1-Room very bland.No cupboard ,just an open shelf to hang clothes on.
The bathroom door hanger fell when I closed the door on my first day, I told the receptionist but it was not fixed !!!
2-Amenities poor - no green tea just 2 tea bags
Mugs too big to use for the Nespresso coffee machine.

The Worst Experience

The worst experience we had in this hotel. Dirty floor in the room, hair on bed dust on the furniture and etc. We were only told about the closed of pool and other inconveniences caused to the guest, 2 days prior our arrival. We cannot make any changes because it is nonrefundable booking. Such deceiving compared to the marketing in Hotels.com. We will never return.

Worst hotel ever - impossible to sleep

This hotel is undergoing renovations, which they did not bother to tell us about before we arrived. This meant the pool was closed and the gym had a massive padlock over the doors - very upsetting after I had filtered hotels to only see ones with a pool.
There was loud building work from the renovations during the day. Then on our third night, we were woken up at 1:30 am by more loud building work, which went on with hammering and drilling noises for over an hour. We could not get back to sleep and had to wake up at 5:00 am for our flight. I would never in my worst nightmare have imagined a hotel who care about their guests so little that they allow loud building work for over an hour in the middle of the night. I reached out to the hotel about this issue, but they have ignored me.
Our hotel room also did not have towels. I called reception to ask for towels. The staff were very friendly and said they would send some up. 20 minutes later, we still had no towels, so went down to reception to ask in person. It took a further 20 minutes (40 minutes in total) for our towels to come. This was a real pain after we had just come from over 14 hours of flights to get there and were desperate for a shower.
I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again if you paid me.

The hotel is not next to monorail station but not far away. Thus, even u use the public transportation system, it is very easy to access this hotel. The room is nice and clean. Do use the pool during my stay there, which is a nice one as well. Many good choices around this hotel, particulate the night market area. Finally, I would like to thank the staff Andrew to help me arrange the grab service that I can arrive at the airport on time. Thanks

I have rated it OK based on sone not so pleasant experiences. Romm was very karge but nit adequately furnished. Primarily, very dark with hardly any lights. Area with mirror has absolutely no light and all LED lights very dim.
Breakfast experience was terrible. Variety if foid but extremely poir setvice. Ckean dishes not available, no refills done, tea/coffee machibes run out of beans and no refills.
Requested front desk to print our boarding passes. They said to send them at their email address. Sent them three times and they still never printed. New staff came and said to send again.
Location very good and conveniently close to all toyrist places.

Other than a sort of slow check-in and a less-than-impeccable-but-Not-terrible bathroom cleanliness, the experience in the hotel was fine. The hotel is close to nicer areas but not in a nice area, and being a pedestrian (particularly crossing the street) was kind of a pain but that’s a city problem more than a hotel problem.

Everything was excellent. But I was terribly disappointed with the breakfast. Your hotel is one of the few hotels which charged higher price for breakfast but it was not up to standard. Both days, were served the same menu. And the menu served were quite bored. Hope can pay attention on this aspect.

Location location location :) Short walk to Jl Alor..the \"food court\" street. Every imaginable asian delicacy. Also a short walk to Petaling Street markets, and all Bukit Bintang pubs, Clubs and massage parlours. Even the Pavillion Shopping Mall was walkable. Hotel itself was very good.

TV channels were not working properly, informed Hotel many times to resolve but not avail. Room Aircon is set to auto, can’t manually adjust to lower temp, told hotel to check but not effective. Doesn’t provide combs when asked.
Some guest were smoking at the swimming pool and blasting loud songs via mobile phones, no adherence to non-smoking policy.

Called multiple times to front desk from hotel room, but they only picked the call 2 out of 10 times, service not prompt.

Buffet breakfast for our 4 nights stay were all the same, long queue for coffee, staffs are amazing and super friendly, very clean. But having the same breakfast for 4 days is a bit boring and really does not excite me at all. My coffee Nescafé Blend 43 with intensity at 3 and with blue cap gone missing. Carpark condition was not good. Friend's car was unfortunately subjected to hit and run incident in the carpark.

