Dirty, disgusting hotel. Mold, rust, everything is falling apart. Food is mediocre, pools are dirty specially the slides… the pool’s water is green and smelly.
The manager at reception is so rude non stop and bad mouths everyone and everything
My booking was done a month in advance and they kept telling me they didn’t have it and to book with them. I had to contact Expedia to solve the issue. And as a result they put us at the furthest room in the hotel, even though the hotel is pretty empty. The hotel should be 1 star not 4* …Really bad experience

We received a semi basement room. Electricity didn’t work so I to walk a few times to reception and insisted to get moved to another room. This second room on the 3rd floor was OK. This hotel is in huge need of repair and definitely not a 4 star. Mold smell everywhere and very poor service. Not family friendly and nowhere to warm bottle, no crib , horrible experience. Food was good.

They need to get an atm on site. I ran out of money and I hadon't a hard time paying for things I wanted. I was not able to get drinks because I couldn't pay with a card, so after the spa and dinner, I had no money. Also, breakfast does not include water. No meals include drinks. Be prepared with cash to pay for a glass of water at all meals.

Otherwise, it was good. The spa was very relaxing.

Stayed in one night on August 27th last minute booking. Hotel conditions are way substandard for a 4 stars rating. Towels stinky/smelly. Had to shower with cold water in the morning... Elevator could not stop at level 3. AC barely working if any... wall mounted AC control buttons missing... watermelon offered at breakfast rotten... beach quite far if you had to walk...

Hotel Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Hotel director/owner, on the other hand, lacks soft people skills!

The price was fantastic, and I knew that I am not going to resort/spa as advertised... Nicely designed, but poorly maintained, most of the things are not functioning. Pools are nice and clean, whole spa area smells heavily on mold, and internet is horrible. Breakfast is fantastic and staff is great. Beach is some 400m away.

Our room was clean and comfortable but no large towels. The room also looked over the pool which was nice except for the very loud music - sometimes techo or similar - blaring out of the speakers for a lot of the day. Breakfast was not good and I am not a fussy eater. The waiter in the restaurant was surly. Shame as the hotel itself was ok.

I wouldn't recommend !!!

Let's start with some positive points:
The animation was great. We had fun.
Some of the staff were very nice, helpful and effective.*

Negative points:

The hotel is not being well kept. Carpet dirty, lack of sunbeds, common toilets not very clean.

Some of the staff were awful, especially on of the waiter in the hotel that brought me red wine instead of rose, never had changed etc...

The worst was probably the waiter at teh beach bar who had his family over (not a problem), but they were disrespectful to customers, loud and disgusting. The man just watched and said nothing.

The food was very repetitive and had no taste.

Anyway, not worth the four stars.

I stayed 10 days at this hotel. I still feel the time I spent with my family overthere.
the hotel is well decorated and fashionably designed. Rooms are wide but not modern.
there are 2 swimming pools, one of them is interior. there is also fantastic spa facility.
the staff are friendly and multilingual speakers.
food is awesome, and what's makes it even more enjoable, the team in the dinning hall specially Basha and Sabri. my kids were really in fun with these guys.
Wifi is not value, it is a bit weak for calling.

pleasant time in hammamet Garden & spa hotel

sadly with tourism so slow after the trouble in Tunisia ALL hotels are quiet & not functioning at their full standard, the hotel is clean tidy and well looked after but very few guests which has a reflection on atmosphere in the hotel
but still a nice hotel to stay in the food is standard but I think it's because with so few guests they just cater at a minimum, I'm sure if more guests arrive the food will be better standard & choice we only chose B&B because of this I think at present this is better but was a personal choice.

disappointed that the manager /owner did not engage in any conversation not even a polite \"good morning\" it's the first hotel I have travveled to where this has happened & have travelled many years in many hotels . I would have thought the tough situation facing tourism in Tunisia this manager should appreciate & welcome those that choose to continue to support tourism & willing to travel even when advised not too !
never believe your too important in this world to not be polite to others !

however thankfully ALL other staff were very curtious polite & very welcoming maybe the manger should learn a valuable lesson from his hard working staff below him ...

