The room was quiet and the beds firm and comfortable. The check in was quick and we were grateful for the one way transfer included in our rate. About 15 minutes from the airport, and easy to take the regular H6 bus back to the airport next morning. A perfect place to rest in between flights, and much easier than travelling downtown.

Slow pick up at the airport despite. Dirty leftovers of previous guests found in a waste can in the bathroom. Almost end of life ceiling lumps that flashes in the corridor of 3rd floor. No water bottles. Breakfast location was outside the hotel, 5 minutes away, where a server requested me to wait outside for 5 minutes at 7:10am while the restaurant was supposed to open at 7 am. (A receptionist let me in the restaurant regardless of the server’s comment, though). Overall, this hotel is never customer centric. I cannot recommend this hotel to my family or friends.

Conveniently located near the airport. My stay was for a flight, so I wasn't looking for entertainment or exotic dining options. Few places to it around. But also you can order through the hotel. It was clean and quiet (except the room next door was sometimes going crazy with noise.

The hotel is very convenient for a layover in Istanbul airport. The room was clean and comfortable, there was tea, coffee and snacks, and one could order food at reception. The hotel offers reasonably priced transfer from and to the airport. I would definitely stay there again if I have a layover in Istanbul.

I arrived early and as the first customer of the Eve, and as a woman travelling alone I ate Well, was kindly and respectfully looked after and i felt super safe.

It's less than 10 minutes drive from new Istanbul International Airport (IST). The hotel is very basic with clean room, intercom phone, TV and bathroom. The front desk staffs are very helpful. It's a great location, if you want to save money on your transit and spend a day or two before taking return flight. There is no dining in the hotel but has room service from their kitchen that opens until 10:30 pm. The food is traditional Turkish and fresh. They provide complimentary water and Turkish snacks. Also has coffee and teas. Overall it's a great transit hotel for money specially if you travel solo or 2 people. They also have shuttle to airport but it's cheaper to call taxi.

My 18 yr. old son and I needed a hotel for the night near the airport and choose Heaven Inn Airport Hotel. The hotel had only been open for a month and a half so everything was brand new and in great condition.
The service was very good, the people were friendly and helpful. We didn't fly out until the late afternoon and they let us have a late check out to accommodate us.
There is not much around the hotel, but we were able to walk to a grocery store a few blocks away. They also use a local restaurant for room service, which we utilized and our meal was very good.
There is construction going on in the immediate area around the hotel. My guess is the area will have more going on in the coming years.
The airport is 10-15 minutes away and they do have a negotiable shuttle service. We used it and, like the hotel, the van was brand new and very comfortable.
This hotel worked out perfectly for us at the end of our three week trip. I would recommend it.
