. Solamente que la habitación son muy sencillas, el internet es muy bajo, solo hubo una habitación disponible con una cama king para 3 personas.

Primer falla, nos dieron una habitación que no servía el aire, lo reporte y los de mantenimiento nos dijeron que reportáramos al día siguiente en la mañana porque era noche y no podían subir a la asotea.
Segundo las filas en restaurante y bar, terrible, solo tienen a una persona por lugar no importa cuánta gente haya en el hotel (estaba lleno)
Tercero, y creo la peor, me dio salmonelosis con la comida, no comí nada más que del hotel y me tuve que regresar un día antes de lo planeado porque tenía fiebre, vómito y diarrea, me atendí de inmediato, porque mi médico tienen, ni siquiera un botiquín, el peor viaje de mi vida. Gracias a este hotel terrible, nunca volveré

Error mio no haber visto las opiniones antes de reservar.
Si tienen la oportunidad de visitar este lugar recomiendo saltarsela, hotel viejo, cerraduras con chanfle, 3 min para abrir la chapa, a/c ruidosos, extractor de baño ruidoso, tanque del wc parece que se está desinflando un globo, closet cayéndose, cajas de seguridad sin chapa, ruidos de los trabajadores desde temprano, cuando se supone que vas a descansar. Efectivamente hay cucarachas en los snacks, las albercas muy sucias, gatos por todo el restaurante pidiendo comida, olores a orines de gato por todas partes. Cruzar carretera para ir a la playa donde no se puede entrar al mar y las sillas de playa no son suficientes para la cantidad de personas que reciben en el hotel. La comida súper condimentada. 0 estrellas, jamás volveré.
