My stay at Megasaray Club Belek was absolutely wonderful and left me with the best memories.
The food was excellent — delicious, varied, and always fresh. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The territory is clean, well-maintained, with beautiful plants and greenery everywhere, making it a pleasure to walk around.

The large beach and the great sauna, Turkish bath, and hammam made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, everything was fantastic, and I truly loved my time there. I would happily return again!

Good place for a family vacation. Staff is very helpful and polite. Great food and a lot of attractions for children.

Though, there are some cons;
1. Aqua park for kids works during the hottest time of the day and not available outside the odd hours.
2. Air conditioners do not work properly in some rooms (ours was good, but others were complaining).
3. The lift in our building was out of order 3 times during a single week.
4. Inventory of on-site shops is very limited and of really low quality.

Property is big but very outdated. One thing I did not enjoy is the food. Don’t find it to be authentic Turkish food. Also, do not like that they charge extra to eat at the other Al le cart restaurants.

I also don’t like the people coming up and asking to do a review that you enjoy the property. So reviews are not authentic. Not very professional.

A brilliant family holiday

A family holiday with 7 adults and 4 children (ages from 20 months to 8 years) staying in 4 rooms was a resounding success with something for everyone. We were surprised and very pleased with the range and quality of facilities, from the F&B, to the bedrooms, and entertainment. There was even an excellent guest lounge available for use after checking out whilst waiting for onward travel. All the staff were kind and courteous although not all understood much English which is not a criticism. The only slight negative would be the extensive use of plastic. Otherwise a brilliant holiday, well done and thank you.

This was our 1st stay at Megasaray Club Belek and it was really nice. the rooms were modern with all the usual facilities you'd expect, such as USB ports in the power sockets, next to the bed.
The whole resort was well maintained and was kept at a very high level of cleanliness. this probably helped keep flies and mosquito's away from the area. I normally get bitten to bits, wherever I go, but it was not an issue here. Just a couple for the trip.
Heaps to do and all the entertainment is of a high quality. Word of warning is that it does carry an Ibiza feel to the music selection so if that's not your thing then be warned. It is my thing so I was quite ok with it.
The meal times are a bit hectic in the main buffet hall but you get used to it and where to go to get what you like.
The beach was great and there were always loungers available. Good wash down facilities too to get rid of the sand afterwards. Lovely pier also for daytime use or to catch the sun falling over the horizon.
The kids loved the water park too and again it was not too busy and they had minimal waits between slides. Probably a good thing for them to catch their breath anyway!
Would I go again? Yes I would. I loved it and so did the rest of the family.

We stayed at the Megasaray Club Belek for two weeks at the height of summer and we found everything amazing. From the natural beauty of the resort full of green areas and vegetation to the proximity of the seaside, one can always find enough space to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. It’s a great place for families and children of all ages. My son really enjoyed the pool entertainment, the water games, the nightly football matches and the company of children his age. The food is incredibly healthy and the choice vast enough to encompass many different cuisines. The staff are spontaneously friendly, fast and helpful despite the intense pressure. I particularly recommend the Spa for its broad choice of therapies and treatments including the classic sensuous Turkish Hammam. I found the Spa experience with the right course of massages and treatments the perfect coronation of the whole Mind, body cleansing and relaxation experience to make one’s holiday extra worthwhile. The Megasaray club group seems to care for the environment in tangible ways and hopefully will continue to develop in this direction for a more sustainable type of tourism for the future.

Just got back last week from Megasaray Club Belek. Absolutely the best all inclusive I’ve ever been to! The service from the 1-1 hotel assistant Zhuldyz was the best and something I’ve never experienced before! She was on Whatsap contact throughout replying and servicing any needs I had. I didn’t have a single no throughout the stay they bent over backwards to ensure me and my family were comfortable. I had my 4 year old and so had would message Zhuldyz daily for one thing or another and always prompt reply and assistance.
The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, the food absolutely delicious and all day long lots to eat. Free ice creams of the best brands and branded drinks all day none of the cheap watered down stuff.
The kids facilities are absolutely amazing and my son was kept entertained all day!
My room was beautiful with a garden view and my own very little garden area.
You will not be disappointed in the slightest! Thank you Megasaray for a wonderful and memorable stay!

