Best hotel and restaurant service

Our family stayed for a week and we were pleased by the facility and service. We especially enjoyed the Buffet at the restaurant within the hotel. The manager Chris was friendly and very accommodating to our needs.

The room was clean and the service was good. However, I can only rate my overall experience a 3 out of 10 due to two major issues.

First, when I checked in at 4 PM, the front desk informed me that no double rooms were available, even though the official check-in time is 2 PM. This delay is unacceptable.

Second, the swimming pool had three or four children receiving swimming lessons from a coach. It was clear they were not hotel guests and had no affiliation with the hotel. This reflects poor management and lack of proper facility oversight.

The hotel is really nice and clean. The lobby is beautiful and comfy! Love the breakfast! The food were all well prepared! Extremely impressed by the cleanliness and freshness of the fruit and salad! Staff members were friendly and helpful! Really like the location of the hotel! Connected with a big shopping mall, there are quite a few restaurants to choose! Definitely will come back again!

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton and while the service was professional and the staff were genuinely helpful, I was left disappointed by a key aspect of the experience. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the advertised spa. However, upon arrival, I was told the spa is only accessible to female guests—a policy that was not disclosed anywhere during the booking process.

Completely shocked that this was a Ritz Carlton properly. AC didn’t work properly and room was too hot to stay in. Bathroom was full of mold/mildew and place was dirty. Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and both rooms had same issues. We requested to check out after 1st night.

While the room was clean, the overall value for money was super low.
The shower drainage wasn’t functioning properly so every night my bathroom was essentially flooding and I was very close to slipping on many occasions. The wire chargers next to the bed weren’t working but luckily I brought universal adaptor with wire charging function, otherwise it could be really inconvenient. The amenities were visibly a bit outdated hence a very subpar Ritz, I won’t recommend it.

The only redeeming factor was the staff that were very professional and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised

Stayed at the Ritz in many countries around the world and this one is a little too \"business-like\" when compared to others. The room was not as big as the other Ritz properties. There was no cold water in the shower (strange) so i called the front desk. They replied quickly and moved me to a suite. WOW. That suite was huge and nice. The pool was nice too, and has a projector showing the movie Sabrina, which I enjoyed.

Luxury, prime location and comfortable stay

Few nights in Beijing...

My stay at the Ritz Carlton was pleasant and the hotel was next to the Season's Shopping Mall. The room was clean with a full set of quality amenities.

Unfortunately, since the Ritz is in the business district, there is literally no nightlife or late night dining in the immediate area. Will need to head over to Sanlitun or Wangfujing for more touristy attractions.

Also the hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest subway station which is reasonable.

Great Hotel. One of the few hotels where you could converse with the staff well in english... All the day time staff spoke very good english.. the exception would be the night crew there english is very limited. but overall there language skills were better than 95% of the hotels we tried in beijing

Good for business - Bad location for tourists

A great location for business people (duh, it's on Financial St), but about a 10-15 min taxi ride to the city center. Nothing to do or see in walking distance. The subway is about a mile away, not convenient - but then again, most people staying there have hired cars anyway. We chose this one over the other one in Beijing because it was newer, and just looked nicer. Beautiful hotel really, nice restaurants, very helpful staff. They arranged tours, theater tickets, and even tried to recover my camera I left in a taxi (not recovered unfortunately). Room was very pleasant, although I still don't understand the need for a \"frosted\" glass panel between the shower stall and the rest of the room. Why not just put in a wall? Spa was also a treat. Great facials! Overall, a very nice hotel, just wish there was a little more to do within walking distance.

寧靜,附近商場內餐廳多選擇,雖然公交不太方便,但叫出租車也算方便,很快有車接單,地鐵不算近但可接受,且執勤人員友善好客,酒店方面員工很有禮貌和親切,可惜房間設施開始變舊,入住時房內有蛾蚋,一天比一天數量多,這點應多注意改善。

北京中心に近い綺麗なホテル。　

部屋もゆったりと少し広めでくつろげました。TVの日本語放送はNHKが見るとこができますが、他の民放み見れた方が良いと思う人もいるとおもいます。夕食を館内のイタリアンレストランで食べましたが、大変美味しかった！　朝食も非常に美味しかったです。パンもクロワッサンを始めとして品数が豊富でしたし、ワンタンスープ、卵焼きが美味しかったです。

如果要成為真正五星級酒店

服务和設施大致满意，但有关房间电視的问题颇大，我入住是房號是1817，應該是行政樓層，但想不到電視機頗為細小，而且那色調还是失控（應該是調色那功能壞了）这絶对不是一家五星级酒店應該出现的问题。而且我發現有些熱門的電視台接收不到，例如湖南衞視，我不和這是因為酒店是位於京城，需要协助把南方比較熱门的節目打壓一下的原故，或是另有原因！但一般在南方真正五星级酒店，國內所有電視台都能收看

No room when I check in at 5 pm, not to tell the waiting time, complaint 3 times, finally get the room at 7 pm. Very disappointed with their arrangement. The room USB charger doesnt work. Buffet quality is worst.

可もなく不可もなく

リッツらしくホテルとしてのサービスはおおむねいいと思うが、中国人の特徴なのだろうか、ホスピタリティが感じられない。コンシェルジュでも笑顔とか気持ちのいい態度を示してくれなく、つっけんどんというか、えらそうな態度である。また支払いの際のミスでもお詫びの言葉もなく平然としている。
