I am not sure about the laundry but there was a basket to put towels in that was nice. The balcony was amazing. It could not have been better. My only complaint was that the single room was too small. I was unable to open the door window unless I moved the bed. But then the door to the room would not close. It's hard to get to the closet because of the bedside table.

The Casa collection whilst fairly new with nice size rooms was actually in the middle of a building site when we were there.
Lots of Lorries passing the car park at the back throwing up lots of concrete dust that covered everything. No amenities close by and the road to get there is very dangerous.

While the price was very reasonable, the hotel is next to a massive construction site and is 20 minutes from Tivat. There are no food or beverage options on site. You have to take a cab, which costs $15usd to town. Road is too narrow and steep to safely walk. Pool and views are nice. Check in service was good. In the room, you can see visible wear and tear on couch with stains, door handle to sliding deck door fell off when opening, kitchen counter had nicks and dishwasher door was broken. It is a value spot.

We booked two nights for 1 King and 1 extra bed, but there were 1 full size and 1 twin size bed. they were so rude and no intention to approach the issues, also the unit was so dirty, and the blind was broken. So, we stayed only one night and checked out.

Stay away!!!Deceptive photos from management!

This place really was one of the worst we’ve stayed,even though it was priced cheaper than some others around.
Where to even start-the condition of the place being “newer” is really terrible-stuff is either falling apart already or wasn’t properly installed/built.
Balcony door has no outside handle to open it.
Only one towel hanger in the bathroom.
Bathroom boiler still has plastic hanging off it,from when it was unpackaged and installed.
Musky smell in the place.
No body wash or conditioner-just cheap shampoo.
Bunch of stains everywhere-curtains,walls,floor.
Kitchen faucet did not work.
Fridge was not closing properly.
Only one wine glass and no bottle opener-asked reception,and they had none of that.
A/C stopped working middle of the night,and there was no water AT ALL from like midnight until 0600 am-couldn’t even flush the toilet.
Weird noises coming from the pipes.
Getting to the place is a nightmare-sketchy single lane road,with broken pavement,and unpaved parking by the hotel.

Do yourself a favor AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Definitely one of the worst places I've stayed at. The room was tiny, smaller than the one I booked. The sofa bed was dirty, as the whole room. The facility looks like a construction yard. My room was on the 3rd floor. I accidentally touched the rails to find that they are shaky and flimsy, really scary. A mirror door in the room was vroken and taped. Bathroom so tiny you can not fit on the toilet. But with a window to hallway so that you can great the neighbors. Note that to access the parking the last 200 meters you have to pass between a wall and a fence where only one car can pass, so take a deep breath and drive hoping no one comes from the other side. Or just do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
Owners, please do not offer me to fix it next time. You had an opportunity to give me another room. I will never come back for sure. Too bad I can't attach photos.

We stayed for 4 nights and we’re so glad we chose this place. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We absolutely loved our room, it had a kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, a small dining table, and a sofa, which was wonderful. The location was also convenient, as the main attractions were only a 10–15 minute drive away. The pool area was very enjoyable as well.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. During our visit, the area was quite dusty due to ongoing construction next door, and the road leading to the property was still gravel. It’s a narrow, tricky route to navigate, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the area. There isn’t much nearby within walking distance, so having a car would be essential for convenience. The bathroom layout could be improved, the toilet is positioned too close to the sink cabinet, making it awkward to use comfortably. On a positive note, the view from the upper-floor balconies is excellent, offering beautiful sights of Kotor Bay and stunning sunsets.

A lovely location up in the hills with a gorgeous view. We had a suite and it was spacious and comfortable. The pool was unbelievable. All of it was great and around 20 minutes from city center. The hosts even gave us a ride to the airport which was so kind.

Once we were able to find the place up a load of dirt tracks (dont be fooled by the pictures of the beach, thats over 30 mins drive away), we turned up to a huge building site next door and a rubbish dump with rodents scurrying around. The first thing we saw was a snake which our taxi driver had to chase awat, which makes sense given the abundant rodents.

