Staff were so helpful when we arrived late in freezing cold with a baby. Fast to get us and all our bags in and settled .
Rooms were clean and comfortable and peaceful so we slept really well .
Breakfast was placed ready at a time to suit you.
For a close to airport stay it really was good.

Very affordable hotel with remodeled rooms, close to the airport and free breakfast. We would stay here again. Rooms are large, bathroom has a great shower and the place was spotless. Great experience there.

It is worth pointing out that the 'ten restaurants' listed for this hotel in its details, are actually other businesses nearby in the town. Not a problem for us, as we were happy to walk, have a drink & get some supper elsewhere.

Breakfast was fine & was as described.

We were pleased to be offered the airport transfer bus & everything worked well, in spite of our delayed arrival at Istanbul International airport.

Quiet, clean, small basic room for overnight stay between flights. Comfortable double bed. A/C and heating. Great breakfast included. 15 minutes from the IST airport at night by yellow taxi. Very very nice staff. Although it’s in the countryside, I felt safe (24/7 front desk.

Kind of new hotel with some rooms in the basement. We stayed there our last night in Istanbul to be somewhat close to the airport. Guy in charge was very curt while the girl tried to be more soft and smily. Breakfast was included, we were asked what time we would eat and I estimated 8am, however felt a bit sick and went for breakfast at 8:30am

The hotel is close to the airport. The airport transfer van is very comfortable, and the driver was extremely nice. The hotel is functional. Our room didn’t have a blackout curtain, which would have been a problem had we been trying to sleep until a normal time. I think my credit card number got stolen twice while booking this hotel - first when I made the booking in hotels.com and then again after my trip.

The room we booked AC wasn't working and we got transferred to a partner hotel. That hotel room was missing all towels, the wifi didn't reach and had very thin walls. We could clear hear the TV from the adjacent room all night and the noise from outside was so loud it sounded like all the windows were fully open.

The hotel did not have any breakfast services even though the listing noted them.

Not worth the price book with a cheaper hotel.

Hotel shuttle is around 3x the cost of a cab

The photos and the reviews are fake!
They have few rooms that most of them are in the basement!
Very noisy and dirty place!
The staff is unfriendly, rude and irrespecutful!
The breakfast is very poor with no any choice , only one poor plate!

About what you expect from a value airport hotel. Our room was in the basement and the road noise above was pretty loud with thin glass. Was nice to have an airport transport at 4:30AM for only 20€. (Note they only take cash for transport if you decide to take it). There are some reasonably priced restaurants nearby that are walkable too.

Great place to stay and rest between flights if you have a long layover in Istanbul. Quiet and comfy. It’s within 10-15 min drive from Istanbul airport. There is a menu in the room, so if you are too tired to leave the hotel to get food, you can get delivery to your room. The hotel staff is super friendly. The only thing why I removed one star is that there was missing one shower door in my room, so it wasn’t very comfortable to take shower.

Basic but good for overnight stop.

We caught a taxi from the airport which was €15 and arranged a return with the hotel for €20. The hotel is very basic with only one small water bottle. No welcome tea or drink were offered. There is a menu you can order dinner from to eat in your room but nowhere to sit except for the bed. Breakfast was available for €7 and had the usual range of bread, cheese, salad etc.
The are two local restaurants about 200 metres away which would be much cheaper but we were too exhausted from our flight.
The beds were comfortable and the room quiet which was really our priority. Nice hot shower.
Be warned the food options at the airport are ridiculously overpriced so while €7 may seem expensive for the hotel breakfast it’s really a bargain.

This hotel is 14-15 min drive from the IST ($15 taxi). The area has so many hotels under construction and not finished which feels unsafe to us. The hotel corridors were under painting through our stay. The room and bathroom was clean and in good condition.

Room had most of the components shown. The people who work there are lovely. The bed was comfortable. That’s where the good ends.

Our room was in the basement. It was very musty from a moldy bathroom. Outlets and wiring hung from the wall. People talking late into the night just outside our high window to the outside. The whole place reeks of smoke. A large spider scurried across our bed at 5am. The airplane noise is loud and constant all night long.

Don’t stay here.

The only thing that kept us from leaving is that we got in so late and were leaving very early. It didn’t feel unsafe, it was just yucky.

The reviews with 10* have to be fake. Believe the bad reviews.

The room was in the basement with a tiny window. We could hear noises all around us, ppl moving furniture upstairs, noises from the side and people outside the hotel. Let alone traffic noise from the street.
Sheets had stains, pillows were lumpy, bathroom looked like a bad dyi renovation.

The main convenience is the hotel is very near to the ISTANBUL airport and staffs are friendly and helpful.
Disadvantages are, you can’t find a single restaurant with continental food available within the vicinity of 20 KMS.
In my case, the very first day they tried to accommodate in a basement room with safety window ( in this case , across the wall with two feet max width ) far above my head which I noticed nut and bolted with an iron grid on the outside wall !! and when I complained they offered me a room on ground floor in spite of they say Expedia VIP access and DELUX room having booked.
They never took the garbage out or changed the bed sheets for seven days I stayed there, I have pictures to upload but here there’s no provision for that .

The room was in the basement with no windows at eye level, which raised safety concerns. The street was very noisy, and right next to a construction site. The staff was not professional, they offered an airport transfer fee, and raised the fee for no reason when I tried to book (in the end I booked airport transfer with another company). Hotel restaurant is grossly overpriced, there are good restaurants within walking distance that would cost a third of the price. The location is far from the downtown area and is not the best. We would not recommend this hotel, there are many other hotels in the area that are in a much better location than this one.
