Das Hotel wird als Sporthotel angeboten. Wenn man den Sportbereich nutzen möchte, muss man 3 Euro für ein Handtuch extra bezahlen. Dies sollte aus meiner Sicht so auch beschrieben werden.
Ebenso die Nutzung der Sauna, nochmals 10 Euro für die Nutzung und 3 Euro für jedes Handtuch. Das empfinde ich als Abzocke

Disappointing for a 4 star hotel
I stayed in this hotel due to the fitness facilities advertised even though it was a little further from where my business meeting was the next morning. When I arrived at 8pm I was told that the Restaurant would close at 8.30pm and the gym at 9pm. I joked that I would have to decide whether to eat or go to the gym and was told I could do both very quickly. I decided to use the gym and walked to a supermarket after to buy some food. When I used the gym I was told that although it only opens at 8am (way too late if travelling on business), there may be an option for the caretaker to open it up earlier if arranged with reception. I don't know how this hotel got a four star rating base don the room I stayed in. It was very dated, there was no fridge (just a screwed shut cupboard in its place), no coffee making facilities and only very basic all in one wash in the bathroom - no moisturiser or shampoo and conditioner etc - all items I would expect in a 4 star hotel. The sockets in the bathroom were exceptionally dirty. Whilst all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful, I must say I was very disappointed with this hotel considering its star rating. Oh and there was no air con and the nearby motorway was very loud when the window was open.

Das es Hotels mit Kellerzimmern gibt, ist in meiner Wahrnehmung eher ungewöhnlich, in diesem Hotel gibt es sie. Grundsätzlich trotzdem sauber und standardmäßig ausgestattet, aber eben wenig Licht und Fenster nachts offen lassen ggf. auch nicht so gut. Hier wäre es echt gut, wenn wenigstens ein Fliegengitter installiert wäre. Sonst kommt ebenerdig alles in das Zimmer, was eben durch den Spalt bei gekipptem Fenster passt und neugierig ist, bzw. Appetit auf im Zimmer liegendes Obst hat...

Die Matratze war für meine hohen Anforderungen zu hart, um auf der Seite zu schlafen. Außerdem sind die Zimmer selbst zwar schallgedämmt, nur leider ließen die Fenster recht viel Geräusche des Straßenverkehrs durch.

Wir waren eine Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag im Hotel und haben außer dem Zimmer sowohl das Restaurant zum Essen, das Frühstück und auch die Sauna in Anspruch genommen. Wir waren mit allem vollauf zufrieden, ebenso mit dem gesamten Personal. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The description on Hotels.com states a mini bar in the room. This is not true the hotel does not have mini bars anymore. Therefore is also no air con so if the weather is hot there is no possibility to cool down.
The restaurant and bar was no open during my stay. The breakfast was disappointing with rock hard bread and sometime no coffee.
I stayed twice, one in a standard room and once in a comfort room. The only difference was a bottle of water, which is only available for the first night. The price difference of €24 made this an expensive bottle of water. Also the rooms were not cleaned daily “because of covid”. If you are planning to stay for more than one night I suggest making multiple reservations and checking in and out every day.
The seating in the room was a dining chair/ office chair style which, after a long business day I, found to be uncomfortable und not relaxing.

Schöne saubere Zimmer, bemühtes Personal.. Wir waren mit Sportlern unterwegs weswegen wir bitten mussten dass es schon um 7 Uhr Frühstück geben müsste . Wurde gerne gemacht ist aber in anderem Tagungshotel ohnehin üblich. Wlan funktioniert so gut wie nicht, daher auch Problem bei der bankomatkartenzahlung. Frühstück sehr gut und viel Auswahl!!!

Tagsüber sehr laut, besonders, wenn man ein Zimmer nach vorne raus hat, Zimmer war sehr heiß, da das Sonnenrollo nicht ausgefahren war. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war schwierig!
