The customer service at this hotel was the worst i've experienced while in thailand.When first checking in the guy issued us our room key and sent us on our way . No direction of where to go for the lifts etc no assistance or even offer of assistance with our luggage. There was a time when we were waiting at the bar area of the lobby basically the same desk as reception and 2 members of staff were talking amongst themselves(they weren't serving anyone)we waited and waited before i had to ask for assistance. All we wanted was ice and hotel info stated that the lobby bar was open until 11pm . It was 10:25pm when we asked,the lady said bar was closed and directed us to buy ice at the nearby store.
The pool was supposed to be available between from 7:30am but we went up at 8:15am and was told by a member of staff who was staring into the pool that it would be accessible in 1 hour as he needed to clean it. We went back over an hour later at 9:30am and it was open but when we got in the pool it was not clean. There were flies on the top (thats not too bad ) but also what looked like skin particles or little bits of stuff in the water we could see it everywhere and had to get out . The pool was not clean. The rooftop bar also i never saw anyone serving there any of the times i went up.
Our room was immaculate and very clean. Comfy beds and 2 tvs. Lots of space, a safe to keep belongings.
The lobby area had a consistent smell of the toilets.Issues with room keys.

The 2 bedroom space we stayed in was exactly as described. The view was amazing and those so many restaurants in the lobby of the hotel as well as a 24 hour store very similar to their 7-eleven stores. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was breathtaking. I would definitely stay again when in bangkok

This place is wonderful! It offers a fantastic view of the city. Additionally, guests can enjoy a workout, relax with a massage, and dine at the excellent restaurant on the first floor. To conclude the evening, the rooftop bar provides a stunning view. I can't wait to come back!

The room was ok but the air con filter needed changing gave me a cough the pool was freezing cold and set up wrong entrance a round a corner have to go past people on there sunbeds to get into the water also the pool bar should be open late but most nights was closed at 7.30 pm and the Heineken bar downstairs said was open 5 to 11 in the evening but was never open as the hotel is not near any where you have to get a taxi so not facilities of an evening was not great the staff were polite but did not go out there way to make you feel welcome would not say hi when walking past them this place feels very transactional rather than service so a very disappointing stay would never return

-room smelt HEAVILY of bleach
-only given one key card so electric was off while I was out. Could not charge my items and when I put my room on DND people would still come in.
-lifts too a while sometimes.

They tried to charge me 3500.00 to do one load of LAUNDRY & did not return all of my clothes to me. They also called me on my last day there repeatedly at 5am to see if they accidentally gave me someone else’s clothes which they did. They also gave someone else MY clothes. Highly not recommended!

Room was big for solo traveler! Shower seemed had a musty smell!! And turnover service just means coming in and making your bed no new sheets or shower mat! Other than that front desk staff and pool staff were amazing!!

Room is duplex. No complains. Room was superb and service from staff is great. Just that the hotel is far from Bangkok attractions. No BTS or MRT nearby. Nearest is Phram Ram 9. Jodd fair night market is near (near to the stated MRT)

Not worth the price paid

Not worth $180 per night. Location: In a residential area. One or two restaurants nearby. Only 7 eleven within walking distances. Parts of the hotel are being renovated. Friendliness of staff is so-so.

if you very tired from long flight make sure you tell the hotel want to have on time check in as we got check in at 6 pm not very happy as we got long flight hang around for 6 hr no one offer any drink while we waitting stress soon as i get in my room i complain as my birth day so they offer me a bottle of wine , not much around hotel hard to get taxi so make sure got a application to call a grab or bolt

Apparently the booking system was down

We arrived around 11.30pm and were told at 1.30am (yes we were told to sit and wait with minimal information) that we were going to be moved to a different hotel!

The other hotel was not of the same quality and was no where near the location we wanted.

We were offered to be moved back however I work online and had not time to do so and was tired at the end of each day… my wife had business early too… massive inconvenience!

No one contacted us and there was no compensation what’s so ever…. Hugely disappointed 😩

I chose this hotel for a quick stop before my flight in the early morning.

The hotel was very basic, rooms were not soundproof so you could hear neighbours. Don’t be fooled by the “Banyan” tag. The location is awful as the taxi drivers are guaranteed to get lost , miss the exit.

Is a nice newly open hotel, part of the areas still under renovating. Upon arrival, i was greet with a beautiful lobby. The checking in is rather slow, I won't blamed the staff and is more to the system that giving problem causes the delay. Once check in was done, she show me the way to lift and briefly telling me the facilities location, timing & etc. Room was nice & clean, well equipped with basic cooking appliances & utensils. Personally I do find that the rainforest shower spray should have extended longer and the the water pressure is low throughout my stay. As for the swimming pool area, it provide you a nice view while relaxing on the sunlounger. But what i couldn't figure out was, why are the water so freezing cold day & night. And i would also advice everyone to be extra careful while getting into the water. Is very slippery. Lastly, the location is not really ideal for me but the 24hr lobby bar will be a plus point if you need a drink anytime. Will be back again in January, hope to see better improvement with all the fine tuning.

１階にローソンがあるため、何かと便利。
スタッフの対応も丁寧で問題ない。
周りはほぼ何もないので、タクシー呼ばないと出かけられないくらい。

Öncelikle otel diye pazarlanan tesis daha çok residence kıvamında ve lokasyondan başlayarak oda dizaynı yatacak yatağın yukarıda olması dik bir merdiven ile çıkılması elbise dolabının ve valiz koyma yerinin üst katta olması çok saçma. Gece tuvalet ihtiyacınız olduğunda dik merdivenlerden aşağı kata inip çıkmak zorundasınız ve çok fantastik saçma . Otelden çıkınca yürüyerek bir yere gitmek imkansız taksi ya da grap uygulamasından yararlanmanız en az 20-25 dk beklemenizi gerektiriyor. Bu yer sanırım Çinli misafirler için oluşturulmuş ben yanlışlıkla secmisim bir daha asla seçmem

위치가 안좋다는건 알고 있어서 볼트타고 다녔고, 편의점은 조금 떨어진 곳에 있어서 호텔 들어갈때 다른곳에서 이용하고 들어갔습니다
조식은 안먹는게 좋을것 같습니다
음식종류도 별로 없로 먹을것도 별로 없어요
그리고 초파리가 너무 많아요
계속 날아 다니고 모기도 있고 해서 조식은 따로 먹는것이 좋을것 같습니다
새로 짓은 건물이라 바퀴벌레가 없을줄 알았는데 한마리 보고 말았네요~
직원들은 친철했어요~
가격대비 딱 그정도 였습니다~
한국분들은 돈 더주고 다른곳 추천드려요~

Nous avons séjourné dans un hôtel neuf où certaines parcelles étaient encore en travaux, mais l'accueil chaleureux nous a immédiatement séduits. Le hall d'entrée majestueux et la piscine à débordement sur le toit, spacieuse et moderne, sont de vrais atouts. Le restaurant offre une ambiance intimiste et une cuisine correcte, tandis que le duplex est parfaitement agencé avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour réussi, incluant des portes vitrées qui isolent les pièces des odeurs et des bruits. Cependant, quelques améliorations pourraient être apportées : une armoire dans le séjour pour éviter de poser les affaires sur le canapé, un jet de douche plus puissant dans la salle de bain, et un accès au Wi-Fi plus simple.
