Room had no towels and was dirty, no answer to front desk or house keeping to ask for any . Had to walk over a ton of garbage in hallway to get to room.

This review is entirely for their handling of a maintenance problem. Myself and several other guests were affected by a room lock issue. Right from check in, our keys did not work no matter what the front desk did. I was told that Maintenance would work on it ASAP. No one checked in with me to give me updates. I found out at the hotel restaurant/bar that another lady had complained so they moved her to a new room with keys that worked. The same thing for another man who had the issue and asked to be moved. They also told me that they were told Maintenance had “left for the day” and no manager was available to come provide support. That’s terrible leadership. Switching rooms was not offered to me, so when I went downstairs at 4 AM to get something from my car, the overnight person (who hadn’t been told about the issue) had to let me back into my room. I could not do laundry that I needed to do because that would have required me getting them to unlock multiple doors, multiple times. Same with the gym. I wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience, just made to feel like someone whose experience they could not care less about.

As much as you pay for a room, having to pay extra for parking and breakfast was disappointing—especially since the breakfast was not good at all. They also do not accept cash, which should be made clear ahead of time.

The biggest issue was the check-in experience. The receptionist who assisted me did not seem knowledgeable about accessible rooms. I specifically booked an accessible room because I needed an open/walk-in shower. She repeatedly told me that I did not book an accessible room and claimed the hotel did not even offer those types of rooms. My reservation clearly stated otherwise. We went back and forth for about 10–15 minutes before she then tried to blame the third-party booking site, saying it booked me for a hearing-accessible room instead—which was not true. She also insisted that what appears on third-party websites is “not real” and not connected to their actual availability.

After all the confusion and unnecessary back-and-forth, she finally stated that my room did in fact have a walk-in shower. However, when I got to the room, it was not a hearing-accessible room at all.

Other issues included terrible Wi-Fi, no fresh towels or washcloths provided during the stay (apparently you have to request them, but that should have been explained at check-in), and for a suite, there was only one tiny trash can in the bathroom.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I will not be spending my money here again.

Great hotel, great price. Enough space. We LOVED the full refrigerator. AC wasn’t as cool as it should’ve been but tolerable since it wasn’t as warm.

Staff was super friendly and accomodating for our need of a shower chair. Room was an ok size, kitchen area was very close to one of the beds. Note: no breakfast included and $5/day parking charge.

Decent.. old tile floors in the rooms.. $100 security deposit is way too much for this old property..especially when it takes over a week to be reimbursed. They say it’s the bank, however it’s the only hotel that takes this long that I’ve stayed at all of last year and this year. My 8th hotel.. all deposits credited or removed within 24-48 hours. And most are $50 for much nicer hotels.. suspicious to this activity

The staff were really friendly and very good at their jobs. This was the only good thing about this hotel. You are paying for what you get so breakfast( slightly cold) is provided if you pay which doesn’t specify on third party sites. The rooms are clean-ish, the floors were kind of dirty with outside and pet hair. The comforter was kind of sketchy and dirty looking so l did not sleep in the sheets. Again good for me for a night but you pay for what you get.

There was no upper sheet on either bed, just a bottom sheet with a duvet insert directly on top of that covered by a sheet on top of that. Totally unacceptable and unhygienic to be expected to sleep next to a duvet insert with no sheet. I remade the bed using a sheet from the spare bed. The sound proofing between rooms was terrible and we could hear every word from the next room until well after 11pm. (This was one of those rooms that adjoin with a locked door between). We asked to move rooms but were told they were fully booked yet there were plenty of rooms available online. The following morning the same neighboring room had the TV blaring at 5am. We will not stay again.

Room location and condition was awful. Our room window was over the corridor bar. So noisy you couldn’t hear the TV. Our room needed some TLC. Baseboards coming off the bathroom floor, couch had a tear in it, etc…

When we arrived, the two ladies at the counter were very pleasant. We began discussing the band and found out they played instruments too.
I wish their had of been a vent in the bathroom to help with the condensation on the mirror and delay of being able to do my hair. They're we're only 2 towels and face cloths, so i had to run down and get more towels and wash cloths as well. Other than, overall nice.

We had stayed a few days prior and the same room we booked then was available for the new date and we were able to stay and check in without any issuesat all. Thank you!

This was a very unique building. Our room faced the interior of the building which felt very weird especially since we were on the second floor. But they had a good block out window so it wasn’t too bad. The staff is very casual and seemed like they needed more training. No one seemed to know what to do. They were very friendly and nice though. Otherwise the rooms were nice and clean.

This property inconvenienced my pregnant wife and I to the point where she had to wait in the parking lot for an hour for a room I booked in advance! Just to be told the room I reserved with the necessary accommodations was not available. I had already been charged for this room through Expedia just for them to tell me that expedias “virtual card” that they send to the hotel was not being accepted! Also there was no way for me to receive my money back as fast as they took it!!!!! Now I’ve had to pay for ANOTHER room with money I didn’t have! And I won’t receive my refunded room until 7-10 days!!!!! This has been the worst experience ever!!