The hotel facilities are amazing. There was varied entertainment for kids and adults, some good evening shows, and lots of delicious food. In fact the menu was pretty mind-blowing. The pools, the spa, all the public spaces, amphitheatre, aquapark and bars are a dream. The tennis courts and equipment were easy to book. The staff were lovely, thank you to everyone for making our stay so special!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Megasaray Club Belek resort with our toddler! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cater to our needs. The facilities were fantastic, with plenty of activities for our little one to enjoy, including a safe and engaging kids' club and a playground. The food options were diverse and delicious, ensuring even our picky eater was satisfied. We enjoyed our stay at the Megasaray. We were here in the off-season and some of the summer activities (water park) were not open. I can imagine that bringing a young family here in summer would be spectacular as the resort has so many things to do. We enjoyed what was open (indoor pool, gym). The buffet was varied with lots of options for eating as healthy or not as you like. The wi-fi was excellent and easy to access. The staff was helpful and kind. They were great with families with younger children.

We had a good time. Happy with the facilities, activities and meal options. That was like having two resorts for the price of one. Special thanks to all staff who made our stay pleasant. The hotel complex was really great, lots to do and multiple pools, so the children could swim in one and the adults could swim in a quieter pool. The rooms were spacious and had everything you could need. The only problem we encountered was the volume of the music from the neighbouring hotel disco, that went on until 01:00 am every night, it was so loud and had so much base that we could feel the beat in our room when in bed. It is a shame that the Deluxe Swim Up Suites were located so close to the boundary and next door hotel for this to impact our holiday, it meant that even if we wanted an early night, we would still be awake until after the disco finished!!
If it wasn’t for this, my review would have been an excellent rating.

We chose Megasaray hotel for our family reunion and we are glad we did. We all had an excellent two weeks vacation and absolutely enjoyed our time and loved everything about this hotel!!
The rooms are spacious and super clean. We had deluxe family suite - poolside. My parents’ initially had a club room, which was upgraded to the deluxe room for free at their arrival! Thank you!!
The cleaning ladies are great. Even if we didn’t get the cleaning needed sign turned on, they would still clean our room.
Fresh and clean towels every day! The fridge gets restocked every day as well. We had tea and coffee in the room as well as many snacks and huge swirl lolly pops (kids were happy!).
The food is amazing! There are many choices that will satisfy even a picky eater. My son has multiple allergies and I was worried that he would not be able to enjoy his stay, because of the limited choices in food but that was not the case. The hotel offers a few milk substitutions to your choice, rice, almond, lactose free milk and even oat milk - the one that my son drinks! They have vegan stations. Aside of vegan stations - you will find it easy to pick a meal as the restaurants have clear nutritional information. They don’t add any milk or butter to their mashed potatoes which was awesome!
Special thanks to Natalie and the chef of the restaurant for going above and beyond in accommodating my son’s allergy diet!
There are plenty of things to do.

Our only issue in a fantastic few days were the clowns at the Chinese à la carte who thought they, as staff, were more important than the fantastic food.(Although the lady serving our table was brilliant.)
The same clowns ruined our à la carte breakfast the next morning, when we we forced to walked out.

So terrible from reception to service , when we came at 8am the reception was nearly closed and the lights were off , dirty and sticky floors in restaurants, food is not covered ( inside and outside areas ) and alot of flies even inside the restaurants,, old fruits and veggies,and the food should be better according to the price ,, we paid more for a deluxe room , but we got a normal room beds ,,, unfriendly staff also not informative at all ,, we left the hotel half way the duration and booked in another hotel which was the best decision ever made because we saw the difference

We stayed for a week. Our overall impression is very positive. Hotel is very clean. Lots of activities for the whole family. Food and drinks was amazing. The only negative point is that staff looked a bit overwhelmed and stressed at times. Thanks to our guest relation manager (Sevsem) who made every effort to make our stay more comfortable.

I have been several times in different 5 star hotels in Turkey. It has always been excellent. This is the first time we have encountered such bad service. The room smells of mold, the carpet is dirty and stained. The air conditioner is very noisy and does not cool! This is a deluxe room. Three times they promised to fix the air conditioner and no one came. The staff is not trained. To get a cold beer, you need to remind the waiters about the refrigerator. The food is delicious, the animation is very good. And the rest is very bad.
I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel ever. We came to check in, the girl who was part of the guest relation was lost she brought us to the wrong floor then realized we had to go to the upper floor. We had to take the stairs with our baby. The hotel is dirty and undergoing renovation. The property is not a 5 star hotel at all! Does not look like the pictures at all. We asked to be refunded they say the reservation team is closed I had to find another hotel after a long flight after seeing how insalubre the hotel is! We still did not get a refund as they are refusing to honour customer satisfaction! Worst hotel ever! Stayed in several countries but never had this type of worse hotel and service!

