I had booked a beach view apartment only to be given a side view apartment so was a disappointment. I had requested to be on a lower floor for mobility issues but again this wasn't available. It was a lovely stay though and central.

No water or electric from 7.30 am while still dark and not back on till 5pm .told us tobuy bottled water from the shop next door. Towels not changed in 5nts stay. Very poor front of house wouldn't recomend

Staff polite,patient, friendly and helpful particularly housekeeping, front reception desk and nearly all bar and restaurant staff.Very good housekeeping service , almost daily cleaning which improved the initial noticeable aroma in the room. Every effort made by staff to accommodate our needs around some initial issues around room view which Expedia also assisted with.

Food is good at a reasonable price in the cafe/restaurant below the apartments. Loads of eating areas and shops around. No pool but beach is across the road. Bed was an L shaped sofa instead of 2 single beds which I would have preferred.

Excellent apartments , fantastic location on the flat promenade overlooking the beautiful beach, plenty bars , restaurants and shops big mercadona supermarket couple of mins walk away ..Jabega staff are all fabulous including the helpful friendly reception team Oliver, Fran sorry cant remember the other staffs names ..Rooms are clean and have hob microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge pots , pans crockery etc

Clean tidy with improvments. Most of any changes are all in the room... Kitchenette and bathroom had new plumbing work completed bath removed shower fitted. Yes it still looks dated, value for money with good location to many things. great views from the room.

Simply put the jabega represents good value for money it's in great beach front location. I have stayed many times and hope to be back soon. If I had a niggle it's that for me the beds can be uncomfortable. The staff are always helpful.

Fabulous sea view. rooms cleaned every day. Clean buildings and apartment and bar areas.
The dowdy uniforms of the waiters need up grading as they look terrible. Some waiters need to smile more and perhaps a couple of younger people need to be employed to quicken the service.

Rooms could do with an update but a pleasant stay

The beds were really comfortable although a really outdated room which was not as clean as other hotels I have stayed in around the area. Rooms around can be very noisy moving furniture but the rooms were spacious and it was very central to the area, excellent location.

beds very comfortable, cooking facilities very poor ,no oven and two rings on very small space next to sink , cleaners only dusted once during 28 day stay and wi-fi was a pain signal up and down and showing connected with problems not only in my room but all those near to us.This was a DOWN as only BBC1 on t.v. and could not use Amazon fire stick to watch English programmes.

Absolutely great place to stay,could not be in a better location,easy to go into Fuenggirola.Lots of fabulous restaurants and so easy get too. The beach is across from the hotel and it's all very flat, easy to walk.

Our stay overall was good the adapted room we had was very good but the downside was lucky I can walk a little because the wheelchair does not fit in the lift so I we had to leave wheelchair downstairs and walk up to the room I don't what we had done if I could not get out of wheelchair so I recommend if any books this hotel you need ask them wheelchair size the location of the hotel is great

Nice hotel, great views and location

When I booked the room I requested a few things and they had already taken it into account and the staff were happy to oblige. The studio was spacious and more than adequate for our needs we enjoyed being able to cook and eat there if we wanted. The view from our terrace was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend Apartamentos Jabega to friends and family.

Cost just under £500 for one person and one week of self catering which was extremely uncomfortable. The balcony faced the back so it was constantly dark, absolutely no sunlight at all. It was so noisy it was impossible to sleep. The desk staff were rude and unhelpful. I would not stay there again.

Nice central hotel, staff welcoming. Ask for a sea view room as we looked out to the side and had other hotels as our view.
Rooms basic but clean, bathroom spacious.
Hairdryer in bathroom but not very powerful. Lots of hangers in wardrobe. Small kitchen area but we are out so didn't use. Beach just across the road. No pool.

Stayed here for a few days last week. Nice clean and comfortable room. Very spacious and a nice balcony overlooking the sea. It was a little bit dated but besides this, very comfortable. Two single beds in the room and they were very comfortable. There are loads of bars and restaurants around and also supermarket and shops. Very good location and just over the road from the beach. Breakfast was ok although, only a choice of three and when I asked for another coffee, the waitress said she would have to charge for it as there was only one cup with breakfast! Thought that was a bit off. But all in all would stay here again.

Outlook from room very disappointing

Our stay was great but unfortunately our room looked out onto a very dirty old bar which was quite derilict we asked to be moved on many occasions but they said this was impossible as they were fully booked we have stayed at la jabaga many times and were very disappointed with our room apart from this our stay was very pleasant and we will definitely be returning in the near future and hopefully have our usual sea view

Room available on arrival before noon. The first time in my many stays I had an apartment with a separate bedroom, I wasn't even aware they existed! Usual good service, much improved frontage to the hotel with decking and enclosing windows for the less warm evenings. Good prices for beer and snacks.

Right on the beach, 10 min downhill walk from the station and you can't hear the trains. (carefully when walking back with all your additional luggage!) Comfy beds and your apartment is serviced every day. Good knowledgeable staff. Decor very traditionally spanish which is a lovely change from 'contemporary'. Make sure you get a beach facing apartment as the others are very overlooked. Restaurant and staff excellent VFM. All round great for the price.

It was a lovely hotel across from the beach

We have a wonderful sea view and I watch the sunrise every morning. We were one floor up from the ground, and I thought we might be bothered by the hub of noise from the restaurant road. But once the baloney doors were closed it was very quiet. Even when they were open the outside noise was fine. The staff were very helpful and courteous from the desk clerks to the cleaners. And when we enquired about any apartments with separate bedrooms we were given one to look at to see if we wished to book it next time. We are definitely booking here again next year!

the hotel was great, perfect location, clean and very spacious apartments. cooking facilities are very basic but fine for making breakfast and lunch. I'd suggest asking for a room on the top 5 floors as they got sun on the balcony all day, lower floors were shaded by another hotel for much of the day. would definitely stay again

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at

This was an apartment? It looked like the appliances hadn't been used in a decade. The floor was dirty. The staff was rude. Best of all, the staff refuses to give you privacy. I kept my do not disturb sign on and the room was \"cleaned\" twice in two days. There's a hotel right next door. Stay there instead.

Apartmentos Jabega is ideally placed across the road from the beach and near to supermarkets and a wide vsriety of eating places. The rooms are very comfortable with airconditioning available for a returnable deposit. The balconies of the rooms we have stayed in have been a good size with sea views. It is a short walk to the marina with its eating places and pleasant views. We have stayed there on numerous occasions over recent years and look forward to many more visits in the future. The staff are very helpful and most seemed to understand english even if they didn't speak it well. Overall it is an excellant value place to stay and we would go there again tomorrow if we could. Well worth a visit,,,,. This was a short stay but have stayed for over two weeks on several occasions.
