Romantic Getaway

Absolutly beautiful inside the location space and secure with electric door entry way. The reception staff are welcoming, attentive and helpful.

Your personal villa is exactly what you see in the photos. Little oasis with plants surrounding the fence line and pool. The main bedroom is open and spacious with the air con pumping on arrival.

Food was lovely. We ordered a couple of times. Breakfast always arrived on time within the time frame requested. You have to order the night before so if you suddenly feel like breakfast the next morning you can’t order through the hotel.
We requested a romantic dinner for our 2 year anniversary. They set up candles and roses and catered to us for 2 hours.

I would highly recommend these Villas if you want a romantic getaway. It’s not far from Kamala beach as well

We stayed 4 different places in Thailand and this was by far our favorite. The 2 bedroom villa was quiet and totally private and the staff were all so sweet and attentive. They have you download an app when you check in and it make everything you could possibly need so convenient; from ordering food to an in room massage or scheduling a shuttle. The food was some of the best we had on our trip as well and the breakfast that was included was huge and so good!

Okay stay for a family of 4 + 1 baby

The trip did not start well due to Hotels.com's confusing search function. It uses \"rooms\" as searching criteria so if you are looking for 2 rooms, and search for 2 rooms, even though you pick ONE villa with 2 rooms, you end up booking for 2 villas which is what happened to us.

The hotel was kind enough to refund 3 nights out of 5 when we realised this upon checking in.

The stay was okay. There is no restaurant onsite which was a bit boring in the end given the limited menu for 5 nights. You have to book everything (housekeeping, food tray clearing etc) via an app - your selected slot not guaranteed. The communication on the app also became a bit frustrating as hiccup happened (housekeeping did not show, or show at the wrong time when baby was napping). The staff were pleasant and always smiley though which helps.

In hindsight we probably would have preferred somewhere on the beach front so it gives some variety of exposures (we were travelling with a baby and could not do much otherwise).

Our stay here was peaceful. It was walking distance to the local markets and down town. The communication via the app was a great addition and the shuttle pick up/drop off was also convenient.
We found a beautiful coffee shop - The Memory café nearby also.

We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend friends and family to stay here.

We enjoyed our time at this property. This is our 2nd visit and would come again should we find ourselves back in Phuket. The staff are nice and place is pleasant and clean. We probably wouldn’t book with breakfast included again though, and would just order it on occasion. Better bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Lovely villa, comfy bed, clean, great smelling sheets and towels daily if desired. Spotless pool, well maintained garden, really good sized rooms, fairly cheap and good meals can be ordered to eat in the villa. Well equipped kitchen ( no toaster though!) Cleaners clean daily. Very good shuttle service, its a shame it doesnt start earlier and end later. Staff all very polite and helpful and happy.
Garden furniture very dirty and chair and sun bed covers filthy. Could do with sun beds to use around the pool and not just under the area for shade.
Ideally you need a car or scooter to get around independently when at this villa if you dont want to depend on the shuttle or want to explore the area.
Villa 13 was a bit noisy as it is opposite the reception and parking area.

Look Forward to staying again !!!!!!

From the outside of the security gates it doesn't look like much but as soon as you enter the doors its like you enter into a beautiful, serene paradise. With modern, oriental architecture The Bell Pool is a Perfect luxury stay for couples wanting some time away from any city centre noise.

I stayed in a One bedroom Honeymoon Villa which was unreal, with all the amenities you would need. On my Second evening i made use of the In-Villa Chef who cooked us a BBQ. For this I recommend telling the chef exactly how you'd like your food cook as I was a little disappointed as the chicken wasn't thoroughly cooked through when it came to eating it and by that time the chef was gone.
Despite this the evening and the rest of my stay was Amazing, private and Luxury.

It felt like home. It was very private, did not see any other guests unless I went to the lobby. The private pool was wonderful, my son especially enjoyed swimming in it. There was a large smart tv in the living room with Netflix included.

There is also a kitchen area should you wish to cook for yourself. You pre-order breakfast and it arrives the time you request it.

There is a free shuttle to the beach/shops. The beach was great, we only had time to go the once.

Shame we only stayed 4 nights, highly recommend it.