I ended up at this hotel because I turned up at the 5 star hotel I had booked to find my booking got cancelled without me knowing. That was a stressful start to the holiday! So I didn't know much about the Mega Saray or the quality I would find when I booked it as an alternative. It turned out really well. The staff were very friendly and gave me a great room which I so appreciated after being left in the lurch by the other hotel. This is a mature property in terms of all the new hotels popping up in Belek but because of that has a lovely authentic feel and mature gardens with pool areas dotted around. Plus a nice beach area. There was an air of tranquility and I liked it more pand more by the day. It is very much an outdoors resort and even in the first week of November had so many activities running and even the water park unlike many other hotels. There aren't many Brits here but I actually liked that. More should try it if they like peace and authenticity. Great for kids too. They have a lot of tennis courts and tournaments here so another thing I liked was that there were a lot of young people and teens around, not just older people and kids. The steak house food was good but recommend women share a steak as they are just huge! The rooms were well equipped and the hotel is vey eco conscious, recyclable packaging as opposed to plastic.
I just want to thank Mega Saray for turning what could have been a disastrous trip into a very relaxing and memorable one.

our only bad experience in the hotel was youssef at the reception he was very rood didn't welcome us at our arrival we came on july 5 where there was nearly empty hotel he should be grateful we are there,
also when we ask him for two taxi he got us one taxi after long wait the same taxi came after 15 minute to pickup the other party he should not be at that position
also i called once to ask for an empty plate he answer me we don't have room service here I tried to be nice with him and encourage him by exchanging 20$ for 100 lira which is 50 lira less than the market with no receipt so im sure he got it for him not the hotel but i think management should replace him asap.
other than that everything was good guest relation are so friendly and helpful

Top! Personal super freundlich. Machen alles das es einem an nichts fehlt. Riesen Auswahl sn Essen und auch sehr köstlich. Viele Aktivitäten. Die Animatoren versuchen einen mitzureissen und einzubeziehen um auch etwas zu machen.
Für Kleinkinder (2-4Jahre) alles vorhanden was das Herz der kleinen begehrt. Das kleine Spielzenter auch super. Sehr gut betreut. Die Betreuerinnen auch sehr freundlich und empfangen die Kinder mit offenen Armen.
Was man für die Kinder noch hätte machen können wären ein Trampolin und Bobbycars zur verfügung stellen. Dennoch motzrn auf hohem Niveau.
Super Urlaub bis zum nächsten Mal.

A great resort for families! We had the swim-up room, which was great when traveling with a 5 month and 2.5 year old. Despite being there in peak season, the resort is large enough that nothing felt crowded (except maybe the dinner buffet, but there is still a lot of tables, and no waits).

The staff was all friendly, no one was pushy, and everyone made us feel welcome. It was a great trip!

Club avec beaucoup d animations. Merci à notre guesr relation Basak pour son dynamisme et faire débitée séjour un vrai bonheur. Il y a plus de 5 restaurants dont certains où il faut réserver. Je privilégie le restaurant Italien avec sa grande terrasse. Top parc aquatique avec toboggans aussi. Il manque juste des terrains de Padel ( il y a 8 terrains de tennis dispo).

We stayed here last year and loved it so much that we had to come back again this year. Everything was amazing — from the warm and welcoming staff to the variety of activities, especially for kids. Our child had a fantastic time every single day! The hotel offers so much for families, and considering the quality of service, the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with children. It's the perfect spot for a fun, relaxing, and memorable holiday

Ce complexe est vraiment très complet et accueillant. Tout est bien pensé pour se reposer et aussi être actif en famille ou en couple. Les jardins sont magnifiques. Les buffets et les bars sont très bien et bons, le personnel souriant est serviable et très ouvert à discuter, dans plusieurs langues. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine !

For everyone how likes to play Golf, it is located at one of the best Locations to do that.

Also the new designed Pier and Pool Bar are magnificant beautiul and modern. The Outdoor Training Area with Yoga and other Sports are a must visit.
