Clean room, pleasant staff, nice pool. There aren't any good or beverages on site. However, grab and food services are available and delivery is quick.

The only issue is walking on the narrow road with children to access theAlona beach is an issue.

Asked the hotel to order us a shuttle for 4:30am the next day to the port. Never arrived. No worker except the security guard (who couldn’t help and didn’t understand the problem) Kind of disappointed as this really impacted our opinion. Almost missed our ferry and had to go walk and try to find our own ride.

The security guard was awesome, super friendly and helpful. However, the woman who prepared breakfast was rude to my wife and they let flys on the food. Room was dirty and the air conditioning was old and not enough to properly cool the room. They complained when we asked to have the sheets changed they laughed because they changed them the day before. If the room had been properly cleaned we would not have dust in our bed and room. I cannot recommend the place as it is ~30min walk to the busy part of Alona. The pictures are deceiving, and WiFi doesn’t work in the room.

Rundown. In their annex building. No power recepticals, all the outlet adapters (bipin to spade) were missing. Got the night watchman, he went to an another empty room and got me to plug adapters.
Watched a leech crawling around the annex pool. Free breakfast was a joke, first customer of the morning was only asked if I wanted bread or rice, I said bread, 3 pieces of cold toast and a lump of rock hard margarine 1 cold egg and three grape sized and shaped 'chrizo' which tasted like mystery hot dog meat.

First this should never be called a resort it has no beach and not walkable to alona beach. We were not at the property we booked. They have another property far up the road. One of our rooms had no towels.

Nice hotel. Clean. Little run down but not too bad. Smallest road to access and leave the hotel. Little scary at night. Great staff and good breakfast. Far from main shopping area. Great pool.

We arrived late because of delayed flights in Manila. The hotel arranged us a van pick up at the airport as soon as we arrive the check in was a breeze although they don’t have a machine for credit card payments so we have to pay cash. The location of the hotel is not walking distance to the Alona beach you would have to take a tricycle or a van to go back and forth. Since we arrived late we decide to leave our suitcase and go find food in Alona when we get back to our room we found out our room was infested with ants. Like ants crawling everywhere on the ceiling and on our suitcase. We didn’t notice this as first as we got our keys out our suitcase and left to find food. We tried to be transferred but the only worker available who was kind to assist us was the security guard we could not transfer rooms as there is no hotel worker except the security guard who can’t transfer us to any of the rooms. We left and find a different hotel despite paying this hotel for 3 nights for 2 rooms.

There was nobody in this hotel. It looked deserted when we arrived at night. our room is a short walk from the main place but the water stopped running in the midst of showering. The AC isn't working so well either.

Good stay for a reasonable price!

The stay was great! Great customer service and great food, and the aircon and the pool were used the most by us! However we highly recommend getting some non-slip areas as you exit the pool as myself and another person fell over exiting the pool which had the potential to ruin our holiday. Also have a shower mat out the front of the shower in the rooms for the same reason. Richie was great and really looked after us!

I like the place conrada's hotel. Very nice locations and closely near to the beach, had a good staff and crew and approachable manager. Good accommodation and foods. I recommend you very good place and personnel. Good locations and beautiful scenery arround the hotel. I enjoyed the place with my family.

Easy hotel in the outer Ring of Alona Beach

It was a nice little Resort in the outer ring of Alona Beach (still not too far from the beach) with maybe a 15 Minute walk. It may be a little complicated to find at the beginning but no big deal after a while. In comparison to others you’ll rest comfortably as it its nice and quiet.

The Resort is cute with standard amenities you would find in a small Budget hotel. However you should keep in mind that it’s a Budget hotel so don’t expect too much and you won’t be disappointed. The staff are easy going and have a great sense of humor, but need a little time to react if anything.

The rooms are big and simple, not too much and not too little, still better than others i have seen in Alona. Cleanliness was ok and the Air Conditioner worked without problem. Bathroom is a little small but no issue at all.
The infrastructure is comfortable, cute little bungalow for Breakfast and standard choices which are pretty good for a quick meal. The pool is great and also pretty Clean.

I can definitely recommend it for someone looking for a quick stay or Budget traveler who doesn’t shy away of staying among the local homes.

Good value for money

It's a nice hotel I would stay there again.
They are having a problem with a person that wants to buy the hotel putting very bad comments on this and other sites trying to disrupt there business, but when we where there they were almost full so ignore the resent 1 star reviews they are far better than that.
Further from the beach than advertised more like 1.5kms.
Breakfast is great for Phillipinos but not Europeans.
Needs some upkeep our shower only had 3 jets, I used the complementary toothbrush to clean it and most then worked.
It's the Phillipines this is not a flash 5 star hotel in Cebu, relax and enjoy yourselves, it's great for what you pay.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. Booked on Hotels.com, told them what I wanted as far as number of nights, number of rooms, and number of people (adults, children, and ages of children). I booked late for the holiday weekend and this was the only hotel on Panglao that could accommodate us for both nights, so I was kind of stuck. After the first night, the owner told my wife there would be an additional charge for \"over capacity\". When I checked out, she tried to charge me an additional 4,000 pesos (app. $80.00). Too many people in a room (5), and too many adults. Hotels.com listed children 17 and below, while their policy is 11 and above. She called the police, but for some reason they never came. They tried to extort money from me, but they didn't get it. The air conditioning worked, but was undersized for the room, so it stayed hot. Probably why pictures of the rooms also contained fans. The Wifi worked the first evening, after some trouble logging in, but didn't work at all the next day or the last morning. Initially, there were no towels, toilet paper, or remote control in the room. Staff told us the beach was 8 minutes away. It's 20 minutes, by tricycle, don't try walking. We only tried the restaurant for the free breakfast, it wasn't too bad. The staff is very friendly, just poorly trained.

