Breakfast was yummy. Freshly squeezed orange juice, made to order omelette, and some nice Tunisian dishes offered too. The view of the pool and beach is very beautiful. The staff is friendly. The housekeeper is kind and took good care of the room. We stayed on the 4th fooor overlooking the sea. Breathtaking views.

We had a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations, and the staff were very friendly. Even though there were not many guests at the hotel because it was Ramadan, the indoor pool was still heated nicely, as well as the entire room where the pool was located. There are also several nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We also like this part of town better than Hammamet Yassine because it’s just a little more charming in residential. We would like to go back again.

The food quality was very average and not what I expected from a resort at this price level. Most facilities feel old and poorly maintained, and the bedding quality was also below standard. During my stay, the outdoor swimming pool was not usable, which was very disappointing for a beach resort.
Considering the general standards in this country and the price paid, this hotel offers very poor value for money. I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

Agree with all the reviews that this is clearly not a Five Star Hotel. It is in desperate need of renovations. The buffet is also tired and repetitive with leftover food. But my biggest complaint is the staff. I booked this hotel to relax at the beach. My first day, I went to the beach after breakfast (10:00am). I was relaxing for less than five minutes when an employee (a very large man) walks up to me and starts shouting in Arabic, which is my worst nightmare as an American. I had no idea what he was screaming about. Apparently he was putting away the beach chairs and evicted me. I have no idea why. I went to the Front Desk to complain and they told me that Guest Relations would address the situation. GR finally called me late afternoon, took down the info, and promised me a remedy. I was not able to go to the beach all day. At 5:15pm, someone slid a folder under my door. It was a handwritten apology and a coupon for one free soft drink. I was stunned and insulted. When the employee finally left the beach (I could see from my room), I headed to the beach only to find they had locked the doors for the evening (it was only 6:00pm) and the beach inaccessible. I checked out the next morning. My beach vacation was completely ruined by Radisson staff and I only spent 5 minutes on the beach.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. There are only 2 small lifts which broke down often and did not feel safe. The hotel smelled of a chemical spray. The pool was crowded with nosy children. Our rooms were not ready even though we arrived 2 hours after check-in time. The food was mediocre.

We were not given water on arrival. The same Porter brought some to our room asking for another 5tdn. When I told him he shouldn’t be charging for water on our first night he suddenly pretended to talk to someone on his mobile and then asked for 10tdn! By this time my husband came to the door and he immediately changed back to 5tdn. At which point my husband rang reception to clarify. They confirmed no charge.

Mon séjour au Radisson Hammamet du 11 au 17 août 2025 a été catastrophique. Malgré ma réservation d’une Family Room via Hotels.com, explicitement indiquée pour 4 personnes, j’ai été facturé 730 € supplémentaires à l’arrivée (pour 2 enfants).
Le service et la propreté étaient largement en dessous des standards d’un hôtel 5 étoiles : matelas tachés, cheveux dans la chambre et la salle de bain, bouteilles d’eau laissées dans l’évier, et même des fourmis dans la chambre. La sécurité était également problématique : notre chambre au rez-de-chaussée avait une porte patio impossible à verrouiller, et aucune action n’a été prise malgré nos signalements répétés.
J’ai tenté de résoudre ces problèmes avec la direction, mais aucune solution concrète n’a été proposée. De plus, en tant que client Hotels.com Silver VIP, aucun avantage VIP n’a été appliqué.

Perfect Place to Relax and Enjoy!
This is our second stay at the Radisson Blu in Hammamet.The people, the service and the food are terrific. The pool and private beach are a highlight for us as we journey each year to Asia and this is our time to relax and prepare for the onward journey home. Housekeeping does a wonderful job and Sophia in Guest Relations was wonderful in preparing for us a one-day outing to El Jim.

We had paid for a premium sea view room, we had to ask to be changed to get the premium room because they put us in the superior room when we checked in, and we were changed after the first night. The night crew receptionist staff was very polite and helpful, however the lady manger at the reception did not communicate regarding a tower card that was needed to get towels for the pool or the beach, we ask the lady Manager politely can we check out at 1pm instead of 12pm and she haven’t even looked at us. She was looking in the computer and saying no! without even paying full attention.

I don’t know why no clear explanation. The lifeguard came in and interfere the conversation and said no you cannot have a visitor aggressively. The house keepers were very nice, and worked very hard to keep the rooms nice. As well as the staff in the dining areas, even though the prices of food and drinks at the hotel are very overpriced, No WiFi and no free water to drink. The beach is very beautiful.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Les lieux sont très propres, que ce soit les chambres, les espaces communs ou les piscines (extérieure et couverte). Le personnel est vraiment gentil, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. La restauration est variée, bien organisée et d’une grande propreté.
Petit point à noter : les mariages organisés le week-end peuvent parfois durer un peu tard le soir, ce qui peut gêner si vous cherchez le calme à ces moments-là. Mais à part cela, tout était parfait. J’y reviendrai sans hésitation !

