Stunning Hotel & Lovely Staff

The hotel, location and staff are all amazing. The rooms were stunning, spacious and clean. The staff were generous and attentive and would go above and beyond. The hotel provided a shuttle service to Kamala and both Phuket and Patong were short taxi rides.

We have been around the world and stayed in many hotels but this hotel was one of the best. We will definitely be coming back.

Great place in Phuket if you want to stay away from Patong Beach where all the clubs and craziness happen. Great restaurants, beach is 5-minute walk, if you do not want to venture outside you can just stay in this great resort. We reserved the 2 bedroom penthouse with pool and it was just outstanding. All you need for the family.

Property is beautiful and Charming but out dated. Staff and service was excellent. This property is not stroller and kids friendly. A tiny sauce spill on a chair costed upward of 400 USD. Which is off the top given the fact labor is cheap and the furniture was old and crusty.

We booked Andara Resort Villa for my husband birthday. We booked a 2 bedroom pool villa and decided to book an extra day but the room same room was unavailable. We decided to pay a little extra for the penthouse for our last day. Upon check in the staff were kind and friendly. The staff noticed that we booked 2 different rooms and upgraded us to the penthouse for the full stay since I noted we are celebrating a birthday. We also received credit for the spa and let’s just say you MUST book a massage. I had plenty of massage and Andara’s is on top of the list as one of the best in my books. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a short 3-day stay. In conclusion, it was the best! From check-in to transportation to the room, the room facilities, room service (menu options), daily cleaning, breakfast, transportation to tourist spots, and more, every aspect of hospitality was the best. The front desk staff, who were full of smiles, were also impressive. Definitely worth staying here. I would recommend it to everyone. The only thing that bothered me was the weak water pressure in the shower, but it was such a good memory that it made up for that. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying Andara Resort, and overall, I would say it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with lush surroundings that made it feel like a true getaway. The cleanliness of the resort was impressive; every corner was well-maintained, which added to the overall sense of comfort.

One of the standout features of our stay was the spaciousness of our room. It was large and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The amenities were top-notch, making it easy to unwind.

The staff at the resort were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their warm service truly enhanced our stay. Whether it was at the front desk or during meals, everyone was genuinely nice and eager to assist.

However, we did visit during the rainy season, which limited our ability to enjoy the outdoor activities, particularly swimming. We were only able to take a dip twice during our stay, thanks to the pouring rain. While this was disappointing, we made the most of our time indoors, enjoying the spa.

We stayed five nights in this Andara resort. We had a three bedroom penthouse suites which was spacious, clean and luxurious. Staff very friendly and attentive. Our particular thanks to Pat at the Silk restaurant who looked after us at breakfast every morning. Resort caters for all amenities desired including complimentary shuttle to the local town and beach. I highly rate this property.

This property is absolutely stunning. The grounds, pool, restaurant all are beautiful. The service and attention to detail is extreme and you will not be disappointed if you stay at this hotel.
We travelled during the low season and while the hotel was excellent, the close by beach of Kamala was not great during low season. It was hard to swim and had lot of debris. But on the positive side you could spend more time in this beautiful property on the pool.
Definitely one of the best places we stayed on our travels.

We had a 3 bed pool suite and it was perfect! The bedrooms were great along with the bathrooms and the kitchen was well stocked!
Pool was gorgeous, perfect size and amazing views and 4 sun loungers around it.
Lovely breakfast. Kids loved going to kids club for an hour or two when it rained, Nab was just so lovely, our 8 year old daughter cried when saying bye to her! Lovely staff, great free transfers to Kamala area.

Absolutely fantastic resort with stunning views and incredible staff. We were blown away with the kindness and attentiveness of all the staff at Andara. All of the little gestures and added extras didn’t go unnoticed and we fully appreciated them. We stayed in a three bed penthouse pool suite and it was spacious and luxurious throughout. The master bedroom was breathtaking! As a group of six, we had plenty of space for us all to dine, relax and socialise in the suite without feeling on top of one another. The pool and sun deck on the top floor was lovely to have some privacy from the main resort pool and to enjoy seeing some of the local wildlife. Within our group we had two young children (4 and 6 yrs) who were well looked after on site too with a kids club, fun family activities and setting up teddies on their bed when cleaning. There was a range of cuisines at breakfast and we didn’t get bored during our 11 nights here as there was so much on offer. The resort taxi down to the beach was great, and lovely to have a designated area on Kamala beach for the hotel with towels and bottled water on hand. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andara and are already looking at rebooking.

We booked a two room terrace suite which was conveniently located to the pool, dining area and gym. The room was very spacious, spotless and comfortable. The staff here is incredibly attentive and friendly and helped us navigate the property and surrounding areas. While the resort itself is not on the beach they offer free shuttles which takes only a few minutes once you’re in the car. They also offer golf cart rides to and from the rooms as there are many hills on the property, and depending where your room is it might be a long walk, but our room was close to the lobby and made everything walkable.

Our room didn’t have its own pool like some, but we were perfectly comfortable using the main pool which is really beautiful. We also made sure to have the breakfast included which was excellent. There were a ton of options and the food was always fresh and high quality.

Overall, we loved staying at Andara and would absolutely come back to stay here. The room, property, food and lovely staff made our trip unforgettable.

We had an amazing vacation at one of the Andara Villas. It was one of the most luxurious places I have ever stayed and at this point in my life I don't consider anything less than 4+ stars
It was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and very spacious.
The views were stunning from every room and from our own private infinity pool.
The staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast at Silk restaurant was extensive in variety and outstanding in terms of quality. Any dietary requests were accomodated without any hesitation(dairy free in my daughters case).
We will definitely be back in the future.

The service was extraordinary. One can easily access the beach even by foot but Andara provides a continuous pick up and drop service anywhere in the Kamala area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, we left an item on a bus on one of the tours we attended and they managed to help us recover the item very smoothly and happily. Restaurant staff were very nice and obliging. Breakfast was excellent. Only the Thai food at the hotel was not great but Western food was good. Still a five star experience!

The 3 bedroom penthouse pool suite that I stayed in within my husband and 2 children was super impressive. We loved the view from the hall and the master bedroom. We also loved the private pool and the view from there. The complimentary Prosecco was a nice surprise. Service was excellent, check in was so prompt even though we arrived earlier than check in time and the reception was flexible enough to allow us a late check out. This was much appreciated. Food wise, we had both Thai food and Italian food at the hotel during our stay. The food did not impress us as much and we think this could be an area of improvement. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast nonetheless.

Clearly a nice property and the rooms are fabulous esp the pool suites. There is not much to do in the hotel however and was somewhat heavily populates with young children. More than perhaps fits with the exclusive chilled vibe they try to crate. We were low season. I can imagine it would feel crowded in high season unless you were by ypur own pool.

spacious suite, polite staff, free transport arrangement near Kamala beach area, very close to the beaches.

The room we booked is 2 bedrooms penthouse suite with private pool. We weren't informed the pool is located on the upper floor separately, which cannot be reached by lift. So my father with lower mobility cannot walk up and didn't enjoy the pool so far.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will visit again.

Very comfortable stay with inhouse full time house keeper and cook.
The dishes prepared were excellent and much better than the food we had at restaurant at Jungceylon. The resort is very comfortable and spacious with a large pool. Will definitely return next year.

Huge suite with a living room, dining table, and master bedroom. The staff was extremely nice, but the water pressure in the shower needs to be improved.
