Room cleanliness was poor. There was hair in the bathroom & in the bedding, a towel appeared to be used, my son found an old used class behind the curtains, and there was a bottlecap on the floor when we entered. Breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the pool & hot tub. I probably would not stay again though due to cleanliness of the room & the motion censored lights in the halls were creepy to me.

Airport shuttle didn’t ever arrive and we called multiple times, so we had to uber and the only reason we chose that hotel in the first place was the shuttle service because Ubers are very expensive from the airport. Also the restaurant in the hotel had the worst Indian food I’ve had in my life. The mango lasi had so much salt in it I think they genuinely must have mistaken the salt for sugar because it was like cardiac arrest level of salt. It probably would have made

The breakfast was good. I loved the fact that I didn't
have to run in at 6;30 gooble down everything and run
out to the shuttle like last time. I was able to go at
7:30. I did notice that by then all of the teas that I 'prefer
had already been choosen.
The emergency evacuation alarm going off at 12:45 am
when I was super sound asleep was not nice and it took
me hours to get back to sleep.

It was 2 stars for me, as a DFW local. The A/C sounded like a jet engine going all night, and the sheets are bleached within an inch of their lives and not aired out. If you are sensitive at all to sound and bleach fumes, you won't get much sleep.

If you are stuck between sleeping at the airport and sleeping here though, I imagine it's better. They did have a makeup mirror and 1500 hair dryer in the bathroom, but only 2 small body towels. I'm a 5'5\" 125 lb lady and I felt like a giant here. I could reach the ceilings in the hall. Ask for more towels.

It took a while to figure out how to order room service. My advice is to eat outside the hotel. I was on a 2 hour zoom meeting, so I called in from the hotel phone (cell won't work and no online orders). I thought no one can mess up grilled cheese and cheesecake. Cheesecake was good. Grill cheese was limp lightly toasted bread and cold sliced cheese. $30. There's a ton of places to eat around there though!

It tries to be clean and updated though. Might be the best showerhead I ever had at a hotel. But this place is still pretty sad, especially for a recent renovation. I didn't have time for the indoor pool, but it was central to the rooms and might be nice. Didn't see the outdoor pool.

What can I say. I'm going back up there at the end of the month and going to stay at the Comfort Suites DFW N Grapevine instead. Similar price, much nicer rooms.

Our room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The hot buffet breakfast was the best I've had at most hotels. There were a lot of options to choose from. The staff were phenomenal considering our situation. During our stay, we lost a family member and tried to get home earlier than our original flight. Despite the stress of talking with the airline (who couldn't refund or exchange our tickets) and the car rental (they did their best to accommodate but had no vehicles available), Ramanda made the hotel the least of our concerns.

We informed the manager of our desires to attempt to get home sooner, and he made sure to work on a refund for one night since we were going to leave one day early. After being unable to secure a rental car to drive home, we had no choice be to remain in Dallas until our flight that weekend. We contacted the hotel to inform them since we had already checked out.

The front staff made sure our room was available and cancelled our check-out with no issues. We were extremely stressed with the entire process, but Ramanda was the only one to make it easier on us. They allowed us to have a late check out that weekend on our original date at no additional cost.

We were able to try to enjoy and relax until our flight considering the unexpected loss. I can't say how much that helped us at the time. We had one less thing we needed to think about. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and understanding. Thank you so much.

Check in went well. Front desk was very nice. My room was in the west wing where they are still revamping the rooms. Very quiet area. Clean room. Very comfy bed and pillows. The refresh of this hotel is a positive. Cons: I did wait 45 mins for the van. However, in saying that I probably just missed it and the recording did say it takes about 20 mins from hotel to airport. Unless you specifically call the front desk to let them know where you are, I’m not sure if they know to stop at every terminal to see if anyone is there. Maybe they need to change the procedure for pick up. The other thing is that the pool is in the foyer. It’s very loud, so if you want to have a drink at the bar which is right there, don’t expect it to be relaxing. Lastly, on check in and check out we did have to wait for someone to show up. The desk isn’t always manned. Overall I would place this in my top 5 places to stay around the airport. Great value for money.

The rooms were nice but had a weird smell, kind of like old dirty cloths. The hotel overall was pretty clean. The pool was warm and nice but burned the heck out of me and my daughter eyes, I’m not sure if it was the chemicals they use to clean the pool but the water was pretty cloudy and burned the eyes. The breakfast was kind of odd. They had eggs like normal but instead of the regular bacon or breakfast sausage they served chicken nuggets, I thought maybe it would change over the next few days but it stayed the exact same. It was probably one of the worst breakfasts I’ve had in a while. The only thing that tasted decent was the scrambled eggs, the pancakes and French toast always tasted like freezer burn. If you’re going to choose a hotel for breakfast I would not go for this hotel. Over all it was an okay stay but I probably would not go back to this hotel.

Cleanliness was a miss. Dirty carpet in the room. Hair in the bathroom. There was gum on the side of the fabric chair in the room and overall it felt unkept. The pool was murky and there was a large roach to greet us in the lobby. There are very few places I wouldn't stay again, and this is one of them.