The worst hotel I have stayed in and i’ve stayed in over a thousand hotels in my life. There is nothing 5 star about this hotel. At best, this is a 2 or 3 star hotel. It’s old, damaged, dirty, and staff couldn’t care less. No clean towels and sheets - hotel repeatedly told me every single day of my stay that there were no clean towels they could provide. Bed sheets stink because they don’t have enough sheets to change them. Housekeeping is a joke. The room is not even vacuumed or swept so lots of sand on the floor from the beach. Forget calling down to reception. I’m not even sure why there are phones in the room. No one ever picks up the phone at reception, not even the emergency line. You physically have to go downstairs if you have any questions, and good luck with getting answers. They refused to give us the room category we had booked. They also refuse to turn on air conditioning in the hotel. The halls, elevators, restaurants are ridiculously hot. It was over 40 degrees and no air conditioning. The air conditioning in the room is only set to one temperature. None of the thermostats in the room work so you’re melt in the room too from the heat. This hotel resembles a hostel, but without hostel prices. Do yourself a favour - read all the reviews and go elsewhere for even less money each night. Horrible hotel. Horrible staff. Horrible everything.

Categorically the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Please do not be sold by the images of the reception area, this is an extremely dated hotel with rooms that look like they are from the 60s! Hygiene is poor, the hallways stink of mould & damp, the rooms are definitely not soundproof, the water from the shower and taps smelt of chlorine, It takes ages to get through to reception and even longer to get things - we had to call 3 times to get an iron, our fridge was broken, our tv didn’t work, the door locks were missing, the balcony door couldn’t be locked, WiFi is awful, a member of staff from reception attempted to walk into our room because they didn’t know our room was taken - the list goes on! I can only assume the positive reviews on here are fake as this is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
For a brand as superior as Radisson Blu, you would expect a certain level of service that this so called hotel failed to deliver.

After checking in and being taken to our room at approx 1:00pm we noticed that our ‘king size’ bed was just two single beds put together, the balcony door did not lock, the TV didn’t work, the WiFi was awful, there was no tea/coffe making facilities, there were no towels, the water from the shower and taps smelt of chlorine and the room was most definitely not sound proof (you can hear almost everything from surrounding rooms and the hallway).

Please do not be sold by the images of the reception area, this is an extremely dated hotel with rooms that look like they are from the 60s! Hygiene is poor, the hallways stink of mould & damp, the rooms are definitely not soundproof, the water from the shower and taps smelt of chlorine, It takes ages to get through to reception and even longer to get things - we had to call 3 times to get an iron, our fridge was broken, our tv didn’t work, the door locks were missing, the balcony door couldn’t be locked, WiFi is awful, a member of staff from reception attempted to walk into our room because they didn’t know our room was taken - the list goes on! I can only assume the positive reviews on here are fake as this is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
For a brand as superior as Radisson Blu, you would expect a certain level of service that this so called hotel failed to deliver.

Overall it was okay experience. But quality/cost ratio it was not worth it. Nothing special, we had a room on 1st floor garden view. The elevator went out of service the 2nd day and they did not fix it, with a baby stroller it was hard to go in and out. The food was delicious but expensive. The pool is small. The service was good overall. But with the same price you can have better experience in other hotels.

A l’arrivée, la receptionniste Ons a voulu me faire payer la réservation alors que j’avais déja payé en ligne ce que je lui ai expliqué à plusieurs reprises, elle a insisté plusieurs minutes jusqu’a qu’une de ses collegues n’interviennent. Cette même réceptionniste s’occuper d’ailleurs de plusieurs clients à la fois, son service laissé donc à désirer. Elle m’a donné une chambre avec deux lits simples, alors que j’avais expressément demandé un lit double. J’ai dû insister pour avoir ce que j’avais demandé. Ensuite, nous sommes montés dans la chambre vers 16 heures. Il n’y avait pas de serviette. Nous en avons demandé. En revenant de la piscine et la plage à 19h toujours pas de serviette j’ai dû descendre à la réception pour en demander. Au petit déjeuner, le choix est très réduit, Le personnel de l’hôtel vous demande à plusieurs reprises, si vous êtes bien résident, et vous demande de montrer votre carte pour le prouver. Bref, j’y suis retourné, cinq ans après mon premier séjour, et ce sera la dernière fois, je déconseille cet hôtel.

The baby high chair was not comfortable and safe. We didn't use it at all during my 8 days stay. I wish there was a model with a tray and a usable belt. He trapped his leg as he tried to get up. A more ergonomic new generation high chair should be preferred. Other than that, everyone was very good.

