The rooms were not clean and the beds were rock hard. Towels and other essentials were not replaced including linen even though we stayed for over 10days. TV only has non English channels.
The good thing was it a secure apartment and walking distance to shops.

The room was so dirty. The walls and doors had stains all over. The toilet was filthy. There were cockroaches everywhere. The towels, pillows and sheets were dirty. We had to wash our linens again. The pillows were so filthy. There were no one to clean out room. we had to take our trash out before checking out.

Very clean and spacious apartment with all the extras (washing powder, dish soap, shower toiletries). Good security and electronic keys. Friendly staff.
2 bedroom apartment very spacious.
Only downfall which is personal preference the bed was very hard (firm rated) and pillows old and not supportive.

Great location and comfort

We stayed here for 8 nights and were very happy. The location is very convenient with shops and restaurants within the apartment complex. The staff was very helpful and check in was very easy. One morning we had an internet problem and it was resolved within a few hours thanks to the staff getting on the problem immediately. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars from us is that the apartment had tons of storage but hardly any kitchen equipment, not even a spatula. That being said, for a longer stay in KL, I would recommend it.

No flexibility for early check-in. They seem to only let everyone check-in at 3pm so a queue of people waiting.

My dad who’s fairly fit, sat down on a chair in the apartment and it gave way, hurting his back. We checked the other chairs and turns out a lot of the screws were loose. The shower pipe was also leaking. Otherwise, it would have been a good stay.

The Robertson, KL is disappointing place to stay in.

1) Hygiene
- Hygiene is appalling. The floors doesn't look it was vacuum or wipe. It felt sticky and there were stains found around the suite. Towels had stains everywhere.

2) Amenities/Houskeeping
- Hotel did not refresh room properly. Towels were not promptly replace before check-in. Towels were of bad conditions too, and was not well-washed.

3) Air-con
- Air-con's has issues, its temperature system was not fully functional and at times 28'c felt like it was 18'c.

4) Customer Service
- Service was slow in reply and not helpful.

Save yourself the headache and money and book elsewhere. Where do I start… Firstly there was no bathroom towels, the sofas smelled and was covered by a sheet. The floor hasn’t been mopped. Bathroom smelled like urine, which wasn’t a pleasant smell. I spoke to a few of the other guests and they mentioned the same issues. I asked the front reception for a refund and was informed me that I needed to contact customer service. So I asked to change rooms and the same issue.

Master bedroom faucet is not working well, running very slow. Cleanness is poor. There are multiple very tiny tiny (smaller than poppy seeds)bugs claw everywhere, especially around the drainage hole in bathroom and especially on dinner table (creamy surface, easily spitting them) the covers which cover the furnitures are poor condition. Rooms are big and very comfortable with beautiful views. Staffs are nice.

We arrived for check in at 245pm, we were told our room wasnt ready until about 4pm. We told the cleaners its ok as we are going out all night. We arrived back into our apartment at 10pm and bathroom towels were missing and it took 1 hr to get towels. A limit of 1 towel per person for shower, gym and swim. No extra towels are handed out they will only exchange 1 for 1. So i doubt people will wait 1 hour to swap towels so u can figure out the hygiene level when it comes to that. But i used a floor towel for gym n lucky i had washing powder so i just did my own washing. Hot water is limited so if u shower at peak times youll freeze. A lil misleading as its a serviced apartment but only if u stay more then 4 nights as we were told. For the price of $50 aud per night its bearable but i wouldnt pay more then that. Would i come back? Yes i would coz u can sort those nitty gritty problems urself. Just bring ur own towels security is good, and gym pool is very clean. Rooms are clean just customer service and communication is very poor.

Very good alternative to a hotel. You get a large space, much larger than a hotel scbs you have a separate living area so you don't need to sit on the bed when in the room. Location is perfect for me, J.Alor, BB, Sri Ganesh, chinatown all walking distance.
Security attitude at the swimming pool was very bad, they could do with replacing the security with a customer service attendant! He was only there to tell people what not to do, wanted to exert some sort of power over people. He needs to be moved to a different area, away from guests and customers. (I hope you're reading this Robertson)(Fri 17.2 1.30pm)

Overall a nice stay and would consider again.

Easy to locate. Check in was a breeze.Cleanliness was disappointing. Very Dusty and musky smell. Food crumbs found on dining chairs. Toilet smell of urine with blood stain on toilet bowl. Toilet floor need a good scrubbing especially the shower area.we actually need to disinfect the room and blast the Aircon to get rid of the musky smell, and wiped and mopped the entire apartment as it's just too dusty.requested for late check out weeks before the trip but only got a reply on the day itself via Whatsapp after we have already checked out 🙄.

The Robertson did not meet my expectations. The only thing that was nice about this residence was the entrance, the rest was not what we expected, and nothing like what the pictures provided. First of, it’s extremely hot in the entire complex, and the apartment was so run down. One of the beds was in the living room, and two single beds was almost in a closet. The AC only worked in one for the rooms and the rest was really rusty. We also had like 3 universal ac remotes that didn’t work. We had to call the reception and when he came up he didn’t even know which remote to use. The bathroom was super dirty, and I’m glad this was only for one stay.

The worst part about this whole stay was the fact that we had to wait up to 20 minutes for the elevator to arrive, because it would not stop in our floor and if it did, it would already be full.

The location was also not so convenient.

청결에 좀더 세심한 신경써주시기를

회사에서 운영하는 방이라 그런지 청소상태보고 기겁했어요.
일단 욕실은 물때가 잔뜩 껴있고,
개미들이 그릇이며, 침대위까지 있어서
소름끼치고 스트레스였어요.
또 아이가 쇼파에 앉았는데
뾰족한게 찔린다해서 꺼내보니
쇼파사이에 드라이버랑 그 전에 투숙객들이 신었을 양말이 있어서 기분이 나빴습니다.
수영장이나 부대시설은 좋았으나 청결이나 위생상태는 정말 별로였습니다

期待以上で良かったです。プールも大きいです。上からの景色も素晴らしいです。エレベーターが暑くて遅いのは少し気になりました。whatsupで問い合わせると返事もすぐにいただけて助かりました。下にスーパーやコンビニもあり、数週間の滞在に便利でした。

チェックインしようとしたら、まだ部屋の準備ができていないと言われ、出来次第連絡するといわれて連絡なし。電話も繋がらないため仕方なくフロントに行って聞いてみると｢忘れてました｣と謝罪もなし。3時間も外で待つ羽目になったというと｢忙しいから〜｣と一蹴。
翌日はカードキーの不具合で部屋に入れずフロントも閉まっていて野宿することになり、翌朝聞くと謝罪もなし。駐車場の警備員以外最悪の対応でした。このホテルを選んだことを非常に後悔しました。

もうゴメンです。

洗面所に歯磨きうがい用のコップが無い。
洗面所でドライヤーの為のコンセントが無い。
焦げついた小さな鍋と酷く重たいフライパンの２つだけ。
前回の使った後の流しのゴミクズ。
マグはあるが、コップが無い。
泡立たないシャンプーとボディジェル。
TVと洗濯機の取説が無い。
一晩だけなので、我慢しました。
フロントは親切でした。

It has a bit of a view (in some rooms), decent pool (open when it is not raining?!) and gym. It is a decent place for a good price. In my case specifically, I am very afraid of heights yet the balcony to the washing machine is wide open, down all the way. One aircon didn't work and my dryer did not work properly but your mileage may vary.
