Dangerous hotel practices

Everything was good until the evening, the hotel, shut off, all the hallway, lights and stairway lights, my mom is walking down the stairs and she couldn’t see the steps properly and missed and caused her to fall and break her hip and shoulder. The hotel staff didn’t really care to help, we had to call the ambulance and when the help arrived, the hotel staff didn’t really care to help.

I stay in Fiesta Americana Hotel for 1 night as I was on a business trip. My stay was ungrateful as hotel was away Covid guidelines were not place during stay. In addition, hotel rooms were not clean and restrooms not equipped with towels, or rookies paper. Overly, stay was unpleasant, but necessary since it was a business trip.

The property itself is very outdated. I paid for an all inclusive fair and even the water was charged additional. The property advertised is far from the real deal. For the price they charged you can easily book at a resort near the same area with phenomenal amenities, location and rooms. The service was either slow or non existent. Not even coffee was available at an all inclusive resort. Definitely regret paying over $200 usd for the night.

Our first bad impression was at check-in, not friendly and did not explain anything, where the room was located, or where anything was. Second bad experience was the room, broken toilet sit cover, towel holder, no toilet paper holder and overall room very old and not clean. We requested to be moved to another room but same thing, attached pictures are from the room they moved us to. Over all service not good, bad food, weather was very hot and humid and no fans in the buffet area, if you got there a little late they were out of somethings. Almost forgot no locks in side the room (besides the lock to open door, very old doors and locks) I would not recommend this hotel

When i arrived they gave me the key to the wrong room, then I later learned that the hot water in my room didn’t work. Later, the staff gave at the front desk gave me attitude because they couldn’t find the paperwork for one of the rooms I had checked out of earlier that day (I had two rooms in my reservation). I don’t know how they’re lack of organization is my fault. The remotes to the rooms are not assigned to one specific room, so they can’t tell if the remotes for your room were turned in.

No working AC, uninterested front desk manager

AC was not working, tv was not working and this was at 9 pm so maintenance was gone for the day. AC got working few hourS later staff was apologetic. At checkout manager called Manuel did not care to hear about AC issue or TV not functional... not sure if he’s new at management but I do suggest he take. CUSTOMER SERVICE class.

It’s was a okay experience. I didn’t really enjoy the loud music that they played during the day. The patio door of our room was terrible! It made a rusty noise when trying to open! It was terrible. Other than that it was an okay experience, it’s got a family get away not for couples.

This hotel was okay for the price we paid. Very noisy, they dont have enough pool and bath towels for all guest which is just ridiculous, housekeeper left our door unlocked after servicing our room. Positive things about this hotel were that beds were very comfortable, ocean view and balcony was very nice, beach was beautiful. Do not miss going to La Boquita beach, 25 min. taxi ride 120.00 pesos each direction, was so worth it, amazing beach, calm waters, no waves, very safe swimming for everyone!

This hotel is the worst, and they charge for a simple bracelet. The staff is rude , and not friendly at all. The pool closes at 7:30pm and they won’t allowed you near
the beach. I understand that the beach is not safe , don’t promote the beach as a swimming beach. I had to go out town to swim in the beach. I had to leave this hotel before my check out date .

Good family hotel

Overall, the hotel is not the newest one but based on prize it’s adecuate. The checking in and out was with no complications however, they didn’t have clean towels for the pool and the young man at the towel station was hopeless. He didn’t even try to help. Thanks to the great help of Miguel, he went out of his way to fix the situation. Food is good and good variety. Besides the rough beginning, I enjoy the stay. I recommend it.

Nice Hotel close to Beach with Poor Maintanence

I think the hotel used to be nice, the design and layout is nice; however, I have the impression that owner and/or management have done very poor work maintaining the hotel in acceptable conditions.

During my stay, the toilet did not flush and my wife fixed it by attaching a string that pulls the flap up. Also, the room was very noisy, music in the pool area was very loud and the door of the room was very loose with big gaps.

The pool looks OK; however, the water was cloudy due to poor balance of the key chemical elements.

Breakfast is not bad, but it does not look inviting. People attending the restaurant are nice but they are very busy and are really overwhelmed.

In conclusion, I will not stay in this hotel again and I don't recommend it to my friends.

Not a pleasent stayin terms of room,beach,facilities and hotel operations. I reached there at 2am and they cannot even find my booking. AC and flush not working, for hotel booking 4 person, only 2 were given. no intercom n need to climb hotel 5 floors for every single thing. Not even provided with drinking water. Only thing good about hotel is is location , though you have better hotels like HM and others on same strip

The hotel staff were all very kind apart from the concierge women. The rooms have newer furniture and paint but the hotel in general needs maintenance. The pools are big but freezing and the ocean water pools could use some cleaning. The beach was great and the hotel provides chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Night is not enjoyable if you have young children because the music and karaoke blasts until late.