Never again, don't waste your time.

I complained every day about the AC. I only had 1 key for 3 people, every time I asked they told me that they did not have any. The day before I left I was told that they had a metal key for the rooms. You had to leave your plastic key card at the room door in a slot or nothing in the room would work, no AC, TV or lights. If you opened the balcony door to go out, the AC shut off.

All in all the hotel was what I was expecting very basic very Tunisian but my sole purpose for going there was to bury my sister so it was not about pleasure. The hotel had no air condoning they kept saying it would be on the next day but alas it never did and when it was 36 degrees it got really hot in those rooms. We stayed in room 300 and were right opposite the live entertainment so it was very very noisy at night it finished about 11.30pm so that was when we could get some sleep. The food was better than I expected we went to Tunisia 20 years ago and it had improved greatly since then.Would I go back to Tunisia no is the answer to that but if its the sun you want then you cannot beat Tunisia. My verdict on the hotel is yes its doable for a week or two as long as the air conditioning is working.

I stayed for 4 days with my wife and 4 kids. We really enjoyed it. Clean rooms (we booked 2). Very good food and very nice and big pool. The kids loved it and wanted to extend the visit. We will certainly come back next year.

Fantastic beach just a short walk away

Found the hotel staff really friendly and helpful. Food was good with plenty of choice, something always available. Great atmosphere at the hotel, everybody seemed really happy. Happily surprised how quiet and comfortable the room was for the 3 of us sharing. All inclusive was great, only really spent a little more on excursion which was booked through the hotel. Walked along the beach to the old town and saw the Fort, then taxi back to hotel for a mere 5td. Would definately go to this hotel again.

Staff very friendly and helpful.Having travelled for 50yrs abroad I would say this hotel is
not the best we have stayed in but certainly excellent value for the money we paid.
As we took my grandchildren age 13 & 17 it was safe and ideal for them,staff were very
good and friendly to them. Reports I read about this hotel are unfounded as it was clean,comfortable and friendly.You can only expect what you pay for and this hotel gives
more than we expected for the cost,Sonia on reception was very helpful all the time and nothing was to much trouble for her.

Good Value for Money

Stayed here for a week with two teenage sons. One definately wants to go back next year but the other wants to see other parts of the world.Very good hotel but the room varies, hence requested for a room change which was not a problem at all. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help by providing a good service. The beach is sandy and white with an all inclusive bar. If you are looking for good value for money all inclusive holiday where you just want to watch the world go by then this is the place to go. The food was good and there was a lot of variety for everyone but the soft drinks varied in taste I think the taste depended on who mixed the drinks. Tap water was served in all the bars but bottled water was delivered to your room every morning and you can buy water from the shop across the road, do not buy from the hotel shop.Room safe cost about £1.50 a day.
If you are looking for a hotel full of Brits then this is not the place to go. The animanition team worked so hard to produce good crap.There is BBC World channel which is the only English one. Make sure you book your transfer with a transfer company before you go because this is alot cheaper than a taxi. Don't listen to the bad reviews go and enjoy what this hotel has to offer.

The worest experience I hade

frankly I can say it was the worest experience I have ever get in my life , especially with food quality which was very poor and I advice any body to look for another hotel in this area , also the staff is not cooperative with quests except one employee in the reception helped me too much her name Miss Sonia .
also the hotel has bed smell in its back part especially around the pool .
I hope my review helps others in thier future hotel selection .

The hotel was almost empty - presumably December is a quiet time. I was there for work rather than leisure so I didn't have a lot of interaction with the hotel and its facilities but everything worked satisfactorily. The environment and staff were pleasant and - at least at that time of year - it represented very good value.

The location is not very interesting; fine for those just relaxing but at some distance from anything which could be labelled as an 'attraction'. I didn't reach the local beach but I believe it is fairly close. Central Hammamet is a few miles distant. There are a number of shops and restaurants locally more geared to local rather than tourist trade.

