We were shocked to arrive at the Hotel (11pm) and found the whole place was shut down. Luckily we managed to get thru a phone number listed on the glass door, waited a while, for a staff to pick us up and send us to their sister’s hotel.

We had stayed at Clear House twice before and it was fantastic; the rooms have been maintained well and it is still a very cozy and quiet place to stay even
though you are right on the main beach road. The only difference this time is that the previous couple (Bee and her husband) that managed the guesthouse — which were super friendly, helpful, and able to communicate in English — have been replaced by staff that can barely speak any English. I asked the lady if I could get a receipt for the room and she replied, \"Sunny tomorrow..\" We had are two year old son with us and she was very cold towards him; and whenever I asked her for something (like an umbrella or stroller), she bluntly answered \"No\". We came back to Clear House because we loved the atmosphere that the previous caretakers created, which was friendly and caring. Will we be back? Unfortunately, probably not. The quality of the staff is just not on par anymore.

Due to an undisclosed problem I never got stay here.I was placed in the companies main hotel.The room I was given instead was excellent,on the opposite side of the complex above main reception.However due to a very noisy private farm across from the I did check out early.I’m guessing the room I got was maybe for managers/owners/special guests wanting more privacy.
So overall,disappointed I lost my first choice but can’t complain with the replacement and me being a light sleeper.

Great quiet hotel with amazing staff
We needed a place to spend the night near Don Mueang airport, as we were leaving for Phuket the following afternoon. This place is quiet and comfortable, a perfect place to unwind. The staff couldn't have been nicer and treated us like royalty. Highly recommend! They'll take great care of you here.

Check in took all of three minutes! Location is excellent. Rooms are clean, spacious with excellent shower room facilities. Linens and bed are very clean and comfortable. Lockable safe box and small fridge are terrific features. I never really felt like I was staying in a motel; it always felt kind of like a home....and that was a good feeling to have.

Quite central to restaurants and shops for quiet town of Kamala Beach. Walking distance to beach. About 5 mins walk. Hotel staff weee friendly and helpful. Room was nice enough and shower was hot! Travelled over Thailand for 2 weeks and only had warm showers until this guesthouse.

Despite a clear language barrier between us, the gent working at the guesthouse was absolutely magnificent in assisting us with all of our needs. This included car rental, a booking at a restaurant and a late check-out. It was wonderful to see his super friendly face every morning. The bed was perfect, and the shower so big that you can literally dance in it :-)

This guest house is basic, but good, clean large rooms, with AC that works (important!) and most importantly a few mins walk to the beach. The Manager was friendly and arranged a transfer for me to another beach north of Phuket for a reasonable price (could have got cheaper if asked around but very convienient). The guesthouse is not luxurious but if looking for somewhere clean, safe, and close to the beach, with AC, safe, warm shower etc you could do a lot worse. Only negative is that they could do with new towels - mine looked very worse for wear.

These rooms are in a fantastic quiet location right near the beach. The room we had was large with a great aircon. It is fairly basic with no frills - no kettle, cups etc, but there is a small fridge with drinks and glasses. The linen is great - but the beds are very hard Thai style. If you are after somewhere cool with the basics, this is great. We will stay again.

Det hade blivit något fel vid bokningen så vi fick ej bo på detta hotell, utan flyttades till ett av deras andra Clearhouse hotell en bit bort. Jättefint hotell. Nytt och fräscht rum. Fin pool. Ingen extra kostnad. Lite snopet först men vi blev jättenöjda när vi såg det andra hotellet. Förstår att detta har hänt flera som bokat detta hotell.

Ta inte detta hotell!!! Överbokar och sedan hjälper de inte till för att hitta nått annat utan skyller bara på att de inte kan rå för det utan man ska själv ta kontakt med en förmedling i Bangkok via mail. En butiksägare bredvid hjälpte oss till slut att hyra ett rum på ett questhouse bredvid. Kan säga att det lilla vi såg av Clearhouse så är inte bilderna riktigt som verkligheten.

Проживали с женой в этом небольшом одноэтажном гесте 3 ночи в начале марта. Название ClearHouse Boutique вроде бы обязывает и то, что в нем все относительно чистенько, то это действительно так. Что касается бутика, то это очень и очень далеко (как до Таллина:). Начну с того, что первую ночь мы провели в резервном номере, который отличался от других маленькими размерами и отсутствием веранды (а в оплаченном ваучере было написано про делюкс 32 кв.м и терассу). В конце концов мы переехали в нормальный номер и там все было гораздо лучше. В целом, обслуживание (кроме уборки) почти нулевое. Из бонусов есть только пляжные полотенца. Нет чайных принадлежностей, хотя можно попросить чайник и даже его иногда дождаться. Надо сказать, что гест находится на оживленной улочке Rim Hat в Камале прямо напротив магазина 7/11. Поскольку гест сам представляет собой маленькую улочку с номерами в его конце, то близость улицы в номерах не чувствуется. До пляжа идти минуты три-четыре через ближайший ресторан и затем через мостик на небольшой речке (скорее, ручейке). На пляже можно найти места с тенью под деревьями. Район Rim Hat нам понравился - он очень небольшой, но есть все, что нужно для отдыха: рестораны, кафешки, массажки, лавочки, магазины (аж 2 7/11 и недалеко есть Big C), портные от Армани. Публика достаточно приличная - много пожилых иностранцев, причем без \"тайкофильских\" закидонов.

Bodde flere steder under oppholdet på Phuket, og dette var av det billige alternativet. Det var derfor overraskende at dette kom ut som det positivt overraskende boalternativet. Clearhouse guesthouse har totalt 9 rom og drives av et ektepar. Frokost tilbyr de ikke, men med hundrevis av alternativer i nærheten betyr ikke det noe. Gjestfrihet, beliggenhet og rengjøring scorer de høyt på, noe som er det jeg verdsetter høyest da jeg går for et 3* boalternativ :)
