It is important for prospective occupants to realize how isolated this property is from public transportation, consisting essentially in a bus service that the hotel advertises but when you arrive they let you understand that it is wholly unreliable. It is not even clear where exactly you can take the bus and the staff at the hotel barely bother to show it to you. You depend on taxis which cost between 16 an d 20 euros each way to go to Padova.

Unhelpful and plain damn rude reception staff. On arrival, they said we weren't allowed breakfast as we hadn't booked it but we had. After showing my own booking via expedia they said yes okay. When booking a taxi for 6 via reception, we asked for a 6 seater in which a middle aged lady replied that a 6 seater can't be ordered so we had to order 2 car's. On arrival of the first taxi, it was a 6 seater and the driver was more then willing to take 6. This happened twice and it certainly made me think that the hotel make commission from the bookings. Would never stay here again and especially not with my family. It's too far out from the centre. It's more of a low spec business hotel in the middle of no where near a main motorway junction.

We stay here once a year to attend a fair in Vicenza. Average hotel with nothing outstanding. Staff are friendly in the restaurant and are the same people for years now. The restaurant food is not great which is a shame as the hotel is a bit isolated and we don’t always want to pay taxis to go out. Breakfast is very good with loads of choice. Reception staff were ok, it is a huge problem to find a hotel room in Vicenza during the fair which is why we end up staying in Padova. The hotel offers a courtesy coach to the fair daily but other passengers were regularly late and we were kept waiting up to 25mins for late people every day and on 2 occasions we had to return for late guests when we had already waited 25 mins for them. This is not acceptable to keep a bus load of people waiting for 2 or 3 late guests. It made for a very frustrating journey after a long day at the fair or early start in the morning.

Amazing property and an even more amazing staff. Reimbursed us for cab rides to and from train station when their shuttle couldn’t accommodate our child. Will stay here anytime we visit the area or Venice. A simple 25 min train ride into and out of Venice.

Excellent place - great customer service and place so clean. The hotel is quite far from the train station, but, the hotel paid for our taxi going back to Padova Train Station the following morning. I would want to come back and refer the place to families and friends - wished we could arrange a shuttle or taxi pick-up upon arrival.

A stay I would rather forget

It was a 2 night stay. The hotel is just OK. Furnishings, linens and toiletries are really cheap for what I paid for. This is not a prime tourist city in Italy and I expected a lot for paying more than $150. Also it was busy with tour buses that made breakfast and other services inconvenient.

Although the restaurant is very ordinary looking, food and service are really good quality. Much better than I expected at a hotel, particularly after rest of the experience. This was fortunate because there is no restaurants or nightlife near the hotel

This is a comfortable and clean hotel close to a number of key places to visit. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the station which then has easy access to many places. We used it as a base to visit Venice which was a really easy trip. It doesn't have the rustic charm of other hotels and is in a built up area but is quiet, the rooms have everything you need and the staff are really helpful.

Hotel staff is very rude. Hotel menu is very minimal, with mainly American-style food. The bar is somewhat vacant, looks more like a lounge area.The TV remote did not work, most channels did not have a good reception. The hotel location is somewhat in an industrial area, far away from most restaurants and commercial activities. On one occasion, I saw a prostitute standing on the opposite side of the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel in June 2016. I choose the hotel so we could drive to Milan and Lake Como and also be able to go to Venice. Train station was 5 - 10 min drive. Train ride was about 30 min. Drive to Milan was maybe 2hr. Good day trip. Hotel room & bathroom was clean and comfortable(USA like). Kids really enjoyed the stay.

NICE HOTEL BUT FAR FROM EVERYTHING

The facility was nice with an extremely helpful staff, however when we were booking it ,it seemed like it was near things that would enable us to walk to historical sites, etc, but in reality every time we wanted to go out to explore Padova, we needed to take a cab. There were no historical or even local sites that were convenient from the hotel.

The hotel is lovely but it costs 10-15 Euros to get to the station and the free shuttles offered by the hotel only run after 10am and early in the evening. So you can't stay in Padova town. There was no hair conditionner which is surprising for a hotel... Overall, not quite up to the price.

Our family of 4 stayed at the hotel for 1 night prior to our morning flight from Venice airport. We had booked 2 rooms as we were a bit concerned about having enough space and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to 2 king suites instead. These were fabulous with plenty of space and a nice view. The suites were super clean and there was no noise from the nearby highway, the beds were plush with plenty of extra pillows. The breakfast which we had paid for was a very good value with hot and cold dishes and lots of fresh fruit. Overall a great place to spend the night.

Upgrade to a suite on arrival and for an international chain an excellent place to stay for those who want to visit Padova or Venice (20 mins by train). Particularly surprising was the high quality of the restaurant food and the breakfast. Staff we're helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable. Only slight disappointment was the bar which had as much ambience as a works canteen.

Booked a family room for 5 persons without breakfast for two days, room was clean and comfortable, has wide safe in the room and LCD.
The \"family\" room is a little bit dense for 5 persons, wifi worked in the room for the first day but not for the second day, I have asked the staff to check it but they couldn't help and it wasn't fixed.
Also I had Clogged shower and it wasn't fixed although I reported on it.
