Je passe sur l’alarme incendie à 06:30( elle a sonné également la veille ) .30’ d’attente au restau sans qu’on prenne la commande ( j’ai quitté la table pour dîner à l’extérieur ) .
Machine kfe en panne au PDJ et plus de tasses . Bref cet hôtel que j’ai connu il y a très longtemps a besoin d’ un me bonne reprise en main

Nice place, well located. Comfy king size bed.
Bathroom and toilets are a bit tiny. Breakfast is nice (though not wheelchair accessible).
Enjoyable pool when the summer heat and sun are high.
Super experience at the restaurant with friendly service and excellent dinner.
Had to park elsewhere as the parking lot is quite small (too many Tesla and buses spaces while there are only 2 spaces for guests with disabilities)

Personnel accueillant ayant répondu à ma demande de plateau de courtoisie (qui figure sur les photos de présentation des chambres mais qui n'est au final pas présent).
Literie excellente.
Seul bémol le bruit dans les couloirs le vendredi matin (probablement des voisins très bruyants trop tôt) prévoir des boules quies.
Facilité d'accès et parking à disposition.
Restaurant sympa et le jeudi concert jazz à ne pas manquer.
Emplacement de l'hôtel idéal, sortie d'autoroute et près du centre ville.

Spacious room with the biggest bed I have ever seen (Super Kingsize?). The room was spotless with a good walk in shower and the onsite restaurant is excellent but very popular so booking a table at check in time is recommended. If you don't fancy the restaurant or it is fully booked, at least there is McDonalds just around the corner.

For the price this is by far the best hotel we have found while on a touring holiday.

A decent place to stay at a reasonable price.

Overall, a little dated but quite an OK place to stay. Walking distance to McDonalds, Lidl, Ange Boulangerie and several other eating places. The room was quiet. The restaurant/bar onsite, Partage, looked inviting although we didn't eat there. Parking was good. The main issue was the smell of the drains in the bathroom, which seems pretty common in France. Reception staff were very obliging.

Two busses arrived immediately before and after so we went into the restaurant and had dinner while the staff got the 1st bus checked in.

The restaurant was very good and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool closed early to the dismay of my 12 year old daughter. I believe it closed at 8pm.

Bel endroit, Assez froid à l'exterieur mais surprenant de charme à l'intérieur. Excellent accueil, personnel professionnel (cela devient tellement rare qu'il me parait important de le souligner). Very comfortable place. Dog friendly. Good breakfast in a nice large dining room with high ceilings that looks out to the pool. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner the night we arrived but we were able to get tapas on the terrace of the hotel next door. Very comfy bed. Shopping nearby.

Bon pour un déplacement professionnel

J'y ai passé 2 nuits en semaine pendant un déplacement professionnel. A ce titre, j'en suis satisfait. L'hôtel a un restaurant sur place et n'est pas éloigné du lieu où j'allais travailler.
La chambre était propre, le lit confortable, toilettes et douche fonctionnelles.
Cependant, je regrette que l'établissement soit relativement défraîchi : les tapisseries sont d'une autre époque, la porte laisse passer la lumière (et les bruits) du couloir, les moquettes sont relativement passées... Le mobilier et les accessoires font \"années 80\".
L'hôtel est doté d'une piscine que je n'ai pas eu le temps d'essayer, ce temps gris d'automne ne m'y a pas incité.
Sa localisation géographique en fait un lieu propice aux séjours courts, près des axes routiers, et aux environs peu attrayants (avant tout d'autres hôtels, et sinon une zone d'activité).

A comfortable place to stay

Nimes is a great place, lots of great sites to see. The hotel is about 3km out of town on a retail park surrounded by several other hotels. The hotel is on a bus route linking it with the station and also the main tourist destinations. There is a bus from town after 9pm, but this is a further walk away. The staff of the hotel were friendly although the hotel was a little dated.

Not a comfortable stay

The hotel is in a business district about 5 km from town. If one is traveling alone it would be ok. Otherwise the room we booked was for our family of three but It would have barely fit two. We had no space for our two suitcases and literally needed to jump over them while moving around. The air conditioner was crackling terribly loud so we were unable to leave it on. Overall a disappointment.

Very disappointing. The reception area and corridor to the ground floor rooms smelt strongly of cigarette smoke due to the smoking area outside being right in front of the open door.
When we got to our room it had not been cleaned or the bed linen changed.
We were allocated a different room which smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. The toilet smelt strongly of urine and there were spots of dried urine on the floor in front of the toilet bowl. A double bed instead of the twin beds we had reserved. Neither of the two English language TV channels worked. No tea/coffee maker and the magnifying mirror in the bathroom was missing. We could not lock the room door from the inside.
On the positive side the bar service was friendly and the food good. We have been using this hotel for many years and have never had an experience like this.
Owing to the general disturbance we omitted to present our Best Western Rewards card.

I arrived at approximately 1100a.m. and was told the room wouldn't be available until1400hrs. No problem, although I was not informed of any facilities at the hotel or if in fact if I could leave my baggage. So after 3hrs of traipsing round the adjacent shopping centre, I decided to return slightly ahead of 1400hrs, and asked for my key. I was told to wait a further 30mins, this continued until 1600hrs when I finally got my room card/key. 5hrs after arrival.
During this time (from 1400hrs onwards) I decided to wait in reception should my room become available, but after each 30 min interval I was told to wait a further 30 mins... during this time I observed a procession of approximately 10 to 15 customers receiving key cards, some of which had come from the street with no reservation at all, and given rooms immediately?
During this time I was offered no words of advice or hospitality by the desk staff at reception, but was rather treated with disdain and a shrug of the shoulders. My entire day was wasted and I ended up extremely angry and disappointed after spending over 100 euros on my room for one night. The television channels were all over the place and the English channels were out of sync and worked intermittedly. There were no coffee or tea making facilities as advertised, no welcome bottle of water as advertised, and no water or drinks machine. I had to wait for 20 mins at around 11pm for the receptionist to serve me a bottle of water which I was asked to pay for.

