Hotel needs to upgrade a lot of there services such as cleaning and food quality .
For a 4 star hotel it needs a lot of renovation as well because the rooms are absolutely old and not clean .
Not a lot of food options and quality is poor .
I wouldn’t call it a 4 star to be honest and i’ve been to Yasmine Hamammet many times .

I didn’t want to write This In Expedia but I think You Guys have no access You don’t answer emails.

I am a Food and Beverage Director of one the International Airports In Canada .

We had a Stay this weekend from June 16Th to June 18Th , we Got 3 Rooms one of Them was 475 .
Today Morning During Our Breakfast my Dad had an incident with Restaurant Supervisor (if that was his Position), My Dad and I were in the line to grab an omelette and the Guy approches My dad and he Grabbed Him From His Hand Attempting To Re-organize the Line .
PS: (My Dad was The Main Reason I came to Tunisia since he Just got an Open Heart Surgery, and we wanted to have Some Fun Time Together)
My dad Told Him that he can’t Grab him from his Hand he Refused that he Touch Him That way because I believe we are the Guest.
The Gentlemen Continue his Aggressive Action by even Fighting my Dad ! Wich is Crasy , and the funny Part was When He also Grabbed my Hand Attempting To continue Reorganizing The Omelette Line . And when I Told Him Please don’t touch me , he Told me ‘Smella Alik’ . And that made me Leave the Hotel immediately.
I went To a lot of Countries for Holidays but This was the Worst Experience that I Ever Had .
I Didint want to mention about the Dast in the Ceiling in Our Three Roms , because I know the Economic Situation of the country Can’t help For a Renovation, but I saw a Hard working Housekeeping Ladies that they Needed More training just To offer a Room with Not dast.

We had a family vacation and this was the best idea we could have had. We chose to have the full board so we didn't have to worry about finding food outside of the hotel. The pools were great for the kids, grandparents, and even siblings.
The food was always a variety and really good.
They gave us a deal on hotel rooms as we were renting more than 2 rooms for multiple days
They are always accommodating, and because we go there every year the restaurant manager even remembers us.

The hotel entrance is very grand and clean and beautiful.
Then you get to your room and the carpets are old and stained my room had whole bunch of tiny ants swarming on my table and floor. They came up immediately and sprayed and vaccumn and i had no more problem. Unfortunately the carpets are so old and stained i did not take my shoes off.
The staff are very kind and accommendating. The many pools are fantastic and clean. Which made me happy.
I quite enjoyed the buffet i found it very clean at the many stations of food. And the variety was great.
If they would upgrade the rooms they would have spectacular place.

Rooms are very outdated , can hear everything becauae rhe walls are paper thin. Food was terrible . Same choices over and over . Have to pay for drinks even wayer at your meal . Over charge for alcohol. Elevators work at turtle speed and when it does arrive can fit 4 people comfortably . Pool was great . If you want to play pool or air hockey you have to pay . Beach is across the street so not incredibly acessable

Avoid staying El Mouradi Hammamet

While the hotel is well located and has a restaurant on the beach, one has to walk across the road to reach it and the beach is not connected to the property. Sadly the hotel, its interiors, linen, upholstery, toiletries and its overall service standards are pathetic. The front office, housekeeping, restaurant and security staff lack customer service skills. The air conditioning was not working and the reason given was that it was centrally operated and would be started in 2-3 weeks time. The breakfast spread was repetitive. I would never go back to this hotel and would surely not recommend it to anyone.

Had to vacuum my own room

Checked in at 3. The front desk was a mess, couldn't find our reservation. I had to email it to them. We were then put on the 4th floor (if they try this say no thank you). The elevator tool 5 minutes to arrive. Room was disgusting. I've stayed in other Tunisian 5 stars. This was a private room in a hostel bad. The towels were dirty. The t.v. was 15 years old and maybe 20in (not 32in as advertised). Worst part - glitter and dirt on the floor from last guests. Elevators worked sporadically so we walked 4 floors to the front desk who claimed this was the best they had. Had to walk 4 floors up to the pigpen. Never brought new towels and had a vacuum brought to our room FOR ME TO VACUUM! I'm a travel agent and I wouldn't believe this happened if a client told me. Folks... it happened and the rug changed colors. We were half board, big mistake. The dinner was disgusting. 20 kinds of tasteless mush, a 10min line for tuna (the only meat), and we paid for water (no drinks are included with dinner). Ate what we could. Got sick from it. Breakfast was worse. Dinner leftovers with stale bread complemented with eggs and potatoes that tasted like fish. Pool bar was closed the whole stay. Oh and I sat near the towel place. Which was ironic because guest after guest walked up with cards bought at front desk for towels. I watched each one get turned away and told no towels We are out go to the front desk and tell them. Don't stay here. Stay on the street. It would be cleaner and less drama.

take my word this hotel is nowhere close to 5 stars 2 stars would be .the hotel staff was rude careless and showed no interest in what they do ,y reservation was not found and had to wait over an hour to be checked in the roo was dirty with a broken washroom y wife and i got food poisoning even that i was charged for full board had to go go ouit of the hotel to eat the food was disgusting not fit for a dog I do not know how this hotel is a five star i have had better food and service in 2 star hotel definitely as a hospitality person I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent hotel room and acceptable food the worst thig is the careless staff and poor poor service and food

Hotel staff can not speak English. They don't introduce the available facilities. Even on request they don't provide iron . The room wasn't cleaned properley. The basic facilities e.g tea, coffee or drinking water was not provided. It says it's five star but seems 3 star.

