The space was very unique. There was a private elevator to get to the property. If you are renting, make sure you are okay with stairs. The apartment is actually 3 separate levels. The first level is the bedrooms, the second level has the murphy bed, living room space and kitchen and terrace, the third level has the other terrace/rooftop space. :) Beautiful views and cute space!

Absolutely beautiful property but if you like peace and quiet this is not the property for you. The location is amazing BUT the sound of the Cathedral bells all night is awful, even with the doors and windows closed the sound is so loud. If you sleep like the dead it will be perfect.

Lovely apartment right opposite the cathedral in the centre of the historic city. Spacious over 3 floors with bedrooms on 3rd floor of the building (access via lift) living room/kitchen diner and dining terrace on 4th floor and rooftop sun terrace. Spacious and immaculate right in the centre of the action. Would stay again if in Seville. Pedro in the office was very helpful with remote checkin and keys via the app. Quick communication via email and WhatsApp.

Pretty easily the best stay we had during a two week trek through Spain. Check in was fast and easy. The key card through Justin App worked perfectly.
The room was incredibly spacious and couldn't be in a better location.
Washing machine midway through our trip was clutch.
There was beeping coming from an alarm in the hall on the last night of our stay that was pretty annoying. And street below the apartment is VERY busy and quite loud.

Apartment itself is excellent; well laid out, modern, very clean. Location is wonderful for walking, but as a result, on a main street with the possibility for lots of noise. One night of our stay was exceptionally loud with singing/ cheering until about 12:30-1am, which was difficult for jet-lagged bodies. The next night was much quieter. My major negative was access to the apartment. I was aware of the check in time hours, and msgd the host that flight arrived after the office hours. I had the digital key and downloaded the necessary app. However, on arrival, directions to use the \"digital key\" were unclear/did not work and we could not gain access to the unit from the street. I tried everything I could think of and I am pretty tech savvy. I tried to call and message and eventually had to call the emergency number, and activate my Canadian cell phone plan as my Euro Sim card did not connect. We were finally in after about 30 min and help from the emergency contact...and never ended up needing the digital key at all! Everything was accessed by codes which were never provided to us. SO if you are arriving in regular hours as stated on their listing page, you are probably fine. Get very clear instructions with all codes if BEFORE you arrive. Wifi code was hidden in a folder, which is a great spot, if you know about it! Smell in stairway was stomach turning of sewage, but not sure who can be responsible for this. Other comm. was excellent after first night.

Location is prime. The apartment is in front of one of the cathedral’s door. It is very comfortable, beautiful and clean. It has a kitchen and a washer/dryer machine. The property is just steps from restaurants.
We arrived early to Sevilla, and they were able to give us the apartment earlier. The communication previous to our arrival was great, also the check in process, and they are very responsive during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I spent two nights here and would stay again if we were in Sevilla. This is a very conveniently located apt across the street from the Cathedral and walkable to all the major sites and restaurants. The space was large with a good sized kitchen, although we did not cook, and a spacious bathroom. It appeared to be recently renovated and nicely furnished.

Amazing location but loud
Amazing location with an incredible view. Very comfortable, spacious, stylish apartment. A few things to note: the key is delivered electronically via an app on your phone, so be sure everyone who needs a key will have internet access on his/her phone. The bedroom windows look out over a very loud/busy street. We used a white noise app on our phone to block out the street noise. The bathroom windows look onto an air shaft shared by a loud, busy restaurant kitchen. There’s a dishwasher and washing machine (so helpful!) and soap for each, but the soap is provided in pods without any packaging so we couldn’t tell which soap was for which machine. It would help if they were in the original packaging so we knew which was which. It would also help to have a sheet with instructions to the washing machine. On the whole would recommend, as long as you can get past the noise for sleeping.

The location is top notch, right across from the Catedral de Sevilla. There are tons of restaurants and shops in the area. Taxis are available near by as is the tram.

