The room was simple but very clean and comfortable (the AC was much appreciated!). The staff were attentive and friendly. It was very close to the beach and tons of restaurants, which made it very easy to come and go during the day.

The hot water seemed limited by the end of the day, so our evening showers were cold most nights.

The pool area was lovely with a good amount of shade to cool down during the hot afternoons.

It was a very pleasant stay. Not luxury, but it was perfect for us! 😊

Super cute place, hot showers, a little loud because elf the love bands, but they were good bands atleast! Really kind staff when issues were brought forward, would definitely suggest his place to my friends!

Overall we really enjoyed our 3 nights at the hotel. The pool was amazing and the foos quality was good. only thing really lacking was the level of service, but it appeared to be the case everywhere in Mazunte.

Nice eco chic hot but EXTREMELY LOUD MUSIC

The pool area is lovely and the room and balcony had a nice spare eco aesthetic. Everything was quite nice EXCEPT the hotel plays club type music in the downstairs pool area all day and really jacks up the volume to extremely loud levels in the late afternoon until about 11:15 pm. This goes against the general vibe of the hotel and Mazunte which is so mellow. I think they are trying to attract customers but I think it achieved the opposite because the music is so loud. I also think it’s quite inconsiderate of the hotel guests.

Karaoke next to our bedroom, its not even 50 feet away from the room. Instead of playing loud music during the day the play during the night which is impossible to sleep.

The hotel staff couldn’t find our reservation so I think we got a leftover room that they normally would not book. The shower was literally a closet. You could see where the water from the air conditioning runs down the wall. The ceiling had paint patches with a different colour. The staff at both the front desk and restaurant were less than friendly. Needless to say we did not stay and luckily they returned all our money. We headed straight back to the friendly area of Hualtuco for the remainder of our vacation

Liked: very close to the beach, right off a main road, excellent service from espera and cleaning staff. Beautiful rooms each with outdoor seating and a hammock. Simple but effective offerings in the rooms. Delicious and fast meals al fresco with large variety of options. All fresh and delicious.
Disliked: as with many other properties in Mazunte, there's very few moments of silence. The pounding very loud music starts at breakfast (constantly playing music video channel on a TV) and is relentless till 11pm EVERY NIGHT. A live DJ starts around 6pm and doesn't stop till 11pm... We heard complaints from 2 other families (one with small kids), and we ourselves asked them twice to lower the volume. It would have been nice to have some silence and hear nature... sometimes it was hard to tell over the loud volume 🙄

We enjoyed our stay there. Nice and clean room equipped with a ceiling fan and AC unit. The hotel has a nice pool to relax in and you can order drinks and food while you cool off there. Breakfast is pretty good and the property is a short walk to Playa Mermelita. You are in the heart of Mazunte if you stay here, close to many restaurants, cafe's, and bars.

Me gustó mucho mi estancia en el Hotel.
Saliendo encuentras una gran variedad de restaurantes y tiendas, estás en una de las calles principales de Mazunte. La atención fue muy buena, y las habitaciones cómodas. Todo es de madera estilo cabaña.

Nunca tuve agua caliente y el último día sin agua, el cuarto estaba muy por debajo de mis expectativas y no obviamente del precio. El servicio fue fatal, era un logro que te hicieran caso. //
I never had hot water and the last day without water, the room was far below my expectations and obviously not align with the price. The service was terrible, it is a miracle that they note your presence.

Excelente ubicación para tener acceso a la playa, a punta cometa, sobre una las calles principales de Mazunte. La alberca esta padrísima excelente tamaño y el ambiente en el restaurant muy bueno. El desayuno continental que incluyen suficiente y bien servido, muy ricos los alimentos. La cama es cómoda.
Algunos detalles es que la habitación que nos tocó estaba llena de moscos pero resolvieron con raid, entiendo que estaba en reparación antes de que llegaramos. Las lámparas laterales y las cortinas estaban un poco sucias, y area del lavabo un poco descuidado, y una de las 2 recepcionistas no es muy amable pero la más alta muy atenta en todo.

Los tres días que estuvimos hospedados falló la regadera del baño, no había agua. Los alimentos del restaurante son terribles. El personal no está capacitado. No volveremos ni recomendaremos el hotel. Con quién puedo hablar para que me devuelvan mi dinero?

There are some basic stuff that don't work; shower for example. I was getting a shower and then it stopped (it happened three times). It also smells really bad.
Mirror and walls are kind of broken. I was expecting something better for the price I paid.

Es un sueño de lugar. es importante mencionar QUE HAY POCOS HOTELES EN MAZUNTE CON ALBERCA, ESTE ES UNO DE ELLOS.
El desayuno delicioso, el servicio inigualable.
Tienes que estar preparado para saber que no es un hotel de resort, la puerta del baño está a la mitad, jeje. Sin embargo es parte del ambiente del lugar. Mis felicitaciones a todo el personal.

La photo ne represente pas la realite de l hotel. Celui ci est mal entretenu. Bain de soleil avec coussin délavé ou sale?
Parasol troué. Salle de bain strict minimum . Porte toilette ne ferme pas. Petit déjeuner minimaliste.Quand il pleut la chambre est inondée. Ca fuit de partout. A fuir...seul point positif il est pres de la plage et la piscine est propre.

Bueno pero puede mejorar algunos aspectos.

Me gusto la estancia con la habitacion amplia, climatizada y con lo necesario para el aseo personal. Falto un estacionamiento adecuado, el agua para el aseo personal se sentia salada, algunas lamparas sin funcionar y mal aseo las habitaciones en los adornos ya que tenia algo de telarañas.

Good value for the money

this is a nice hotel with not that many rooms. The room was small and no storage and nowhere to put your clothes and things. Could do with at least some hocks on the wall.The toilet is a closet and you need to know your partner/friend well. The shower is another closet but feels more spacious. The bed is nice and there is an AC.
The pool is great and not that crowded. It is a short walk to the beach with lots of restaurants. It is close to shops and other restaurants as well. It is a nice little town.
