⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Dream Vacation at Vineyard Estates – August 2025

From the moment we booked, Matthew, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure our trip was seamless. Before we even arrived, he personally coordinated transportation from the airport straight to the villa, which set the tone for the excellent hospitality we received all week.

One of the things I appreciated most was how accurate the property description was. Too often in my past travels, I’ve found that the photos and details don’t always match reality — but Vineyard Estates exceeded expectations. Not only were the pictures of the inside and outside of the villa completely accurate, but the distances listed were spot on as well: the beach was truly just a short walk away, and the food mart, shopping, and restaurants were only minutes from the villa. That honesty and transparency made our stay even more enjoyable.

The villa itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect — close enough to everything we wanted to experience, yet peaceful and private enough to feel like our own oasis.

Saving the best for last: Matthew provided true 5-star service. His communication was outstanding from start to finish — responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our vacation one for the books.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Greece at Vineyard Estates. This was truly a dream vacation!!

Beautiful property with lovely staff. Mathew was so helpful and kind. The property is in a quaint area, not the same hustle and bustle as Fira and Oia. It’s closer to the beaches where we took a catamaran around. Rent an ATV if you need to get around and explore.

Vineyard Exclusive Suites was a fantastic choice! The room was beautiful, always clean, and offered a stunning view of the ocean. The property is in a serene location right next to the ruins of Akrotiri, the red beach, and caldera beach. A perfect spot to escape from the chaos of Fira and Oia!

The property manager, Matthew, and his family were so welcoming and helpful. They pointed us to our favorite restaurants and were always happy to make reservations for us. And the breakfast each day was always delicious and a perfect way to start each day. We can’t wait to return!

This is without question the best holiday we’ve ever had. The vineyards is in a perfect position just on the outskirts of the centre. It takes less than a 5 minute walk to be in the middle of town with lots of lovely restaurants to choose from. I’m aware that there is a character limit so in terms of the suite itself I will just say it was perfect, it looks exactly like the photos.
The outside area took our breath away. The pool is gorgeous and the little hammock in the shade was perfect to sit and read. It felt totally private and comfortable.

The best part of the whole stay though was Matthew. He gives his whats app details and helped me before we had even left the airport! On arrival he was welcoming and gave us all the key information including recommendations of where to eat that night.
We arranged to meet with him one morning to help us plan our stay. We talked through what we could do and he sorted everything for us and I mean everything. A hire car, boat trip, reservations at a local restaurant (including organising a car to take us there and back and organising the best place to sit to see the sunset). He is local so knows who to trust, what the best prices are and what is worth doing and not doing.

This was the holiday of a lifetime. The suite would have been reason enough but Matthew made it perfect. Stay here, don’t hesitate for a second. We cannot wait to stay again. If you are reading this Matthew then thank you. You’re a hero!

Excellent location away from the main town busyness yet close enough to drive. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly Matthew, he made our trip much more affordable and interesting with his advices & tips about car rental, the city, supermarket, restaurants through out the island. Loved the private pool and one of the best omelette I have tasted away from home. Would definitely recommend this location to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. I was blown away by this stay! My husband and I booked vineyard for one night so that we could be in close proximity to horseback riding in Akotiri and Kayaking in the local area we had booked. Upon arrival, Matthew, the property manager/owner greeted us warmly, sat with us for almost a full hour to discuss our stay, not only at Vineyard, but for the next 4 days when we explored other parts of Santorini. He helped us book a boat ride around the island, arranged for taxis for us, gave us countless recommendations, as well as checked in on us via whatsapp throughout our stay in case we needed anything and to see if his recommendations went well. Customer service was great 10/10. He was basically our travel agency for the trip! Booking the stay at Vineyard was worth it just for our interaction with Matthew. Further, our room was beautiful, very cool considering the summer heat, and our made-to-order continental breakfast was superb! Would highly recommend staying here, especially considering it is close to so many wonderful activities on the island

Our recent stay (June 1-5, 2023) exceeded expectations. Accommodations, service, and experience were exceptional. The suite felt modern and pristine, with a private plunge pool as a tranquil retreat. Our daughter loved the direct pool access and the sunbed under the Mediterranean sun.

The boutique stay provided unparalleled service. Matthew, our dedicated guide, went above and beyond. He planned our days, adjusted itineraries, and organized a sunset catamaran tour, making sure the menu catered to our daughter's preferences. Matthew coordinated our rental car and even returned it on our behalf. On the first day, he dropped us at a nearby restaurant and arranged our return. When we embarked on the Imerovigli to Oia hike, he assisted with planning, parking, and arranged for a driver to pick us up in Oia when we were ready to return to our car. He coordinated a special restaurant reservation in Oia for a breathtaking sunset experience, away from the crowds.

In summary, our stay was unforgettable. Impeccable accommodations and second-to-none service by Matthew and the staff made us feel like cherished family. Highly recommended for an extraordinary getaway in Santorini.