Travel agency housed in hotel lobby is dishonest having charged us more for transportation service for a 6 seater car but only gave us a 4 seated. DO NOT engage in their services. Hotel should kick them out.

Need to work more closely with the community that your hotel is located in to offer a more wholistic, local, eco-friendly experience for the guests. Besides the location there was nothing that differentiates your hotel from most others. Also think about providing better filtered water facility to your guests so they do not have to resort to purchasing water. Plant more trees around your hotel. Provide option to recycle for your guests. Do not use plastics in the products you offer to the guests.

Had a stop over in KL. Was here for less than 24 hours but was suitable.
Very spacious twin room with decent size bathroom.
The shower was mouldy in the grout which was a bit unpleasant.
The reception helped us with a taxi to the airport.

Spacious comfortable room. Could do with more English speaking TV channels.
Close to Jl. Alor and it's possible to walk to Chinatown.
There aren't many shops or restaurants nearby but across the road there is an Indian restaurant which is good for breakfast.
The service in the restaurant was a little slow but the food was good.
I would use this hotel again.

The main complaint is with minor plumbing issues such as leaky faucets and poorly designed sinks in newly renovated rooms. My friend and I stayed there for 4 nights and we loved it there!! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and staff were kind to upgrade our room to a better one on the 11th floor. Located opposite several convenient stores and an Arab restaurant. Oh, and there are 2 cafes just 3mins away! Old Town White coffee restaurant is 5 mins away. The area is lively at night. Thank you to all the staff who helped us and made our stay an amazing one. :)

Location: walking distance to the Pavillion KL mall and some other places.bThere are many street food nearby and 24 hours KK mart across the street.

Cleanliness: The room cleanliness is not up to my expectation compared to the first time I stayed here about 2 years ago. The floor is unfortunately dirty on my first night. Hence, requested to change room the following day which is slightly better than previous room. They provide the basic toiletries including toothbrush & toothpaste. On the fourth day, room was not cleaned despite requested for room cleaned up. Only changed the towels when we asked to make up the bed.

Breakfast: local varieties of food and everyday it is of different menu. Value for money.

Parking: Velvet parking is RM30 per entry. Otherwise can park at the old building of Swiss Garden with RM7 per night. Parking height limit is 2.1m. For onsite parking within the new building the height limit is 1.95m, how much per night, not sure.

Overall: stay was pleasing but could have been better.

There is a nice laundromat within 5 mins walk from this hotel and there are some nice dining places opposite and behind this hotel. Chinatown is also nearby and very convenient if you are driving.
Only negative part is housekeeping. No one answers at reception and there is no housekeeping number to dial from the room. So in case you run out of toilet paper, just go to the toilet on the 1st floor and get it yourself.
There is also no business center or computer/printing services in this hotel. For emergency however, the reception will be happy to help.
Breakfast is the best part of my stay because of the huge range of cuisine and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again !!!

The hotel all are very good just the check-in speed too slow and need to queue to check in, and i had wait for check-in for more than 30mins. Beside, hotel carpark to lobby need no lift. If you having a bulk luggage bag you need to aloght at main door and not from carpark.

Arrived around 1245pm. Ask the front desk and the room was ready and they let me in. Other hotel wont let you in until 3pm although the room is ready but this hotel not. They doing a great job. When entered the room feel like a new hotel. The room had been renovated and well maintained. Cleanliness was very good though. Room service also was quite fast when i ordered the club sandwich and it tasteful. Will come again in future.

I have reported and talked severa times before arriving KL to allow early check-in. I reached Reception around 12 noon and asked the Lady at reception to check in process but she was telling not before 3 pm. Even her attetude also was very rude. But after an hour, I asked Mr Shah and he arranged immediately to Check in. Mr. Shah is very polite and cooperative guy. Anything required, Mr. Shah tried his best to support. I will visit again due to service of Mr Shah.

The only terrible thing is deposit they request on check in. What's the point to have it is unclear, but they made as share the full number of a credit card (for who know what reason). They don't really check the number on check-out so what is the point to have this deposit.

In general - room is very good, fairly clean and recently renovated. Hygienic shower was leaking flooding the bathroom floor, but that was a minor inconvenience.