The property was amazing but we had issues while checking in. Although we reached early and were willing to wait for the right check-in time, we ended up waiting beyond that as their villas were not available due to previous guests not checked out on time.

Also the staff was pretty hostile once we refused their tour packages to local attractions.

Firstly, we called one day prior to our reservation to confirm early check in and late check out. The receptionist told us we could check in as early as 12pm and checkout until 3pm. However upon arrival at 1pm the receptionists told us they could not check us in until 3pm even though we called to confirm the day before. We had booked the three bedroom private pool villa for one night. The villa itself had beautiful landscaping and the rooms were clean. However at about 7pm the second bedroom air con leaked water all over our suitcase. We called reception and someone was sent to fix the leak promptly however left towels and tools on the floor of the villa. In the morning our breakfast was delivered at 8am. The food was nice. We then left our room at 10am and again went to confirm with reception that we could check out at 3pm. The receptionist informed us we could not as the villa was booked. However we told her there was still a three bedroom villa was still available on Expedia to book for the night! We ended up paying an extra 2000 baht to check out at 4pm (funny since it was meant to be booked). After this we returned to our room after shopping at 2pm and found that our breakfast dishes and left over food was still not cleared over 6 hours after it was delivered!! Flies and ants all over it. We checked out at 4pm and still the food hadn’t been cleared. When we told receptionist at checkout she just said sorry. Very disappointing 5 star experience!

The price for this villa is overcharged. The service here is great. Staff is friendly and very willing to help. The problem is the quality of facility. Everything is quite old. I can’t take shower or even wash my hand in all the washrooms.( I have spent time to check on each washroom and all the running water is so fxxking slow) I need to do everything in the kitchen and can’t take shower that night.
The rooms are not connected, so u have to walk around to lock each room. The night I stay have some problem with the water supply, so not only the running water in toilets, but also the swimming pool. I call the room service and it spends 1hour to fix it.
The craziest thing is that i request for check out at 1 and the staff said it was fine. But turn it out the staff called me in the checkout day and ask me to check out at 1230. I have to rush for packing up my belongings. I won’t come back again. A 4star hotel is even better than this one.

Staff were friendly and always helpful Fabiano (I think that was his name) and Pan in particular were always very kind and helpful. We are looking forward to returning to the bell as soon as we can.

Don’t waste your money!

Stayed here for 3 nights and I wish I didn’t. On the outside the place looks amazing. Private villa with a private pool. On the first night our living room flooded because of a faulty pipe in the kitchen sink. Told house keeping an they took an entire day before sending an engineer to fix it. There were lizards in our bathrooms and I have no idea how they got in because all the windows were locked. The food here is ridiculously overpriced. On the 2nd and 3rd day the power kept going out. So we had no A/C or WiFi—(forgot to mention how ridiculously terrible the WiFi here is) the phones or laptop wouldn’t ever stay connected. The front desk kept calling our phone when we were trying to sleep. Save your money and stay somewhere cheaper. We wanted to go all out because it was approaching our last few nights here. Never again I’ll give this place 2/5 stars and that’s only because the place does look amazing but that’s about it.

We booked the 3 bedroom villa for 6 people. The villa is nice and spacious. The pool is awesome.. Hotel even provided shuttle service to Kamala beach and town. We had a short trip of 3 days 2 night hence was on a tight schedule. Unfortunetly for us, on second day just after 10am there was no electricity due to a fallen tree nearby. As the villa uses motor pump for water, we were also left with no water. Imagine not being able to use the toilet for hours and the staff was not able to give a estimated time when this can be rectified. Additionally, hot water was also not working which were then rectified the evening. We could not do much on Saturday due to this. On a bright side,staff are really nice and tried to accomadate to the guests . Overall if not for the incident of no electricity and water, which wasted half a day, would have given the villa 4 star...

A Gorgeous Group of Villas

Loved it.... what a gorgeous group of villas. Nothing but positives to say. Well done to the staff and management. Particular shout out to the Chef who came to our villa one night and cooked up an amazing BBQ, so much food! Had the Asian breakfasts most mornings which I really enjoyed. The pool was fabulous, loved how housekeeping were in and out in a few minutes each day as there were so many staff to do it, loved the little touch of burning oils in the bathrooms, and a beach bag in each room for use during our stay. In fact we liked it so much we bought one.

