The room was hot and stuffy had a musty smell reservation where terrible,when we arrived was told that reservation were CANCELED and I know i didn't do that. Breakfast was average shower head didn't work properly. Paid to much for this stay !!! On website said temperiorly closed, heard fire and water link. That tells me t why!!!

Room had a terrible smell. Breakfast was so disorganized and chaotic. One elevator was broken when we arrived and then a second one malfunctioned on the second day of our stay. The room next door to ours caught fire. I have called and emailed the hotel manager and he has yet to return my calls almost 2 weeks later. Our things were ruined from the carpet soaking up all of the water that was released during the fire. Brand new items of clothing, shoes, phone and watch chargers and Airpods. This was the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel.

Huge rooms, good price, good breakfast. Room was freezing all night at 60°. When I alerted desk at breakfast time they sent someone right up. Took two hours to warm up to finally take a shower. The thunder storm lightening from my window was beautiful.

Upon arrival, the front desk didn’t mention anything about having to place a parking tag in our window. Luckily after dinner, another guest was filling one out and I asked if that was something I needed to do as well. The bathroom of our original room was covered in hair. The headboard was ripped up. The AC wasn’t cooling and the fan was broken. We were moved to another room which was cleaner but the AC was also broken and there was not a fan. It was late and didn’t want to deal with moving again so had to sleep with the balcony door open all night with the sound of highway traffic. One thing that was nice, and was what drew us to book the room was the amenities. Unfortunately, we will probably never stay again due to the maintenance issues.

I always bring my own cleaning wipes and everything came out clean (most don’t lol). The staff is very sweet. It’s a tad outdated. The hottub does not work for the second time in 1month (we visited twice) the pool same as last trip was so cloudy my kids lost their pool toys. Beds are decent but clean. Breakfast has a good selection. We did not have hot water one night in our stay just luke warm. We will be back when we come back to the area. Cleanliness tops everything!

Breakfast was amazing. The keycards didn’t work the first 3 copies that were made and someone had to open my door with a bracelet. The key cards later worked an hour or two later.

A loudspeaker in the room woke me up and said there was an emergency and everyone had to leave but 5 minutes later when I was about ready to head downstairs another voice came on and said false alarm

None of the phones work no hot water and pool area and all faucet smell like sewer other than that staff was friendly and offered great service but when we complained about these issues, they just said that it was being renovated and they apologized, but definitely won’t be coming back here

My 7 year old found a Vape device in our room along with a pair of dirty socks. This to me showed the lack of thorough cleaning prior to our arrival and it made me question everything else. Additionally, the headboards are faux leather and peeling very badly leaving black debris all over the pillows. Also, our AC in our room never worked for the 2 night stay.

One of the main reasons we chose this specific hotel was for the pool as I wasn’t sure of the weather and I have 3 little kids so I wanted a “nice” indoor pool. This was everything but nice. It was closed the first day of our trip. When it finally reopened the middle of the next day, it smelled SO horrible. Additionally, the fitness room was closed the entire stay.

I have stayed at Hilton many times and this was the worst Hilton Hotel I have ever experienced. I am very sad about this because the potential is there with the main area being so beautiful.

The breakfast was subpar. The front desk staff were uninviting. Hope this helps someone else before choosing this hotel.

Water was being cut off at 10 for maintenance reasons. Phone lines were down during our stay. Tv did not work so we were moved to another room, then it started “raining” in our second room bathroom apart we were moved to our 3rd room where they had no blankets or towels! Overall they need a lot of work! Breakfast was the only good part of our stay!

Y’all do not stay here unless you like crappy service. I went down and asked the front desk for a blanket not once not twice but three times and they never came, each time they gave me some sorry response saying that they’ll bring it to my room, well it never came. The phone in our room did not work. The TV in the bedroom and in the living did not work, maintenance finally came to fix it after having to go all the way down and request. The blanket that did come with the pull out couch was covered in hair that was not mine. Maybe this would be something to expect in a motel six but if I’m going to pay and pick to stay in an Embassy Suites I expect the quality they advertise.

This hotel when you walk in is pretty spectacular and really beautiful to look around. The problem is, the first toom i stayed in 912, was giving me a real hard time breathing at night. I am allergic to some things so i thought maybe it was the pillows or something. So one night, while watching atV in the living room i noticed water damage on the wall. It ran all the way down and the wall was bubbled and soft. It had gotten bad. I hopped on the chair to check the vent and there was mold inside, so there were some real water issues. We went downstairs and asked to move rooms. The person at the counter really couldn’t care less and gave us a new room and just said “you have 30 minutes to get your stuff”. The next room was cleaner but the sliding door was not sealed and we could hear traffic all night as if it were driving by our window. It was so late already we just wanted to sleep.

Outside of this really poor customer service and rooms that need work, the main area just needs some cosmetic updates. Chairs that are filthy, general upkeep, it needs some work.