The only problem for me was the 9-9 pool/sauna hours. 6-7am start is more user friendly for an airport hotel. 10pm close is much more standard for post-dinner meetings. I booked because they had a sauna but then couldn’t use it.

The room was generally clean, but it could have been cleaner. There were visible stains on the walls and residue splattered on the door handle, which is not what I would expect given the cost of the stay. A room at this price point should be spotless.

The dining area and breakfast experience were the most disappointing aspects. The chairs in the dining area had visible crumbs and stains, even though I arrived early for the breakfast buffet. The food quality was poor overall. The chicken was dry and unappetizing, and the food trays were not properly labeled. The milk was also unlabeled, requiring me to taste it to determine what type it was. The only item that was enjoyable was the fruit.

For the price paid, the food should at least be edible and the dining area properly maintained. Basic items such as salt and pepper were also noticeably absent. Overall, cleanliness and food quality are the primary areas needing improvement.

Everything was excellent except for the Internet. It very, very slow like before 2000. Also the internet TV like Prime and Apple TV either gave an error msg or would play a few seconds stop a few seconds and then play a few seconds. They brought someone in to try and fix it, but only got NETFLIX to mostly work.

The hotel itself is very nice, but the customer service was disappointing for the price. The hotel states that guests can contact them via the booking platform, however none of my messages were ever answered. I tried to arrange the airport transfer they advertise (which instructs you to contact the hotel in advance), received no response, and the same happened when I extended my stay and asked for my bookings to be linked so I could remain in the same room. I had to go to reception multiple times—night staff said it couldn’t be done, early morning staff told me to come back later—until finally the staff member after 8am resolved it quickly. I was fortunate not to have to change rooms, but it was frustrating as others could have assisted and chose not to. No help was offered with booking an airport shuttle on departure either. Overall, nice hotel, but the customer service seriously needs improvement.

Nothing bad happened but this was a very strange hotel. The room was comfortable and clean enough (I found some random hairs on the bed and in the bathroom, probably the housekeeper. I didn't bother to say anything. It was honestly no big deal) but everything had a strong aroma of bleach or some other cleaning supply. I got there hella late on Christmas Eve so ofc I had to order room service. It was pretty expensive but the food was very mid -- not gross but very overpriced. The hotel itself was very difficult to navigate because the layout was confusing -- I actually never found the gym. My only actual complaint was the hotel staff knocking on my door every 30 mins on the day I needed to check out.

The hotel was just fine. The wifi was fast, the room was comfortable, the shower was really hot, and the price was decent. The hotel def needs a renovation tho. It feels trapped in the 80s

The oatmeal was ok first day, terrible and watery our 2nd day, and i didn't check it on the 3rd day. There was also yogurt, and then the typical breads to make toast. No bacon or sausage on the buffet

The hotel common areas (halls especially) are dated and ugly. There seems to be some renovation going on on the entry level.
The room was large, clean and in very good condition. The breakfast which was included was above average.
When you call for the shuttle from the airport, it is an automated system that logs your phone number and what terminal you asked to be picked up from. There is no confimation, and it took about 25 minutes to get there (at 7pm on a weeknight).

The room was good. The restaurant was horrible. We decided to eat in rather than go out, because the shuttle driver recommended the restaurant. There were two other single people in the restaurant when we came in and ordered. Took 45 minutes for two burgers that were okay at best. Then I finally went to the waitress to pay for my meal because she never came back around to the table. Additionally, we asked for water with dinner, which turned out to be bottled water that we were charged for. Hotel, good. Restaurant, terrible.

Two reasons we chose this hotel- shuttle and breakfast. We waited over an hour for the shuttle. Had to call the hotel. Way overcrowded at the Buffett and no place to sit to eat, and could not take food up to the room. We skip breakfast our second day due to the experience.

The hotel was well laid out, very cool space with good amenities, nice decor and fairly clean. However it was poorly maintained, they need to hire professional maintenance staff, all repairs were very shoddy. You can tell they hired cheap indian labor for this. Also, the real unforunate thing was the FLIES EVERYWHERE. Constantly buzzing around us at dinner (restaruant took forever to get our food and it came out piecemeal). we were the only ones there and it took 45 min to get food. several flies bothering us you could tell it was a consistent problem, the manager repeatedly apologized but they seriously need to hang flytape and get an exterminator. The rooms were filled with those moisture flies that come out in dampness.

It was unclear if the shuttle would take me to DAL aiport. I was told it would only take me to DFW, However some friends took a shuttle to DAL. My room was by the side yard which was empty the entire time. I would have been great to have a DJ and a party for the Cowboys vs Commanders weekend. Also, it would been great to have the side yard used for a tailgate party for a fee like $50 per person with food, dj and drink options... also with a shuttle to the stadium. A pre-tailgate pool party would be nice too. All of these things could generate business for the hotel. Guests would appreciate it. Better waffle irons and a better choice of breakfast meat would have made it more perfect. Thank you for a fun weekend.