These villas are not in the heart of town and we felt isolated a bit for the first few days, then we discovered the shops and restaurants along Kamala Beach. We also hired a car from Avis which we picked up on arrival at the airport. You need a GPS to get around but driving is easy. We had heard about the high death toll from motor bikes and were a bit hesitant about driving but it was a breeze and very useful to have a car while at this villa. We stayed 8 nights. Netflix and Cable TV chanels were great, particularly the kids channels.

Pretty Villas But...

The villla I’m which we were at was beautiful. The individual rooms all have private bathrooms and the master bedroom has a gorgeous front view facing the pool. Highlight is that it comes with a gigantic unicorn float. We had 4 rooms although we just used 2.

Had issues with our airport transport and the lady at the reception was really nice and helped us figure out everything quickly!

However there was quite a few issue with our stay. Booking was messed up so we had to change villas during a 2 day stay. Didn’t bother us too much but it was still inconvienent.

Our the rooms we stayed in had no hot water. Called the staff and they tried to fix it but nothing worked. Was quite frustrating as they offered to let us shower at the lobby and didn’t have another solution. And our villa is quite a walk away. Only till we suggested they opened the other rooms of the villa to check if the other bathrooms had hot water did they figure it out.

Then when we went to bed we found HUGE stains on our blanket. They came straight away but the solution was the used the unused room’s blanket.

Excellent service for your 4 legged children!

For us this was the perfect get away with our four legged children. In general it is so difficult to find a beautiful place where you can have your dogs with you and have them secure! This is a private space and they can run around and enjoy the holiday with you! What gives it that extra is the dog sitting service they provide. You can go out and have someone come to your villa to look after your babies - obviously at an extra cost but just an amazing service! The breakfast and food service In-Villa is special! You can arrange a time and you meal will be set up for you where ever you desire. Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again!

Nice villa and near Kamal beach

its 45 min from the Airport, 20 min for Patong beach, I Booked Two bedroom villa for 5 nights , very nice and great private pool, the breakfast was nice and they bring it to your villa (no buffet) , there were some notice on the villa that the two bedroom is not connected, so we couldn't leave or (3 years) old child sleep on her own, the insects were numerous ) I had to spry for almost two days to kill most of them (the hotel should did that before we arrived) , the A/C broke and they had to come three times to fix it and there were nothing to do in the hotel except to go to KAMAL beach and ride a bicycle (the hotel in the middle of private houses), if you like a quiet Villa then your on you luck because its depends on you neighbors (ours were loud and noisy for two nights)

The staff were very helpful, kind , nice and always smiling, big bonus for Muslim people because they offer a full staff of women to clean your villa and to serve you and they respect your privacy.

Our Perfect Honeymoon!

This place is AMAZING! My husband and I recently honeymooned at The Bell and we loved it. We are from Orlando, Fl hospitality capital of the world, and we were blown away by our villa and the service we received! My husband and I didn’t have one negative thing to say about this place. The breakfast was delicious. Everyone was so friendly, the staff was always willing to help. Daniel was awesome and gave some really helpful advice on the nice places to go. The pool was very nice and really big. It was super warm when we went and the humidity was very high, but we were able to take a dip in the pool to cool off. Thailand is a very beautiful country and this hotel represents that in every aspect.

Beautiful place, has some service issues

The villa is beautiful and the staff is nice but most don’t speak English at all and don’t understand. They also got the breakfast wrong and dealt with it in the wrong way. They didn’t deliver a part of the order, when we asked, they canceld that peice. So one got his breakfast and that other had to wait for another hour to get his. Not even an apology or offer to bring a hot new breakfast for both of us. They came for a quick clean at 5pm and even when they say that it’s a fully private , they will just walk in if it’s not locked. In the property there is nothing other than the villa and the location is not good. I must say that the villa is amazing , the living room is beautiful and so is the bed room. Unfortunately the pool is cold to enjoy

The villa is beautiful, cool and make me feel relaxing. The pool is nice and the size is suitable (some villas have very small pool). Most of the staffs are nice and helpful. Also, the size of the breakfast and barbeque dinner are quite big and taste quite good as well. But for the insufficiency, the water pressure of the bathroom is too small, it is really inconvenient ! Moreover, it is a little bit rude for the cleaners come in our villa without notification in advance. We felt shocked when almost 10 cleaners came in suddenly. I also hope the staff can reply my email because I sent two emails to them for enquiry but they only reply one.