This hotel is very big. A little outdated but clean and has amazing views. You have to take a cab if you want to eat outside the hotel but overall a nice place to stay. I have stayed twice now and will use again as for the price paid its very good.

Reception area is nice though otherwise it was mostly a letdown. Spotty internet and weak signal many plsces, including in my room. Unbelievable for a 5 star hotel. No hot water at all one morning in the shower. Another basic feature that most budget hotels can deliver but for some reason not the 5 star Radison. Beach area nicer on the other more cheap resorts nearby. Buffet resturant is good but you're paying for it.

The Guest Relations Manager, Sofia embodies a genuine customer service skills and competencies. She speaks English very well which was to our advantage as we either speak French or Arabic. We would have given the hotel a 5-star rating but we had some problems with our room, that prevented us from sleeping. However, Sofia quickly actioned and upgraded us to a better room, with an apology note and some sweets. Sofia also extended her services by connecting us to a guide and helping us with a lot of things, and tirelessly answering all our questions. We never ran out of them. We will definitely go back.

Fabulous view and Friendly staff!
This is my fourth stay at the Radisson Blu in Hammamet and each time my experience has been wonderful. It’s a child friendly hotel, with a beautiful view, large indoor and outdoor pools, and easy access to their private beach. The staff are always friendly and pleasant and constantly available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a break, and especially for families.

Beautiful place and a fairly good value I think. Breakfast was great except the coffee was terrible. Service was excellent. Very comfortable and quiet rooms and beautiful location. Not much to pick at. Elevator was VERY small for the size of the resort and would never come down to the pool level. Other than that, I'm sure we'll come again.

Fantastic Experience!
Fantastic Experience! We spent the prior week exploring Tunisia via day trips from Tunis. Our four nights at the Raddison Blu were to simply relax, enjoy the beach, and recharge. The Raddison certainly allowed us to meet that objective. It is a beautiful hotel. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, especially Sophia at guest relations. The buffet breakfast was delicious and very generous. The hotel restaurants serve dinner too but the hotel is within walking distance of some good restaurants and the Medina is a short taxi ride away. The outdoor bar on the 2nd floor is a wonderful place to enjoy the evening under the stars. Plenty of Sun loungers at the pool and on the beach. Staff even sweep the beach to ensure that it is clear of any debris that washed ashore over night. We stayed in one of the suite, and our daughter in a traditional room. Both very comfortable. (The suite was nearly the size of some apartments back home.). Our suite, however, was set-up to accommodate four with extra beds in the living room rather than having a dining table and larger sofa. (Next time we’ll make a specific request.) The Raddison Blu is definitely on our “let’s come back here again soon” list.

I just can say the beach the only good thing, air conditioning in public areas at the hotel is sucks, if you would like to have lunch for example in cool place you won’t find, because it’s switched off at the restaurant.

Inga kvitton i poolbaren gjorde att jag fick betala dubbelt för våra luncher. Jag betalade kontant varje dag vid poolen men vid utcheckning fanns allt som obetalt! Stressad valde jag att betala allt, igen. Tråkig frukostbuffé och det var längesedan hotellet var fräscht som på bilderna. Sunkigt och inte alls 5⭐️Inte ens nära. Dåligt matutbud, pizza med 3 kilo fet och rinnig ost och hamburgaren var gjord av lammkött. Inte mycket ätbart.
Kvälls buffén var däremot helt ok. Personalen trevlig och tillmötesgående förutom vid utcheckningen.

We decided to pay for a premium room with a sea view, but in the room we received the air conditioner did not work and neither did the refrigerator. We called the front desk immediately and they said they would send a technician, who never came. We requested a different room. Our request was denied. Instead they finally sent the technician who concluded that he could not repair the air conditioning. At 10:45 PM we finally got a different room. In the new room the air conditioning was barely working, but it was better than our original room. This is not acceptable for a Raddison Blu.

It is clear that the kitchen is short staffed on certain days. On one day it took us more than two hours to get two plates of pasta on the beach. One big issue we have relates to the air conditioning. When we checked in our rooms late at night, it was very stuffy and hot. We turned the AC on but because the room was so warm, it took half of the night for the room to slightly cool off. Hotels usually have the room AC on before a guest check in. Doesn’t make sense Radisson does not do the same. In the hotel lobby and restaurants, the AC is very weak too. Breakfast has good variety of food but service is very hectic.

The view, pool, beach and restaurants were very nice but I was not allowed in the pool with my bathing suit since it was a long one, which I do not think is fair I do not like showing my body. That ruined our day because we were going to spend time at the pool and beach. We ended up leaving