We will go back to Sevilla just to stay here again. The view of the cathedral from the room and balcony could not have been seen from anywhere else. Alcazar is a mere 3 minute walk away. The unit smelled like sewer ! We stayed for about an hour with windows open and air on but the smell never went away ! Most likely a major plumbing problem of the whole building . The only thing the service could do is provide room spray to mask the smell but not remedy the foul smell . We left this property and found other accommodations a block away.

Fabulous location directly across from cathedral, which also means noisy, so bring ear plugs and it will be fine! The studio was quite spacious, with a large bathroom. We would stay here again.

The location is excellent; near key sites to visit and surrounded by multiple food options, shopping venues and so on. Despite lots of activity nearby, the apartment was quiet and restful. Adequately supplied with mini-kitchen and a washer. But there were a couple of glitches in the bathroom: towel rack was broken and shower doors lacked a proper seal, so that water leaked through on to the floor. Reported to staff who said they would address the problems.

Comfortable apartment in perfect location
Lovely apartment, so central that we only only had short (5 to 10 min) walks to all the main sites, important when you are on a weekend break. Being central did mean that there was a lot of noise from the street below, but close the windows and it wasn't too bad and didn't disturb our sleep. Lots of restaurants on the street below, or if you just want to put your feet up, pop downstairs for pizza, then later ice-cream! Good kitchen facilities and nice to have a coffee machine. Minor quibble was that we couldn't work out which coffee pods to buy for it, though I am sure if we'd gone to reception they would have told us. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was lovely,very spacious,spotless clean. There is a washing machine,dishwasher,and coffee machine. Unusually, there is a supply of tea,coffe,condiments,and washing liquids also provided,great for a short stay. The quality of the furnishing is excellent,even bathrobes and slippers. The bed was supersized and super comfy,the shower was rainfall with body jets. There is also a lift in the building.
The location is superb,with lovely views of the cathedral. There is a good bar restaurant directly below which serves good tapas,with English menu boards,but totally authentic. The tourist menu is also good. Next door is an ice cream stand and next to that a pizza shop,

Our apartment at Puerta Catedral could not have been better! The room was very large, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked great! The views out our window were superb and the location was in the heart of everything! This company has a couple apartment buildings and the main building has a rooftop deck with views that are simply not rivaled in the entire city!! The rooftop deck is very large and as they don't have the bar open for service now, you can take your own food & drinks and enjoy the view. We visited a highly reviewed rooftop at another hotel and the views with Puerta Catedral were 1000 times better than the other!! We would stay here over and over again! The front desk also helped us book tickets to the Alcazar and even printed our vouchers for us. Top notch in every way!

Wonderful base in Seville
Very pleased with the quality of this flat. Spacious, bright and clean, with an astounding view of the cathedral right in front. Despite being the first floor above ground level on a relatively busy street, sound levels were quite reasonable - they have gone to the effort of installing properly sealing window/doors on the balconies. A large comfortable apartment in a fantastic location literally yards from the Cathederal which suited us perfectly. Plenty of wardrobe space, huge comfy bed, every appliance you could need (fridge, washer, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer) spacious shower room, bathrobes, the list goes on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these apartments to anyone wishing to stay in the heart of Sevile.

Convenient and spacious!
We were travelling in Spain and stayed at this hotel about midway through our trip. We stayed in the Apartments on the side of the cathedral; the location was GREAT. The room was spacious and the small balcony doors opened up to the side of the Cathedral. It was convenient to have a clothes washer in the hotel room(they also had a drying rack). They cleaned the room after our second night, so if you are looking for daily room service - this isn't the place for you. If you prefer the space, the extra convenience of a washer and refrigerator and microwave then this is a great pick!

Location of the apartments are excellent but the \"hotel\" is just an aggregation of several apartments. There needs to be an upgrade to the lighting in the rooms. Value for money isn't great but you are getting an excellent location.

A very nice apartment and great service. The appartment is close to main attractions, shops and restaurants so a little noise is to be expected however it was not a problem. We would stay there again.

Great hotel right in the heart of Seville overlooking the Cathedral. Rooms were huge in 2 bedroom apartment so price was very reasonable for what u get. Little balcony overlooking the street. Rooms need a little updating but otherwise perfect. Have to check in at the other location about 150-200m away and entry uses traditional keys so very secure place.

