The rooms are a bit tired, however, and could use some refreshing and updates. The fridge was very loud. A switch in tbe bathroom didnt work. That kind of stuff.

Lobby is very nice, rooms could use an update but were larger than I expected. Get an upper floor room, you hear everything above you. Pool and hot tub were good but spaces need updated and improved. Would stay again but would have to be a great price compared to other nearby properties.

Condo was very spacious, somewhat dated and had 1 private bedroom and 2 bathrooms which was a huge plus. Large dining table which was awesome. Tiny kitchen. A little dusty and several lightbulbs out when we arrived which they fixed right away. Fireplace didn’t work, had maintenance come back twice to fix and then just gave up. Front desk staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful, and the front desk area and lobby is lovely with coffee, tea and hot chocolate and several sitting areas and work stations. Hot tub was nice. Also the room only had baseboard heaters with no thermostat, so the room was super cold when we arrived and took many hours to warm up. We are from Florida so that was difficult.

Great location walking distance to Payday lift area and rental shop which was convenient, but we ended up driving to Canyons anyway due to lack of terrain being open so didn’t really get to use that benefit too much.

Parking is pretty minimal and depending on where your room is, you may not be anywhere close.
The room was clean and had good space but it hasn’t been updated in a while. You hear your neighbors pretty clearly, especially if they are right above you. Also we had a room right above the pool and it had a pretty distinct musty smell.

Well priced but would explore other options first

We needed a place to stay for the night and this was fine. Parking was not an issue and it was a pleasant (although hilly) walk to the center of Park City for dinner and coffee the following morning.

I think for the price, it was fine for the one night we needed a place to sleep but I think I'd look closely at other options in the area if I were returning. The hotel lobby area was very nice and in good shape but the room could use some investment. It was a rather warm day and we weren't able to get the A/C to cool the room properly so we had some difficulties sleeping. We opened the window but we were by the pool so it was a bit noisy. The ceiling of the room also looked like it was suffering from some sort of damage, with a large crack across the entire ceiling and it was clear that someone had previously used the kitchenette to cook as everything in the room smelled like semi-burnt food.

Parking is nightmare! There isn’t enough for guest. Residents complain and have guest towed. Rooms are outdated and dirty. Pool area is run down and unclean.

I liked where this was located. We rented a two bedroom so we had two cars. We could only park one vehicle on property 😡. We asked if we could even pay a little more to keep the other car there and was told no! There were extra spaces that we could have used but. NO! Then we found out others did get to have more than one car parked there which is so not fair We had two different families there.

The lobby area is fresh, updated, beautiful and clean. Our room was a nice size however the bed and pillows were terrible I’ll be making a chiropractor appointment when I get home. The tile in the bathroom floor was broken and falling apart in the shower. The price was right but you definitely get what you pay for at this hotel.

The whole experience was awful. I booked the condo 5 months in advance for a group to celebrate my birthday. I booked the 3 bedroom loft on expedia thinking I was going to get the condo in the photos. We got there and it was half the size sqft and in the oldest part of the building (2 blocks from the front desk area).
The condo looked nothing like the one in the photos. It had dirty carpet, 1 out of the 3 window AC units worked. No elevator, no dumpster for trash, no clear communication. Maintenance guy came to check the ACs, said he would be back and never came back. I was told 2 weeks before our check in date we could pay for another car pass to park our other cars at the condo. Day of they kept saying they didn't know if they could provide one and to call after 9pm. Called and said no passes. The hotel was not packed/fully booked. I asked multiple times to have a manager call me to talk about what is happening and for 3 days now, nothing. I would say you get what you paid for but this place was not cheap. I don't recommend staying at this lodge unless you want to be disappointed.

Frustrating stay.

The room had many broken and worn items. Some of the light bulbs were burnt out, switches didn't work, loose hinges and dusty and dirty areas by the windows. Parking was a nightmare, and the front desk did not off any solutions. The surrounding area heavily enforces the parking, and there is a looming risk that your car will be towed if you're parking without authorization. In fact they gave a list of \"possible\" overnight parking areas, that were NOT within walking distance, and when we went to explore those options we only found out that none of the locations allowed for overnight parking. I definitely will not be staying at this property ever again. Don't waste your time.

Location is excellent and parking is super easy. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. The unit we had was a little outdated (pictures are much better than condition of the room). Heaters are very old, no thermostat so unit was either too hot or not enough. Also, window blinds were old, broken and easy spend to bring them to presentable condition. I would say the value of our stay was 3 out of 5 stars and a little disappointed that pictures were so much better than actual room.

Feel like I got catfished by a hotel

This place is honestly just not awesome. The location is great, but the rooms are not like the photos. They are run down, dingy, dark, cold, smell like mildew, with paper thin walls. It reminded me of being on a family road trip in the 90s when you'd stay at some random super 8 in Middle America because it was the only choice.

It's a shame because the common area and exterior look great but the rooms are in major major need for an upgrade. Due to the close location to the slopes though, I bet they never get them.

