The apartment was large, modern and clean. We were at the back off the hotel with no view but it was very quiet and the bedroom was dark once the curtains were closed. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were too soft for me. The kitchen was equipped with enough saucepans and cutlery but lacked a draining board and dish washing cloths/soap. The bathroom was a wet room and the water didn't drain fast enough as the shower was very powerful, so the entire floor was wet. The hook for the shower head was broken so had to hold it to use it. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Really nice aparthotel in the historic centre

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is superb, right in front of the Roman amphitheatre, just a short walk from the station. The room was very well equipped and comfortable, everything worked fine, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
We noticed no noise from inside the hotel. There was some from the adjacent building site, but only during working hours and this was not a problem.
If visiting Nimes again we would certainly be happy to stay here.

Unfortunately this odalys does nothing to go above and beyond our check in was literally here's your key and you need to pay the city tax. No information about the property or city. When we got to our room there is no tea towel or dishwashing liquid, you need to buy a pack, no dishwasher powder you have to buy it. I tried to use the laundry room and had trouble so asked at the reception only to be told it's not working, no sign nothing very frustrating. Loved Nimes and would come back but there must be better places to stay.

Hotel just round the corner of Nimes amphitheatre. It was close by to metro, train station, and trams, and all the tourist places. Amina the recessionisr was super helpful to me as a solo teavelker. The tourist office is close by as well, did a tour of Roman Nimes. Also weather was great, and a lot of eating places nearby.

The location is amazing, right across from the Arena and lots of restaurants. The tv didn’t really work for us to watch English news and although they offered to fix it, we were leaving. You must ask to have a hair dryer in your room but that was easy enough.

Beautiful hotel located in a walkable part of Nimes. Right outside of the Arena, there was a lot to do.

While that was good, they did not tell us that they were under construction and they had no parking for our car. The nearby roads were also closed for an event that they did not tell us about. So prompt warning would have been nicer.

The location is incredible. We had two rooms, one facing the coliseum and the other with a balcony behind the property. The arena was so close, the photos really are not manipulated. A beautiful view.

The parking can be difficult to find. The bollards are lowered at request by the police. You must pull up and press the button to request it. Failure to know this means that you have to drive in circles down very narrow streets.

The rooms are clean, the beds are VERY comfortable, and the sofa bed was one of the most comfortable experienced. The one bedroom apartments are definitely worth it. They contain a large fridge, glasses, saucepans and seem very well appointed. The layout of the second floor apartment (by the Arene) was better, but both suited a family, or a couple wanting more space.

The showers are powerful. A mop or something would be helpful. We all struggled to contain the shower spray in both rooms, leading to a wet bathroom.

My French parents enjoyed their stay so much that they are considering the chain for future stays.

We did test the spa! Please know it costs $6 per person for one hour. This seemed too high, considering hotel occupancy and allotted time. The steam room was hot and seemed good, the jacuzzi was not hot but more like a coolish bath that was pretty refreshing.

If traveling to Nîmes again we would stay there again, and I would consider others from the chain.

If you are heading to Nimes, don't look amywhere and book this one. you are 30 steps (max) from the Amphitheater, parks, fountains, and all major roads.
The room was super clean, comfortable, roomy (almost amwrican size room), + AC!
People are great! and bonus: check out is noon!!!

I booked two nights at Odalys, Nimes several weeks ago. Because the website explained that check in closes at 8pm, I arranged to arrive at Nimes by train at about 7pm.
However, I arrived at the station at 7.50 pm after a long delay on the train. Whilst I was waiting to get a taxi, I tried to phone the hotel several times, but on each occasion the call was not answered. I booked another hotel, because it was clear I was not going to arrive before 8pm.
The next day, I went to the hotel to arrange a refund. The receptionist colleague kindly explained that the information on Expedia about the hotel is incorrect and that reception is infact open 24/7, in other words I did not need to find another hotel.
I haver asked for a refund because
1)The Expedia website provided incorrect information, even after hotel staff knew this to be incorrect
2)The hotel did not answer the phone in order that the incorrect information could be resolved.
I asked for a refund three days ago, but so far haven’t heard from the hotel.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They answered every question I had about navigating Nimes. They even printed out a bus timetable so I could visit Pont du Gard. The location is perfect. Walking out the door to see the Roman Amphitheater every day was incredible. The hotel is also next door to the ancient history museum. The breakfast was exceptional in quality and variety. Cannot recommend enough.

