Hotel is literally falling apart.
The hotel is falling apart. One of our rooms had a broken window and flooded during the night due to rain. We had no hot water, no room service, no wifi, no tv in the room, and these are all things it was auppised to have. The upkeep of the hotel was shockingly bad. Its literaly falling apart. The staff was good, the beach access was good. The restaurant was closed. Wont let me upload photos herw but ill post the same review on google with photos if i can.

Upon check in, I was told I didn’t have reservations through Expedia, even though I did. Then I was told to come back at 1pm & I would have a room. The room was still not ready. Hotels.com booked this hotel for us, it was supposed to be an all inclusive, but the only thing it had was a restaurant. When we called hotels.com we got the run around and then hung up on by a supervisor! Since we were in Mexico we had no way of contacting hotels.com except through the front desk since the hotel didn't have wifi, and then to have hotels.com not care and hang up on us was outrageous. I would not recommend either the hotel, or hotels.com since they don't care about there customers!Hotels.com should be ashamed to recommend a hotel like that!

this is an older hotel ,there might have been 10 other people staying there so the all inclusive food was a choise of two things,what I had was good and there was lots of things to drink.Air conditioning in both bedrooms worked well.I think I over paid,but if you had to put a lot people in here you could.I was only there one night.

Two weeks of quiet time
In the two weeks we were there the hotels staff was very good to us. We were the only Canadians there at the time and the only ones during the week at times. We had good bus connections from the hotel but there was no place close to walk to or eat. The buffet was not opend most of the time and we had to choose from the menu and variety was not much if you didn't know spanish. It is an ideal place for someone who just wants to relax and not go anywhere. The office supplied bottle water but you had to ask for it. No washcloths, so bring your own. I would stay there again if there were no other places to stay.

THE JACUZZI WAS NOT WORKING, AND THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE. WE TALKED TO ONE OF THE MAINTENANCE MEN, AND HE SAID HE HAD BEEN THERE 3 MONTHS AND IT HADN'T BEEN WORKING SINCE HE HAD BEEN THERE. THE FIRST ROOM WE HAD WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL. LUCKILY THE A/C IN THE MASTER BEDROOM DID NOT WORK, SO THEY PUT US IN A BETTER ROOM. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS IT WAS ON THE 3RD FLOOR.

Hotel viejo, horrible, deprimente, parece un espacio para vagabundos. El frente del hotel, que da hacia la alberca esta cayéndose a pedazos la pintura, otras partes están a medias, sin pintura, muy feo. Los cuartos aunque son grandes y estaban limpios, tenían muchos detalles como las paredes con humedad y partes donde estaba la pintura levantándose. Nos tocó una habitación en el 3er piso y un piso anterior daba miedo, las puertas clausurada con madera, como hotel abandonado del terror. PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA, ofrecen todo incluido, con desayuno, comida y cena BUFFET, pero como obviamente no tienen huéspedes y éramos menos de 10 personas en todo el hotel, no hacían más que una opción de comida, que por cierto esta a insípida y mala, así que si la única opción que ellos ponen, no es de tu agrado te quedaste sin comer. Por ejemplo hacen comidas como hígado encebollado, y de cena pollo empanizado y quesadillas. El snack y el bar abrieron casi una hora después del horario que ellos mismos nos mencionaron y venia en la papelería que te dan en recepción, igual a la hora de cerrar, el chico del lunes cerro casi 1 hora antes. La alberca todo el tiempo sucia, la verdad, una pésima experiencia. Lo único que aplaudo y reconozco es el esfuerzo del personal, quien en todo momento estuvo en disposición de resolver. Muy mala experiencia.

El hotel esta bueno pero tiene demasiadas faltas de mantenimiento y cuidado, desde las puertas percudidas, marcos en mal estado, mucha falta de mantenimiento y eso hace que se vea sucio, aunque para esas alturas es lo menos notable, pero no se te ocurra ver debajo de las camas por favor.
