Some rooms better, some worse. Staff not very dedicated to the job. We asked few times about mini fridge, they promised to bring, but it never happened. AC very mouldy, black. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Not wifi in rooms. Food not bad, but staff in restsursnt not so nice, you need chase them for drink, not enough cutlery, glasses. Only lady waitress so nice and polite

The hotel was filthy. All the sheets and towels were stained. Not sure if they were washed properly. There were cockroaches all over the hotel. The elevator was broken. The phone in the room was disconnected and the tv didn’t work. We had to change rooms 3 times and we had to pay the maid to clean the room. There were not enough lounge chairs or umbrellas at the pool. We had to pay extra to get chairs. We had such a bad experience that my wife had multiple panic attacks.

We had a wonderful time. Everyone was very helpful and the Animators team are absolutely AMAZING! Lots of activities to do and no real need of going outside the hotel. Although the localisation it’s great and you have the option to do lots of trips and visit lots of places. We will defo come back.

staff in this hotel are lovely can’t do enough for you especially when it was my sons 5th birthday and they came to our table with small cake singing happy birthday.. the food was always the same should be more variety especially for young kids. We stayed next door two years ago there Menu was better I thought than this years ice cream would be nice to

The staff were all lovely but we had cockroaches in the bathroom, the food was the same everyday some days they had events it was overcrowded and nowhere to sit at lunch. The wifi was scetchy. I had to ask for shower gel as it wasn't replenished but beds were comfy. Limited drinks

Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!!
Arrival-Well where do I begin on arrival got the most rudest receptionist (Fady)no welcome just a key stuck in our hands.We booked a family room for four adults.
Once at the room it was disgusting , very dirty, stained sheets, blocked sink with half of someone's dinner coming back up, broken bath, no fridge, tv didn't work.One double bed and broken bunk beds which would fit a five year old not an adult .
We complained to the very unwelcoming and very rude staff at the reception who
were bombarded with other guests complaining.
They gave us a second room for 1 night before a family room was a available. This room was no better than the first in fact it was unused room. After travelling 12 hours we were exhausted.
Day 1-Okba offered us a family room bigger but the same dirty, no fridge
,tv not working, broken bath panel. 1 light bulb in the room which should have had five, no safe deposit box , even a cockroach was there to greet us. Po
Okba assured us he would sort everything. Safe deposit did come.
We tipped him £20 Sterling, We never saw him again. When you contact reception about anything in the room they just say “it will come” . Ten days later and we are still waiting. I went to the supermarket and purchased bleach and cleaning materials so I could clean
the room from top to bottom as no Expedia rep on site we were stuck.
Indoor pool is closed, outdoor pool ok first thing in the morning ,beach full with jelly unable to swim

My overall stay was average based on:
Service was average except the man at the dinner time- excellent
One day, the lady came in the morning, remove my towels snd I got new ones in middle of afternoon. I got some water dripping from the air conditioner silling, I had to put a towel in the floor. The room is equipped with old transistor tv. The toilet was not properly fixed on the floor, and the mirror frame is due to be paint. Limited access to the elevator and they are slow, faster to go up by the stairs.
For me, the condition of the hotel is not a 4 stars, I will say 3. By chance that I spent most of my time at the beach……

Me my 2 sisters and brother booked a 7 nights all inclusive in the Mouradi AL MENZAH HOTEL.
We had such an amazing time! Good food, excellent costumer service and tasty cocktails..

The Animation are so friendly. The moment you walk in, PLEASE ask for Gany! He is the head of animation and the most helpful person on site. He is approachable and speak fluent English.

We’ve been visiting hammamet for the last 8 years.. first time in Moradi Menzah and definitely booking again for next June!

Enjoyed our stay in the hotel for the first few days but it got extremely busy towards the end which made the hotel very crowded, noisy and long queues all the time. The dining area was very busy and found this difficult with having Young children.

As a solo female traveller, I had a great time!
If you are looking for a place to 'just relax', this is great.
There were always enough loungers by the pool- and the staff ('lifeguards') can provide you with
a mattress for your lounger alongside a beach towel as no extra cost (always a good idea to tip them
and they will continue to ensure that they supply you with the towel etc. everyday and at the lounger that you like to be at!
Animation team were friendly - and the aqua aerobics as well as salsa/Zumba dancing were great fun!

Hotel sui privilégie les algériens car ce sont des personnes qui viennent toutes l année donc l argent rentre et meme si les algériens vous agressent et que vous vous defendez car ils vous ont volé, insulté... l hôtel tiendra avec eux et vous virera de l hotel, c est ce qui m est arrivé et de mon droit je suis allé a la police tunisienne pour deposer plainte car non seulement on a essayé de voler mon ami, puis on l a agresser et il s est defendu et moi qui etait dans ma chambre j ai été viré avec lui car il partageait ma chambre je ne lui en veut pas car il s est defendu dû au vol et insulte et ils sont venus le taper et il s est defendu, nous etions les victimes de l histoire et ils nous ont viré et je n hesiterai pas a me plaindre aussi a mon ambassade car c est de l abus. Je ne lâcherai pas cette affaire jusqu'à ce que j obtiens mon remboursement.