Affordable and Unforgetable

Hotel is about 1 hour away from Tunis Carthage Airport. It costs about 65 US dollars to get to hotel. Hotel is located in a small town, not necessarily in Hammamet. Quiet, secluded and safe. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. You get bathrobes and slippers during your stay. Every evening a maid places lovely fresh cut flowers on your pillow. We opted for the all inclusive and very much worth it as you did not have to leave resort on days you choose to make it a poolside or beach day. The staff were extremely attentive and did an excellent job of making you feel at home. The owner was on the premises as well,so if you had any concerns you could approach him in person. The hotel is not beach front. You would need to walk a few blocks and the hotel has its own private area on the beach. At night Yasmine Hammamet is a great place to hang out and it only costs about 3.00 by taxi to get there. This is where you find other resorts, cafes,souvenir shops etc. The food was good. We were actually pleasantly surprised considering the bad reviews we had read The highlight of the trip to Tunisia and we feel everyone should do this; was the Sahara Desert trip .Out of this world. We highly recommend this hotel for its affordability, and the use the rest of your money to discover this amazing country.

L’accueil est bon, personnel souriant.
Notre séjour en famille a duré 3nuits/4jours.
Les activités proposées sont assez variées et adaptées aux adultes et aux enfants
Le SPA est correcte; les prestations proposées sont basiques mais relaxantes.
Le buffet : assez varié mais de qualité médiocre . Je conseille une formule demi-pension et manger à l’extérieur à midi . La nourriture est excellente à 2min à pieds de l’hôtel !
Le parc aquatique est top , des toboggans pour les grands et les petits et piscine chauffée pour les touts petits.
La propreté des chambres est au RDV malgré une décoration et un équipement « âgé »
Les sanitaires communs par contre, à éviter absolument !

2 jours sur place avec une arrivée tardive mais l’accueil fut très chaleureux dès le début.

J’ai réservé pour 3 jours au garden ressort de hammamet et j’ai passée un séjour magnifique sa répondait à mes attentes bonne ambiance on a l’impression de faire partie d’une grande famille les animateurs sont gentil les femmes de ménages aussi les masseuses tout vraiment était parfait pour le prix au mois de septembre cetais juste ce qui me fallait on a eu du mal à partir c’était trop court. On prenait que le petit déjeuné à l’hôtel le reste c’était dehors et le petit dej a un choix large. Je suis aller avec ma cousine on a toute les deux la vingtaine et on a aimer l’ambiance familiale jeune à la fois on c’est éclaté si vous recherchez un séjour pour vous amusez car il y’a toujours des activités choisissez cet hôtel

Pour commencer le service est une catastrophe, pas acceuillant, pas agreable, une horreur.
La propreté de l’hotel est vraiment honteuse, mes draps et les serviettes sont grises on a l’impression qu’elles n’ont jamais été changer depuis l’ouverture de l’hotel.
Le confort une horreur aussi, la nuit on entend tout, deplus les clim ne marchent pas (j’avais reservé 3 chambres, 3 clim de marchent pas)
La restauration trop de file d’attente avant d’etre servi pour des plats bof
Je ne recommande pas du tout cette hotel, car je regrette d’y etre aller et heureusement je n’ai fait que 2nuits je n’aurais pas supporter plus

On vous agresse dès votre arrivée avec les excursions locales .. et tant que vous n’avez rien acheté ... on vous empêche de vous reposer sur le transat au bord de piscine.
Hôtel majoritairement en all inclusive ... à éviter si l’option ne vous intéresse pas. Piscine non chauffée.
Tarif exorbitant une fois sur place pour passer d’une 1/2 pension au all inclusive ... 40 euros/jour pour 2 personnes soit environ 130 dinars. Pour info, on peut très bien manger à l’extérieur pour 15 dinars par personne ...

