I will never stay in this property agin never recommended . Mattress it’s dirty with pics on it all the lights bulbs it’s out in the room no Ac in the restaurant food very bad my wife got sick from it . pool it’s dirty water it’s cloudy yellowish smell strong paint all aver the place definitely 1 stars motel no one enjoys the stay in this property . I did not mention the broking glasses in the restaurant make sure you check them befor you drink any thing

My husband and I stayed for a week. The room was not in the best shape. It smelled like sewage. Some staff were friendly like the girls in the spa but others were not. They never told us that they had a private beach area down the street, we found out on our last night which makes me upset. The food was ok. Not a great variety.

Great location everything on walking distance ,beach, Atm, Medina, restaurants.tours guides, the thing I didn’t like about the hotel/staff when ur having ur dinner around 8:30 while ur eating they start tidying things always etc plus they don’t allow you to take ur own drinks/water.

A breath of fresh air

We escaped the nearby hotel Diar Lemdina (a complete madhouse) to Flora Park, and it was like a breath of fresh air. The rooms are fairly basic but clean, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful after the horrible headache of our other Hammamet hotel stay. Service was excellent in the dining hall and reception. The hotel has a nice pool area (indoor and outdoor) and is a short walk from the beach and the medina if you want to visit. The restaurant buffet was the best hotel food we had on our Tunisian trip. Only con is there's no WiFi in the rooms, which is something they should update. But overall, a positive experience.

Decent hotel, lovely staff!

Definitely enjoyed our stay @ Vincci Flora Park. The staff really make the experience very enjoyable, the spa workers, security, the waiters/chefs, housekeeping/cleaners and receptionists. Variety of dishes were cooked regularly and well presented. The rooms are well kept and AC worked a dream. Went with one yr old baby and everyone was super welcoming/accomodating. 5min walk to beach, surrounded by many amenities and abundance of taxis. Overall pleased with our stay, would recommend. Idyllic and photogenic hotel. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in March, good location and food is good. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable, only thing is that they are not sound proof. So you can next doors tele and noise from the hallway. I would go back but with ear plugs.

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful setting

The hotel is beautifully decorated and designed. My wife and I were warmly welcomed by the staff and served throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We were there during winter, so we used the beautiful indoor pool. We had a room by the outdoor pool, which was lovely to look at. All in all we had an excellent time at this hotel.

This experience wasn't as good as the previous stay in Vincci Marillia , I had to carry a heavy room key instead of an electronic access card. I had to give a 20 TND (local currency) as a deposit for the TV remote. The food choice was very limited and service was below average. In the morning I had to wait for 20mn as the chef was not at the omelette and crepes station. No greetings were said to guests when coming in.
Upon checking in, I was sent to my room and had to bump into some people to ask them about directions.
The Spa was good but the guest relation was vey imposing and at times annoying , do not get the wrong message they are trying to sell.
Employees are worried about their employment during the next fasting month ( few days away) and therefore this has impacted their performance and work quality.
Apart from this the hotel location is a plus : close to many amenities like shopping malls, a wide variety of restaurants and the old medina where there is a range of entetrtaing spots that certainly would meet every one's taste.
This was my first and last visit to this hotel.

Apparently a 4* hotel. It isn't.

The hotel was ok. Decent. That's as far as I would go. It is not a 4* star but more like a 3* hotel.

The hotel was clean. Good location.

However, there are lots of add ons too. You want a safe for your room? Add on. You want a remote for your tv? Add on. You want to use the gym? Add on. Table-tennis? Add on.

My wife and I went half board. The food was disappointing. It was simplistic and there wasn't much variety. We purchased water from the hotel which was approx. £1 a bottle. But when you consider opposite the hotel - 10 steps away - you could buy a bottle for 20p it's ridiculous especially as you aren't allowed to bring anything into the hotel. (fortunately i sneaked some in out of principle).

They also kept playing the same 10 track music album throughout the whole holiday. George Michael's No.1 smash hit Jesus to a Child is a soothing track...but not after 100th time.

The receptionist also tried to hard sell trips.

NO BASIC FACILITIES AVAILABLE AT THIS HOTEL.
VERY UNHELPFUL STAFF, DISAPPOINTING BREAKFAST AND NO ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE. CONSTANTLY HASSLED FOR MONEY FOR SERVICES WE DIDN'T EVEN USE AT HOTEL.
NO AIR-CONDITIONING AND GENERALLY ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES WE HAVE HAD ABROAD. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE....COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!

