L’hôtel est très bien située, vue imprenable. Séjour top. Le restaurant est génial. On y mange très bien le matin comme le midi et soir. Petit bémol sur la demi pension qui n’offre aucun alcool à table si cocktail gratuit. Petit bémol également sur le service des chambres (manque de papiers toilette et de serviettes pour se doucher par moment).

First impression of property is ok but as you begin to explore you find that building needs upgrade. In the rooms the AC is poor condition. Fridge was oit of order and room telephone is not working in any if the rooms. . Room is cleaned daily but sheets are not changed and towels are not replaced either . My housekeeper was amazing and a few of the other staff were very friendly but otherwise I did not feel comfortable or welcome at this property and there are very few English speakers. It’s definitely not a place to go to feel safe and relaxed on vacation. Also the food is the same thing every day and not very tasty. Be prepared to line up around a buffet in a crowd of people and fight your way through to get a meal. I would not recommend. There is no room service as described and several other of the listed amenities do not exist either.

This isn’t our first time here; we love it and our 2 young girls have a blast. The experience is always great. My only feedback is for the hotel to focus on some details that would go a long way in making the place even better! If towels are dirty, please throw them out. It’s the price of business. And table cloths should be washed and new ones put on tables after each meal. Easy fixes that will go a long way in making everyone feel more at ease!

The hotel is not worth more than two to three stars. The following detracts a lot:
- service standard depends on who serves you
- wifi down for a whole two days before they got it fixed. Had to buy SIM card.
- We lost clothes and jewelery from the room. Here I must point out that it is not an accusation of theft, but can only state that we cannot find them and the last time we saw these items it was in the room.

J'ai séjourné en famille à l'hôtel Sol Azur en Juillet 2022, Août 2023 et Juillet 2024. Je suis très satisfait par la prestation de cet hôtel. J'ai recommandé cet hôtel à des proches qui ont séjourné et qui ont vraiment apprécié. L'accueil est au top et le personnel est accueillant et serviable. La restauration est au top, la piscine est excellente et l'animation est de bonne qualité. Les chambres sont respectables et bien aménagées.
Le personnel est très réactif à chaque réclamation. Comme exemple, je suis descendu à la réception pour réclamer du papier toilette. Après quelques minutes, je suis revenu à la chambre et à ma surprise générale, le papier toilette a été mis à sa place. C'est impressionnant la réactivité du personnel.
Je pense que c'est un des meilleurs hôtels de la Tunisie dans sa catégorie.

Avoid this place if you expect quality
Staying at this hotel was a disastrous experience. The entire place is outdated and everything is broken. There were flies and cockroaches everywhere in the room and on the hotel floors. The staff, especially the waiters, were extremely unfriendly, often talking rudely and even fighting with each other in front of guests. No one asked if we wanted a drink; we had to go to the bar and pay cash only. The beach and pool areas were very limited, making it nearly impossible to find a sunbed.
The staff constantly looked for tips in a shameful manner. After waiting two hours, we were given a room at 4 PM that had no balcony and four bunk beds, even though there were only two of us. The food was unacceptable, especially breakfast, where they served something that looked like cheese but seemed to be made from sand.
On a positive note, the reception desk staff were nice and appeared to be the only ones trained in hospitality. I blame the management for the poor conditions. This hotel could be much better with its nice atmosphere, beach, and pool, but the service, staff, room condition, and food quality were all horrible.

Ensemble peu satisfaisant, la piscine extérieur est très bien. Néanmoins, il est indiqué sur le descriptif de l’hôtel qu’il avait bien une piscine intérieur. Surprise le personnel nous indique que la piscine intérieur est indisponible depuis dès mois. Ayant un bébé de 8 mois cette option faisait partie de nos critères. Par ailleurs, le système de climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. La nourriture au buffet est très moyenne. Le personnel pas très accueillant.

We liked the water pressure, the view and the proximity to the beach. We appreciated the life guard, Fathi and the money changer Ahlen.
We found the property in poor repair, the breakfast included cold eggs and stale bread.
The loud music played from morning until night. No working AC, only the fan worked. Upon leaving we were quoted double the going rate for a private driver to Sousse.

From the moment I checked in, the experience was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a double room reservation and they accommodated us with a suite that had an ocean view. The rooms were clean and well equipped. I would absolutely come back and stay at this hotel.

The hotel needs to be renovated, it is below average. Old, old fashioned, dirty carpets. It's unfair for the lovely and friendly staff ! They deserve better place to work.

Hotel is in desperate need of a refresh, carpets are filthy and stained and my room had puddles of brown goo and sheets did not seem clean( hairs on sheets- it was cleaned and changed upon request). Hotel advertised amenities that were not available and while the staff were nice and very polite they never returned with information on my queries. The gardening near my bungalow was terrible and looked as though it hadn’t been done for a long time ( broken pavement, overgrown plants and balustrade that hadn’t seen a wipe for years) which ruins the experience. The hotel claims rooms renovated a few years ago but I doubt that’s the case, my mattress, room fittings and very limited tv we’re at least 20 years old ( and no kettle or iron) The food was average and catered for a limited clientele ( and breakfast pastries did not seem fresh). This place looked as though it was once very nice but those days are gone unless some money is spent to update.