We were traveling to Sevilla for one night and wanted a central place to stay so that we could maximize our sightseeing. These apartments we're in a great location and we're very reasonably priced. Overall the apartment was fine (slightly funky layout) and clean. The building was secure and easy to access. It had all of the basic amenities although we did not fully explore the kitchen.
Now come the \"but\" part. Being located across the street from the cathedral has it's price - the loud and frequent church bells. The bells sound on the hour and half hour through the night. If bells aren't your thing then the patrons of the many street level bars probably aren't either. Simply stated these apartments are very, very noisy. Bring your heavy duty ear plugs or forget about sleeping.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent, it has the best location, walking distance to everything. Staff were very helpful and courteous. For some reason they didn't clean our room on one of our 3 night stay. Could not control air conditioning, set cold, but better than no air conditioning, weather was in the 40s Celsius. Loved it would definitely stay there again. Loads of restaurants nearby. Great find.

We loved this hotel - each room is equipped for longer stays with kitchenette, cooking supplies, beautiful modern design. My only regret is choosing the inexpensive studio. We did have a view of the bell tower of the cathedral, but the higher priced rooms have full-on views of the cathedral. Sevilla is a beautiful place, which I need to come back to for a longer stay. Just know that reception may not be in the same building as your room - they have at least 3 buildings around the cathedral that I know of. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Great stay.

Cute studio apartment close to everything. The only complaints we had were there was absolutely no view as our window faced a cement wall. Also, there was an overwhelming smell of sewage. However, the pros definitely outweighed the cons and would recommend it.

Our visit was only 24 hours unfortunately. We were welcomed by the most friendly lady in the world. Within 10 mins we had a map, a plan, a table booked for dinner (the best tapas we've ever had) and instructions on how to get to our lovely little apartment.

Just Perfect!!
Customer service was wonderful. each and every single member of the staff was very nice and went out of their way to help us. the apartment itself, I loved it. It was very clean, very nicely decorated, and the location couldn't be better (right beside the cathedral). The reception office is in a different location from the actual apartments about a block away, but the only good thing about that was that since it is right in front of the cathedral and the building has a really nice terrace we had access to it and we took some wonderful pictures from there. If I ever go back to Sevilla I would definitely stay there again. Loved it.

Very handy location, walking distance to old part of town, the main train station and Messina plaza. A little difficult to find initially, but next door to restaurants and a minimarts, and 100m to tram stop. Staff were very helpful and friendly too.

These apartments are BEAUTIFUL, spacious and yards away from Sevila's cathedral. The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and assisted in any way necessary. They do need a permanent light in the stairwell as stairs are marble, landings oddly configured, dimly lit: we tripped on a step that was all but invisible, lucky not to be injured. Not a problem if you ride the elevator, but anyone on a first floor apartment should be careful. Otherwise, an extraordinary place, full of Sevillian charm, centrally located, run by lovely people.

Location is great... Front desk great and helpful... Nice to have a washing machine, micro wave and coffee maker, but that's where it ends. Front desk is a street away, breakfast is two streets away, we never found the dinning room, and we had 6 or 7 keys (plus a electronic card for the lights) to open different doors and move around (ridiculous). TV basically useless, no view anywhere. Cathedral bells once every 15 minutes and for a long (and very noisy) time calling for mass. Phone wasn't working, TV basically useless, no view anywhere and a constant sewer smell !!! To wrap it up, we had construction work next door for two mornings making it impossible to sleep a little late. Too pricy for what you get.

What a gem!! Very clean comfortable and well equipped apartment right in the centre of this lovely city! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone! All the staff are very friendly and full of information! Nothing seemed too much trouble for them and Maria was fab!

You seldom find such a gem in an ideal location in the very heart of the city. The location could not have been more convenient and the facilities were superb. Our only regret was that we only had 2 days in sevile.

Perfect location, right behind the cathedral - close to an array of different tapas bars, restaurants and cerveserias. Apartment was well furnished to allow self catering / clothes washing if required. Access to roof terrace was also a pleasant surprise.
