Spotlessly clean, give them praise for that. Very little hot water, like about 2 minutes worth in the shower. Breakfast was worse than a university cafeteria, bread was good, fried eggs rubbery, scrambled eggs watery, bacon greasy and consistently undercooked and swimming in fat, fruit hit or miss. Bananas there 50% of the time, ham and cheese were good. For dinner, bbq days the chicken, pork chops and ribs were overdone and tough, another day had the salmon and it was delicious.

For 4 adults, the accommodation is sub standard. There were 3 stools, a 2 seater sofa and we had to bring the outside furnishings inside to sit at night. The kitchen is not fit for purpose either. Very disappointed.

Great hotel. I love the pools. The best thing was their customer service. From checking in to the staff at the restaurants, all amazing. I would not travel during the hot months because there is no air conditioning. The bungalows have fans on each floor. It was comfortable but I don’t know how it would feel in the summer. Everything else was great.

The hotel is clean and the pools are lovely temperature. There are always enough pool loungers and a range of drinks in the bar. The food is available during certain times and is ok but I would recommend eating out for more variety. The rooms were fabulous for the price but the beds were two singles pushed together that constantly came apart and weren't too comfortable, however we did really enjoy the stay and it is a bargain price for a good location too!

On arrival to the complex I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean and staff were very accommodating. We went to our one bedroom duplex to check out our accommodation for the week, again we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and had everything you would need for the week. The pool area was kept clean with 2 lifeguards throughout the day. The pool was never busy nor the area around so plenty of sun beds.
If you are a golfer, you will be pleased to know it’s a 2 minute walk to the golf club. Can be a tad expensive if you have to hire clubs but the course was amazing. The club house also was very cheap for food and drink.
We went self catering and glad we did as one night we did try the food on the complex, not great I’m sorry to say and not much choice for a buffet. There are local restaurants that are fairly priced.
The complex put on a free shuttle bus to beach etc, or it’s a 20 minute walk.
All in all I would definitely stay there again

The apartment is fabulous would definitely recommend it just found the bar staff not very friendly ,but the receptionist was very helpful,
Pool area nice and clean never a problem finding seats , we went into maspalomas most night ,taxi about 5 euro lots of good bars there with entertainment our favorite was Mulligans food was great best selection of beers and 2 acts every night that were excellent

Just wish the balconies were big enough to sit on and not just Juliette type.

A little isolated for a self catering holiday with local bars a 10 minute walk but for 30-40 mins for a properly stocked supermarkets with fresh meat and fish.

Overall a lovely place to stay. The downstairs is bright and very clean and upstairs is spacious considering the space given. The only fault in our stay was that we were given two single beds as a couple. Otherwise the balcony was well looked after and so was the front seating area to the property.

This property is situated in a great area for getting around. If car hire, every attraction is max 20 minutes away but most are 4/5 mins away.
The stay here was really good, bungalows are fun size and have everything you need. Pools are lovely and kept clean. Fresh lining everyday if wanted as well as towels. The staff are lovely, although we made friends with the cleaning maids.
Onsite mini supermarket and restaurant.
Over all for a 2 star apartments I think it should be more.

The complex is comfortable and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of space and sun beds for relaxing. If you like a sunny terrace you should ask when you book - half the bungalows face the other way. Two large pools. Although they are called bungalows the accommodation is two storey so would not be suitable for some people. Also quite a long walk out of the village. There is everything you need on site so you do not actually need to go anywhere. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and quiet sets of bungalows, really well kept. The staff are really friendly and deal with queries with urgency and efficiency. Handy supermarket on site. Gorgeous pools with sunny areas and shade, one of them heated. Only 20 mns walk to the Maspalomas lighthouse but you can get the free shuttle bus if you prefer. A few nice restaurants within 10 minute walk. A very quiet resort with friendly and respectful holiday makers- just what we were looking for. I look forward to going back next year!

