Location is good altho locating the building can be a challenge especially for a first timer. Reception sent the apartment access details via WhatsApp when I wanted them sent to my private email. Apartment (#1) needs a bit of upgrade or tlc, Cafes and tapas bar next door (the latter can get noisy late at night till the early morning hours.

Right in the old town. Close to attractions and places to eat. It was right beside a cafe and a restaurant so a bit noisy until midnight in the living room but not in the bedroom. Had a washing machine which was great.

You are right in the center to everything. Accommodations were good. However, if you stay in apt 2, you will hear everything in the court area inside the building at night and mornings because your windows face it. There was an issue with a sofa cushion that I communicated with the owner before checkng out. Tip-don't use the sofa cushions as pillows on the bed. Area itself is safe.

Some advice for the property manger

The washing machine was broken. The instructions was not sent correctly caused us trouble to get after we arrived since we didn’t have Spain phone number. We booked for three people, there was a sofa bed and a double bed which was too small for two people.
The location was good and the property was clean though.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The area was central and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and museums, and it was quiet for sleeping, despite how busy it was outside.
The management were especially helpful - when our washing machine wasn't working, they had a handyman on site within an hour and it was fixed the next day. We were so grateful!
The only downside was that the living area of the apartment lacked natural light, and I missed being able to open a window to see the daylight. Otherwise it was very reasonably priced for the quality.

Super nice, new, modern apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Very clean and well-cared. The house is in the very center of the old town, next to the Thyssen Museum. The location is fantastic, walkable distance from every important sites. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay here it was really comfortable. The place was nicely decorated, spacey and fully equipped. I would spend the whole day out and then come back to relax like I was at home. The building has a nice rooftop to enjoy. The location is central and places are walkable. I had some issues with hot water running out on 2 occasions but this didn't take away from my overall stay here. The washing machine came in very handy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great holiday in Malaga city.

It was easy to find. Very central great location clean we had no complaints. Everything we needed was in apartment. Only thing eas on day of leaving apartment our flight was late in evening so we could nt leave our luggage. But they gave us a name of a place thah store luggage for 3 euro a bag not far from apartments. And we were v happy with that. So all was good.

Calm Retreat just outside Buzzy Downtown

Smooth check in and check out. Really clean room with cute touches. The single body pillow, however, was a bummer as was the too soft bed. Really easy walk into and out of downtown.

Amazing, well equipped apartment for 3 in the Downtown centre with walking distance everywhere.
Very nice and helpful service.
Roof terrace - perfect place for relax in sunny day.
a bit noisy and it's part of old town architecture, but there is no bars or clubs around it's not a problem.

Good room sizes, anything you might need was supplied and there was a spiral staircase up to a private terrace which had beds, sofa, chairs and table. No great view but it was a real sun trap.

Apartment needs some redecoration and an improvement in soundproofing. During the night the sound of people passing outside is loud and the blinds do not fill the window and this means the light from outside enters the bedroom for the whole night. Simple to rectify on both accounts but would make an enormous difference to our stay.
The location is ideal for visiting the old town but a little difficult to locate initially. The staff were friendly and helpful at check in.

Well, to be perfectly honest I so want to keep Apartmentos Coronado my secret place! It was a pleasant 15 min walk from the train station. 2 minutes from the stunning Larios Street. Alex is a delight and will look after you so well! We just loved it! 😍

Nice flat right in the heart of Malaga

This is a lovely flat, ideal for two people , right in the centre with Larios street only 3 minutes walkaway , flat is well equipped , comfortable and Alma is very helpful and a bit over worked, she seems to be doing everything.The decor is modern and pleasing thoough it does need some maintenece e.g. windows opening broken, shower hose is broken but working, otherwsie loved how close it was to the centre. Like mosr apartments in the centre you need to allow for a bit of noise from the streers or other travellers above the the flat etc. I hope to go back.

great spot in historic city centre

we loved our brief stay here! our apartment was huge and lovely with all mod cons, it is right in the historic city centre which is just beautiful and so you can walk to all the great sights. Reception have particular hours ( from midday which is checkout till late afternoon/early evening normally - so you need to arrange your arrival time by e.g. email) as mentioned in other reviews but were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Obviously being inner city there can be some noise from party animals walking past here and there - we were there on a weekend, but the actual position is not right near a bars or roads etc, so is quiet otherwise. Short walk out to the street if you need a taxi etc to airport and hotel can organise for the taxi driver to walk in and help with bags.

Alma and Sonia were extremely helpful and accommodating. Try to stay in the apartments that are far from the street but if you dont...ear plugs will help and you will be alright. Apartments are very comfortable and clean.The location is perfect and it is five minutes away from all the action. I will definitely go there again...Loved it.

Great location.

Shared deck except top apts #7 and 8 which have their own private deck. Other apts face each other so no privacy with the shades up and therefore lack of natural light via the inner courtyard. Suggest apartments get rid of the vinyl sofas and dining rooms chairs which are shedding their coverings and are not appealing.

Conveniently located city apartments

Apartamentos Coronado is centrally located and close to the shops, restaurants, museums and sights of old Malaga and is convenient for the bus to the airport. This does bring the downside of noise from late night revellers who seem to delight in walking home talking (and singing) as loudly as possible, but we experienced that in other places too.

