Front Desk agents, the girls from restaurant are very nice, friendly and helpful. Transfer was easy from/to airport. Breakfast decent, you can ask for tea/coffee during the day, they very easy on that. Rooms are clean, decent size. For my layover was the best option. WiFi worked perfectly fine. They speak English, Turkish, Russian and maybe many others. Great communication skills.

I have mixed feelings about this place. From the outside, the hotel looks very modern and impressive, but once you stay there it feels a bit unfinished. Some construction work is still going on behind the scenes.

The room looks nice at first glance, but you can already notice some wear and tear in a few places.

The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, which I appreciated.

Breakfast was quite basic. It consisted mostly of pre-prepared cold items served on a plate, along with a boiled egg and some scrambled eggs. It’s okay for a quick meal, but don’t expect a large buffet or many options.

The airport transfer service, however, was excellent. The shuttle to and from Istanbul Airport worked perfectly and was very convenient. That part was definitely 5-star with no complaints at all.

Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay near the airport, but it still feels a bit “half-baked” and could improve once everything is fully finished.

I booked this hotel and paid for what was advertised as a \"round-trip airport transfer,\" to find out later that I would not be picked up from the airport, but only dropped off there at the end of my stay. Still a good value for the money, but very unfair to advertise the service and refuse to provide it after booking... The breakfast options were extremely limited—boiled eggs, bread, and condiments. The room was nice and clean. They did let me check in a little earlier and check out 30 minutes later, free of charge.

Good for a one night only stay.
The hotel is right by the street and the rooms are not soundproof so you can hear a lot of the car passing but if you’re not a light sleeper you’ll be fine.
Extremely flexible and efficient.
The airport transfer came in clutch.
Would totally recommend for a quick stay if you’re in transit in Istanbul.
Felt safe there as well as a female solo traveler.

Do NOT book a stay here! We had booked a room for 1 night stay for a flight layover 3 months in advance, our booking was confirmed until they scammed us 10 min prior to arrival! The hotel concierge reached out to us via WhatsApp chat to offer airport transfer for a fee. We spent a day chatting with them about the details and we were sent instructions requiring a selfie on arrival to ensure ethe driver knew who he was picking up. As soon as they received a picture of a friendly face they informed me all the rooms in the hotel we booked were \"sold out\" and they would host is in the \"sister\" property heavenly inn. The concierge sent a message claiming due to the inconvenience the airport transfer and the room were going to be \"on us\". We said it should be fine and how would we be refunded for the room which is when they backtracked on the offer and said they would waive 15 euro airport transfer ( return was already included) and we still would be paying for the room. We realized something was off and said we do not agree to stay anywhere else and we want our confirmed booked room in the heavenly premium. The receptionist raised his voice at me when I questioned why there were clearly others who spoke Turkish waiting to be checked in but magically out room wasn't available 10 min prior to our arrival. They scammed us into an old disgusting room next door, it had a gross smell, electrical plugs werent working, no water or toilet paper available and there were electric wire exposed

The staff could be nicer given it's a hotel and misinformation was not ideal. I would have expected the same information. They're on the busiest street and you could hear every single car that passes by every second. I didn't hear any planes. I couldn't sleep and early morning the construction folks had to work and that's end of story. Their shuttle service I'll give them a 5 star from the airport, very convenient and instructions were clear no issues there and they're quick to respond so a plus and close to the airport too. Breakfast was a very unique experience for me, I'll give it a 1 but maybe that's the Turkish style, the first for me and hopefully the last.

We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with the deceptive practices of Heaven Premium Airport Hotel in Istanbul. In March 2025 we booked and paid a room for October 1, 2025 with conformation. When we arrived in Istanbul Heaven Premium Airport Hotel even send email on September 28 and October 1 to confirm the booking for Heaven Premium Airport Hotel. But when we took the hotel shuttle to the hotel instead we were taking to Lenora Airport Hotel which is significantly smaller, cheaper and without breakfast service. We talked to the person-in-charge with the Heaven Premium Airport Hotel on the phone and his responded that the hotel is overbooked and refused to provide us a room at Heaven Premium Airport Hotel . He only offered us the shuttle service to the hotel for breakfast and take us to airport.
Next day we were shuttle to the Hotel for breakfast the reception in Heaven Premium Airport refused to offer us the shuttle to the airport after we finished breakfast. So we have to take a taxi. We were very unhappy with this arrangement and felt that it was not a suitable replacement for the hotel we have originally booked .We are seeking compensation for the inconvenience and mental stress caused by this experience. The hotel is the best option for our 14-hr layover in IST. Equipped with private bath/shower and comfortable beds (1 Queen and 1 twin), the room provided a clean and safe place for us (2 people) to rest comfortably during the short layover. One disadvantage is the need for transport to/from airport, but we easily arranged Uber rides ourselves for $15-$20 USD per ride (varies depending on time of the day).

My wife stayed in this hotel, i booked with round trip option, but the hotel charged 15 euros for return trip.
So, logically 15 it is price for full car, but they charged the same 15 euros from a another girl for the same trip. In the same time they charged nothing from the men in the car. So, the hotel is not very honest and consist with shuttle price.

Ordering food thru front desk was misleading. Learned the hard way to verify price before booking food delivery. Also, they charged us 5 euros for two pop, when the going rate is 50 Turkish Lira. Same for having to pay for orange juice with the free breakfast. My son and his wifes room was broken into during the night by hotel staff. Hence why we cancelled our return flights room reservation at this hotel. Booked a much nicer one for 50 euros per night.

The staff was nice. But the property was under construction and all we heard was construction noise. Sawing, hammering and workmen talking. The breakfast buffet was very limited. We got there at 9:15am. The buffet ended at 10. They barely had anything to eat the workmen had also joined in for the buffet. Maybe they underestimated the amount required to host all of their guest. I broke my toe on the foot of the bed because our room was jammed packed with two twin beds and a double bed. I had to ask twice for ice, which they didn’t have, then finally my his went and got an ice pack.

this is a family small business and they want to earn it with hospitability. I only needed to freshen up before my early morning ride and all was allowed checking in (and out) early. IST is 20 min ride away (all these hotels are here). The nearby area is under construction. Some small restaurants are 10 min walk away but hotel arranges delivery. Airport transfer is not included but easy to schedule and punctual. Wifi is so-so but works, AC good and quiet. Hotel staff is very friendly and wants to earn the business, room is not on the high end, of course, small but clean. No experience with breakfast
