Just a very short walk from the train station, this hotel is incredibly convenient—though we nearly missed it at first due to its unassuming exterior. Being buzzed in and taking the old-fashioned elevator up only added to the experience, as it revealed a beautiful and unexpected space upon arrival.

We were warmly greeted by an attentive concierge (Guillermo) in a stunning setting. The decor was clean, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, and the room itself was spotless and luxurious. Complimentary coffee drinks were an excellent touch.

What truly stood out was the level of service: the concierge took the time to ask about our length of stay and thoughtfully created a customized walking map, allowing us to see all the highlights within our limited time. He also provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants, which ended up being some of the highlights of our trip.

We booked a triple room but it was not. It's just a room with a king bed. There was no one at the front desk or even available by phone or message for 20 hours. We kept calling and calling and no one could help us get the second bed we booked.

The king bed was incredibly hard. In fact, the hospital bed they finally wheeled in was softer.

The air conditioning didn't work.

The shower was old and part of didn't work.

Don't be fooled by the pictures of the lobby.

An absolute pleasure to stay at this location the staff were amazing, it can be a little tricky to find at check in but don’t let that keep you away. Your gps will take you to the location and just be in contact with the property before hand.
Rooms were great, bed is a little on the harder side and there was a noise that you heard on and off through the night if your a light sleeper bring ear plugs but again still worth it, the location was awesome, close to everything we walked everywhere with ease, it was so easy to come and go throughout the day. the spacious rooms with views and great staff over power the very few minor things that weren’t perfection I only included them in this review so I could give my 100% honest opinion to help out future travellers.

Staff is great! Very helpful and made everything super easy for us. The room was very nice and clean, the reception area is small but has a nice seating area and an excellent coffee machine that you can use all day. Makes great espresso, americanos, hot chocolate and more! I love the area that this hotel is located in, we walked to the Termini Train Station, and we could walk to the Trevi Fountain and other places we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay here again.

A mini frying the room did not work. The individual we met when we first arrived was the. Leaner and was super friendly and helpful. Was not a fan of having to pay city taxes in cash and have never been asked to do so anywhere else. It was the last leg of our trip and hoped not to have to get more euros and planned on using my credit card only. Unfortunately that was not an option.

Loved the location of our hotel. Easy access to all the main sites around Rome - on foot! Lots of great places to shop and eat, and the area felt very safe. Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and secure. The staff are awesome, Jojo is very helpful, nice and very welcoming. He does an awesome job on keeping the rooms, including the common area tidy and clean! One of the things that makes a vacation a vacation is when you dont have to make up your own bed! The manager/owner is always accommodating and very helpful in providing recommendations on where to go for authentic Italian cuisine. He also listens to comments and feedback whenever an issue came up during our stay and would promptly act on it. He booked us a great ride to the airport on our last day so we didn't have to stress on being late for our flight. I definitely love their coffee machine because I can have my coffee any time of the day, and how I like it-with or without milk! Wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely recommend to friends and family and stay again when we return to the Eternal city.

Everything is excellent . Nothing to complain. Room is big and clean. Quiet place and only walking distance to the mall, restaurant and other sight seeing. The owner of the place Guillermo/William is very accommodating from the start of booking for any questions you have or concerns he will walk you thru it. We check in late and no receptionist in the front desk. But easy to check in. From the transportation pick up and drop off. He will do it for you. The house keeper Jojo very helpful and everything inside your room is neat , clean and tidy. Over all are great. I highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

There were lots of dirty dishes in the sink in the common area from other guests, and the area around the hotel was not very nice, but it is rather close to Termini station, and the price is reasonable. Very clean room. Opposite to Santa Maria Maggiore. Closest walkable attractions are Colosseum and Trevi Fountain about 15 mins. A lot of dining and shopping options around the building. Overall a pleasant stay, only small hiccup was the door of the building on street level was inaccessible for at least a couple of nights due to a faulty lock which could only be opened by a physical key plus a kick after we came back from dinner - not joking as we had to ask another hotel from opposite street which shares some of their guest rooms in the same building with ours to kick the door open because it was so heavy and stiff.

The room and staff were great. It is difficult to maneuver the entry and elevator but once you understand ( by trial & error) it’s doable. It’s more of a B & B, definitely not a hotel! The front entry was an issue for many of the guests as the desk is only staffed 9am- 4 pm. It is a couple of blocks away from Sant Mary Major Basilica but not 15 min walk to major sites! The staff, when there, were lovely.

Overall negative experience. Property is very old and not very updated. Bed was hard and pillows thin and hard. Air conditioning did not work well. Busy area near property that made it impossible to sleep in with the noise. Elevator looks like it is from the 1800s and felt very unsafe. The last night there there was no hot water and they did not offer to do anything about it and said it would be fixed the next day. Are you kidding me?! That is an emergency and they should have called someone out right away for emergency service. They also ignored my request for reimbursement regarding the hot water issue. I will be filling a dispute with my CC company because I couldn’t even use the shower for 24 hrs and luckily was leaving the next day to go to Florence.

