Don’t be fooled by the breakfast menu when you scan the QR code in the room for the amenities. The regular menu only applies to mid week when there are probably no cruise guests. All other times there is only an over priced buffet breakfast. There’s not enough parking for guests. Pool view rooms only have a view of construction.

Property caters to cruise line customers. Under construction. If extended stay customer (9 days), rooms only cleaned or restocked 3 days per week unless otherwise requested. This was very inconvenient. Radisson does not tell you this. You have to find out for yourself. No continental breakfast. You have to pay to park your vehicle for extended stay (I was not a cruise customer). Radisson states that the pool is heated. No one was swimming as water was too cold, this seemed to cause the children to swim/play in hot tub. Also, babies with parents in hot tub, seemed unsanitary to me. Disappointed overall.

We stayed at The Raddison at the Port before our cruise. Check in was a breeze and the staff was some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve encountered, from the proactive offering of the very fairly priced shuttle to the manager handing me a fresh bottled water after my run, The missing star was due to the bedding. The firm mattress was great for me, though not to the taste of some, the pillows were some of the flattest and cheapest I’ve experienced at a hotel. I hope that upgrade is forthcoming. We’d stay here again, I’ll just bring my own pillow since we’ll be driving next time. This property made me rethink Choice hotels in a positive light for sure.

This place exceeded my expectations! I didn’t do much research because I just needed a place to stay the night before my cruise. The staff was absolutely fantastic, the pool area was also fantastic, and the room seemed recently remodeled and was also fantastic. Will book again for the next cruise adventure. For a small fee they shuttle to the cruise port, which was SO convenient.

It’s an okay place to stay. I couldn’t get over how much the place spelt like mildew and cigarettes in the halls and elevators. Looks like of a 4 star hotel (somewhat) but smells like a motel. You have to pay close to $13 a night for parking and breakfast is not complimentary.

Cheap place to park for cruising was a pro plus!

The property is clean but needs updating. We were in an “updated” room but the bathroom ceiling was peeling. The furniture was in good condition but the linens were horrible. The bed was lumpy and looked unmade. Part of the pool was under construction, but we were not told that was going to be taking place when I booked. Staff was nice and helpful.

Room was great but lots of garbage around the property. I saw many staff walk by garbage on the ground that could easily be picked up and thrown out. If they had one employee take 30 minutes a day to pick up garbage, the property would be a lot cleaner. The pool bar had great staff but the service was extremely slow on the weekend. They could use more bar staff on the weekends. The airport shuttle was very convenient.

The room was very clean, but there is only service every 3 days. Which is weird. I requested a pool view king bed and the lady was happy to oblige. BUT, she didn’t bother to tell me that the view was completely obscured due to construction. That’s all fine and dandy to have construction, but at least let me know beforehand.

It was the perfect location near my nieces home for our mini family gathering. The kids LOVED the pool (and the quesadillas) & the adults enjoyed the Tiki Bar and relaxing too! The staff was wonderful & rooms were comfy & roomy for families of 4. Bathrooms were small, but was really nice to have separate Bedroom & Sofa/Tv/Kitchenette area w/refrigerator/microwave etc. Perfect for what we needed! Bonus: we got to see Artemis ll launch!

Wait time for food/drinks by the pool was horrible so we left, went inside to order and they got our order wrong, TWICE! Room is very nice size, shower is HUGE and so is the TV BUT the light comes in too much from outside. We were put in a room in the very back by construction trucks, second floor but no elevator in our building. Great location.

This property has the best in some areas and the worst in others. Staff and pool/bar/dining were all very good. The rooms themselves are a mess in that they (at least the one we were in) and what we heard from other quests need a lot of work. Shabby paint, stained walls, broken or missing parts everywhere. This resort is made up of several buildings so be aware that if you are mobility challenged you may have problems. Also even though Hotel.com site says daily Housekeeping we were told that they come in on every third day. It's sad that the great staff is burdened by the fact the management can't / won't upgrade or even just a good maintenance repair routine to get the rooms at least less disgusting.

Upon checking in early afternoon, the lobby was lively and spacious

We got 2 queen bedroom. And the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom also was spacious with a walk-in shower and great hot water.

The amenities like the out door pool was amazing and spacious. The waterfall feature in the pool makes for a semi romatic ambiance. There is also a 10 person hot bath with jets, kept at a 110degrees.

Didnt really eat at the in-house restaurant, figured I would try some of the local restaurants. Food seemed good though.

Last yr. it was decent. It's dingy and needs to be remodeled, which they are in the process of. Front desk staff accommodating and did try to resolve issues. Housekeeping forgot the room services, towels and coffee. A simple call resolved that at 9:30 pm. The room was by the exit door and naturally alot of slamming doors. This is not customary for this hotel. Keep in mind it was spring break. For the cost of the stay, I would look elsewhere. I do hope that the renovations change all of this. Thanks to Holly, she brought coffee and towels.

We were only here for 1 night before our cruise but the property was beautiful. We slept most of the time we were here so we didn't get to really experience the pool but it looked nice. Rooms were updated and very clean. My only complaint was they dont have a marketplace inside the hotel for drinks or snacks. So I had to walk to the next hotel over that they owned to get a soda. Overall it was a very nice place to stay and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.
