The room was small, bed was rock hard, bathroom light with motion sensor that closes to the light after 5 min even when you are in the shower... Balcony 20 cm long, no joke. Breakfast included is bread vs with a slice of cheese and ham, croissant and coffee, that's it. Don't ask for bacon and eggs that are on the menu and ready to pay more, they get mad at you... Only good thing is the location. Just book elsewhere.

The free breakfast is a joke. It consists of a coupon to go next-door to a bakery with a very unfriendly and brusque staff. They make it very clear. You are entitled to one small cup of coffee, one small cup of orange juice, a bad croissant, and a bad bread roll with one slice of cheese and one slice of ham. I ended up just going out for breakfast because the place next-door was so bad. Additionally, this place is really short on storage. Space, simple shelves would’ve made the room much nicer to stay in. Finally there were just a little flaws like for example, never being given a water cup. It is in a great location and the a/c and hot water were all good

This hotel has a great location just across the road from the Trindade metro station making it easy to travel around Porto city and to other locations.
The hotel itself is modern and clean and although not uncomfortable is more about being functional . For me, this hotel is perfect for an overnight or weekend stay rather than the week we booked for as there was no drawer space and just a rail with five or six coat-hangers. We therefore had to live out of our suitcases. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient and the staff helpful and friendly.

First the good, the hotel is in a really good location near Trindade tram station, it is clean, light, easy to find & we checked in early which was great!
Now the bad, the breakfast is just a voucher to use in a cafe nextdoor which is chaotic with not enough staff, there are far better places nearby for a breakfast so don't bother with it!
I returned to my room one evening to discover that glass the door leading to the balcony was damaged & was hanging at an angle off its hinges, I reported the damage to reception & the door was quickly fixed, on checkout I was told I had to pay them for the damage as the maid hadn't done the damage so it must've been me but it wasn't me that caused it, I wasn't even in the room when the door was damaged, I didn't touch the door, they basically accused me of lying, I refused to pay it & left very angry & insulted!

We had an early morning flight out of Porto, so picked this hotel next to Trinidad metro for direct link to airport. It did the job.

A great standard, no frills hotel. For me it has all I need: convenient location with metro and bus stops on the doorstep, walkable distance to all tourists attractions. Simple but functional decor and everything is clean and in perfect working condition. If you use your hotel just for sleeping and refreshing after a day of exploring the town, I recommend this one.

The location was fantastic, right across from the Trindade Metro stop and within a 10 minute walking distance from major sites. The hotel room was crammed, the bathroom light worked on a 1 minute timer going out while I was in the shower- had to wave around the room for the sensor to pick up that I am still there. Resulting on a full stay with a bathroom door we could not close. Shower drain was clogged too.

The hotel's location was also incredibly convenient, with a train station located directly across the street, making it easy to explore the city and beyond. Friendly employees, the first day I arrived I had to wait for almost an hour due some problem in the hotel's electricity that they were trying to fix. No fridge in the room

The room was clean but small. The senser for the bathroom light wasn’t working properly and kept shutting off when we were using the bath/shower. It made it very difficult to function in the dark. It would also come on and off randomly in the night and woke us up on several occasions. We told the fro t desk and they said they would fix it but they never did.

An elegant hotel located adjacent to Trinidade metro, affording easy access to the city centre, airport and suburbs. Quality yet minimalist rooms with comfortable beds and fairly good room noise insulation. Breakfast is taken at the cafe two doors down, that provides a standard continental (roll with ham and cheese, croissant with jam, hot or cold drink). The service depends on how busy the cafe is, which in the morning it usually is. No alternative was offered, except substitution of the croissant with a roll), so became boring by day 3. Better to purchase separately or elsewhere. A lovely hotel; though my stay was tempered by a few niggles, one involving a change of room that was enacted very quickly and courteously.

The hotel was in a fantastic location right across from a metro stop, and a short walk to all the sights.
The room was clean and excellent value for money. There were a few issues with the sink and shower not draining properly making them a bit hard to use, and there was a bit of road noise and noise from other guests as our room was right by the lift and at the front of the hotel by the road.
Overall, a comfortable and clean hotel, I would recommend!

This hotel is great value for money. Right opposite the metro with a direct link to the airport. This also gives excelkent transport links for exploring. There is also a bus stop outside. You can walk to the old town ....quite an uphill walk coming back but bus or taxi are easy alternatives. There is a small suoermarket almost next door and a larger one 5 mins down the road. Porto Interface is located in a residential/commercial area directly across the busy street from the huge Trinidade’s Metro station with direct links to the Aeroport and city centre’s Sao Bento Metro. Extremely quiet, clean, lovely bedding with elevator accessible smaller European hotel rooms. The desk staff was helpful. Breakfast and grocery sorcery stores at least 50 metres away.

Ideal location in city centre within 200m of Trindade metro station. Welcoming staff in a very clean and comfortable reception area. Our room was very clean, everything worked and was modern and up to date. The WiFi also worked well (much better than most hotels in the UK). 5G reception was also good around Porto. The cafe next door was great for breakfast and was really efficient.
