Terrible management, inflexible about rebookings and returns for stays not actualized. The area smells like sewage water due to the sewage pipes across the road by the beach. The property was clearly built sometime in the 70s or 80s. It's very old and run down.

No refillling of tea and sugar, was told 60p per sugar satchets!

Hotel was fairly empty, when checked for late check out - was told €10 per hour.. This hotel is like Ryanair, Budget class. Should be stripped off it’s 4*.

There was also no good reception when we arrived for check-in. No smiling face of the night receptionist and also had to wait almost 30 mins after cold rainy journey from airport. Hence, overall experience is Terrible!!

This is based on the service received in the off-peak/quiet season. So - disappointing overall!

FYI, we were there for 1 whole week!!

My room was supposed to be cleaned on the 4th day. A bag of towels was left on my door. I was told they would be there by 6 No cleaning occurred.
The washing machine ruined 2 of my tops. Completely chewed them up to the point that they were not wearable any longer and had to be trashed.
The shampoo combination hair wash was terrible quality. As a Hilton property did not feel the quality. The initial person I had at check in was very helpful and friendly. Other staff treated me as if they were being inconvenienced when asked a question.

These apartments are fantastic. They’re clean, modern and spacious with top notch facilities. They seem to have thought of everything from a separate tap from which to get filtered drinking water to a couple of dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets for the in situ machines within the apartment. We were unfortunate enough to be there when the whole of Spain lost power but again this was covered, a torch with batteries was in the apartment. The only slight disappointment was its location which is between Fuengirola and Cala de Mijas and to walk to either place you have to go alongside the busy A7. This would not put me off booking again though as the apartments more than make up for the location

Lovely apartment with good facilities. Beach is close by but the other side of a dual carriageway. Restaurants and shop on site. Great indoor swimming pool, sauna and hot tub but costs Extra. Clean and comfortable apartments. Well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. Not much to see nearby so a car is essential. Easy access to other resorts by car.

Spa was not worth the extra charge if you are looking to use the hot tub. The water is luke warm. Felt dishonest on their part. Steam room was good. Staff requires you to wear swim caps to use the spa. Swim caps are an additional charge. We did not like that this was not mentioned until after we had already paid for the spa entrance fee. We were not provided any towels for the spa by reception. Luckily the woman that works in the spa gave us some after we asked. Reception staff needs improvement.

The room seemed clean until we saw a few ants crawling around the kitchen table the after the 2nd night.

Room had updated appliances and modern decor. Bathtub is spacious. Water heats almost instantly. Nice sheets, very large bed in the master bedroom. Kitchen provides everything you’ll need. Good location - close to the beach and about 15 restaurants within 5 minutes of walking.

Great resort for a few days stay. Various pools, table tennis, courts and stuff for the kids to do. Rooms were perfect and equipped with all amenities, appliances and utilities. The resort has a couple of decent restaurants, bar and supermarket. Would highly recommend if you wish to use this as you base for visiting this area.

Very clean, comfortable space. Good size, all I needed for a peaceful escape. Very quiet and the builders didn't start in the area until 10a, which was good for me. Not as good as it used to be

We have stayed here many times over the past years and have perhaps been lucky with our location and size of room, this year we were quite out of the way of the main pool which was disappointing and our apartment was smaller, once the bed settee was pulled out there was barely room to get passed onto the balcony and the sofa itself as a bed was really uncomfortable, our balcony was partly open to the next door apartment which was awkward at times, we had 2 cleans which as normal were really good but toilet paper and tissues and dishwasher tabs were not restocked so we ran out, the price for renting towels for the pool is now 8 euros per person per week so we had to pay out 32 euro before we started, rules claim that the hotel towels are not to be used by the pool and there were several people using these around the pool, towels were put on the best sunbeds at 8.30 by people to save beds who then did not turn up till 10, this was really annoying again against hotel rules, the indoor pool and other facilities are now chargeable too. The staff are always friendly and very helpful, food at the hotel resteraunt is quite expensive especially compared to the restaurants just up the road on the strip

Really good stay as usual. The accommodation is well equipped and comfortable and facilities excellent. One disappointment was that the beautiful green additional pool area was closed for the winter, but perhaps understandable. The on-site restaurant was very good and reception staff great. Hope to be back soon.

