Lovely hotel, very clean, great views to the coast, stands in nice grounds, food excellent. The hotel has some character, is in good position to discover coast or countryside.
Downside would have liked a fridge in the room, and found the room safe was not fixed to anything and could have been carried off!

If you are looking for a quiet relaxing break this is the place for you.
Our room was no.3 it was spacious and had a lovely outside space with table and chairs we ordered room service and enjoyed breakfast there.
The views were absolutely beautiful very green with mountains in the distance.
I hate to criticise anything about this beautiful hotel but tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been a nice touch.

Excellent hotel-could not fault it!

This hotel was excellent. Lovely decoration throughout, very clean, staff really helpful and happy, food-very good. Loved eating all meals on the patio, overlooking the village, quite magical watching all the lights come on in the evening! This is a great place to go for relaxation, but close to villages (10 mins)and the beach (20 mins)if you want to go out for a drive.

Beautiful peaceful getaway

We loved our stay, the hotel is very stylish and has a typical Spanish rustic yet boutique feel, it's spotlessly clean, the staff are really friendly and helpful, the views are amazing and the facilities great, we plan to have our wedding here in two years time but will be back for a couple of visits before then. I'm struggling to find fault with our stay, the only improvement I can think would be maybe a mini-bar/fridge in the room, otherwise a perfect stay in a beautiful setting, thanks.

Complete Relaxation

Stayed here for 2 nights for a friend's wedding. Beautiful quiet location a short distance away from the very touristy Costa del Sol. Highly recommended for a quiet break for a few nights. Whole setting was very relaxing and the staff/service were very attentive. Food from restaurant was very good also.

A good find .

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights , we were very pleasantly surprised at the stunning decor, gardens and views . Our room was lovely ,very comfortable and immaculately clean .We used the pool each day which is a short walk down though the gardens .The only slight negative would be the restaurant ,because the hotel was so quiet sitting eating an evening meal wasn't very relaxing as it was very lacking in atmosphere , it really needed some soft background music ,also the menu was very limited and didn't seem to change . Breakfast was also quite basic .At this time of year there only seems to be 2 front of house staff who take it in turns to run everything ,we found them very pleasant and helpful and they both spoke very good English .We are going to stay at this hotel again but will go out in the evenings as there is a good selection of restaurants nearby , but we do feel that this hotel could do so much better on the restaurant side .

Loved my stay- very beautiful and relaxing. Great staff! However the garden area and the pool area is neglected. Stayed years back where everything was perfect. Still I highly recommend the place.

Beautiful hotel sadly zero service and hospitality

The hotel itself is beautiful, sadly the service was not exiting. Staff in the reception was cold and unfriendly, hotel is busy with wedding event. It seems that their main business is the wedding event instead of a hotel. For your entire stay they only provide 4 coffee capsules, this is insane as a so called 4 stars hotel. The worst part of our stay was visiting the restaurant, the waitress was rude, and they treat guests differently.

Super hotel, geweldig mooie ligging dicht bij Nerja en Malaga. Schoon en iedereen is vriendelijk.

Wij zaten er bijna 1 week, wel is het ontbijt elke dag het zelfde en zit geen variatie in de cake of andere soorten brood/ broodjes

O melhor hotel da viagem ! Perto da Praia mas localizado nas montanhas em um lugar incrível. Calmo, silencioso, perfeito para casais que querem descansar e ter uma excelente refeição. O restaurante é ótimo e o garçom ( Juan?) foi excelente nas recomendações.
O quarto está impecável e tivemos uma excelente noite . Nos arrependemos de ter ficado uma só ! Voltaremos com certeza .

무료 주차장도 넓습니다. 엔틱한 느낌에 만족스러웠습니다.
언덕 위에 위치한 호텔이다보니, 호텔까지 가는 길이 꼬불꼬불하고 산길이긴 합니다만, 심각한 정도는 아니고 운전할 만 합니다.

Hotel 4 estrellas con habitación de 2 estrellas

El hotel está en un entorno con unas vistas espectaculares, en lo alto de una colina, apartado unos 3 km del centro urbano de Velez-Málaga. Las instalaciones y el edificio están muy cuidadas.
Por contra, la habitación no se corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas, la TV era de 17” (el tamaño de un monitor de PC), no hay nevera en la habitación, cafetera, etc... y falta mantenimiento. Además nos dieron la habitación 001, que es una habitación adaptada para personas con movilidad reducida.

돌아온지 두 달이 넘었지만 스페인 남부의 초록과 파랑 그리고 흰색은 평생 남아 있을 것같다.
크지 않지만 농가지역에 아담하게 지어진 호텔은 마치 큰 별장같았다. 실외 수영장, 저녁 하늘을 함께 한 식당, 친절한 직원들 모두 기분 좋은 추억이다.

Super lækker til par evt med store børn.

Virkelig smukt! Lækker og uforglemmelig udsigt. God mad. Hjælpsomt personale. Tilbud om gratis Yoga. Masser af gode attraktioner i området som dog kræver bil da hotellet ligger meget øde. Manglede køleskab på værelset men ellers var alt som det skulle være. Dejlig ferie.

Schönes, romantisches Hotel zum Entspannen und verwöhnen lassen. Traumhafte Lage. Tolles Personal. Lecker essen und eine wunderschöne Außenanlagen mit Pool. Strand in der Nähe sowie Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Nachtleben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall noch mal Einchecken.

Hübsches Boutiqe Hotel und toller Umgebung

Sehr schönes Hotel in einer wunderbaren Plantagen und Gartenumgebung. Zimmer sind nicht riesig, aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft ist um einiges schöner, als jede Unterkunft in Torre Del Mar. Frühstück sehr gut und mit herrlicher Terrasse. Wichtig ist, nicht die Zimmer 21 und daneben zu nehmen, da dort ein Generator läuft. Habe das Zimmer gewechselt und alle anderen Zimmer sind sehen schön unendlich ruhig

Sehr ruhig gelegen, im Hinterland von Velez Malaga

Stil und Ausstattung passen sehr gut in das Cortijo. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Granada und Malaga sind von dort aus gut zu erreichen, auch die zahlreichen Wandergebiete in der Arxaquia oder Sierra de Tejeda liegen nicht weit entfernt.