Nice place. Friendly staff, comfortable room, clean and tidy. Close to bus stops for beach/shops. Lovely pool area, plenty of sunloungers. Road facing rooms can be bit noisy in early mornings with traffic so can't really leave window open. 20/30 mins walk to beach and yumbo centre or only 3/4 euros in taxi. Free shuttle bus available several times a day. The on site shop is ridiculously expensive but the shop at the faro2 centre is only a 10 min walk.
If using any of the supermarkets including faro2 and spar check dates on everything, we noticed at all there were multiple products such as bread/marge/nuts/cheese and biscuits all out of date on the shelves.

We love the fact that the apartment is situated in a calm area, just beside the golf course. The common areas are a joy and the pool is great if you like to swim...80m long!! Besides this, the staff is very helpful. A special mention to our waiter, Alvaro, who always was friendly and very service minded. We will be back for sure.

Third time lucky. Sadly will not stay there again.

Third time lucky. We did change our bungalow three times. First one was next to House Keeping Depo (bungalow no.219). Very loud area. From 7 am till 7 pm House Keeping women were mostly sitting there and cackling/talking very aloud or going back and forward with their trolleys making even more noise. No chance for rest. We did ask to be moved to other bungalow and that was arranged quickly but second bungalow (no.202) had damp on the ceiling (please check picture). Very unpleasant smell inside the bungalow and this stuff is harmful to health. Day after we have been moved again to third bungalow. This time condition of the place was acceptable for our 10 day stay. All essentials were in. Kitchen well equipped. All beds are single so no chance to sleep with you partner together. Shower and shower area extremely small (please check picture) luckily for us we were slim. Cold inside bungalows during the nights. Pool side pleasant so big plus for this but everything else is dated and need some refurbishment asap. Concierges were very friendly and helpful. Sadly will not stay there again.

A Pearl in Maspalomas

The apartments were great. They are divided in two floors so you had the bedroom upstairs and living room and kitchen below. We really enjoyed having our breakfast on the terrace outside. The pool are was great with plenty of room for everyone. The service in the pool restaurant was outstanding. Worth mentioning was Alvaro’s kindness and high service level. It was easy to park our rented car either at the property or right across the street. All in all, we want to repeat this stay in the future.

all you need for an easy comfortable short break

Requests for pool view ignored. Refused two old tired ones looking out to golf & one onto road. Got lovely modern one looking inward to gardens, short walk to heated pool and reception. All really clean! Shower, wifi, cooker/microwave, tv adequate. Have to put sign on door, to have maid clean, so only got one visit once we realised and one clean towel! One guy did activities-aquagym & some kids things (not sun/mon) & mini disco -not that great! Evening entertainment good. Buffet dinner was just ok, but handy. Very few British and quiet at Easter. pool & gardens great. Good shop. Staff nice. Took bus to beach and shopping. taxis cheap, too. Mostly just chilled around the pool & kids met pals. Very easy as all you need is on-site. 40 minute cheap transfer with travel republic. Would return if could guarantee a view over heated pool (to feel involved in the pool atmosphere). Would eat buffet dinner more if had a couple of more kids choices and got rid of the occasional flies!! Great fruit smoothies at bar!

We booked this hotel 2 days before our holiday started after Monarch cancellation. And we love it! Good location, 2 big swimming pools with plenty sunbeds around. We was self catering but you can buy buffet dinner in the hotel restaurant just for 12.60 per person. There are toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave in the kitchen; hairdryer in the bathroom; 2 flat screen TV with 5 English channels. Good wi-fi in the room and around pool. Free buses to Maspalomas beach and Playa del Ingles. Room cleaning 5 days per week. You can pay for safe key 13 euro per week. We will be back next year.

This is a fairly basic hotel complex that is fairly represented in its description. The bungalows are exactly as described and it represents fair value for money. Unfortunately some of the bungalows are poorly positioned near the road and next to the service area for the complex. Mine was one of these and it was extremely noisy and had no outlook. Because there's is no air conditioning it is important to have windows/doors open and so you cannot reduce the noise by closing these.
Top tip - ask for a bungalow at the back overlooking the golf course.