Good choice when traveling by car

While this hotel is in a commercial area of town, there is plenty of free parking (which is hard to find in the center of Nimes) and several local restaurants. It is only a short drive to the center of town, and the hotel is also near the autoroute. The facilities, while comfortable, seem a little dated, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. A reasonably priced breakfast buffet was available and had fresh local fruit in the summer. Note that wireless WIFI is only available in the lobby, but it is free. Rooms have only wired internet access.

A place to sleep

A place to sleep but not much else. Mixed up our booking were willing to change the room. The room was small, the mattress was uncomfortable and it was noisy with bus loads of people coming in and out. It is a long way from the old city and requires a bus trip or car to get to tourist attractions.

This hotel is located in the \"Hotel Park\" area so there isn't much else to see within walking distance except other hotels and a few restaurants. We chose it as a central location to be able to visit other cities, but due to everything being closed on Sunday we didn't plan this well. The staff were helpful, but not as friendly as the staff at Best Western in Chambery. Hotel is a little older and less kept up, but price was cheaper so we didn't mind the trade-off. Wouldn't choose it again, but not a bad place to stay.

Room was perfect for us, 2 adults and 2 children 10 &12. We had a double room with adjoining twin room for kids with a shared bathroom. Pool was a must after a day's hot and dusty sightseeing. Right side of town for the airport. Bus trip into the city was great, a little less convenient coming back in evening. Breakfast wasn't worth 11 euros each, so after the first day we popped down the road for a Maccie-D, where the coffee was much nicer and the croissants were fresher.
We ate in the restaurant twice, first night was great, second night was noticeably less good, but again fine with the kids.

Great Overnight Staying Hotel

My wife and I were travelling along the back door from Nice France to Barcellona Spain in mid May. Along the way, we found this Best Western Hotel that is conveniently located in a rather small town called Nimetz. The exterior apearance of the hotel was not that impressive but the interior was great; modern and very comfortable.The servicse they provided were also super as compared with other 3-star hotels in France.I surely recommend it to others.

Although this is a 3 star hotel, we expected better.
Staff ok, although not really engaging!
Room ok, clean but the bathroom was a bit small. The Hotel is also far from town center (45 minutes walk from town). It was not an issue for us as we like walking but it could be an issue for an elderly couple.
Be warned, you could find yourself purchasing a film on telly for 12€ a day without you even knowing about it!! Their TV system is not the best.
All in all, it is an ok hotel but I guess you get what you pay for!

A very pleasant short week in Nimes indeed!

Easy to find with ample/easy parking and very conveniently located. Very impressed with the standard of fittings, overall cleanliness and quality of care/cleaning of rooms and public areas which were all spotless. Small fridge in room very useful indeed, and courtesy kettle and tray always a welcome sight after a long journey. Nice small pool even if a little deep for little ones lacking some confidence in 1.2m. Restaurant ambience was good, and food quality for price was top nitch but service a little slow/tardy. Would have been appreciated if air conditioning could have been set a little lower than 20c, and the smell coming from the sink overflow when you turned on the water into the sink was not pleasant; back draughted sewage/drains smell! (cured by filling the sink with water until it spilled over into the overflow but only a temporary solution as when drained would start again - overflow needs properly cleaning/;unblocking) Would stay again and would enjoy again.

There are two Best Western Hotels in Nimes

This one we stayed at was just that little bit far from the centre of Nimes to be able to walk to. There is good public transport but not very frequent. bus service at weekends is reduced and stops quite early. However a taxi ride from the station is about 10 Euros. We stayed in a standard room in the wing furthest from reception. No kettle but we got one when asked for at reception. Wifi worked in the room even though it was meant to be available in the lobby areas. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Next time I think we would stay at the hotel nearer Nimes - but not sure if it is on Expedia.

Chambre 401. L'ascenseur tape fort a chaque transport, ses portes grincent en s'ouvrant. La chambre donne sur une sorte d'usine électrique qui bourdonne a 6h du matin pendant un très long moment. Après 1 courte nuit j'annule les 3 nuits restantes. Annulation facile tout à l'honneur de l'hôtel. Dans la soirée précédente animation au resto tous les jeudi très réussie, chanteuse magnifique.

L'hôtel manque de propreté, ce qui est regrettable. En revanche, le réceptionniste est très aimable et accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner laisse à désirer : la qualité est médiocre, et j'ai même trouvé un cheveu sur le fromage, ce qui est inacceptable en termes d'hygiène. De plus, le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas au rendez-vous : l'hôtel est cher pour ce qu'il offre. Il y a clairement des points à améliorer.

Très belle découverte

J’ai effectué ma réservation pour le jour de l’an 2025. Je ne connaissais pas l’hôtel, j’ai été agréablement surprise. L’échange avec le personnel que ce soit par téléphone ou sur place était facile. La chambre loué était spacieuse, le lit bébé demandé y était avec un matelas et le drap dessus merci beaucoup. Emplacement génial, restaurants dans les 5 minutes à la ronde ainsi que magasin de tout type et bien sur pharmacie. J’ai très apprécié mon jour de l’an 2025 chez vous. Je le recommande depuis dès que l’on me dit que quelqu’un cherche un hôtel sur Nîmes.

Check-in war sehr freundlich. Die Zwischentür kann man kaum zumachen. Betten bequem aber schmal. Zimmer klein.