Spend the couple more bucks and stay literally anywhere else if you want a restful sleep and to not feel filthier when you leave than when you arrived.

I took my daughter here with 4 of her friends for her 8th birthday and they had so much fun! We stayed in the room with the loft and bunk beds and they thought the stair case to the stair case to the loft was the coolest thing ever. The inside is beautiful with the rafters and vaulted ceilings. The pool was indoors and warm and it has a sauna and a hot tub but the hot tub wasn’t working. Overall it was a great stay. It’s a little dated but they are making updates, it’s definitely not a Hilton but it’s comfy, cozy, and unique which is exactly the place I wanted to stay for this event. Will definitely go back!

Great location for mountain biking, hiking, exploring Main Street and dining. Parked the vehicle and walked to everything. Able to bring mountain bikes into our room for secure storage. Unfortunately we had no view and min natural light in the room due to window overlooking roof next door (pool area) but we didn’t plan on spending much time in the room anyways with so much to do in the area. Would stay here again no question.

I liked the location, it was right across the street from Park City Mountain. We did the alpine slide one day. It was convenient to have a kitchen and large table. We cooked a few times. I think they need to improve on window coverings. There’s a window in the front bedroom that shares a wall with the hallway and even with the blinds shut someone from the outside can see in. At 8am the housekeeping staff woke us up over and over because it is very loud. And the hall lights shine in so it’s bright all night. The back bedroom on the east side is just as bright inside as it is outside. The carpet was pretty dirty. My kid is still crawling and her knees were pretty filthy. I think some small changes would make it a lot more comfortable

While spacious, the property left a lot to he desired. Parking was good if there was a spot, otherwise awful. No bathroom fans? TV remotes worked only for cable, no ability for streaming/airplay. Overall tired and wouldn’t book again. Also, annoying to be threatened with a fee for not returning parking tag when parking ended up being a pain point. We specifically booked a place that included parking. Slum property with poor attitude :(

The place was amazing and economical. The room was clean and everything was functional. I had my two kids with me, 6 and 7 yrs old, and we got to enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, and game room they had. It’s nothing crazy but enough to keep the kiddos entertained. The staff was very professional and prompt with room service that I had requested. The location was awesome since it was only a walking distance from downtown park city. My only downside is that there is construction being done so the front office street seems like the street is closed but it wasn’t. I would recommend this place and would definitely check for availability next time I visit Park City.

Communication, cleanliness and the lobby were great. We did not use the pool. The room itself was a little depressing. The windows were facing the mountain/second building. Half of the windows were blocked by wood panels, which made the room dark with no view. The heating (wall units) were very loud and even woke up my daughter. Both of us slept very bad. We only stayed for one night.

Sweetwater Lift Lodge is 10/10 for location. The units are a little dated, however clean and provisions are great. Wonderful updated lobby. The stand out for us was the customer service. 1- parking is free and they let us park after our check out time 2- the hot tub is good and hot, loved it 3- you can easily store your stuff if you check in early or if you leave later than checkout. Great Location. Bus nearby if you don't want to walk to Main Street. Multiple Ski Lifts just a 2-block walk. Hotel Lobby was recently remodeled and has a great layout. The rooms are in desperate need of an update but perfect for those who don't mind returning to the 1980s. Our room was cramped.

The first thing that struck me when I arrived where the two distinct, unpleasant smells. One in the old-looking hallway, and another really unpleasant one in the room. I'm unsure if it was from the cleaning products. When I tried to ventilate the room, there was a duct outside the window bringing in commercial kitchen smells. I was upset. The common areas of the hotel were modernized and nice, but the rooms themselves felt homey but old; unsure when they were remodeled last. The location was convenient and I liked having a kitchenette in the room.

Our stay was so nice. Very friendly staff and late check out was offered 11am instead of 10am which was a blessing for all of us getting ready and kiddos. The place was cute comfy and I would definitely stay here again. The view of the town and mountains around us was cool to look at and we even got to see a hot air balloon from the kitchen window, it was neat. I would have to say the parking around there sucks but hey it is what it is and we actually lucked out and had a super nice guy moved his car so we could park our second car in front of the lodge instead of in town at a parking garage so that was super nice of him!!! Thank you for that it was so kind of you!!! My family and I were very grateful! Overall stay was wonderful and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

No privacy but good for price

Overall a nice, family friendly experience with a nice pool. The front desk was helpful, but the baseboard heating was so loud, as were the squeaky beds. The “third bedroom” is actually a loft with no closed ceiling. And some of the furniture, like the beds and barstools, did not seem sturdy enough. I would make sure to pack ear plugs if I returned, and get keys and pool towels for everyone upon check in.

Great location but a little worn

Location was great at the base of park city ski resort and the size of the room was awesome but the room felt a little dumpy and there was some damage to the floor tiles and bathtub. For the price for a family of 5 it was fine, didn't spend that much tume in the room anyways