It was a really nice place to spend holiday with family.
The cleanliness of the place was pretty deprecable,tho. when we checked in, and the room had supposedly been cleaned, we entered a bungalow where the shower plate had some hair residual in it, there was a blood stain on my sheets and the patio in front of the bungalow smelled of cat pee and had cat poo residuals in it. we called reception to have someone clean up and the guy arrived at least half an hour later. we absolutely loved the presence of the cats, and I assume they are there to keep away mice, so God bless them, but if you have a place filled with cats you also make sure that it is appropriately cleaned all the time.
Both of the pool were amazing, we enjoyed relaxing there after spending the day out, however could have used some more cleaning.
We met Alessandra, one of the entertainers, while having breakfast one morning and she was absolutely adorable helpful and funny! way to go girl!
We didn't spend much time at the restaurant apart of breakfasts and the waiters were always pretty nice, receptionists on the other hand didn't seem to be as welcoming as you would expect a receptionist to be.

Cordial Green Golf consists of \"bungalows\" surrounding pools and bar / restaurant. The bungalow is a small house with sîtting room and kitchen area downstairs and bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It has an area where you can sit out at the front with a table and chairs, and a small balcony upstairs where you can hang towels to dry. There were two televisions, one downstairs and one up, with BBC 1 available. There was also free wifi. The two swimming pools are fantastic - very long, with a great children's pool at one side of the larger pool. There are plenty of sun beds. There are daytime and evening activities provided if you wish to join in and the Reception staff will book activities for you. We went dolphin watching which was fantastic. We chose to be self catering but you could easily buy a ticket for the dinner or breakfast buffets, reasonably priced and plenty of choice. We used the small mini market next to reception to buy drinks and snacks. There are free buses to transport you to the town, the beach or to some local (paid for) attractions although the walk to the beach is very pleasant and only takes about 20 minutes. There are also plenty of taxis which you can hail outside the hotel, we paid about 5€ including a tip to get to Maspalomas beach. Several restaurants are a short walk from the hotel, we particularly liked Rustica for tapas and Beirut - delicious Lebanese food, great service and belly dancing!

A very nice hotel, close to many amenities, but better with a car than depending on buses/walking. Restaurant good, also self catering was easy with small shop on site. Our only disappointment was that our room was on the shady side of the buildings, so never got the sun on the verandah; this may be an advantage in summer, but in February we wanted to be able to breakfast in the sun!

As the title suggests these are houses (very small ones) and not bungalows, quite steep staircase if you're infirm. Worst point though is we were opposite the golf course and the tractor lawn motors start cutting the grass about 4am, yes in the dark with their headlights on, so woken up very early every morning ! House clean but very small, bed only just fits in bedroom, wardrobe doors hit the bed when opening doors, upstairs balcony tiny. ! Bed never changed , don't know why, saw maids around some days ? Staff polite & helpful. Pool areas nice, clean & plenty of sunbeds. Restaurant standard buffet and in our opinion not worth the extra money when there are some superb restaurants down at Meloneras (just a short taxi ride 3.5 euros away) and similar prices. Position is about 1.5 miles from beach/ Meloneras/ Maspalomas beach etc (short taxi ride as mentioned). Only other thing this hotel needs is some evening entertainment, there's a bar (v/cheap) and a stage but apart from the odd child entertainer nothing, so again we went to Melonaers most evenings as there are lots of singers / entertainment acts in the restaurants and bars, which are all really good.

Simple 2 storey apartment (living room kitchen with sofa bed downstairs, bedroom and bathroom upstairs). Bit dark, but that also kept it cool. kitchen cramped as built in space beneath stairs. But for a couple there was enough space and we mostly ate out.

Attractive looking, clean complex

Quiet complex, quite far from beach and amenities. Nice pools but the advertised heated pool was barely heated and too cold for most guests. Most bungalows were in shade so sitting outdoors was chilly which meant that only those that faced the sun were fully used. The interiors were fairly basic with simple equipment although there was a flat screen tv and wi fi included. The double bedroom was tiny with barely enough room to move around the bed. The staff were proficient but not particularly friendly or approachable.

