Arrived 3am check in easy. Room smelled of stale cigarettes but had driven for hours and tired wanted to get into bed.,
Air conditioning didn’t work so woke up drenched at 6am called reception for a fan, they made me go down and pick it up at that time in the morning.

No food available when we arrived tired and hungry. No room service. We had to go back out at 10.40pm looking for a restaurant nearby that was still open or else eat fast food. This is not the standard we expect from Mercure.

Had a business trip in September 2019. Room and facilities were clean and overall what you would expect from a business hotel. Good (free) WiFi. Parking was expensive considering it was not covered. Breakfast buffet was OK, but expensive (EUR 17).

There were not enough towels provided in the room for two people. You could feel the floor moving due to the lift, which is nauseating. We were evacuated at 7am as the fire alarm went off, and even though there was no actual fire, we were not allowed back in until the fire service had arrived and given the all clear. Very inconvenient.

We always visit Terraristika Hamm show and stay in city center of Hamm for more convenience and usually hotels are low quality ... For the same price but still 15 minutes far from Hamm we stayed at this hotel and were nicely surprised by the comfort, service, location and the ratio price/quality, we definitely recommend !!!

The only downside to this hotel is the fact that 2 people had to share the same bath/shower towel as only one was available. The room was pre booked as well 🤔 Breakfast was a big let down and even the fact that 16euros is not cheap, it was just \"not worth the money\" I'm sorry to say.

Clean, well furnished hotel. The restaurant served good food, if a little expensive. It was closed when I arrived on a Sunday and there was a limited choice of nearby places to eat (unless you want to eat fast food). The hotel is based in a retail park, close to the autobahn.

Das Zimmer war groß und o.k., das Bad allerdings sehr klein und schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Wenig überzeugend war, dass Serviceleistungen nur auf Nachfrage bis 21 Uhr verfügbar sind und wir beim Nacht-Check-in darüber noch nicht einmal informiert wurden – für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse enttäuschend. Unsere Begeisterung am nächsten Abend, als die Handtücher noch auf dem Boden lagen, hielt sich deutlich in Grenzen. Erst auf nachdrückliche Bitte wurden wenigstens frische Handtücher und ein Getränkegutschein zur Verfügung gestellt. Frühstück und Parken sind für die Lage sehr teuer, was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dann doch deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Praktisk at hotellet ligger rett ved motorveg når man er på gjennomreise. Mulighet for sen innsjekk. Hyggelig nattevakt som ga god informasjon og mange nyttige tips for vegen videre. Rommet var stort, luftig med god temperatur og ventilasjon. Ok bad, med badekar. Store og komfortable senger. Vanndispenser i lobby, med mulighet for å ta med seg både kaldt sparkling water og still water opp på rommet, helt gratis.

Ich habe hier eine Zwischenübernachtung gemacht und war mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Besonders bedanken möchte ich mich bei dem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der mich spät abends sehr freundlich begrüßt hatte. Auch beim Checkout morgens früh war ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war geräumig, es gab ein schönes Bad mit allem, was man braucht, das Bett war äußerst bequem. Das Hotel liegt nahe an der A1 (absolut ruhig) und ist sowohl für eine Zwischenübernachtung als auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr geeignet. Ich komme gerne wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank an das Team des Hotels!

Frühstück war super, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings ist das Prozedere mit der Sauna etwas umständlich. Und das Doppelzimmer war leider recht abgewohnt und nicht sonderlich sauber. Die offene Tüte Katzenfutter im Kühlschrank hätte auch nicht sein müssen. Und im Zimmer für zwei nur einen Bademantel und keine Latschen zu finden ist verwunderlich. Von einem Privilege Zimmer erwarte ich mehr. Das Bett war jedoch sehr bequem.