Check-in was friendly, quick and easy (you just need to phone 30 minutes before). The apartment is clean, well equipped and well furnished (some signs of wear though). The shower is good and the bed comfortable. The mini kitchen is useful, although we only used it for the occasional cup of tea; there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. It was ideal for our two night stay in Malaga before flying home.

We wanted to be in the centre of town so we didn't expect views or outside space so no problem for us.Top marks for location, cleanliness. All equipment we needed was supplied. Would stay again

Hard to find!

Only a hand full of locals to tell us where this tiny alley of a street was. It took us over an hour to locate despite having a map. It is located on the side of a church. The apartment itself is great. Modern kitchen, bathroom with a washer. Private rooftop had a small patio with a table/chairs. Only issue with the place was that you can see into the bathroom if you are on the patio or on the stairs to the loft area. Shower stall also had no curtain which lead to wet floors. The twin beds were actually single futons (looked like Ikea furniture) that we had to fold out. There was bedding in the closet. There was wifi but it wouldn't work if you were up in the loft/bedroom area. Would stay again.

Scam Artists!

When we arrived at the apartment at 10pm to check in, we were informed that the apartment we booked was no longer available, but that they had a similar apartment available for us at a nearby property. Various incoherent explanations were provided – the drought!, construction taking place in the room, etc. Given the lateness of the hour, we had little choice but to view the other apartment and accept it, despite the fact that the substitute apt was on the ground floor facing the street and 100ft away from a nightclub that was thumping till about 5am. My analysis is that the tenants of apartment in which they ended up sticking us had complained about the noise and had been re-assigned to the apartment which we had reserved. In addition we found a piece of broken glass on the floor of the bathroom, so their housekeeping is none too trustworthy either. These guys are shady to say the least and should be avoided at all costs!

Roof top deck was awesome!

This apartment was nice and close to the city center but a bit difficult to find from the main road. Taxi can't pull up to the apartments, so you must walk a bit in the cobblestone with your suitcases. LOVED the rooftop deck! We enjoyed our stay but make sure you have a European cell phone in order to check in after hours. They where very quick to come and check us in but I did have to call to tell them we were there.

Very central location in Malaga

Very close to bars and shops. within walking distance from station and beach. All in all a pretty perfect place to stay location wise. The junior suite was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The shower worked well and we always had hot water. The kitchen facilities are limited and there was no kettle or mugs (which was odd) but there are so many cafe's just around the corner this was not an issue. Security seemed good, the doors and locks were all very strong and the lighting in the alley where the apartment is located is good so even though the alley is small with a boarded up building opposite we did not feel unsafe. We found the apartment pretty easy to find and had no issue checking in or contacting someone when reception was not staffed via the phone number provided.

El personal fue maravilloso la mucha que nos atendió muy detallista y simpática y la
Mujer que arreglaba las habitaciones súper simpática.la habitación está limpia pero tenía desperfectos : 1. el suelo de la habitación sonaba tanto que no pudimos dormir en toda la noche 2. Muchas de las baldosas del patio estaban sueltas muy peligroso 3. El baño tiene muchas humedades y el mueble del baño muy estropeado dando sensación de abandono
Nota: A pesar de tener una buena impresión al llegar apartamento muy bonito atención maravillosa por parte del personal a medida que íbamos adaptándonos lo que he comentado. No volvería a ir pues no se puede descansar

L’emplacement du logement est au centre : tout se fait à pied.
Le bâtiment est très bien entretenu.
L’appartement est spacieux avec une petite terrasse.
Seul bémol, l’évacuation de l’eau de la douche, un rafraîchissement des meubles serait utile (salle de bain et cuisine).

Fin leilighet veldig sentralt i byen. Litt vanskelig og finne frem da inngangen ligger i en liten sidegate. Men hele Malaga sentrum består av trange gater som det er lett og gå seg vill i. Leiligheten var stor, ren og fin. Det var ikke noe utsikt, men det forventet jeg ikke heller. Aircon funket fint. Bor gjerne her igjen. Jeg fikk god hjelp fra selskapet som leier ut leiligheten på WhatsApp

Appartement en plein centre de la vieille ville avec cuisine equipee et lave et seche linge.
Pour rejoindre l'appart depuis l'aeroport prendre le train et s'arreter a la station alameda et marcher environ 12mn. La station de bus pour aller marbella nerja ... se trouve a 7mn a pied. La personne responsable de l'acceuille est disponible réactive. Le seul point negatif est le parking assez compliqué dans cette zone.

Propre, tranquille et à seulement deux pas de la Plaza de la Constitution. Notre hôtesse Alejandra a été une perle.
Avions choisi un studio et c’est un peu petit pour un long séjour de 23 jours. Avons pu quand même finir note séjour dans un de leur appartement avec chambre séparée et c’était très agréable. Tout ce qui manque est que les propriétaires trouvent le temps de finir les petites corrections esthétiques nécessaires.

Si je retourne a Malaga je n'hésiterais pas a reprendre cet appartement

Estuve muy a gusto en el apartamento, el centro está muy cerca. El personal de recepción muy amable y servicial. El apartamento es difícil de encontrar así que me ayudaron a encontrarlo fácilmente.
Solo encontré un problema que no había ni platos ni vasos en el menaje de cocina.
Por lo demás todo perfecto.
