The staff at reception are really helpful and friendly. The rooftop restaurant is convenient and has good food options. The rooms are a reasonable size and it is easy to walk around downtown.

The hotel is an oasis. It's clean, professional and quiet. But step outside, it's crowded, noisy and too close to the urban madness. Vehicle fumes in La Paz is terrible. The surrounding area is no exception.

It was generally good however I wasn’t given the room I booked. I booked a king suite however I was given what looked like a suite with 2x double beds. It was clean and decent which is why I’m giving 3stars, but it felt like a downgrade.

The most flexible hotel I have stayed at! When we had a delayed bus and needed to change our booking at short notice, the hotel obliged and gave us a room immediately without making us pay for the room we no longer needed on a different date. I am very happy at how flexible and obliging they were. We stayed in a suite and it was a huge room with everything that you needed. The gas heater kept it very warm too.

The room and service was fantastic. We could not have asked for more from the room which was very comfortable, modern and warm equipped with a gas heater and lots of blankets. This felt very upmarket for La Paz but at a very good price. The communication before and during my stay was brilliant too. The only slight negative would be the breakfast but there was still enough food and drink to keep us going for the day. But the usual Bolivian dry bread! And they gave us a take away breakfast when we left early on trips too.

Paper thin walls. We did not sleep. The restaurant was either closed or reserved for groups. We have not been able to eat there or just chill on the rooftop. Breakfast was very poor.. and we asked for an ealy check-in at 5 AM. They confirmed is was ok but when we got there they said there was no room ready before 8:30 AM. They made us pay the same price but we had to sleep in the lobby.

It is the most noisy hotel I ‘ve been. They had parties all night till 1am. And start to do clean and move furniture at 6am.
But the worst was that I was poisoned with a decomposed Hamburger in the restaurante and lost three days of my holidays with fever and diarrhea. I told the people of reception and just say: oh sorry!

Very well situated hotel close to main street. Nice new hotel. No aircon for summer. People on reception helpful. Restaurant on top floor was lovely. The menu was totally in Spanish with no English. The wait staff also did not understand english. Im sure we are not the only English speaking guests. A suggestion to include English on the menu would be helpful.

Perfect Stay in La Paz
Relatively high-tech door lock in South America. The room is clean and comfortable. It has the greatest hot water pressure in the world. Services are perfect, including greeting at night, breakfast and early check-out. The surroundings are some main streets and schools, so it is a bit noisy but I'm fine with these. Breakfast may be a bit limited as a hotel but all taste fine with comfortable seats. La Paz is somehow dangerous at night so they locked the main gate tight at late night. Built-in body wash, shampoo bottle and hair dryer which I love these so much.

Péssimo hotel e atendimento. Chegamos cedo no hotel e não nos deixaram entrar no apartamento, mesmo havendo disponibilidade. Café da manhã horrível, pães e bolos secos, nada feito na hora. Comi um ovo que destruiu meu estômago, fiquei ruim por dois dias. Por indicação da recepção fomos passear no teleférico e em uma feira em El Alto fui assaltado, levaram meu iPhone, sendo que o hotel poderia ter avisado sobre o perigo do lugar. Resumo: este hotel não recomendo para ninguém e La Paz passem longe, na vdd é um local para sequer ter qualquer contato ou lembrança. Fujam desse lugar.