The hotel was below what I expected. We stayed for 2 days, no hot water ever, started the day with a nice cold shower, towels were old and rough, the remote controls didn't work, the TV was old and the signal was poor and not one single channel looked the way it should, the beds were uncomfortable, The room was clean but dingy and plain. and the swimming pool it's horrible dirty.
The room needs a renovation and the WiFi has no signal...

MY WORST HOTEL EVER

We got to the hotel, the first room we had the a/c was not working, the t.v. had 3 channels only and it was very small, there was a cricket very close to our room and we couldn't sleep on the whole night, we asked to be change to another room, On the next room, there was a gas smell in the bathroom and this was causing we had the smell in the bedroom as well, I felt like trowing up, I had to go back to complain again, I told them I just want to cancel and go elswhere, they decided to just show us another room they said ''follow me I just want to show you a room'' They took us to a bigger room, it was ocean view , there was a living room too it was nic and on tihs room there were more channels, I was very happy but when I tried to take a shower I found out there was no hot water, I thought this was unacceptable, I told them why there is no hot water, they said to me they only have sola heater meaning if we didn't have any sun, there is no hot water, I told them I just want to cancel please, it was also so hard to do this because they didn't even want to make the call, I made the call and had to pass the phone to the reservation person there to finish with the call, I noticed she didn't even speak english very well, I had to help her out as my first languange is spanish I don't recommend this hotel to nobody.

There weren't any elevators on the premises. The room's window was broken and so was the bathroom lock. There weren't phones available within the rooms to call for service. The room had ants crawling all around. The food was very limited and they were short staffed. The beach setting was very poor. I had loud abnoxious neighbors who were throwing fireworks at 2 a.m. within their bedroom and no one came up to stop them. The walls were very thin. I talked to personnel there to cancel my stay and they tried making things difficult and didn't offer to fix things either.

La verdad es muy Mal Hotel. El personal es amable pero el resto deja mucho que desear.
El hotel esta nada más medió mejorado por fuera pero si observas al detalle te das cuenta que mi ventana se encontraba quebrada, costaba mucho trabajo deslizar las ventanas para abrirlas y la puerta del balcón tenías que empujarla muy fuerte para cerrarla. Los alimentos dejan mucho que desear, mi esposo se enfermó desde el primer día. El ruido tan alto toda la mañana hasta las 2 o 3 de la tarde era insoportable, las ventanas de las habitaciones no estan hechas para tanto ruido y los equipos de audio que utilizan son de muy mala calidad. Las bebidas del todo incluido ni siquiera recomendables ningun coctel esta rico y supongo es debido a la mala calidad de alcohol que sirven. En general no lo recomiendo para nada.

el hotel es viejo pero bien conservado, le están haciendo renovaciones a las habitaciones actualmente, lo que provoca algo de ruido durante el día, nada que moleste demasiado.

el bufete es rico y variado, algo grasoso para los de estomago delicado, las bebidas del restaurante que anuncian como jugos de naranja y verde son mas bien bebidas tipo jugo y no son buenas,muy azucaradas y sabor raro,

las bebidas de los bares de calidad regular, la cerveza de barril es indio o xx laguer y su sabor deja mucho que desear.

el personal del hotel muy amable, servicial y atento. el equipo de animación diurno y nocturno muy bien también.

el interior de los cuartos muy básico pero cumple con lo necesario, las camas son cómodas, el aire enfría bien, el baño remodelado, algunas losetas del piso están flojas o estrelladas, un vidrio de la ventana de nuestro cuarto estaba estrellado

algo que molesto un poco es que en el área de la alberca de agua salada, cerca de la barra había un olor desagradable que nunca supimos de donde emanaba, algo que deberían de poner atención la administración del hotel.

en general es un hotel de precio accesible para ser un todo incluido, con buena comida y ambiente familiar, ideal para vacacionar en familia y entre semana si se desea encontrar poca gente y mas tranquilo y sin tanto bullicio.

El servicio por parte del personal no fue el de todo el apropiado, no por cuestion de actitud, sino por falta de gente, se tardaban mucho en servir bebidas, el bufet teniamos que esperar para ingresar y los alimentos seguido se terminaban, es bastante limitante en los horarios ya que no cuentas con servicios todo el tiempo dentro del hotel pese ser un todo incluido. Las instalaciones estan desgastadas y los baños presentaban olor a drenage.