Tucked away with beautiful ambience

The hotel was quite fitting for a getaway in the middle of nature. The villas themselves were very beautiful from an artistic side and the design of the pool and the fitting with the rest of the areas of the villas.

We liked everything the bell had to offer and also helped us get a motorcycle from a reputable contact they deal with. The one downside is that its not on a main road or area so when you come at night its a bit of a narrows roads down to the entrance. With a motorbike it worked wonderful. About 45 minutes from downtown phuket town - 20-25 from patong beach which is quite nice - all motorcycle times.

The breakfast was exactly what is required - no expectation on an exceed expectations or selection - its a menu you order from that get delivered to your room which was also quite good to dine at the table infront of the pool.

Premium costs but not premium service.

A very disappointing experience at an allegedly 5 star hotel. Very poor customer service, empathy, attitude & follow up.

A few days into my stay my wife fell ill in the early hours of the morning. We rang the reception who took us to A&E - this is where the help ended. As it transpired my wife required emergency medical attention at the hospital and was advised to seek immediate repatriation to the UK. Upon my return to the hotel no one asked about the welfare of my wife and had any concern. I told them I would need to cut my trip short and would need to check out that same day and inquired whether a partial refund was possible. All the reception seemed to be interested in was money and had very little empathy or concern. Her attitude to this question was for me to go back and check the small print of my booking to see if it was refundable. I told her I didn't have time to do this as I was in a panicked state, needed to catch a flight back to the UK shortly and needed to look after my wife. I was then told flatly and condescendingly that the room was non refundable.

I can appreciate that hotels have policies that they need to adhere to but to not have any empathy or even take some time to consider the situation before responding left me considerably annoyed. All she seemed interested in was making money.

I have emailed the hotel a couple of times since my return, nearly 2 weeks, and nil response. They were much more active on the email address when I was wanting to book!

Premium prices but not premium service

For a five star hotel I expected so much more. My wife was taken ill part way through our stay and needed A&E treatment in the middle of the night and needed to be repatriated ASAP. The hotel were accommodating in taking us to the hospital and that is where there help ended. After that all they appeared interested in was making money. At no point did anyone ask about her welfare. When I told them I would need to leave for the UK that night and could I cancel the remaining nights, I was advised to go back and read through the small print, rather then help me. This was then followed up with it is non cancellable when I pushed for an answer. I have subsequently sent two emails after my return, it has been nearly two weeks, and still no response. They were fast enough to respond on these emails when I was making my booking.

The experience for the few nights I was there was average for a 5 star place. I have experienced considerably better in previous visits to Thailand in other establishments. I definetly wouldn't reccomend and the lack of customer service and empathy has left a very bitter after taste.

The villas are spacious and the swimming pool is exceptional.it is a pity that the furniture probably need some refreshing. The staff is friendly and keen to help. The breakfast is good although the rest of the meals are a bit substandard and definitely not worthy of a 5 star accomodation. However the hotel is siolated and the kamala beach is quite poor. The price is not justified and is excessive especially if you compare with other 5 stars hotel ( the dusit thani were we went in 2015). It is a nice 4 star hotel that is significantly overpriced.

One of the must beautiful private pool villas I've ever seen! Only bummer was it requires a shuttle ride to the beach and if you want to eat anywhere besides the hotel. There was also a couple nights with a lot of bugs but that's probably to be expected.

The villa was very well laid out with plenty of room and privacy. The private villa pool was excellent.
The resort is a bit further away from shops and restaurants than we expected, however this was not a problem for us but may be for others.
The shuttle tuk tuk was useful, but the latest one was at 5pm, later shuttle would be useful.

Resort manager a plus to the resort as he was always on hand to make our stay more pleasant. Free shuttle service to Kamala beach a few times a day. A must for a getaway from the busy city life.

