From the moment we booked, Matthew, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure our trip was seamless. Before we even arrived, he personally coordinated transportation from the airport straight to the villa, which set the tone for the excellent hospitality we received all week.
One of the things I appreciated most was how accurate the property description was. Too often in my past travels, I’ve found that the photos and details don’t always match reality — but Vineyard Estates exceeded expectations. Not only were the pictures of the inside and outside of the villa completely accurate, but the distances listed were spot on as well: the beach was truly just a short walk away, and the food mart, shopping, and restaurants were only minutes from the villa. That honesty and transparency made our stay even more enjoyable.
The villa itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect — close enough to everything we wanted to experience, yet peaceful and private enough to feel like our own oasis.
Saving the best for last: Matthew provided true 5-star service. His communication was outstanding from start to finish — responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our vacation one for the books.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Greece at Vineyard Estates. This was truly a dream vacation!!

Beautiful property with lovely staff. Mathew was so helpful and kind. The property is in a quaint area, not the same hustle and bustle as Fira and Oia. It’s closer to the beaches where we took a catamaran around. Rent an ATV if you need to get around and explore.

Vineyard Exclusive Suites was a fantastic choice! The room was beautiful, always clean, and offered a stunning view of the ocean. The property is in a serene location right next to the ruins of Akrotiri, the red beach, and caldera beach. A perfect spot to escape from the chaos of Fira and Oia!
The property manager, Matthew, and his family were so welcoming and helpful. They pointed us to our favorite restaurants and were always happy to make reservations for us. And the breakfast each day was always delicious and a perfect way to start each day. We can’t wait to return!

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave it’s just perfect, rooms and private pools are more beautiful than the pics. A lovely local village is on your doorstep, stunning views of Caldera a one min walk away, Matthew who Manages the site is amazing from bookings in restaurants, transport and spas, to bringing amazing pancakes in the morning. We will definitely be back again.

The village of Akrotiri is a couple of minutes walk away and has a good range of restaurants to choose from and a few different shops. Our host Matthew was amazing - he helped us arrange transport and gave us some fantastic recommendations on where to visit around the island. Couldn’t have had a better stay!

This is without question the best holiday we’ve ever had. The vineyards is in a perfect position just on the outskirts of the centre. It takes less than a 5 minute walk to be in the middle of town with lots of lovely restaurants to choose from. I’m aware that there is a character limit so in terms of the suite itself I will just say it was perfect, it looks exactly like the photos.

Excellent location away from the main town busyness yet close enough to drive. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly Matthew, he made our trip much more affordable and interesting with his advices & tips about car rental, the city, supermarket, restaurants through out the island. Loved the private pool and one of the best omelette I have tasted away from home. Would definitely recommend this location to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Best place we stayed at during our trip to Greece! Matthew was extremely kind and helpful during the entire stay. He provided us with a map full of the best places to visit and eat at during our stay which came in super handy. The villa was very clean, comfy, and welcoming. The private pool was amazing. They provided daily breakfast brought directly to the room where we could sit in the backyard and enjoy the views.

I was blown away by this stay! My husband and I booked vineyard for one night so that we could be in close proximity to horseback riding in Akotiri and Kayaking in the local area we had booked. Upon arrival, Matthew, the property manager/owner greeted us warmly, sat with us for almost a full hour to discuss our stay, not only at Vineyard, but for the next 4 days when we explored other parts of Santorini. He helped us book a boat ride around the island, arranged for taxis for us, gave us countless recommendations, as well as checked in on us via whatsapp throughout our stay in case we needed anything and to see if his recommendations went well. Customer service was great 10/10. He was basically our travel agency for the trip! Booking the stay at Vineyard was worth it just for our interaction with Matthew. Further, our room was beautiful, very cool considering the summer heat, and our made-to-order continental breakfast was superb! Would highly recommend staying here, especially considering it is close to so many wonderful activities on the island

Our recent stay (June 1-5, 2023) exceeded expectations. Accommodations, service, and experience were exceptional. The suite felt modern and pristine, with a private plunge pool as a tranquil retreat. Our daughter loved the direct pool access and the sunbed under the Mediterranean sun.
The boutique stay provided unparalleled service. Matthew, our dedicated guide, went above and beyond. He planned our days, adjusted itineraries, and organized a sunset catamaran tour, making sure the menu catered to our daughter's preferences. Matthew coordinated our rental car and even returned it on our behalf. On the first day, he dropped us at a nearby restaurant and arranged our return. When we embarked on the Imerovigli to Oia hike, he assisted with planning, parking, and arranged for a driver to pick us up in Oia when we were ready to return to our car. He coordinated a special restaurant reservation in Oia for a breathtaking sunset experience, away from the crowds.
In summary, our stay was unforgettable. Impeccable accommodations and second-to-none service by Matthew and the staff made us feel like cherished family. Highly recommended for an extraordinary getaway in Santorini.