El hotel es algo viejo, aunque el personal se esfuerza por hacer placentera la estancia, es una opción buena para presupuesto ajustado. La playa que está a pie del hotel es inadecuada para bañarse pues es mar abierto en esta zona y el oleaje es intenso, no apto para cualquiera, los 4 dias que estuvimos en el hotel nadie se metió al agua del mar. Las instalaciones son biejas y en algunas zonas hasta deqcuidadas, sin embargo el hotel se esfuerza en que los huespedes tengan buenas opciones en comida, bebida y entretenimiento. Esto último es hasta un punto negativo porque el hotel en general es muy ruidoso con musica a altos decibelios. La comida es promedio, las bebidas son de regulares a malas, la calidad de los destilados sobre todo es muy baja, y la calidad de la cerveza varía, a veces te ofrecen Tecate, a veces Indio y en ocasiones escazas nos tocó Pacífico. La alberca de agua sala es de lo mejor que ofrece el hotel, porque la alberca de agua dulce tiene pocas horas de sol y en general es fría, algo que no incomoda a niños pero adultos con ganas de descanso deben tomar en cuenta. En general la experiencia es buena para lo que se está pagando, como dije para bolsillos apretados en presupuesto es una buena opción para costear unas vacaciones de playa para una familia de ingresos de medios a bajos.

Instalaciones sucias , abrieron la puerta del cuarto sin tocar y vieron a una persona adulta en ropa interior y solo dijeron “ ay perdón es que venimos por las toallas” cuando ya nos habían entregado la habitación

Se tardaron casi 20 minutos para entregar la habitación después del check in

Y al ingresar no querían respetar la reservación que se había hecho , cuando supieron que estaban en un error no les quedó de otra que aceptar

No teníamos agua caliente , las cortinas no servían , habían manchas terribles en el baño,según era todo incluido pero nos limitaban a 2 bebidas y muy poca comida en su cafetería. La calidad de algunos de sus alimentos era muy mala. La entrada era un desastre, su estacionamiento fue lo peor , un baldío inseguro, algunos del personal nada profesionales , había un niño de mesero y algunos con mal actitud atendiendo.
La cantidad que nos cobraron fue demasiada a lo que recibimos , fue un robo a lo descarado.
Jamás volveríamos y jamás recomendaríamos ese lugar a nadie .

1° la hora de entrada a las 3 pm... Salida a las 11 am realmente no se disfruta ni uno ni otro día.
2° vimos una oferta y la pagamos y nos dan casi el cuarto de lavandería por decirlo así, se sentía muy arrinconado.
3° y este es como comentario, me hubiera gustado que realizarán alguna actividad nocturna o tardeada como baile o algo así, no se si fue xq no era temporada alta pero si deberían de tener algo para que uno quiera estar en el hotel. Ya que cuando llegamos si había mucho ambiente pero se terminó pasando el día.

El hotel está muy bonito pero no se puede meter al mar y el agua de las albercas súper fría no se tolera deberían tener calefacción en las albercas ya que no les da nada el sol para que se caliente sola el agua y el menú del desayunos en restauran todos los días sirven lo mismo deberían tener más variedad en alimentos

No tienen teléfonos en el cuarto, no había toallas en el cuarto, hasta que se avisó al dia siguiente, el hotel esta muy mal en todas sus instalaciones, el elevador, presionas el piso 5 y te lleva al 4, y si presionas el 4 te lleva al 5, no Wifi en las habitaciones, esta super caro todo y pésimo todo. Y LO PEOR NO DAN FACTURA FISCAL.

Mala experiencia

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, solo que el servicio dejo mucho que desear, me hicieron esperar 2 horas para poder entregarme la habitación, me entregaron una habitación que yo no reserve en mi aplicación, y el cuarto que me asignaron no contaba ni con toallas o no se si se equivocaron los de limpieza pero tuve que bajar a solicitar toallas por qué no cuenta con teléfonos en las habitaciones, son muchas habitaciones pero nada que ver con lo que publican en la app.

El hotel es bueno y el. Servicio tbien, solo le falta pintura en general, se ve viejo pero es por la falta de mante un ienti en ese aspecto, en general estubo todo super bien, probablemente regrese

En general, Bien!

No cuentan con servicio al huesped cuando llegas al hotel. Tu debes hacerte cargo de tu equipaje. Si no pagas el All inclusive es una lata tener que pedir algo y estar pagando todo en el Lobby xq los restaurantes no te cobran. Las almohadas bastante altas, y habia una cucaracha en la cama de la habitación. Tienen buen equipo de entretenimiento. Tiene acceso a la playa sin embargo no se puede meter porque es mar abierto. Está centrico en el sentido de restaurarantes y bares por la noche.

Staff de hotel hace todo lo posible. Les pagan mal. Sin embargo la administración es mala. Alberca sucia. Cuartos sucios. Ruidosos. No se respeta reglamento. Seguro te contagias de Covid No hay sana distancia. Restaurante oscuro. Instalaciones obsoletas. No vayas ahi

Hotel aceptable por precio

Fue una buena estancia la limpieza bien y las instalaciones estubieron bien, sin embargo el mantenimiento del hotel dejo mucho que desear. La puerta del baño no cerraba la televisión nunca encendió y el recepción no nos ayudaron de mucho ya que nunca enviaron a alguien a revisarlo
