This was a relatively quickly-planned trip (less than 30 days) and this property delivered in a big way! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were a very good size and very updated. The property is located near major roads that made it easy to get to big attractions as well as smaller areas like La Jolla. We stay in San Diego regularly, and this easily became our favorite property due to the location, amenities and price. We are very much looking forward to staying there again!

Staff was incredible but the rest of the stay just felt like one issue after another. Terrible availability for parking for $25-$28/night (HH app said $25) because guests were double and triple parked. We got in really late and the first room we were put in was disgusting and looked like the only things that were cleaned was the bedding and towels. Both rooms had really terrible water pressure. Room service charged $5 for delivery and $4 for a tray charge which was not mentioned anywhere besides the receipt. Overall the stay was just ok because the staff did a great job of responding to issues with urgency but again just felt like there was one problem after another. I will be back to SD but not to this hotel and I’ve stayed at many Hilton hotels across all of their brands. This was by far the most disappointing quality.

Our room had obvious water damage -the shelf under the sink was almost disintegrated. Carpet was messed up near the door. Bathroom needs complete redo! Get waterproof flooring. Also if you must have an ‘under the bed’, please make sure it’s maintained. Found someone else’s sticky soda can which grossed me out.

Staff so great and accommodating! Excellent pool, hot tub and tiny children’s pool. Good snack selection. Parking atrocious after 6ish!

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The bed was comfortable, tv had lots of options, restaurants downstairs was excellent, and staff gandled a nuisance immediately. I was bummed to learn on site that parking was a fee, the pet was a fee, and that parking is crazy limited but overall, nice stay.

Very kind staff. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. Room was a bit dusty and some trash was left under the bathroom. The trash can in the room was extremely tiny and with no trash chute on the floor, you are forced to go to the lobby each time to throw away your larger trash (take out boxes and such). The bathroom door is a very heavy sliding door, be ready for an arm workout. Elevators take long and sometimes one won't work when pressed. Windows hardly open. Good blackout curtain with a light curtain infront. Wifi was easy to join to and had no issues connecting to the smart tv. Ice maker on the floor worked well. The only microwave they have is in the lobby and is actually the worst thing ever. It is very tiny and even on the highest power setting expect to add an additional 2 minutes to the cook time (no I am not joking, that microwave is awful).

The room was dated and musty smelling, the shower did not drain, pressure was terrible and the toilet was hard to flush, we asked to change rooms since they had a ton available our second night but they Just ignored the question and offered a fix. So the shower drain was fixed the toilet was still having issues. The hot tub and pool were really awesome but were not open either day at 8am, there were no towels at night but the bartender was able to get someone to bring more. The only real positive was the bartender “Sean” he was super nice and accommodating we really appreciated him. The cook or food manager was also super friendly.

We stayed for 1 night in a double bedroom. Checking in was fast and we were given complimentary cookies (Amazing). Our room was clean and spacious. We ate dinner in the hotel and it was delicious. Everyone working was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Had issues 3x trying to get into our room due to the room key not working even after they replaced the batteries. They didn't offer anything for the inconvenience either. It was annoying getting up to the 5th floor and having to go back downstairs to front desk 3x. Other than that they stay was good. I will note though that our bed comforter had a red stain underneath - looked like possibly from a drink. We also didn't have the room cleaned even though we didn't have the come back later sign up.

Unusually nice mid-range chain property with beautiful outdoor area both near bar/restaurant and pool, sizable clean quiet room, and super friendly and accomodating staff. Decent hotel restaurant open til 10 pm was appreciated given my late arrival on a very long travel day. Good breakfast in the restaurant costs extra. Parking was a bit of a problem on a Sataurday night because the hotel was full and one of the lots is being repaired so I had to park somewhat far away in a near-empty \"parking structure,\" but pricy fee ($28) was waived for my trouble.

This hotel was everything and more! It’s extremely clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool area and the pool were awesome. The Jacuzzi was a perfect way to end the night and the freshly baked cookies breakfast buffet were exceptional! We will definitely be back to stay at this hotel! When we first checked in, they say they did not have any connecting rooms like we request, but they did give us two rooms next to each other. When we went up to our rooms 1 of the room was already occupy by another party. When we went downstairs to tell them, they gave us the wrong room all of a sudden they were able to honor us a connecting room for the troubles. After we got a room keys, we went upstairs again and this time one of the key wasn’t working to one of the rooms so we had to go back again for the third time to the front desk. The pool was dirty and not heated.

Staff was extremely friendly. Room was mostly clean, the floor was dirty. Our privacy curtains wouldnt close which was uncomfortable because our room was poolside view.

The pool was not heated and the pool table was soaking and crooked. Despite all this, after a 12 hour drive, it was comfortable and beds were clean. We got to play some pong and had some really good fries.

The staff was great but the hotel wasnt. My door and toilet was broken. It didnt even have an area to do online work (most places have an office area). The worse part about the hotel, they charged for parking per night. I expect to pay for parking in a downtown or beach area. This was off the highway near corporate offices.