Another great holiday at Flora Park

Returned from fortnight's holiday at Flora Park on 15/07/2012, being our our seventh stay at this hotel, but first under the Vincci name. As usual we found the staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel clean and efficiently run, and the food abundant with plenty of choice. The new adults only and no entertainment culture suited us very well. The only drawback we found was the new beach bar - where the staff seemed indifferent, and the new buildings overdone - it no longer has the welcoming atmosphere of previous years. Also, the practice of reserving poolside loungers with towels at 5.30AM beggars belief!! Nevertheless my husband and I had a wonderful holiday, and will soon be booking for next year.

Perfect hide-out for a no-frill holiday maker

It is perfect as a hide-out. The staff is really friendly and the eating experience is relaxed and packaged well. It is a short walk to the beach and main attractions of Hammemet centre. The hotel has no traffic and is quiet and relaxed ... but once inside you find it is not deserted as well.

However, the fittings in the rooms can look dated and in need of upgrade. We also experience insects in our room. Though it was not a major problem. Overall I was hapy but felt i could get better value for money elsewhere given many hotels in Hammamet.

Very Nice Stay in Hammamet

The hotel staff was very helpful and we enjoyed being able to drop off the room key to pick up when we got back for the day. The chicha bar was comfortable- and we found ourselves using the space for our wifi connection for the laptop. We were able to connect using their wifi connection even in the outside of the bar, and that gave us more privacy. The room was nicely decorated, and although the mini-refrigerator had iced over (and could only cool off drinks a little)- it was still adequate, and could have been defrosted, I just didn't take the time. The service at the regular bar was terrific, and also comfortable. At the time we arrived in September, much had been freshly painted and looked great! The air conditioner for the room did not cool efficiently, but just walking onto the balcony we got the fresh breeze we sought. The room was always cleaned before we returned, that was admirable. It was quiet, and we slept well. I would stay there again- I felt welcomed and the service was fine!

The hotel has a very serious cleanliness problem. The sheets, pillowcases, and towels all looked as if they had been used before us and not replaced. On the second morning of our three-day reservation, we checked out and moved to another hotel. I definitely do not recommend it. I will also no longer make reservations through Hotels.com — I couldn’t resolve anything through their bot accounts. It was a complete disappointment and a total regret

Hôtel confortable, mais des points à revoir

L’hôtel est propre, la chambre très spacieuse, et le personnel dans l’ensemble sympathique. Le service « tout compris » est pratique avec les trois repas inclus, et la possibilité de louer une serviette pour la piscine est un petit plus. En revanche, la limitation à une seule bouteille d’eau pour deux personnes à chaque repas est un peu surprenante pour une formule tout inclus. Les repas étaient bons.

Un autre point négatif : l’agence a contacté plusieurs fois l’hôtel (par mail et par téléphone) pour faire une demande concernant ma réservation, sans jamais obtenir de réponse. La réception m’a affirmé ne rien avoir reçu, avant de fournir une autre adresse mail, mais hotels.com n’a jamais eu de retour. Cela me paraît peu professionnel de la part de la réception.

Enfin, la plage privée n’est pas directement accessible depuis l’hôtel — il faut sortir et marcher environ 10 à 15 minutes. Une fois sur place, l’eau est malheureusement très sale. Je me suis retrouvé couvert d’épines après seulement quelques minutes de baignade, au point qu’il est presque nécessaire de jeter son maillot de bain, même après l'avoir tapoté et après 3 lavages. De nombreux marchands à la sauvette rendent aussi l’ambiance moins paisible.

En résumé : un hôtel confortable à l’intérieur, mais plusieurs éléments extérieurs laissent à désirer.

Faire très attention dans l’hôtel. L’équipe de la sécurité qui est censé vous protéger n’hésite pas à vous agresser s’il considère que vous ne respecter pas les règles notamment Hamdi Fezzani (chef sécurité) et khouloud boumezza (sécurité).
Ne pas y aller si vous voulez passer un bon séjour.

Das Hotel an sich ist in die Jahre gekommen, es müsste renoviert werden.
Das Speisenangebot ist gut, von allem was dabei.
Das Personal ist ausgezeichnet, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Ob das Zimmermädchen oder Barkeeper und andere....einfach nur mega .Das findet man nicht immer so.Schon alleine deswegen ist ein Wiederholungsurlaub in diesem Hotel angesagt.