There were bin bags laying all around the property. We walked into \"reception\", which is nothing more than a couple of desks in one of the hotel rooms. It made Fawlty Towers look sharp. Once we had made it past the 4 staff all smoking in the doorway, we walked past a load of filthy plates left over from lunch (we arrived after 4pm) in the makeshift reception, and were shown to our family room....it was nothing like the pictures. The mirror was broken, the accomodation was tiny, and our \"sea view\" was over a huge building site. There wasnt even enough room to put our suitcases anywhere.

The beds were kind of made, but looked like someone had had a roll around on them first, and the bathroom door didnt shut.

Again, the pictures show a setting of luxury and space, this is far from the case. Instead of elegant outdoor furniture, we were greeted with cheap white plastic patio chairs and table, an ashtray that hadnt been cleaned properly and a cramped balcony and living room. The \"kitchen\" area is smaller than an average dinner plate.

We were refused a refund, we booked 2 nights and stayed 10 minutes. The owner is rude!

My wife and I stayed in Casa Collection for two nights in May 2025. There was a bit of a mix up when we checked in, but it was quickly fixed. Two things make this place worth staying in; the incredible view and the lovely staff! Ali in particular was extremely helpful. Google maps sends you by this terrible, dangerous, narrow road through the Vrmac Tunnel when yravwlling up from Kotor. Avoid this at all costs and take the road that passes Fort Trojica, even if it seems a bit longer. The traffic is horrible in Kotor so best to take a taxi if you want to explore the town; ask reception to get in touch with Dalibor. He is great and very honest. The Apt was almost new and we slept like babies. The couch had a big stain and there were other little annoyances, but we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic resort

Amazing property. It has amazing view of the water also. From my 3 days stay I can tell that the owner really put in lots of effort into building this dream resort. While there are some minor mechanical issues, the overall comfort is fantastic.

I will return to this property for sure.

Some minor suggestions:
Maybe use sliding doors for the washroom instead of the traditional door due to the limited amount of space inside the washroom.
Instead of the roll down blind for the balcony doors, maybe use curtains instead as it’s easier to get in and out of the room.

Stayed as a group of 6. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and lovely views from the balcony rooms. All reception staff were happy to help with everything they could. Pool was great too, although we didn’t see it cleaned and there was a build up of dirt/algae around the edge.

The property was great. Just what we needed for our stay. It had a lovely powerful shower. Added bonus was a washing machine and dishwasher however we didn't need these. It had a kettle and tea and coffee and could benefit from a toaster. The property is close to Tivat Airport, we could see the planes taking off but without any of the noise. It is a taxi ride from Port Montenegro which was lovely.

Our family chose to stay at Casa Montenegro, because it was up in the mountains with a beautiful view of Kotor bay and near Tivat airport, from wich we had to fly. Also important tgat hotel provided free shuttle from and to the airport.
The property is in the beautiful place of Montenegro, the funicular is near by, beautiful promenade in Porto Montenegro. There was everything we needed in our place - dishwasher, washing mashine, kitchenette, balcony with the strings to dry your clothes after washing, TV, comfortable sofa.
It felt a little bit tight in space, so, if I would have to stay more than 3 nights, then probably would choose a bigger room (not sure, if Casa Montenegro has bigger rooms). Very nice swimming pool outside!

Absolute gem of a property

Absolute gem of a place. Great place to base yourself in the hills and witness an amazing sunset from your apartment. Located between tivot and KOTOR, it’s a great location to explore the area but you will definitely need a car. Can always use taxis worse case. Host at the apartment hotel are great and I will 100% be going back. Nice new property with a small outdoor pool. Had a great corner apartment with a 180 balcony.

It’s on the hills, so you need to either drive or call a taxi to move around. The reception assists with booking taxis which is very nice too.

Nice Kotor View Hotel, Difficult Car Access

Nice new property with good size rooms, balcony and pool. Some ongoing construction works were quite noisy for brief periods in the morning. The kitchen is quite basic but has a stove and kettle. Car access was very difficult from Kotor tunnel road, so I would advise entry via road up from Tivat airport instead. Really stressful drive every time until we found an alternative route up to the property. Fairly easy to find on maps app.