Un bel hôtel avec des chambres propres et confortables, une belle piscine un bon service bar
Mais, un personnel trop insistant sur la vente de produits (excursions, extras chicha etc..)
Un service beaucoup plus accentué sur les personnes de nationalité russes, elles sont servis sur un plateau d'or, tout est prêt à leur arriver, bref une négligence considérable par rapport à eux, un Wi-Fi laborieux très compliquer à avoir, il faudrait revoir beaucoup de choses, notamment sur justement le traitement : il est inacceptable de favoriser ces personnes sous prétexte de ? Je précise que nous étions en all inclusive donc je ne vois pas pourquoi nous étions moins à nos soins que leurs personne qui au passage et très compliquer à supporter
Niveau nourriture des choses bonnes et d'autres immangeable,

En globalité, un bel hôtel, 2 belle piscine mais le reste laisse à désirer et à cause de la population et des privileges accorder au russes et j'insiste bien sûr eux parceque cest une réalité

Arriver a l'hôtel pour laquelle j'avais réserver 2 nuits les surprises s'enchaine... raisons de mon voyage repos et Spa... 1) Spa fermer les 2 jours. 2) Cafard dans la chambre 3) Chambre au 3eme étage .. ascenseur en panne.. Une soirée étais donner a l'hôtel, le bruit dans ma chambre étais épouvantable j'ai demander un changement de chambre refuser parceque l'hôtel serais complet... La nourriture au buffet étais limite mangeable avec quelques efforts.. J'avais resserver pour 2 nuits arriver a 16h a 19h j'étais déjà repartit ... heureusement que j'avais des proches dans les environs.

Hotel tranquille, plutot familial

le seul bémol de notre dernier sejour quelques coupures d'eau, d'electricité, de télévision, et d'eau chaude
les ascenseurs ne fonctionnent plus donc attention si vous avez des problemes pour monter les marches surtout avec les bagages

le personnel dans l'ensemble sympatique mais des progrès a faire de ce coté, le bonjour n'est pas systématique

ne comptez pas sur la boite de nuit de l'hotel pour passer une soirée

malheureusement catastrophe
le personnel était super mais hotel vieux et repas de tres mauvaise qualite
on a senti la chute du tourisme ce qui a rendu l hotel peu attractif d autant plus que tout était sombre les lumieres n etaient pas allumées pour un soucis d'economie et de rentabilité
je comprends la situation mais nous ne pouvions plus rester cela devenait désagréable à supporter beaucoup de cafards notamment dans les chambres !
nous sommes donc partis au bout de 3 jours et avons été dans un autre hôtel
par contre massage au top !! heureusement

Hôtel accueillant et chaleureux

Séjour du 17 au 25 octobre super temps. L'hôtel est tres beau il n'est pas collé à plage il faut prendre la navette ou alors c'est a 5 min. La restauration digne d'un 4 étoile, l'animation pour les enfants super bravo a said \" le king\" tous les gosses l'adorent. Mon séjour m'a plu j'y retournerais. Petit bémol: les matelas à la piscine sont pas confortable et à la plage un coup de propre s'impose.( des détritus sur le chemin et a l'arrivée c'est pas top)

Hotel bien situé plein de restaurant et commerces

Séjour agréable situé dans un cadre très nature avec piscine et plage à proxilité, l'accueil et le service sont très sympa et présent, les points négatifs sont pas de wifi dans la chambre, seulement dans le hall de réception, la tv dans la chambre vieille avec antenne qui date malgrès que nous sommes en 2016, en voie plus de la neige que la tv et pas beaucoup de chaine puisque pas cablé, dommage, au point des prises électrique une rallonge branché vers la tv c'est tout, donc pour pouvoir charger son tél à coté du lit pas possible. Une seule prise dans la chambre. Le séche cheveu est pratique pour les hommes qui n'ont pas beaucoup de cheveux, mais pour les femmes pas pratique, il faut rester presque une heure. Autrement, il y a des travaux de rénovation à faire, les acttivités pour enfant en octobre y en a pas, tout est fermé. Donc, merci de le mentionner.

Ascenceur en panne durant tout le séjour
Climatision arrêtée pendante la journée, démarrée uniquement à partir de 18h du coup nous n'avons pas pu rester dans notre chambre pendant la journée.
Trop de routine dans les plats.Eau de robinet imbuvable dans le restaurant, boissons gaseuses dégluasse...
Pas grand chose en formule tout compris.
A part l'emplacement rien d’intéressant dans cet hôtel.
Manque d'entretien, rouille et élément cassé, coffre fort sans la clé, armoire sans poignée...
Bref à fuire...
Ne mérite pas plus que 2 étoile....

