The staff here are the real stars: patient, kind, and always ready to help. I was a huge fan of the heated towel rails and the premium-feeling toiletries! While the room was spotless, some furniture needs an upgrade; the power sockets felt a bit flimsy, and the bathroom vanity had seen better days. A few USB ports would also be a welcome addition. Overall, a great experience with excellent service!

Nice hotel in the super center of Istanbul - just 2 min from Istiklal and Taksim square. The rooms have classy design and comfortable amenities, though a bit tight. But the biggest plus of the hotel are the staff - the girl and the man at the reception /sorry - I didn't get your names/ and the bell boy were extremely helpful and welcoming.

We had a fantastic experience during our recent stay. The team are incredibly friendly and so helpful. There is 24 hour presence at the main reception and a lift.
I booked 2 rooms. The room facilities are clean and cosy. The common areas are well maintained aswell.
Breakfast was included during our stay. The food was delicious and there is a variety of food and drinks offered.
The hotel location is a plus as you are close to Taksim square and main transport links to main attractions.
We booked an airport transfer service to and from the hotel which was prompt and for us, made it stress free.
I thoroughly recommend this gem of a hotel. Thank you Ahmed, Abdullah, Pery and all the team.

The stay at Union Hotel Plat Inn was amazing. Beginning by the staff. Jamil was amazing and very knowledgeable. As a matter fact everyone was very nice and always asking what they can do for us. The room was very comfortable. The hotel location is great. Very close to everything. No doubt my next stay in Istanbul will be at this hotel.

I was there in October, and they sent us a car to pick us up from the airport, so we had an easy arrival. When we got there, we were welcomed with a cup of coffee and baklava. The receptionist, Mr. Morad, was super friendly and trustworthy (which is sometimes hard to find in the Taksim area).
The room we had was 3 beds , super clean, and although it was small, it had enough space. It had a refrigerator, and they provided water, coffee, and a coffee maker.
Now about the breakfast. I’m still dreaming about their breakfast! So many delicious foods, everything super clean and organized. Yes, I keep mentioning the cleanliness because I’m very OCD and a clean person.
Since we were three women, the front desk was very careful about us and gave us all the safety advice. Pari, another lady at the front desk, was very knowledgeable. She spoke several languages and helped people overcome language barriers.
The sweetest and most energetic was Abdullah, who was so polite and helpful, always with a big smile on his face.
Believe me , try this place and you’re going to love it

Beautiful welcome by the staff ❤️ Lots of helpful information about tours and the area and transportation, and a welcome drink also ❤️

Faulty shower was quickly attended to for an interim fix with a permanent fix scheduled for the following day.

The ONLY downside was the window which I think might need sealing redone to eliminate noise.

Kettle, coffee and water provided. Slippers also.

Lots of different lights for the room which is nice for ambience and winding down.

From 4 star to 5 star. The best service of my entire Europe trip! This place went above and beyond with their service and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. They also assisted with organising a birthday cake for me on my special day, what a touching and beautiful surprise 🥹

I would like to say overall our stay here was pleasant. The hotel itself is in an excellent location, and was the perfect place to stay in the city of Istanbul. Taksim and istiklal avenue are just round the corner. And the cleanliness at the hotel is great, with the cleaners working very hard. We particularly rate the great customer service. We would like to give a special thanks to Yalcin, Ahmet and Abdullah, they really go above and beyond to make sure your happy with your stay. I would say the only negatives are that the room itself was falling apart. The shower door was stuck and would not close, the maintenance man was not even able to move it. One of the cupboards was also not mounted well to the wall and would fall forward everytime its open. And lastly, the safe in the room was faulty and took three times to be fixed. But other than these inconveniences, i would still recommend others to stay here.

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten mal dort und werden auch das nöchste mal dort übernachten.
Es ist nur eine Minute von taksim entfernt.
Die Sauberkeit und auch Zimmer-Service ist Tadellos.
Der inhaber und sein Personal sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen.

Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen 100%.