Dear fellow travellers,

I would like to recommend Casa Montenegro in Kotor. It has the best stunning view. My room on 3rd floor can view the seaside on the left and when I open the door it’s the mountain view. Best room. Everything is complete from the bathroom and it has mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, plates and utensils are provided. They have pool as well. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Always book a taxi for me as I am a solo traveller. They even show me the best app to download for food delivery.

Overall, amazing stay. 10/10 and definitely will come back.

Great value for money apartments with great views!

Tucked away in the mountains is this lovely new apartment complex. Great views of the bay of Kotor.
Clean, well equipped apartment with smart TV. Nice bathroom.
Swimming pool looked really nice, but didn't get the chance to use it.

Staff on check-in were very friendly and helpful.

For the money, it was fantastic!

Amazing stay in the hills

Superb hotel, the host was super friendly and gave us some great advice on places to go and an amazing restaurant just down the hill. Views are unreal, you can see the runway of the airport, but with only a handful of flights a day this is great to look at rather than a noise nuisance. Room was clean, had good facilities like washing machine, dishwasher, full fridge freezer etc. great base for exploring but car would be a very big help.

I had an excellent stay here, so much so that I kept extending my stay!

I found the accommodations to be very comfortable and the staff went above & beyond every time I asked for help.

The room was wonderfully furnished with a washer / dryer to do laundry. The view was incredible! I really loved the balcony area. It was the perfect place to watch the sunset over the bay

It takes about 10 minutes to get to Kotor, so it’s far enough away for some peace & quiet, but close enough to see the sights.

Overall I really loved this property and I would absolutely stay here again.

Located on west facing hilly area to the south of Tivat this modern development is ideal for those wanting a quiet location , close to Tivat with a very short journey time to and from the airport.The development is fairly new and expanding.It is good value for the price and for those wishing to explore there were no problems with finding parking spaces adjacent to the room,and in addition there is space always free near reception.Driving in Tivat and Kotor is slow and congested and parking is a nightmare.The country roads around Kavac are narrow and steep and twisty with fast moving local vehicles, not at all suitable for walkers.We decided to use taxis which cost in September 2023, 15 euros to Tivat and 26 to Kotor each way.This made the holiday a lot less stressful.

Traveled with my dad through the balkans and stayed at this hotel because it was near the airport. Had a great stay here. Overall the hotel was clean and affordable. As soon as we checked in with Valentina she made us feel super welcome and gave us tips on where to eat. She was so helpful and made our stay extra special!

Warning: there is no elevator and the access to some of the rooms involve a lot of stairs. Staff carried my luggage to the room and helped me with the biggest suitcase at the time of the check out. Therefore, the lack of elevator didn’t affect my stay. Lack of elevator aside, most of the rooms have an amazing view. The reception staff was very acomodating, very respectful, and very helpful. My room was very comfortable.

Der Ausblick war super, dass war aber das einzig Gute. Das Zimmer war schon total abgewohnt. In der Küche fehlte teilweise die Verblendung. Es gab am Anfang auch nur eine Tasse. Das ganze Appartment war schlecht gereinigt. In Schränken und Schubladen lag noch Dreck und Haare von Vorgänger. Statt täglicher Reinigung, wie es Expedia ausweißt wurde nur einmal in 6 Tagen gereinigt und das auch eher schlecht als recht. Wir können es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon war sehr schön. Zeitweise war es etwas laut von der Baustelle nebenan und zweitweise störte eine defekte laute Poolpumpe. Der Pool selbst war in Ordnung und es gab ausreichend Sonnenliegen. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, da es fussläufig nur einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt.

The hotel is up on a hill, were there are no supermarkets, no public transportation, no shuttle-service and no way to walk down by feet. To have a car is obligatory to not be stuck in one place. All of this is not written in the description of the hotel which is misleading!!!
Around the pool it was very loud the whole time because everywhere nearby where new building lots.
The „reception“ is only a small floor and the people that work there barely spoke and understood English.
After 2 of 7 days I decided to Check-out because as a female solo-traveller without a car I was stuck there…
Until now the owner of the Hotel hasn‘t answered any of my messages and refuse to give me part of my money back!
I wouldn‘t recommend it at all!!!
