Great experience. We stayed only for 1 night but the moment we checked in, we were greeted by Wes who was very enthusiastic. He offered us drinks while we checked in, upgraded our room and very overall very pleasant.

The room was also very comfortable. We especially loved the unique way the curtains closed which is very different and thoughtful and the blackout effect was excellent. In the evening, we were pleasantly surprised with chocolates delivered to our room, which felt very warm and caring.

It was a truly delightful stay. A very, very special thank you to Wes for making our experience so memorable.

Very disappointing stay. The facilities are quite outdated, which is not what you’d expect from a W Hotel. The bathtub water was dirty and clearly not well maintained, making it unusable. The room lighting was also too dim, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, not worth the price and definitely not up to the W brand standard.

It’s definitely a hotel for the under 40 crowd. I should have researched a bit more before choosing this hotel. Great location next to the Elements Mall, but a taxi or train ride to everything else. Definitely not walkable. Our room had a large carpet stain that despite a heroic effort to remove, a faint outline still remained, making one wonder what exactly happened there…. The sheers on this lovely corner unit did not open fully, which was a bit of a disappointment but not a reason to complain. Overall, a very nice hotel with incredibly lovely staff and a very comfortable bed, but we will probably try somewhere else on our next trip to HK.

Small room, tired and worn, no slippers, sugar, milk and other basic 5 star amenities. A knock at my door at 9pm asking me about towels?

I have been stay at the same hotel in the last 3 months. The pillows that they provide do not have the fresh and comfortable level I was expected. Since I was stay in the same rooms in different times. I don't see much of the improvement. Last time I stayed the water for the shower was not at the temperature did not get warm to my comfortable level. One time the the pillow itself smell pretty bad.

Extremely comfortable place to stay particularly as i was arriving from China by the High Speed Rail and was proceeding to HK Airport the next morning. This is a place I'm sure I'll stay at again as an alternative to the Island where i've generally stayed. The 76th swimming pool was absolutely superb clean, quiet so really good for lengths ; and what a view !

Cleanliness to be improved

It was a family trip with two young kids, the room was not very clean as there are noticeable dust on the tables and the carpet looks dirty too. Our daughter got skin allergy after our stay and I got some insect bite-mark on my hands and legs too. The service was ok, the staff that we came across did not seem to be very experienced.

Staycation - Amazing stay

We had a very positive experience at W Hotel.

Despite being at full capacity, the hotel staff made an amazing job in serving all guests' needs with a smile.

Great service, amazing food, spacious rooms, like new facilities.

Very well done to Chef Rafael Gil and his team. Bringing quality food well presented at all times, across all restaurants and bars in the Hotel!

Chef Rafael is a renowned chef (recently participated in the Netflix series \"The Final Table\"), however very humble, personable and friendly to all guests.

He is always walking around the hotel’s restaurants and bars, greeting guests, making sure everyone is enjoying their meals, accommodating for any special requests, and always smiling!

Many people. Need to queue for quite a while for check in. The staff forgot to pass me the kid stuffs and I have to chase for it.
Swimming pool not too big but with warm water. Heard that swimming pool was fully booked by the time of check in and some people can't manage to book. Poor guys.
Breakfast buffet many varieties. The second session was fully booked. We need to take breakfast 7:30 - 9:00 am.

Very disappointed on no REAL green actions taken

It claims to trying to be a green hotel but still a lot of amenities offered to customers and still changing towels everyday and no water dispenser machine is offered. We, a family of 3 drank 6 bottles of water everyday but we could have REDUCE the bottles by refilling water with a water dispenser.

Decent but too pricy for the value

Customer service was very good. Thanks a lot for arrangements. Rooms are good and new. Swimming pool is decent.

Spoons, forks at breakfast were dirty 3 times out of 3 days. Told the front desk to pay attention to it. Not acceptable for supposedly 5 start hotel.

Bathroom is a bit worn, the TV is under maintenance, the sliding door closing the toilet bowl and shower stand makes shrilly sound when move. It's a bit tough to wear a mask when using the gym facilities. Happy with the little decoration on the bed and the little pastries prepared for us.

Much-needed relaxing staycation

We had an excellent stay at W Hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable (with a great view of a raging thunderstorm though I am not sure they can guarantee that every time). Breakfast had many options and staff have put a lot of thought into managing social distancing situations while minimising compromise on experience.

Sadly, our timing was off and the pool had not yet reopened though we did get to have a very relaxing massage in the spa. Great staycation, would thoroughly recommend.

Unexpected mess

I expected the stay to be great but then didn't turned out that well as starting deposit was already more than a 5 star hotel like Riz Calton which costs $2500 but you guys took $5000 which wasn't acceptable. Moreover, as for the birthday complimentary drinks we got for free were not even good enough in the taste so overall the stay was not up to the point and could be way better than what i expected.

The room is nice, and the bathroom is great too!
Just a disappointment on the TV quality (like 20 yrs ago) and no mirroring to Netflix or the mobile available;
The hotel breakfast at the Kitchen is great, wonderful staffs and chefs there.
