The staff was not courteous and early check in was not available even tho site said 11 to 2pm there was an absence of keys on the wall and seen no one check out as i had to wait multiple hours to gain entrance. the heat in the room did not work well so we where cold, i had asked if we could borrow 2 spoons and was denied rudly by the kitchen staff so i had to go buy some, you can hear the neighbors all around you making noise, i had seen a small white bug in the shower grawling on the wall i killed. We used the hotel because we needed to find one asap that was close to our air bnb cuz we chose the the wrong date for check out and needed a place to sleep so that checked our boxes, would we stay here again no probably not.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to a variety of restaurants, a metro station, a tram stop, and a couple of supermarkets.
The included breakfast was different every day, and we both found it tasty. I especially enjoyed the desserts.
The room itself and bathroom were spacious. But they could use a bit refurbishing. The doors and floor were creaky.
The space of the shower cabin was rather limited and there was no place for hand towels near the sink.

Price was comparable to UK equivalent. Room got fairly hot if you didn't have the air conditioning on but it was a loud system so you chose between sleep and cold effectively. Breakfast was fine, service very good though, pleasant front desk staff who were happy for you to leave key behind each night and luggage after check out, very handy. Rooms could be a bit cleaner but some of that is down to some of them maybe needing some modernising. Kettle leaked a bit, no big deal, plugs are quite a distance from bed for charging. Close to several public transport links but still a quiet area but note that Tram 13 doesn't operate fully with the construction works.

Such a lovely stay at La Fenice. The staff was kind, our room was very lovely and sweet. Easy to walk around to many sites in Prague as well as access transit (tram, train). Breakfast had many options. We would absolutely stay here again!

An amazing hotel - fantastic price, comfort, cleanliness and warmth (it was below freezing outside, toasty in my room). A haven of antique charm with all the modern facilities you need. Perfect for those who want to explore the excellent Prague districts peripheral to the crowded Old Town centre, but close enough to walk/tram in to the centre easily.

Location was great, transportation within few minutes of walking on metro A. Lot of small shop on Vinohradska street. Hotel is very clean with elevator. Now the problems, in the room not enough space for luggage, seating was very uncomfortable, chairs neet to be replaced.

It was in the perfect Praha 2 location. I used to live on the other side, on Manesova, so i love the area. I got a killer deal staying here for a night. My room looked renovated and regal. Loved it. Staff was kind. The breakfast buffet was great, waaaay better than at the nece hotels in the USA. Good spread.

It’s an old property but with all you need. Only B&B basis but the breakfast options were fresh and great choice. Rooms very very comfortable and we requested a twin room and got it. Very spacious too. Inc fridge, safe, hairdryer. Very helpful and friendly staff who all spoke very good English. Few mins walk to metro taking you straight to the key tourist spots. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Great location about a mile from main rail station & about 2 blocks from the metro. Very helpful front desk personnel & a wonderful buffet breakfast. The only downfall I noted was the hotel is not handicap friendly. Although the hotel has an elevator to get to the rooms, you must climb steep steps to enter hotel & 20 stairs to lower floor for breakfast.

This is the second time that I visited Prague and the second time I stayed at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The daily breakfast buffet was great. I can assure you that you will not leave there hungry. The hotel's location is easily in walking distance to Wenceslas Square and Old Town. Public transportation is close by and inexpensive. Great city, great hotel with great people to assist you with you visit to the City of Prague.

From the moment we entered the hotel we felt welcomed. We arrived early and the gentleman behind the desk checked us in and offered to store our luggage until we returned. The next day the lady behind the desk kindly loaned us umbrellas so we could enjoy our day without getting soaked. We were there as part of our honeymoon and received a complimentary bottle of wine and a wonderful note welcoming us to Prague. The breakfast was great, a little change every day. Transportation is very close, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a nice little market and for those who drink lots of bars around the area. We felt safe walking around. Overall a wonderful stay.

This hotel is located little outer Prague. But close to Green Metro and Tram stops. But very Quite location near by Park. You can have good sleep without any noise. Breakfast was amazing. This Hotel has a nice old world feel about it. Our room was quite generous with a good size bathroom. Shower cubicle could have been bigger allowing for the space in the bathroom. Our TV went kaput but was replaced straight away. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Tram passes out front and the subway is on the corner. Plenty of restaurant options around.

I am disappointed both with La Fenice and Hotels.com but completely misleading me with this property. Pictures and overview of the property showed much higher standard with a separate dining area which was not the case. Property had no air conditioning which was a real issue in the heatwave. Location was the only major plus. For the future, please DO NOT MISLEAD customers by putting unreal pictures of the property!

I loved my stay at La Fenice. The entire staff, including the cleaning people, were always helpful. The reception area is charming and traditional, and the breakfasts were excellent. I understand that all the rooms are different; I was lucky and had a very large one with a nice bathroom. Don’t expect all the smiles you get at most American hotels; that’s just not the Czech way, I gather.
But all my questions were answered in a most helpful way. Also, this hotel is just steps away from the metro, with onlyntwo or three stops to the famous sights of Prague.

In a quiet location, 5 minutes walk to metro and tramstop. The staff are friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet is substantial. Metro A from the airport, no need to change. The rooms are large, beds comfortable, bathroom/toilet quite small, no english channels on t.v. There are several bars and restaurants in the area.Free wi-fi.

For the price you pay for the hotel is alright. The access to the city center with local public transportation is a plus. This Hotel has no parking space only can park on the street which is a hassle. Breakfast is so so. Night staff of the hotel is very helpful.

The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and it was manned 24/7, they were happy to answer any questions about the city. Breakfast was available from 7-30 till 10-30 so you have a good time range.
The rooms are very big and the beds are comfy, could maybe do with some more pillows but I'm sure we could have asked.
Bathroom was big and the shower was nice and hot and had a shower gel dispenser which was good. Fresh towels and sheets every day it seemed which was nice after a long day.
Only real issue was the cleanliness of the room; under the bed and on the bedside desk and drawers there was a lot of dust and dirt which wasn't very nice to put stuff on.
Extremely close to the nearest metro station and can be in the old town within 10 minutes of leaving the hotel.

This hotel was in a great location, only about a block from the metro. The reception staff was very very friendly. The breakfast was quite good. The Wi-Fi worked good as did the elevator. However there were steps into the building.