A nicely located property: good welcome and clean facilities. Only umbridge was that the TV is fixed to a side wall so couldn't watch it from bed (and no sofa or other lounging space either!)
Parking v limited so if driving there's a good chance you'll be disappointed

Don't recommend at all. The building is quite nice and 1 block from the Roman arena. Nearest parking for our rental car was blocks away in an expensive public lot. Add that fee to expected cost. Hotel was little help in that (\"If you can't find parking, I guess you need to find another hotel. Gee, you have suitcases ?\") I had interactions with the front desk about 4-5 times, and only once did someone speak English, which was a problem. Big communication problem on maid service , which is NOT provided except at additional cost. WHO KNEW ??? It turned out there was a sign in the back of the elevator (English and French) that if you want \"extra cleaning\" , tell us . We charge 10 euros for \"extra cleaning\" . Don't be deceived . Extra cleaning means basic cleaning. Otherwise , no cleaning. This took me about 20 minutes, involving 3 French-speaking employees, to figure out why my room wasn't cleaned. This sign was really the most AMAZING I have ever read in a hotel. It said, we can provide extra cleaning, \"on top of the end-of-stay cleaning of your room we provide for the next guest\". IMAGINE THAT ! They are going to clean my room for the next guest when I leave AND not even charge me. That service will be free to me. WOW, how gracious. The breakfast included warm , unhealthful milk left out overnight. I complained , but the manager, never-present , denied it, at first. I provided details and she admitted it by giving me a free breakfast for that day.

Horrible and disgusting experience

We frequently travel internationally 6+ times per year and this is the first time I write a review. I was extremely dissapointed with this hotel and felt the need to warn others. Upon our check in and arrival to our room, we found dirty damp towels in the room and bathroom, the bed had dirty sheets and was not made, the trash can was full and there were dirty utensils in the sink. Absolutely disgusting. I immediately went to the front desk to complain and they literally removed the dirty towels and pulled the comforter on the bed. I was furious but unfortunately didn't have nowhere else to go. Then the next day, the bathroom flooded and we had to remove the water with towels. We alerted the front desk and they didn't do anything about it. A horrible experience for sure which ruined two days of our vacation. Do not book this hotel.

Nice, modern hotel with spacious rooms, good bathroom and comfortable beds. Small kitchenette, but a buffet breakfast is still provided for those that want it. However, the breakfast is rather sparse, mainly breads and a few slivers of cheese and meet. Yoghurt, but no fruit. Another note, is that the cheese and meats are not refilled, so if you are not once of the first at breakfast, you won't get anything but bread, coffee and orange juice, which is fresh squeezed and fantastic.
No housekeeping, so no fresh towels even after several days. And no refills for toilet paper. That was the only downnside, as there was only one roll in the room. I had to request toilet paper several times. None ever arrived, and I had to go to the front desk to get it.

Excellent location. Close to car park, right in the center, next to the number of cafeterias and restaurants. Very comfortable apartment, good size of bed and sofa bed, however I personally didn’t like pillows and duvet. Very synthetics. Very good AC, efficient and quiet.

The exact center

Perfect position, just across from the arenes and next to Roman Museum. Five mn by foot from the station. All the sights, shops and restaurants are easy walk Hotel is brand-new and spotless. Took an apartment which was great: big,awesome view, silent and comfortable. Hotel has a nice little spa and workout. Breakfast was great and has a terrace rooftop. Bonus for me was a public pool just steps away.
I thought the price was great, and it really met my needs.
To note: there is a big construction going on nest door, a congress hall is coming.
Friendly welcome would bring me back here to further enjoy ths nice hotel and nice city.

La chambre et la propreté. Dans la chambre que nous avons eue, la fenêtre ne fermait pas, nous avons donc fait constaté le problème et on nous a donné une autre chambre. Dans la seconde, la poubelle de la salle de bains n'était pas vidée et traces noires sur les taies d'oreiller.
Cet hôtel n'est pas au standing d'un 4 étoiles, il n'en vaut que 2. L'emplacement proche des arènes est très pratique, mais il faut aussi savoir que l'accès en voiture y est difficile car l'hôtel est dans une zone piétonne. L'hôtel ne propose q'un nombre de places très limité et ils n'en avaient plus quand nous sommes arrivés, il a donc fallu se garer au parking souterrain des arènes (25€/24h)

Attente de 35 minutes à l’accueil, personnel très long et privilégiant les appels clients que le client présent qui attend.
Moisissure sur les murs, pommeau de douche cassé (chambre B301), chauffage ne marchant pas en hiver. On a dû changer de chambre à 2h du matin après avoir insister à 2 reprises. L’hôtel a d’abord voulu nous facturer le changement de chambre.
Nous n’avons une qu’une clé pour 2 personnes, et 0 clés pendant la nuit après le changement de chambre
Le personnel ne semblait pas formé « je suis stagiaire et seul cette nuit désolé »
Une nuit catastrophique pas à la hauteur du prix et aux nombres d’étoiles

Wir waren im Rahmen einer Radrundreise für eine Nacht hier. Unsere Räder konnten wir über Nacht sicher unterstellen.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und großzügig eingerichtet.
Pech hatten wir mit der Lage unserer Zimmer, die direkt an einer Baustelle gelegen waren, wo zwischen 7:30 Uhr und 16:00 Uhr ordentlich Lärm gemacht wurde. Da kann das Hotel nichts dafür, aber das trübt dennoch den Gesamteindruck ein wenig.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.
Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Chambre propre, mais des miettes dans le réfrigérateur et un coup de peinture sur les murs de l’appartement dans son entier ne serait pas un luxe. De même que pas de ménage ni serviettes changées durant cinq jour, c’est un peu incompréhensible… et dommage.
La literie est très confortable, et les services à l’intérieur de l’appartement étaient très bien entretenus et pratique.
Le bain à remous était bien et tout était propre. Un bon moment de détente.
Pour finir, le personnel est souriant et très compétent quel que soit la demande.
Parfaitement situé, cet hôtel est un bon point de chute afin de visiter et profiter de Nîmes.