L'hôtel est mal situé , la façade est assez classique , l'intérieur aussi , l'ambiance est fatigué à l'intérieur , j'avoue que le personnel est très cordial mais leurs moyens sont limiter . J'ai pris une formule tout compris c.-à-d. Eau et Boisson illimité ainsi accès au snack et au bar sauf alcool il ramène une bouteille minéral dans la chambre par jour sinon on a eu droit seulement à de eau de robinet ( eau du robinet à hammamet est limite dégueux) , pour ce qui est des boissons nous avons eux droit à de la boisson en sirop dégueulasse. Coca et autre payant . Et pour le snack seulement des crêpe au sucre il y avait bien des pizzas de proposer de 12 à 16 h mais indisponible à 15h paraît t'il le mec était rentré chez lui!!! Concernant la propreté des chambre les draps ,les serviettes sale , ya des cheveux qui traînent des tâche sur les draps les serviettes qui puent. A part le personnel et la nourriture qui est plutôt bien éviter cet hôtel ,j'me suis enfuit 2 jours avant la fin de mon séjour j'en pouvais plus .

EXPEDIA ET L HOTEL MEME COMBAT

a mon arrivé ma reservation n etait pas enregistré on m a donné une chambre double alors que j avais reservé une chambre triple !!

la piscine est grande mais vous avez pied presque de partout...bien pour les enfants sans plus.

CHAMBRE ou les draps sont changer que les 3 jours ..serviette sale bref

cerise sur la gâteau ; aucune compensation pour ces désagréments ni de la part de l hôtel ni de la part d expédia..

Orribile soggiorno 2016

Sconsiglio questo albergo. Interamente tappezzato di moquette dentro tutta puzzolente. Il personale é scortese. Ci sono stati diversi furti all' interno dell'albergo se possiamo chiamarlo cosî non vale manco una stella. La cucina é pessima e non c'é scelta, la piscina é sporchissima addirittura c'erano dei bicchieri di plastica galleggianti all' interno della piscina. L'unica cosa buona dell'albergo é l'animazione. I lettini della piscina sono sudici e rotti. Nonostante avessi il tutto compreso mi arrangiavo fuori per mangiare. Il condizionatore non funzionava bene e faceva un rumore assurdo, insetti dappertutto . É stato un incubo il soggiorno

Deux étoiles de trop pour cet Hotel....

Séjour en compagnie d`un personnel agressif et frustré ,les standards ne sont pas du tout respectés ,la climatisation des chambres est casi inexistante. Serviettes sales avec une odeur répugnante .Pas de lumière ou presque dans les corridors et escaliers ,ascenseurs a l`arrêt ou en panne ,salle de jeux sans jeux .La grande piscine est bombardée de clore tous les jours et celle avec les toboggans est sujette a des accidents fréquents (J`en ai vu 3 personnellement en 8 jours ),la navette menant a la plage est hors service de midi a 14h et de 18 h a 8 ou 9 h le lendemain .Les animations sont médiocres a l`image de l`Hotel
Je veux aussi mentionner que le ALL inclusif se résumait a une bouteille d`eau par jours et par chambre ...donc si vous avez soif ,faites connaissance avec l`épicerie du coin .
L`emplacement est pas extra aussi ,boites de nuits et fast -food ...sinon pour aller dans des lieux touristiques ,faut prendre le Taxi
Seul point positif ou presque c`est la nourriture qui était quand même bonne même si par moment ,c`était expiré
En toute sincérité ,je vous conseille d`éviter cet hotel ou de vous préparer mentalement

Séjour complètement raté l'ascenseur qui marche pas la bouffe n'est pas bonne le lait du petit déjeuner mélanger avec l'eau les brioches de la veille ..... Les chambre et repas carastrophe hotel moyen manque de propeté il faut l'éviter

un hotel calme et charmant mais ce qui ma emmerdé comment sa ce fait que la femme des chambres a enlevé les serviettes a 10 heure du matin lorsque nous en etais a la piscine et notre cheeck out et a 12 heure vraiment ces bizarre