He planned our days, adjusted itineraries, and organized a sunset catamaran tour, making sure the menu catered to our daughter's preferences. Matthew coordinated our rental car and even returned it on our behalf. On the first day, he dropped us at a nearby restaurant and arranged our return. When we embarked on the Imerovigli to Oia hike, he assisted with planning, parking, and arranged for a driver to pick us up in Oia when we were ready to return to our car. He coordinated a special restaurant reservation in Oia for a breathtaking sunset experience, away from the crowds.
In summary, our stay was unforgettable. Impeccable accommodations and second-to-none service by Matthew and the staff made us feel like cherished family. Highly recommended for an extraordinary getaway in Santorini.

Stunning place, beautifully designed with every detail exquisitely considered. The layout of the room, the attention to detail in the architecture, the design of the pool, and the quality of the bed showed exquisite taste and superb planning and execution.

Wonderful place. It was rebuild and now it’s a 4 suits Villa with private swimming area for every suite. Build in the way so you can’t see the neighbours (we did not hear them either). Everything is so pretty and clean, attention to every detail. Vineyards around and close to the town and the beach - we walked there. Matthew is great host and always there if you need anything without bothering you at all.

We are in Akrotiri area, not close to Oia and Fira but on the other Caldera side that is beautiful and close to nice beaches. The house is big, well decorated, accurately cleaned and with any comfort. The owner is nice, friendly and available to share any information you may need about the island. We suggest it for couples and families.

Villa is in great for a family stay in Santorini. It is a little away from the tourist spots but within easy reach either by bus or car/quad rental. The hosts are extremely helpful and very attentive to all your needs. I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend to family and friends.

The Villa was beautiful but in a very remote location. You will need to rent a car to see the island. We did not know that the owners live on the same property. They were very pleasant and helpful but did not know they would be there 24/7. There was a spa tub on the deck but we did not know it was cold water and to heat it would be an additional $10.00 per person per day.

Our family had a wonderful 4 nights staying at Vineyard Villa in Santorini. The villa is a large 3 bedroom villa located in the middle of a vineyard on the outskirts of Akrotiri village. The villa has a great outdoor dining spot and tub with sunbathing area.
It is in a quieter corner of the island away from the extremely touristy area. But still close enough to walk to some interesting sites such as the Akrotiri Ruins and Red Beach. There were a handful of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk.
We were very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone with a family that wants a quiet, relaxing Greek island vacation with nearby access to more lively activities if you rent a car. Thank you to the host Matthew and his family for their wonderful hospitality!

The Villa is perfect. It's spacious and fully equipped (three rooms, two full bathrooms, dinning and resting area and even a Jacuzzi :) ). It has an ATM, a grocery shop and a bus stop located no further than 100 yards. We've spent 6 days and enjoyed every moment. It's highly recommendable for families, as you have the luxury and service of a hotel with the privacy and convenience of a home.

We stayed here with a group of three. The house itself was Immaculate, everything we needed in it between cooking and comforts were there. It is a 3 bedroom two bath with a large living room in a fully functioning kitchen with a hot tub on the patio AC in every room. If you would like to cook a meal the kitchen is fully functional it has multiple different kinds of coffee makers and a kettle for tea. This bill also has WiFi for the people that need that has cable TV and remotes for all the AC units. You will be given keys to the Villa along with a gate opener because there are multiple parking spots if you rent or bring your own vehicle or rent quads or side by sides which are available on the island. The owners were welcoming and warm made us feel like home. Every day when we went out to see the island The Villa was cleaned and restocked with breakfast items including eggs and milk. When asked to heat up the hot tub for sitting in it at night even passed normal hours that came out to accommodate. I recommend you sit down with the owners , invite them for a cup of coffee you'll learn more about the island and the ways of living and being Greek then you will anywhere else. I do know that the next time we visit Greece we will stop at this Villa again. We were there at the end of the season so things were slower on the island which made it better. For your own reference I recommend contacting them directly for pricing. Thanks for having us...

This family-owned and operated Villa was an unexpected dream stay. The home was jaw droppingly beautiful and exactly what every vacationer dreams a villa would be. The view from the wrap-around porch was priceless and as if your are in a postcard. This family was very hospitable and assisted with many recommendations for restaurants and beach locations. This home was very secure, clean, comfortable, private, and was within a short driving distance to all the required hot spots on the island. We had such a wonderful experience here that we did not want to return home. We hope to return very soon!!