Super centraal gelegen hotel van alle gemakken voorzien. Parkeren kan in de nabij gelegen parkeergarage (4 minuten lopen). Ik had een heerlijk ruime kamer met balkon en grote badkamer en een prima bed.

Je loopt zo het centrum in met volop eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Ik vroeg bij de receptie welk restaurant ze aan zouden raden en dat was spot on. Dus zowel voor stedentrip als voor doorreis aan te raden.

Probably the most grotesque hotel stay of my life

The summer music festival right outside the window made sleeping hard, but the real nightmare didn't start till the next morning. My son-in-law had to leave very early, and my daughter saw him off, but after that, she couldn't get back in. Turns out there had been a power outage during the night, which had knocked out the lock system and the a/c system of the hotel.

Several hours later, we woke up and discovered the first daughter outside, who managed to get in and notify everyone - except my other daughter who was on another floor and now got locked out! We had to leave chairs in the door to our rooms which consequently without a/c got very hot as we were packing up. We couldn't leave as one daughter still had her stuff locked in her room and the hotel staff were clueless - until my girl managed to pick the lock herself with her shoelace!

Fortunately, when we were leaving several hours delayed, the hotel promised to refund the money for the night's stay as compensation - which seems extremely fair: Even if everything else sucked completely, at least owning up to their mistakes would be one positive thing I could say about this hotel.

We watched them do refunds for other guests, but somehow we managed to leave with only their promises and without the refunds being done immediately. So now, 4 weeks later, we have not received the money and the hotel is not responding to our emails. Which if you have read this far will probably not surprise you.

Uniquement 8 places de parking en accès piétonnier bloqué le soir de gros événements : préférer le parking public juste à coté. Résidence très bien située. Propreté. Confort des chambres. Literie au top.

Séjour décevant. Piscine inaccessible, C'était un de mes critères pour le choix de l'hébergement... Bruit dans la rue dès 7heures du matin, pour cause de travaux. Même fenêtre, fermée... Bonne localisation pour visiter Nîmes en mode piéton !

Okej hotell men många fel denna gång!

Bra hotell nära Arena de Nîmes. Tyvärr var det strömavbrott stora delar av vistelsen. Dålig information vid incheckningen och struligt vid utcheckningen. Antar att strömavbrottet var en stor anledning. Omfattande byggarbete utanför som störde ordentligt. Varmt på rummet trots AC och toapappret var slut. Men läge o pris ok.

Travaux dans la rue, nous sommes dans une chambre au 1 er étage juste au dessus et nous sommes réveillés par un camion toupie à partir de 7h45....Aucune info communiquée concernant les travaux en amont de la réservation.

À notre arrivée, la salle de bain était sale : traces d'urine sur la cuvette, cheveux au sol. Des travaux ont commencé à 8h un samedi, et malgré cela, aucune précaution n’a été prise pour nous placer dans des chambre situé à l'opposé.

Le petit-déjeuner manquait d'organisation : il fallait sans cesse réclamer le réapprovisionnement.

Nous saluons tout de même l’amabilité du personnel à l’accueil. Mais globalement, nous sommes déçus de notre séjour et comptons faire une réclamation.

Hôtel très propre et très bien situé
Travaux aux pieds de l’hôtel (marteau piqueur, pelleteuse) des 7h30.
Pas de kit de nettoyage/vaisselle dans notre chambre
Mais ce sont des détails, le personnel est parfait et la chambre propre

Etablissement récent, emplacement particulierement privilegié à 10 mètres des arènes de Nimes...
Staff trés gentil.
Rapport qualité prix trés bon.
Petit déjeuner industriel moyen, mais qui avait le mérite d'être inclus.
Petit spa payant sans prétention mais pas très cher (6 euros).
A signaler de trés désagréables odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bain pendant 24h.
Parking payant possible selon disponibilité (à demander le matin même).

Erinomainen sijainti, mukava moderni ja erittäin siisti huone. Ainoa miinus hiustenkuivaajasta joka oli rikki, ja siitä että repun säilytyksestä olisi joutunut maksamaan 2 e/reppu (periaatekysymys, maksaisin ennemmin tuon 2 e enemmän huoneen hinnassa). Kaikenkaikkiaan kuitenkin erinomainen, yövyn mielelläni uudelleen