The all inclusive buffet is nice with varieties of food and chef Saber made sure we're happy and offered extra items not in the buffet.
The hotel also offers many indoor and outdoor fun activities and they even have free evening shows.

Cet hôtel est un excellent havre de paix. Toutes les commodités sont reunis pour nous assurer un séjours tranquil et paisible. Nous avons pris une chambre avec vue sur mer. Nous étions bien servis avec une vue splendide, et un lever du soleil à couper le souffle. Nous avions notre bébé avec nous qui a bien profité de la piscine couverte. Comme ce n'était pas encore la saison de la plage, la piscine couverte est la cerise sur le gâteau avec excellence. Le staff était tres aimable avec nous, une gentillesse et professionnalisme incroyables. Madame Dorsaf etait au four et au moulin, excellente communication et un service clientèl digne des meilleurs hôtels. Elle a su gérer toutes les situations et toujours à l'écoute des clients. En plus de son cadre agréable, le buffet etait très riche et varié aux goûts de chacun. Nous avons déjà hâte d y retourner !!

First, I want to start out with how awesome the staff is at Hotel Sol Azur Beach. Always friendly and ready to help or chat. Especially Madame Dorsaf who made us feel so very welcome. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were well attended to.
We were given excellent rooms with amazing pool and sea views. Everything was clean and ready on our arrival, and check in was a breeze.
The reception staff , Imen, Nozha and Adnene were wonderful. Always friendly faces and kind words, and eager to assist us .Breakfast serving staff and cooks were really nice. Amazing omelettes everyday from Lotfi Almalky.
And bartender, Taher , really made us feel welcome and valued as clients.
Unfortunately though, not all was as we hoped for our vacation. The hotel had very few other guests and this resulted in there being no activities, shows, and most meals not being offered by Sol Azur. We were sent next door to Hotel Bel Azur Thalasso & Bungalows for almost every amenity. This was not convenient and a bit of an issue when raining..
The Hotel Sol Azur does not have an indoor pool or a fitness room. Both of these are next door at Hotel Bel Azur. (The fitness room is an extra 30 TD per visit) If your going to travel here at this time of year (end of February to Mid-March) we would recommend booking directly with Hotel Bel Azur because you’ll be here all day everyday anyway.

The reception staff , Imen, Nozha and Adnene were wonderful. Always friendly faces and kind words, and eager to assist us .Breakfast serving staff and cooks were really nice. Amazing omelettes everyday from Lotfi Almalky.
And bartender, Taher , really made us feel welcome and valued as clients.
Unfortunately though, not all was as we hoped for our vacation. The hotel had very few other guests and this resulted in there being no activities, shows, and most meals not being offered by Sol Azur. We were sent next door to Hotel Bel Azur Thalasso & Bungalows for almost every amenity. This was not convenient and a bit of an issue when raining..
The Hotel Sol Azur does not have an indoor pool or a fitness room. Both of these are next door at Hotel Bel Azur. (The fitness room is an extra 30 TD per visit) If your going to travel here at this time of year (end of February to Mid-March) we would recommend booking directly with Hotel Bel Azur because you’ll be here all day everyday anyway.

As usual, I had an excellent stay at the SOL AZUR: very pleasant bed and breakfast with a warm and professional welcome. Relaxation is also on the agenda: thalassotherapy pool and idleness allow you to revel in an extraordinary landscape. The atmosphere and the location of the hotel superb, the customer service of the reception & the welcoming greetings of the hotel Team starts from the hotel Director Mr Ahmaiudi Sami and the receptionist Mr Laribi Faouzi excellent and exceeded my expectation going to yhe restaurant the quality of their buffet very Gourmet and yammy and the hospitality of all the waitress and the cooking chefs very very pleasant and excellent. I really spent quality time with my wife and son in their property coming from Sydney Australia to Tunisia i really felt i had the best holiday experience after this wave of pandemic covid 19 .

Sol Azur Beach Is my go to hotel in Hammamet! This is my second time going. I absolutely loved the hospitality, the staff took exceptional care of us. The executive chef Mehrez talked to us personally, and cooked for us one of a kind dishes. The private beach was family friendly with many activities such as jet ski, parachutes, and a boat ride. I can't speak enough about the service,the staff, the cleanliness of this Hotel. Master Chef MIHREZ went far and beyond to satisfy their needs. It's definitely a proud to the Tunisian tourism in general. This hotel will be my next destination when I go back to Tunisia and also for all my American friends. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Sol Azur part of this hotel is outdated and smells of mildew in the hallways and any coffee or drinks outside of meals are not included with full board. There was a selection of food but none of it was stellar. The indoor pool was great and the view from our room was gorgeous. It's also close to downtown so it's easy to go out and get what you need.

This was not a 4 star property. Needs refurbishment. Beach dirty and caters for Russians. Food was recycled ie food Left over from lunch was made into another dish so if you did not eat lunch you were not eating dinner. Staff were accommodating. I would not pay as much as I did to stay here again

The staff are wonderful at this hotel. The food is of a good standard. The animation team (entertainment) tried their best. The most fun we had though was when we took a 1 hour train ride from the local train station to Sousse. We loved it ! We would probably stay there next time as it was a bit more young and lively than Hammamet.

Da rivedere in assoluto i servizi in spiaggia e piscina, il personale occupa dalle sei del mattino i lettini su compenso di mancia.