Plaisir et repos pour un petit budget

Magnifique hôtel. La propreté est irréprochable. Les buffets petit déjeuner et dîner sont variés, il y a de tout. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et le balcon est grand. La piscine est grande, très propre. J'ai vraiment eu un coup de cœur pour cet hôtel . L'emplacement est aussi très bien. Vous sortez de l'hôtel, en prenant à gauche et en continuant tout droit, vous trouverez la médina, des restaurants, boutiques, Carthage Land. La plage privée est à seulement 300 mètres de l'hôtel.

Ho trascorso quasi 1 mese al Vincci Flora Park ed io e mia moglie siamo rimasti entusiasti. Il Flora Park è arioso con grandi camere e tranquillo, il silenzio è incantevole e non c'è l'animazione invadente e rumorosa. Immerso nel verde con una piacevole piscina esterna. Assolutamente imperdibile la Spa con ottimi servizi di Avva. Cucina deliziosa e vini all'altezza; i servizi in camera efficienti e puliti. Tutti il personale è gentilissimo ed accogliente, receptionist, camerieri, bar, pulizie ecc. Infine i prezzi che sono davvero eccezionali: la qualità alta ad un prezzo veramente economico. Assolutamente da consigliare.

J'ai passé un séjour de 10 jours dans cette hôtel.

Points positifs :
1- Hôtel propre et très calme
2- Très belle plage & piscine
3- Une bonne équipe à la réception spécialement la réceptionniste Hamida(ils nous ont changé la chambre à deux reprises quand ils ont su que c'est un séjour de noce)
Points négatifs :
1- L'équipe de la restauration & Bar très improfessionnel et manque clairement de politesse et de formation(manque de courtoisie, tables souvent non débarrassée à l'arrivé(à la demande, chaque serveur dit que l'autre va le faire et je finis toujours par le faire moi même), ils ont éteint une fois la lumière 45 minutes avant la fin du dîner dans la salle alors qu'ils y avaient trois tables occupés - j'ai demandé à un serveur de m'apporte un jus, il m'a répondu avec arrogance que ça fait 20 minutes qu'il m'a posé la question et que j'ai dit non!!!)
2- La variété est présente lors du petit-dej et du dîner, mais la qualité et le gout sont complètement absents.
3- Le nettoyage de la chambre se fait, mais les sanitaires ne sont pas fait correctement et le dessous des lits était depuis l'arrivé jusqu'au dernier jour plein de poussière(on dirait qu'ils n'ont pas d'aspirateur).

A peine arrivés, notre chambre se retrouve inondée par une fuite de la climatisation. Nous le signalons de suite à l'accueil. Réaction instantanée: changement de chambre et une grande corbeille de fruits dans la nouvelle chambre en guise d'excuses de la part de la Direction. Franchement: CHAPEAU. Sinon, nous connaissions l'établissement: familial, propre et calme. Les repas étaient très bien, les buffets super bien présentés et variés. Je recommande cet établissement très fortement.

早餐很好，环境优美，性价比超高，就是设施差一点点，比如浴室热水，我住的第一天还不错，以后3天晚上热水都不好，第二天夜里冻醒了。晚上热水和前台反应了，来人看了看，没有解决问题，后3天晚上洗澡有点冷其他都好

hotel pas au niveau d'un 4 etoile,
le personnel est sympa mais les chambres sont d'une autre époque, bien qu'elles sont propre le mobilier date.
l'hotel a un charme c'est dommage que les efforts nécessaires ne sont pas menés.
la plage est à 500 mettre ce n'est donc pas d'un hotel pieds dans l'eau, pour les personnes âgées c'est loin

Gode Opplevelse

Hotell er rent, sentralt beliggende. Nær den deilige Hammamet strandet. Det tar bare fem minutter å gå. Hotellet har en koselig bar. Og en restaurant med åpent buffet inneholdet gode mat. Jeg anbefaller hotellet til folk som ønsker å slappe av og nyte ferie.

Prettig, mooi hotel, en niet duur

Prettig en mooi hotel in Yasmine Hammamet. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was zeker goed, helaas had ik wel voor het diner betaald maar op de tijden dat het open was geen tijd om er ook daadwerkelijk heen te gaan ivm overlap met een congres dat ik bijwoonde.
Net iets goedkoper dan de andere hotels eromheen maar zeker niet minder goed.