Great stay with my friends. Peaceful away from the busy patong street. It applicable for people who wish to truly enjoy the peaceful villa throughout the stay. One thing to take note that is not accessible if you wish to travel out from the villa. Thou the villa provide chartered bus to patong and kamala beach, however the timing of the bus end quite early.
I will recommend group of friends to try this villa.

Perfect for a quiet get away!

Stayed here for several days as part of our honeymoon. It was great and the hotel is perfect for a quiet getaway. The hotel is perfect for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Patong, while still being relatively close (complimentary shuttle service on a schedule is offered to the Jungceylon at Patong as well as Kamala beach). Villa are nicely furnished and huge, as is the in villa pool which is great. Only comment is the food, including breakfast, which is serve in villa could probably be better (sometimes breakfast came cold...)

There was alot of flying and crawling insects,
My wife saw the first one 1 hr after arrival and she was so scared and locked herself in the bedroom and we couldn't enjoy it .

Nice hotel,very good service

Overall the villa was great! We have our own private pool, in villa breakfasts and butler service. We were provided a mobile phone which enable us to make calls to butler service, local and international calls which had given us lots of convenience. Wherever we were, if we lost our way just to have to call butler and try to get some local to let then know the exact location and there will be a taxi arrange to pick us. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, excellent service. If the private pool was heated it will be better. There's a Apple TV for movies, however only able to watch movies that's already purchased unless you willing to pay for a movie. No satellite TV however the in villa entertainment doesn't really matter as most of the time we were out in town or in the pool. During our stay, there were two incidents of blackout which the manager explained that it's due to an accident. Overall experience was excellent and would consider to stay here again if I'm not looking for a sea view villa.

Private Villa - Honeymoon

We stayed in this beautiful villa for our honeymoon. The villa was fantastic. The staff were always friendly, professional and helpful. Food was excellent. We had a lovely time here, staying in the villa for some of the time and exploring Phuket for the rest of the time. We would definitely recommend The Bell Pool Villa to anyone who is looking for private luxury. We do not normally do the luxury accommodation but since it was our honeymoon we decided to pull out all the stops and we certainly have no regrets, we had a wonderful stay.

A villa so comfy you won't want to leave!

My husband and I stayed at The Bell Pool Villa in a 1 bedroom Honeymoon villa for 3 nights of our honeymoon. The whole place was super clean without a hint of dust, has a gorgeous pool surrounded by a pond and garden, and a sala with day beds. Turns out it's actually a 3 bedroom villa with 2 bedrooms closed off. They had Apple TV with a bunch of free movies too.

The staff were very attentive, and our butler Aoh was detailed in explaining to us how to best utilize the hotel's various services. She was always available on call via the hotel's mobile phone and helped us arrange an in-villa spa and BBQ. There's a hearty breakfast served every morning and you can order lunch/dinner up to 10.30pm at night.

We had recently gone on an adventure trip to New Zealand with friends, so this holiday was primarily for lazing around and relaxing, and this pool villa was the perfect place to just lounge and watch TV and eat. And eat. And swim. And eat some more.

Great choice for family vacation

This is my first time to rented a pool villa and I do think it is a great choice for family vacation, location is great if you hire a car, 5 mins drive to Kamala beach to enjoy message and sunshine, 20-30 mins drive to Patong to enjoy night life. The Pool is bigger than I imagine and all their staff are helpful, overall I will give this villa 4 out of 5

Honeymoon Heaven

I was extremely impressed with all aspects of this hotel. Very quiet location, so absolutely perfect for a rest and relaxation. Shuttles or taxis to and from town and beach were plentiful and no problem but we walked it several times. Staff and management were very polite, friendly and professional. The pool was beautiful as was the layout of rooms and amenities. It was perfect! Having breakfast delivered was wonderful and was very good. It was always a little cool due to the walk to the Villa when delivered but microwave in kitchen fixed that without a problem. Good wine selection in the wine fridge but the excessive mark up meant we got our own from the supermarket (very much a 1st world problem!). Extremely well managed, well maintained and was basically a beautiful retreat for what we wanted which was peace, quiet and privacy. If you want the loud party scene, go elsewhere!!. We will absolutely be back!