Our 2nd stay in this hotel and it is excellent, the facilities, the staff all top notch! A home from home for us. The only negative i have is im still waiting for my deposit money back for incidentals to return to my account 5 working days later! But anyway see you again September!

My stay at Los Amigos Beach club was everything I wanted. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are polite and always have a smile on their faces. The room was ideal,clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed. The whole resort is well set out, clean and tidy. I will be definitely returning to Los Amigos Beach club.

The bath towels could have been bigger as small and also you had to pay on a daily basis to hire pool towels which had to be returned on a daily basis. The apartment was lovely and well equipped but was spoilt by having to carry your cases up stairs whilst trying to manage a baby in a pram. Once this was done though everything was most enjoyable

Lovely hotel - awfull food

Hotel and Spanish staff were wonderful. The catering however was run by a British couple as a concession business. The food was typical british quisine and awful.

Don't let this review put you off the hotel, it really is very nice… .just eat out at one of the many really nice bar/resteraunts in the local area.

Very pleasant place for a family stay. We couldn’t enjoy much of the very good outdoor and indoor pool facilities, perfect for a getaway weekend. Great location 7 minutes off Fuengirola and 25 minutes off Marbella. Very clean. Front desk staff was very attentive and welcoming. The unit had all the amenities for a confortable stay. Very good breakfast.

Great hotel and good value.

Really beautiful hotel, newly refurbished rooms which were fully equipped with a kitchen. Two large pools, tennis courts and basketball courts. Unfortunately we weren't able to use any of it due to the coronavirus lock down. Supermarket and 3 restaurants on site, and more just 2 minutes walk away. A nice quiet beach also 2 minutes walk away.

Downside, we stayed 5 nights and our room wasn't cleaned once! No fresh towels, no clean sheets, didn't even come in to take the rubbish. Although, maybe this was also because of the coronavirus!

We have stayed here on several occasions, and it is always our first choice when working on the Costa. Its first class. Highly professional and helpful staff. Good service and a varied in the restaurant. I am pleased its been fully booked of late, for the above mentioned reasons. Not good for us, as we couldnt access reservations, but great for the hotel. I hope the Corona Virus does not affect your future bookings. Wish you well, and thank you for all our great stays with you.

This hotel was AMAZING. The rooms had everything you could possibly want and need right at your finger tips. The staff were lovely and so so helpful. The facilities such as indoor pool was phenomenal. It was a beautiful place and I found no faults at all. The on site restaurant served exquisite food and the service was immaculate. Overall the whole hotel made me and my partners holiday absolutely perfect. We plan to go regularly as we’ve fallen so in love with the place.

Studio Amazing room large with all appliances

Lovely resort with amazing rooms fully equipped Shame we arrived out of season so with the weather being cold didn’t get full use of resorts lovely pools nice indoor pool and gym area this would be an amazing place in the summer with all you could want in one place.
Only downside is the distance to the town is more then a walk around 4miles but this doesn’t affect your stay amazing rooms

Beautiful clean apartment with all the facilities we needed. Friendly staff. Apartment was cleaned twice during our stay. Kids enjoyed the activities and used the tennis and football courts, the pools were very cold but we did go at the end of october. The restaraunt had a great selection of food and good entertainment.

A proper spoiling

A great last night stop on a tour of Andalusia on the way back to Malaga Airport. Fabulous accommodation, welcoming staff, lovely beach just a couple of minutes on the other side of a busy road but accessed by an underpass, great food and entertainment in the restaurant. Didn't feel awkward being on my own and made friends with a couple from Scotland. Expensive G&T.