Leider war der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel absolut unzumutbar und entspricht in keiner Weise der Beschreibung oder den Erwartungen an ein familienfreundliches Hotel.Die Zustände vor Ort waren katastrophal und stellen nicht nur einen erheblichen Mangel an Komfort,sondern auch ein Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsrisiko dar – insbesondere für unser Kleinkind.Zimmer unhygienisch und beschädigt:Blut auf der Bettdecke (auch nach Zimmerreinigung),schimmelige und verschmutzte Zimmerdecke,defekte und verdreckte Möbel,Gardine kaputt- nicht abdunkelbar,Kabel lagen offen im Zimmer –akute Verletzungsgefahr für unser Kind.Ausstattung defekt:Fernseher funktionslos(nur Deko),Föhn kaputt,Klimaanlage defekt (tropfte und verursachte Wasserschäden),kaputter Klodeckel,lautes ständiges Nachlaufen des WC-Spülwassers,keine Minibar oder Wasserkocher– absolut ungeeignet für die Zubereitung von Milchnahrung.Sicherheitsmängel:Versplitterter Türrahmen mit Verletzungsrisiko,kaputte Möbel auch auf dem Balkon.Unerträglicher Lärm:Zimmer direkt zur Pool-/Animationsseite.Schlaf vor 23 Uhr sowie tagsüber (15–17 Uhr) unmöglich –mit Kleinkind ein Desaster.Lange Wartezeiten & chaotische Verpflegung:Beim Buffet ständige Wartezeiten,fehlendes Geschirr,verdreckte Tische,verspäteter Beginn der Essenszeiten.Eine Schlägerei im Speisesaal sorgte für große Angst bei unserem Kind.Aufzüge teilweise außer Betrieb:Nur ein funktionierender Aufzug über mehrere Tage,extrem lange Wartezeiten.

Les chambres sont très sales.
Les seuls doubles rideaux de ma chambre étaient pour moitié hors du rail et jai du assembler les rideaux entre-eux avec des pinces à linge pour avoir un minimum d'intimité.
L'eau de la douche sentait le \"moisi\", et avoir cette odeur de moisi sous le nez pendant la douche etait difficile à supporter. Cet hôtel s'est délabré en 3 ans, c'est dommage.
J'ai choisi la formule 'all inclusive\" . Les repas pas bon du tout. Jai pris l'intégralité de mes repas en extérieur dès le 3eme jour jusqu'au 15eme jour et cela à fortement plomber mon budget vacances.
A part la réception et son architecture, tout le reste estvieux et sale.
Plus jamais !!

There was no air conditionning in the 3 rooms I was put in, nor in the resataurant, nor in the lobby, so it was impossible to enjoy my vacation.

There was always one of the two elevators that was out of order, so I lost a lot of time waiting for one.

Also, the employees at the reception were very rude and ignored me several times. They really don't care about the guests.

Finally, there is a big security problem because something was stolen from me at the hotel and I know I was not the only client that this happened to.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel El Mouradi El Menzah Hammamet.
L’animation était vraiment excellente et variée, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le restaurant était également une très belle surprise : des plats délicieux et bien préparés. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider, et la piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue.

Côté points à améliorer : les chambres mériteraient une rénovation pour être plus modernes et confortables, et le frigo dans la chambre ne sert malheureusement pas à grand-chose car il ne refroidit pas du tout. Autre petit bémol : il faut se lever très tôt le matin pour réserver  un transat avec une serviette, comme tout le monde le fait, sinon impossible d’en trouver un de libre pour la journée… C’est dommage car c’est assez égoïste, mais malheureusement il faut faire pareil si on veut en profiter.

Malgré ces quelques points, le rapport qualité/prix reste très bon et nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cet hôtel !

J'ai sejourne avec ma famille du 9 au 15 juillet. Les chambres de l'hotel sont tres vielles et ont besoin de bcp de renovation. Le menu du matin etait identique pendant tout le sejour, auxun changement meme pas dans les varietes de croissants. Les menus du midi et du soir sont tres redendants avec bcp de pate de toutes sorte et pas de variétes. La nourriture manque énormément de goût et les menus sont a retravailler. Le dessert est tj le meme. Il s'agit de la meme base de pate avec qlqs modification au niveau de la decoration. L'hotel est vraiment petit, les toboggans sont petits pas vraiment d'activités a faire autre que les qlqs animations au courant de la journée ou le soir. La proporete est bonne..Un remerciement particulier au personnel qui fait de son mieux pour ameliorer le sejour des clients, mais c loin d'etre suffisant. Je ne recommande pas l'hotel du tout.

Le climatiseur laisse couler de l'eau dans la chambre et il y a de l'humidité et de la moisissure qui dégage une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre.
La poussière est partout dans la chambre
Dans la salle de bain il y a même pas du savon ni une serviette pour les mains et le visage.

Séjour très agréable dans sa globalité, le personnel est au top, bienveillants et très serviable ce qui était très appréciable. Les animateurs sont pleins d’énergie et très sympathiques. En ce qui concerne les usagers nous avons été déçu du gaspillage alimentaire et le comportement de certains locaux avec le personnel et en général.

Les chambres etaient horible.
Cafard, infiltration d’eau
Equipement vétuste
Service detestable.

Apres une nuit on a quitté lhotel au lieu des 3 nuitées

Bonjour à fuir. Cafards dans les chambres. Menu immangeable. Il fallait se battre pour avoir les assiettes les boisson les desserts. Aucune organisation. Piscine pas entretenu etc etc