Too bad, because its a beautiful place. I travel a lot for work and i won’t be back.

Unfortunately, got stuck here in a snowstorm. Had to get a room last minute after many attempts to get into a room. I finally got into a room only to find out the heat was broken and given a small heater for the night. When I asked for reimbursementfor sleeping in a cold hotel room I was told since I booked through a third-party there was nothing they could do. The third-party said they tried to reach out to the hotel and the hotel never replied to them. I will never stay at another Embassy again.

The pullout couch was broken and sheets were dirty. The shower curtain was broken. There was ONE wash clothe for five of us. The elevator doors got stuck opening up when my sons were on the elevator. My 15 year old had to pry the doors open. This was the most unorganized breakfast I have ever had at an Embassy. The staff was rude. We called corporate to complain. Awful experience!

Called for room service using number in app, no answer. Called ext on phone, no answer. Called front desk, transferred, no answer. Called front desk again, said to hold and they will take my order, waited almost 4 min, hung up. Went downstairs to restaurant, ordered burger, fries, soup, and coke, voted extra crackers on receipt. Also paid a 22% gratuity that they said they could not remove along with $2 delivery charge. 25 min later, food arrives, no drink, no crackers. She leaves to get them, I’m able to eat my entire burger and fries in the 15 min before she returns with just the coke. I ask for the crackers again, she says she’ll be right back again. I ask her to take the now cold soup with soggy tortilla strips and bring a new one when she returns with the crackers. Another 15 min she returns with my same soup heated up and the crackers for me to eat with my now warm coke. Entire event seems silly but actually and many, many, mistakes that added up to a terrible dinner experience at my first time staying at this hotel

Had to pay $85 transportation from/to airport to hotel. There was no heat in the hotel room. Hotel refused to give any credit for not providing shuttle service or no heat. I understand that there was a winter storm however the hotel was cold. There was no shuttle. I selected the hotel because it had a shuttle and they wouldn’t run the shuttle.The room was dirty. The staff at the restaurant was very good. I do appreciate that they changed my checkout time however I couldn’t stay at the hotel because it was so cold.

The room 1012 was extremely cold had to go downstairs 5 times due to either room phones working last trip I asked for a room change which I got to room 1014 which only had towels for one guest

Happy hour vouchers were not available until 5:20 pm with happy hour starting at 5 during happy hour items were not available plates / snacks which is one of the reasons I choose embassy suites for $160 a night to $200 a night I expected more the stay did not meet my expectations

I called for a pickup from the airport and got a message that their phones were down. Ok, can happen. Went to get ice on two different floors. Both ice machines not working. Wifi in my room was very weak. Fitness room had dated and missing equipment. Pool had used towels laying around. Breakfast was good though

I booked 2 rooms for December 20, 2025. Room 214 was for my daughter and her husband as we were celebrating her birthday at Six Flags. When they entered the room, it was hot so my husband took them to guest services before we went to swim. They assured us they would fix it. The pool smelled like vomit and changed the color of our swim suits and after 30 minutes in the hot tub we retired to rooms. Their room was not cool. Donna at front desk said it would be fixed. Third trip to front desk they only gave them a box fan. When we asked for manager the next morning to find out why they never fixed the air, Jaden said oh you booked thru a third party you have to report it to them. Expedia doesn’t own that hotel and is not responsible for Embassy Suite not taking care of an air conditioner. We requested our money to be returned or a least a credit for a future stay and she was very rude and referred to our third party booking again. I will not stay at embassy suites again.

We only stayed there for two nights, but the room needs some attention. The sink was clogged, and the tub/shower appeared to be painted; however, pieces of paint were coming off every time we used it. The leather headboard on the bed was peeling off, and there were lots of stains on the walls. This gave the room an overall feel of not being clean.

The room condition was bad. Headboard of bed was peeling. Air Conditioning not working properly. Shower head looked like it was falling off. Staff was nice but Front Desk Supervisor was not pleasant with stuff during check in. Same front desk supervisor. was being rude to a guest upon checkout. Maintenance Man walked in on my daughters even with the Do Not Disturb sign was up. Housekeeping today did the same thing before check out.

The quality of the hotel is not great. The hot tub is still broken (we stayed here 3 months ago and it was broken then too), the tub's enamel was chipped very badly, the paint was pealing, the headboard was pealing. For the amount of money we paid, the quality should have been much better.

From the time we arrived until the time we left our stay was horrible. The A/C didn’t work upon arrival and we had to ask for a floor fan. The room did not look like the pictures AT ALL! Paint chipping, bathroom ceiling leaking, couldn’t open the balcony and it was rusted. I have pictures of everything. The water in the jacuzzi and the coffee bar were scalding hot. Some of the staff was nice but majority were not. No one could ever put us in touch with a manager. I would never stay here again or recommend anyone stay here.