When my boyfriend and I were looking for a hotel, in Hammamet, we had to choose in spite of all the reviews mismatch. It was quite confusing...
What happened is that everything went well. The service was quite good for the category of the hotel. Cleaning lady is nice and understanding. Radhwan, the restaurant waiter is very helpful and professional. Everybody was discret.
Black point for le maitre d'hotel of the restaurant who could put his remarks to customers in a less sharp and more professional tone. The surroundings of the hotel was too noisy, also...
Personnally, I would recommend and come back to this hotel.

Huge hotel complex, with 500+ rooms, 5 pools, & 6 restaurants. Directly across from the beach (3 min. walk) and near many local shops, cafes & the tourist shopping medina. Front desk service was good, but they mainly steered us to expensive excursions & private taxis rather than providing good info about how to use local trains. Room was spacious and with a large terrace overlooking the lovely pool area, but it was outdated & worn. Blanket had black stains all over it & bathroom tile was broken & moldy in some spots. Food was fair but not outstanding. Overall, a reasonable stay, but nothing exceptional. Might recommend to friends looking for an inexpensive hotel. Looking for luxury? Look elsewhere.

De nombreuses prestations annoncées lors de la réservation n’ont pas été respecté.
Malgré ma demande, l’hôtel n’a pas géré le transfert aéroport /hotel au début du séjour.
Les goûtés qui devaient être servit se sont limités à de simple morceaux de pains laissés dans une panière.
Les piscines extérieures ne sont pas entretenues et étaient pleines d’algues et de détritus.
Les draps étaient tachés et les couvertures ne sentaient pas bon.

Un bon séjour à cet hôtel dans l’ensemble général.
Il est évident que ce n’est pas les mêmes standards qu’en France mais franchement c’était plus que convenable par rapport au prix payé. Le service, les piscines, le thalasso ou encore le restaurant étaient très agréables.

Petit bémol pour l’odeur dérangeante dans le couloir.
La chambre est certes d’un autre temps, un peu veille mais c’est vraiment pas la priorité pour ce type de séjour, l’essentiel est qu’on dorme bien et c’était le cas.

Le frigo ne marchais pas mais en formule All inclusive on avait accès chaque soirs à des bouteilles d’eau fraîches donc pas de problème pour nous.

J’ai eu un peu peur avant le départ avec tous les commentaires négatifs, mais c’est un peu exagéré, rappelez vous du prix, à ce prix en France on a un 3 étoiles sans repas ni boissons… donc le rapport qualité/prix pour cet hôtel reste pas mal…

C’est vrai qu’il n’est pas parfais, il y a quelques détails négatifs mais personnellement j’ai fait abstraction et tout s’est bien passé.

Le personnel est gentil et acceuillant et essaye de faire de son mieux avec les moyens du bord mais malgré tout, l'hôtel est beaucoup trop vieux et a besoin d'une rénovation: les matelas sont horribles,on dort presque directement sur les ressorts,on étouffe dans l'assesseur qui prend environ 10 minutes a descendre ,les couloirs sont non climatisés et très légèrement illuminé.Durant notre sejour, nous avons fait connaissances avec l'animal qui semble etre emblématique de l'hôtel, Mr le cafard, qui court partout.Le propriétaire doit faire un effort et rénové son hôtel tout autant qui faut aussi mentionner que El Mouradi Menzah qui est relié a El Mouradi Hammemet contient des puces de lits, donc si vous decidez de sejourner dans cet hôtel attendez vous a rentré avec de nouveaux compagnons.

Das hotel ist total in die jahre gekommen, sehr unsauber, Teppiche werden nicht gut gesäubert dicke saubschicht sichtbar. Die betten und Einrichtung Sperrmüll. Die Toilette mit Badewanne einfach unmöglich. Für diese Leistung diesen Preis zu verlangen, ist unverschämt. Das einzige was schön war, war die lobby und die auswahl an essen. Hier scheint man sich ehr zu konzentrieren, der rest ist einfach ungenügend.

Séjour de deux nuits

Plutôt déçu de ce séjour au sein de l’hôtel. Certes au vue du bas prix payé je ne m’attendais pas à une expérience exceptionnelle, cependant plusieurs choses m’ont dérangé:
- lors de la remise des clés , un des membres de ma famille qui m’a déposé à l’hôtel voulait s’assurer que la chambre était conforme à ce que j’avais demandé. On lui a refuser de m’accompagner jusqu’à la chambre seul , il fallait qu’on nous suive sous prétexte qu’il y a eu des vols auparavant

- ce n’est absolument pas un hôtel pour se reposer mais uniquement ambiance familiale. A partir de 10h du matin la musique est à fond dans l’hôtel impossible de dormir car les vitres laisse passez le son. La musique continue jusqu’à minuit avec une seule pause de 13h a 15h.

- impossible d’obtenir des boissons (sans alcool) passé minuit même en contactant le room service

Pour les points positifs , le buffet est varié et correct, et le bagagiste est sympathique.