I thought i was staying at a hotel. Truth is, someone rented a partial floor of a building and renovated it to fit 4 - 5 rooms. Getting tonthe room with 4 suitcases was hell, parking just to unload was hell. Good luck finding parking. The room itself , the ceilings are cracked at the seam of the drywall, the fridge they offered didnt work. The bed was confy and the AC worked well. Bathroom / shower was renovated but we didnt use it. If you're a single traveler or in a couple visiting rome for a few days without much luggage amd without a car, I'd recommend it. Anyone else, its not the best suitable place.

Great safe spot near Roma Termini

We stayed at this property on our last day in Italy before heading home as it was within walking distance to Roma Termini and had good reviews. It did not dissapoint. Very large shower and bathroom compared to anywhere else we stayed in Italy. There is a grocery store located a block up and over from this hotel as well and you have a small fridge in your room, along with a communal fridge in the lobby. The hotel is only 1 floor so not a lot of rooms to compete with. The only complaint with the room was this was a two bed (a single and a double or king) but the single seemed a little shorter for my 6'3 son compared to our bed. He made it work and we would stay here again.

This was located in a very convenient location which is why we picked it. Just few minutes walk from the central train station and many other tourist attractions. It is located inside a very historic building and operated by a small group of friendly staff members. Front desk is only available till 4pm daily so if you arrive late make sure you give them instructions ahead of time so they are prepared to leave keys/check-in instructions for you. Very responsive customer service- I brought up a few small issues and they were fixed the next day. I would recommend this to anyone. It was definitely a pleasant experience for us. Room was clean and welcoming with good amenities that we were satisfied with. Breakfast is served in the form of little boxes assigned to each room (not buffet style) and unlimited yogurt/pastry in the little dining area right outside of the rooms. We had a good stay.

This is was a great hotel for our one-night stay in Rome. We wanted a place convenient to Roma Termini and also walking distance to some of the key sites and restaurants. This was a great location, very reasonably priced, and spacious room in good condition. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would suggest a bit more description in how to find the hotel, itself, but quick contact with the staff, and we were in good shape. I did realize I missed a direction in the Hotels app to let the staff know 24-48 hours ahead when you plan to arrive. If I had done so, that likely would have alleviated the brief difficulty in finding the hotel entrance.

This was our final hotel on a 16 day trip. It was an interesting place. There is rarely staff at the desk, and the rooms are located on the fifth floor of an unmarked building. Without the address, you will never find it. Inside is an old-fashioned elevator That can hold no more than three people with no luggage. The room itself was clean but pretty small for three people. The bathroom was modern and clean, but the toilet seat was loose and would shift when you sat down. I let the front desk know about this by note on the first morning there. We did encounter a staff member that afternoon, and I asked him if it had been fixed and he said he had not had time to go out and get a replacement, but that he would get it done. two days later it was not fixed. They provided breakfast come in boxes made by I’m guessing a local bakery. They pretty much consist of pastries and a little bit of fruit. There is also a coffee machine in the eating area. There was cereal and several types of packaged cookies. The only thing missing was some milk or juice of any sort. It’s conveniently located about two blocks in any direction from the bus route and about five minutes to the metro. We only saw one other guest in our three days there and a desk attendant for only about five minutes. It’s very much on the honor system of picking up and leaving your keys. Make sure to read the instructions that they send you with the codes on how to get into the building. You need two different codes to get in.

If you want a true local experience, stay here. It is older but awesome. It is very small is a large building with sub-\"hotels\" inside. The breakfast is nice and right outside the main door the building is an AMAZING restaurant. It is conveniently locating to major sites, you can walk around Rome easily. LOVE IT!!!!

This hotel was an excellent stay in the heart of Rome. It was clean and the rooms were very spacious. The windows in the room open so you can look out over the streets. The bathrooms were large and the shower had plenty of hot water. The bed was a little firm but didn't stop us from a hard night's rest after sightseeing all day. There was a coffee machine in the cute lobby that made expresso, Cappuccino, american coffee, and several other choices. They provided ceramic cups of all varieties to match your selection in the machine. The two gentlemen we interecated wirhat the hotel lobby were kind and most helpful, especially Jo Jo. There was a fridge with cold water and milk for breakfast items as well as light snacks of buscuits and such to go with your coffee. Each morning a breakfast box was waiting for us with fresh croissants, breads, biscuits, and fresh fruit cup. Prefect way to start the day. A Cappuccino and a croissant. The hotel is on the very top floor onec you are inside the building. You need a code for the door so be sure to communicate with the hotel before you get there so you can get it. I made this mistake but it was resolved quickly. There is an elevator in the building which is super helpful for suitcases. We could easily walk to a lot of sites, shops, and restaurants. I would stay again and hope to some day soon. Highly recommend!

The hotel itself is ok, the best part of the hotel was the larger room with a nice view. Check in was after hours, and we literally never saw anyone for two days at the desk. The breakfast consist of box delivered to the main area with pastries and fruit. Nothing savory. (No breakfast delivered the 2nd morning) The coffee machine was a nice perk. But our toilet ran constantly unless we jiggled it, and when you took a shower, the water filled the basin hardly draining.

Great location and clean and spacious rooms.

Clean rooms and spacious.
Walking distance to the colosseum.
Staff is not at the hotel in the evening but when they are there they are friendly and helpful.