My fiancée and I had a wonderful experience at vineyard exclusive suites. Our hotel room was very clean, stylish and had a personal plunge pool. The owner, Matthew, was very hospitable with us, catered to our needs, made us fresh breakfast daily, and also was a great advisor on places to see while in Greece. His sister and him made our stay in Greece a terrific experience and I’d highly recommend their hotel to anyone! Wonderful place. It was rebuild and now it’s a 4 suits Villa with private swimming area for every suite. Build in the way so you can’t see the neighbours (we did not hear them either). Everything is so pretty and clean, attention to every detail. Vineyards around and close to the town and the beach - we walked there. Matthew is great host and always there if you need anything without bothering you at all.

Absolutely gorgeous room, we stayed in the honeymoon suite and couldn’t have asked for more. Free breakfast to wake up to on the patio and fabulous hosts.

We could not find a restaurant we had booked into and they kindly dropped us off free of charge, so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you.

Great location, a lovely short walk into the village itself and close to red beach / ancient Akrotiri ruins.

We are in Akrotiri area, not close to Oia and Fira but on the other Caldera side that is beautiful and close to nice beaches. The house is big, well decorated, accurately cleaned and with any comfort. The owner is nice, friendly and available to share any information you may need about the island. We suggest it for couples and families.

The Villa was beautiful but in a very remote location. You will need to rent a car to see the island. We did not know that the owners live on the same property. They were very pleasant and helpful but did not know they would be there 24/7. There was a spa tub on the deck but we did not know it was cold water and to heat it would be an additional $10.00 per person per day.

Very clean and spacious home with a little church

Matthew is very welcoming and helpful. He sorted out a rental car for us. He also booked for us the catamaran cruise with the Dream Catcher which was quite a lifetime experience, most enjoyable.

We, a family of six, stayed at Matthew's home for 4 nights, each bedroom is so spacious and clean. A cot and high chair were provided for our toddler. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. Great food at the restaurant Matthew recommended, the prawns were so fresh.

Matthew's mum is lovely and so friendly, she gave us two watermelons from the farm which was refreshing and very kind of her.

I have already recommended the villa to friends and would stay again when we go to Santorini.

Great Villa in the quiet part of Santorini

Our family had a wonderful 4 nights staying at Vineyard Villa in Santorini. The villa is a large 3 bedroom villa located in the middle of a vineyard on the outskirts of Akrotiri village. The villa has a great outdoor dining spot and tub with sunbathing area.

It is in a quieter corner of the island away from the extremely touristy area. But still close enough to walk to some interesting sites such as the Akrotiri Ruins and Red Beach. There were a handful of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk.

We were very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone with a family that wants a quiet, relaxing Greek island vacation with nearby access to more lively activities if you rent a car. Thank you to the host Matthew and his family for their wonderful hospitality!

The Villa is perfect. It's spacious and fully equipped (three rooms, two full bathrooms, dinning and resting area and even a Jacuzzi :) ). It has an ATM, a grocery shop and a bus stop located no further than 100 yards. We've spent 6 days and enjoyed every moment. It's highly recommendable for families, as you have the luxury and service of a hotel with the privacy and convenience of a home.
The owners are very friendly and servicing, making sure that you have the best of time. They provided us with recommendations from \"which beaches to visit that are good for kids\", \"which restaurants to go\" (where, by the way, we had the best Mediterranean food in our lives) to \"what are the best activities and spots to visit\" (The Dream Catcher boat trip was one recommendation that we really enjoyed). We were treated like family and we're really looking forward to coming back!

Perfect get away...

We stayed here with a group of three. The house itself was Immaculate, everything we needed in it between cooking and comforts were there. It is a 3 bedroom two bath with a large living room in a fully functioning kitchen with a hot tub on the patio AC in every room. If you would like to cook a meal the kitchen is fully functional it has multiple different kinds of coffee makers and a kettle for tea. This bill also has WiFi for the people that need that has cable TV and remotes for all the AC units. You will be given keys to the Villa along with a gate opener because there are multiple parking spots if you rent or bring your own vehicle or rent quads or side by sides which are available on the island. The owners were welcoming and warm made us feel like home. Every day when we went out to see the island The Villa was cleaned and restocked with breakfast items including eggs and milk. When asked to heat up the hot tub for sitting in it at night even passed normal hours that came out to accommodate. I recommend you sit down with the owners , invite them for a cup of coffee you'll learn more about the island and the ways of living and being Greek then you will anywhere else. I do know that the next time we visit Greece we will stop at this Villa again. We were there at the end of the season so things were slower on the island which made it better. For your own reference I recommend contacting them directly for pricing. Thanks for having us...

Heaven on Earth

This family-owned and operated Villa was an unexpected dream stay. The home was jaw droppingly beautiful and exactly what every vacationer dreams a villa would be. The view from the wrap-around porch was priceless and as if your are in a postcard. This family was very hospitable and assisted with many recommendations for restaurants and beach locations. This home was very secure, clean, comfortable, private, and was within a short driving distance to all the required hot spots on the island. We had such a wonderful experience here that we did not want to return home. We hope to return very soon!!