I don't want to go back...

The service is not so good, we have a problem about the clogged toilet, no housekeeping come up to unclogging the toilet, we did it ourselves...the door knob is not working, they change it once but the doorknob has the same problem we cannot get out the room without struggles opening the door...the TV channel is too limited...
One good thing about this hotel, is they give us a young coconut to drink and eat before we left the hotel...the workers are friendly...

Huge disappointment

Poorly maintained and serviced in every aspect.
Cleaning is extremely poor; the room as well as the cups are not properly cleaned.
Breakfast is not really edible.
Wifi is weak and is very sporadic that you can't do much.
TV is antiquated and small and the remote works with difficulty.
The price is not competitive compared to others in the area.

The owner seems to really care, but she has not hired the right staff and expertise and she probably has not figured out the way to make a good hotel.

Mediocre at best - is already a generous review.

Our stay was simply put mediocre. A long walk from the beach. Nice pool with mismatched chaise lounges that looked bad. Our room itself had space potential but lacked taste in design. Old TV and poor lighting. Incompetent management. Hotel staff greatly lacks initiative to respond to clients' needs proactively. From check-in until checkout, it was a disappoinment. No one knows anything to make simple hotel management decisions. We received excuses for a fully booked hotel when we asked for a different room but it was clearly pretty empty until we left. Our late check-out was denied which was a hassle as we needed to change for our flight after our island tour (only to find a lot of rooms unoccupied after.) Just a very transaction-based mindset for a small boutique hotel. We would never come back.

宿の位置が募集表示とは全く異なります。
ビーチまで徒歩５分とありますが20分は必要です。
特に夜間は毎回タクシーでも呼ばなければ外出が出来る環境にありません。
とても楽しめるロケーションに無いので泊まらずにセブに引き返しました。
同伴者が４月から国を離れる予定であったので高目でもビーチの近くでと選んだのですが最低の思い出になりました。

Hotellet ligger inte där kartan visar, det ligger längre bort.
Ac låter som att en traktor står i rummet.
Duschen och bidé slangen hade knappt något tryck.
Inga handdukar på rummet. Det fick vi be om.
Ingen städning alls under vistelsen på 5 nätter.
Ena rummet, som barnen bodde i hade trasigt fönster i badrummet, det fanns inte heller något dricksvatten där, det fick vi be om.
Frukosten var 3 skivor bröd, deras söta biff och ett ägg.
Vi har tyvärr en ägg allergiker och en gluten känslig så det var ingen höjdare.
Fördelen var att när man fick dricksvatten så fick man en stor dunk. Personalen var trevlig.

방은 최악, 숙소는 괜찮음

숙소에 에어컨 돌리는데 헬리콥터 도는 줄 알 정도로 시끄러웠고, 싱크대 옆에는 작은 벌레들이 넘쳐납니다. 그리고 아침마다 옆집 닭의 울음소리.
그래도 조식은 괜찮았고 수영장도 최고였어요

Avoid it!

Bad maintained and you will find ants in your room. Water literally doesn’t come out from the tap. I actually showed at the pool risning area. Not all the power outlets works.

리조트를 또 이용 살것 같아요

한국에서 여행 많이 가는 날 여행을 했습니다 알로나 비치 근처 리조트는 전부 예약이 되어 해당 리조트를 예약을 하고 갔습니다 한국인들은 한국의 민박을 생각하면 됩니다
생각했던 위치와 시설이 아니라 실망을 했지만 앞에 수영장이 있어 아이들이 놀기 좋았습니다 해변까지는 걸어가기는 어려웠습니다 그렇지만 톡톡이라는 바이크 이동수단을 저렴하게 이용 하여 이동하는데 문제가 전혀 없었습니다
직원들이 친절하며 이동 수단 필요시 상주해있는 직원들에게 요청하면 잘해줍니다
이동수단도 5분이내에 옵니다
투어 서비스 이용 했는데 다른곳과 가격이 통일되어 리조트로 하였습니다
리조트 비용을 줄인만큼 다른곳을 더 여유롭게 돈을 사용 한 만큼 대체로 만족합니다

Awful place. A narrow road with potholes leads to this “resort”.
Very poor lighting in the room, and a/c is very loud and not strong enough.
Surprisingly good water pressure in the shower.
Many tv channels.

Please do check electrical appliances before using them, the cord of my water boiler was broken and burnt. Luckily it was replaced immediately when I took it to the reception.

Beach is about 10-12min walk away.

Breakfast is rice or toast, one egg and a couple of sausages. Plus coffee or tea.

La chambre est de qualité correcte, a noter une douche cassé, ainsi qu'un service très très moyen, voir inexistant.
Wifi marche correctement et piscine grande rénové.
