Everything was good. Clean and nice rooms, good food and nice pools. The only issue, and not the resorts fault, as soundproofing is pretty good, is the other tenants slamming doors. The doors close nicely under control, just inconsiderate travellers.

Far and above the best hotel experience we've had in the Philippines. Incredible staff, amazing facilities, the food was great, and everyone was so incredibly accomodating. I was suffering from a back injury during our stay, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and accomodated.

There are many great hotels in Panglao, but this one stands above them all. We will come back!

Beautiful and new beach front hotel. Staff are awesome, breakfast buffet is great but gets very crowded. Staff managed it very well though.
The pools are fantastic but need to be maintained better so it doesn’t get slick and slidy. As to be expected, drinks and food are not cheap.
The beach had sea grass when we were there. It’s not as fine as the one in Oceanica or Dumaluan but water is crystal clear.
I would stay here again!

The problem we have mainly was we left three pool cards on the counter in the room while we left to the jungle for some exploring upon our return the room was made up for the next night, but the three pool cards were missing. After confronting the desk with the issue, the front desk says there’s nothing they can do, and it was 800 pesos per replacement card

This made a very disappointing turn in what would’ve been a great experience

I only have one complaint. And its not on the staff, they were amazing. My only complaint is the TV's. Connecting your phone to a smart tv should be a an easy and standard process, for my 6 day stay it was impossible. Apart from that this place was top quality.

However....
The floor drain of the shower iroom n room 242 drains super slow when you use the big shower head on the ceiling.
Other than that,we had an amazing stay!
Definitely will come back!

The beach and pool was easy to reach. The rooftop pool and bar was so relaxing. The prices were reasonable. Especially, doing happy hour. Highly recommended.

Great stay at Hennan Premier for my family w an infant! They did their best to check us in earlier than usual given our flight got adjusted to arrive way earlier than booked. Location is perfect, the beach in front of the property was clean and not so crowded. The breakfast options were amazing and some dishes changed daily. The staff were always helpful. All in all you get what you pay for!

Again the Hennan staff were amazing! Jhun, Lloyd, Jefferson, Sam & others......thank you.
This breakfast buffet was much better than Hennan Garden.
Dinner menu was really good value. The sky bar is amazing.
2 minor improvements; they need USB chargers in rooms and after hours noise kept us awake a couple if times.

Beautiful hotel located on the white sands of Alona Beach. Walking distance to everything. We stayed four nights and never had an negative issues. Breakfast buffet is one of the best in any resort/hotel I've stayed. Fern and the rest of the breakfast staff were wonderful, kind, and made sure we didn't wait for anything. Very attentive and professional staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It was a great stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing was the ants in the room and the slow toilet flush. But overall a great stay with our baby.
The buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff was again very friendly. The view of the beach was great and a lot of food nearby and massages! Will visit again.

Excellent customer service with the best breakfast we had during our visit to the Philippines.

Staff were always polite, smiley and helpful.

Thehotek is new, and they are nicely looking after it.

The beach felt premium with no street vendors able to harass you.

Its the last hitel on a nice stretch of beach and its less busy than other hotels.

One thing I would highlight! The bedroom walls are exceptionally thin, and we could constantly hear people laughing, screaming etc.

This effected our sleep in the first 2 nights before I ended up banging on their door and telling them to keep the noise down. It worked, and we had no further issues with sleep.

The room goes with the cost. Front desk lack of skills in personal service. Very quick to say sory but not giving options. Took advantage of the bad weather to offer the room at a higher rate wthat left us no other option but to pay. But then we decided not to stay but wont refund even half of the total amount of $19,774.
We have been riped off. Also, used company van and 1 bag been left behind whicj disrupts our travel. Im very much disappointment.
Boracay Hennan was our best stay and used Hennan in Bohol but was not good enough.

We had a lovely stay at this resort. The location and facilities provide an opportunity to both rest and relax or enjoy the activity of Alona. We enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and dinner one night, the spacious rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff were helpful and always polite.

We stayed 6 nights in one of the rooms overlooking the beautiful white sand beach which is definitely worth the extra cost. You are literally about 25 metres from the sea. Hotel is only a few years old so everything is in pretty good condition. Our room was spacious with double and single beds and walk in shower. Excellent quiet air con. Mini fridge. Kettle. Complimentary toiletries. Robes and slippers. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very good service. Sun loungers at beach (with drinks service) and several pools but the pools whilst both infinity are very small and we didnt like the design of the long pools outside of the rooms in the centre of the hotel - perhaps good if you're staying in one of the rooms on the ground floor but not otherwise. The skybar on the top floor (4th) has comfy, cosy seating as well as table and chairs and one of the infinity pools. Good deal with 2 4 1 cocktails from 4 - 7pm and you can also get lunch or casual dinner here. There is also an excellent small gym. The centre of Pangalo with all the restaurants, cafes, tour agencies etc is less than a 10 min walk. If nit picking they are a bit rule bound and not very flexible. Eg wouldnt let us order 2 4 1 cocktails and take them to our room. There are notices about what you should and shouldnt do and strict finish times for meals but minor. They should also clean the beach better. Overall great stay though and best hotel walkable to the centre.

The staff and breakfast were very good. The roof top pool and bar were very appreciated. However I was attempting to contact my major airline with offices in Cebu. None of the staff at the front desk was able to tell me how to do that or be able to complete the call for me. I eventually emailed a copy of the hotel business card with the phone number to the airline office. The airline office apparently attempted to call the hotel a number of times but no one answered the call (???). I was never able to speak to anyone while I was staying at the hotel.

The resort and customer service was amazing. Bit disappointed with the beach, there’s a few broken glasses we saw that could lead to a potential accident. There’s only a few spots to swim since there’s lots of weeds. Saw few people eating and drinking closer to the water that is quite a bot harmful to the cleanliness of the beach as well. Quite a bit pricey as well ( f & b and room rates)

Superb! The hotel is next to the beach, with clean white sand. The infinity pools is clean, safe, and has a nice view. And the food -- lots of options. And they are all mouth-watering. My family and I love everything this hotel can offer.