It was good as other hotels.
BUT the one i really was satisfied is friendly/awesome \"STAFF\". This staff made us come back to this hotel for the next trip in Gran canaria.i think owner of this hotel should give her some prize or bonus sth.

nice complex with fabulous grounds and pool areas

lovely complex with fabulous pools and kerb appeal little houses. We have stayed before and found the property to be quite shabby inside this time....plaster off the wall with metal edging under plasterwork exposed and several walls needed paintwork refreshing

Friendly wee Hotel!

Fabulous holiday! The hotel was clean and all the staff were friendly and efficient. The reception staff in particular were very helpful. The swimming pools are huge, the best I've seen on holiday. We had an apartment overlooking the golf course which was lovely. There are a few friendly, fat, lazy moggies about who would love to go into your apartment so best keeping the door closed! We tried the evening buffet on a couple of occasions and standard of food was quite good, but sometimes lukewarm. The choice was vast and varied though. Breakfast buffet was excellent and catered for all tastes. There is a free shuttle bus which takes you to Il Faro for beach, restaurants and shopping. Walking distance along the canal is only about 20 mins and taxis cost less than 4 euros, so plenty of choice

Lovely, peaceful haven

We were most impressed with Cordial Golf from the outset. Front desk staff were most helpful, our apartment was spotless, and cleaned every day except Sunday, and had everything we needed for a week's stay. I would recommend a room facing the golf course - numbers 31-39, and 61-69. They were so quiet, with lovely views of the golf course. Choose a superior bungalow, so you get free pool towels (also changed daily), free safe, free air conditioning. This is cheaper than paying extra for them in a standard room. They are all identical, it's just you get given the remotes to activate the A/C and safe which are already in all the rooms. The only slight flaw is the size of the bedroom. It is small, but how long do you actually spend in there? The pools were cold but huge, the food was very reasonable (€12 for dinner, €6 for breakfast). Well worth the money. Entertainment was infrequent, but most people sat on their terraces in the evenings anyway. Great place, we will definitely return.

Superb place in Maspalomas

I go to this resort about 5 times a year. Weather is always glorious and the accommodation great. Its not luxury but more than adequate and kept immaculately clean. Grounds are kept perfect and it has two big pools with more than enough sun loungers to go around. The staff are a real asset to the company they are always happy and willing to help with anything. At night the resort is quite and not located too close to bars or anything so as disturb.

Nice self-catering resort

Good standard hotel, located in the Golf area between both beaches Playa del Ingles and Maspolomas both being around a 30/40 min walk or short taxi ride. Rooms are well equipped for self-catering needs and are cleaned daily. Only thing is no air conditioning and only fans in room that are powered by your keys, meaning when you leave the room the fans and electricity turn off so they can get quite hot if your out all day. Overall good resort seems popular with Spanish Families, but don't be put off with this as we stayed as a couple and very much enjoyed our stay.

Great resort, good pools and restaurant

We were slightly disappointed with the bungalow size - was very small indeed and area outside to sit in. However, that said, the resort area and facilities were excellent and very spacious and scenic. We enjoyed our stay very much and the restaurant facilities and staff were really very good.

It was fantastic. Beautiful environment and the best receptionist ever (Rita). Nice pool and rooms, balcony was a plus too. I loved it, felt like paradise.

Great Place - Not so Great Location

Accommodation was clean and maid services were regular. Friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pools were fantastic and complex in general was clean and well presented and maintained.
Food was lovely with a good selection and good value for money although very disappointed in the picnic we ordered due to leaving very early in the morning to go to the airport. One sandwich each and a drink and 2 oranges which we paid €24 for. Pears and apples also provided were not fit to be eaten - very unhappy with what we got for the price we paid.
Unfortunately not many restaurants/bars in immediate vicinity so there is limited places to go without using a bus or taxi. Location is what would put me off returning but the complex itself is excellent.

Very relaxed and tidy

2nd time we have stayed here, very clean and relaxed, the 2 pool are great for all ages and parking is easy, if you don't have a car expect to use cabs as not much to walk to, whist breakfast was good , dinner was not as good as our first trip, HB works ok but not sure if we could/would do FB, the bar area is a bit tired and could do with an update as it lets the hotel down, staff are very helpful, but as a base the hotel worked very well
