Reasonable price and good location. The hotel is the front of Pudu bus station to easy get the airport bus. The first night, my room is 714 which was OK, but the second night, changed to the room 1204. The room 1204 has a lot of tiny ants around the bathroom basin and a little bit on the desk, also tiny flies flew around the desk.

This hotel is in the RED LIGHT DISTRICT area beware prior to booking!!!! My friend and I did not do our research on the area and booked this place for our grab driver to warn us to be careful as we are in red light district. Right when we arrived at the hotel and got out the car there were two men on the side walk glaring at my friend they seemed not sober so we felt extremely unsafe that we got back in the car and asked the grab driver to take us to another hotel.

Nice and clean hotel. Location is very good, Pudu Sentral bus station is in front of you, it is easy to take bus from and to airport, Genting and other places. Train station (brown and orange line) is next to bus station. If you miss chinese food, China town is walkable around 10 minute.. Moreover convenience store , 7-11, KK are next to hotel.

Second time here ,this time not as good as the first time,i recommends total 3 family to stay here,one toilet choke n aircon very noisy and another one the room not clean cos got used towel in inside cupboard n used soap inside bathroom,no toothbrush n toilet paper.

Nice adequate sized room with view. Only 3 tv stations at best. Well stocked bathroom with glassed in shower. Bed was somewhat hard. Refrigerator and safe in the room. Lovation was great to get many places by foot. Traffic on the front busy main road made using the car somewhat uncomfortable. Would stay here again. No restaurant but eateries nearby.

This is our 2nd time stay because we were pleased with the 1st time stay. However we did not enjoy the same this time. The shower drainage problem and poor cleanness were making us a bit unpleasant stayed. If they improve these areas, this place would be a great stay. It closes to a lot of places within 15 to 20 mins . Also, across street is a bus station where you can go to out of town places.

A Good Place for Relaxation and Rest

We find the hotel room very clean however the air-con in the bathroom is rather noisy. We like the ambience at this hotel as it has a tranquil atmosphere. The only unsatisfactory point about this hotel is the high temperature of the water in the hot pool. The water is so hot that everyone who tried to dip into the pool find it too hot and as a result, this pool is almost un-used by most of the hotel guests. May I suggest that your hotel lower the temperature of the water in this pool by 3 to 4 degrees? Another point that I would like to point out is that although there are signs at this indoor pool that says only guests above 16 years old are allowed into this place, we see many young children who are 5 to 10 years of age playing in the other 2 pools are has warm water.

This is the very first hotel where 10ringgit was deducted from my deposit for a promegranate fruit stain from the fruit cup accidentally opening in my bag without my knowledge, so travellers beware! All the night staff are friendlier and more approachable.

Room needs better maintenace. Staff members are nice and helpful. Breakfast is adequate, but better bring your own favorite coffee mix and be happy with hot dog sausages daily. Hotel location is very convenient, walkable to Chinatown, Little India, LRT station across street, airport shuttle bus stops at Pudu Sentral Station which is about 5 min walk to hotel. Many eateries around.

ALERT do not use the ATM near the hotel.

Location was perfect central to most sites.

That’s about it. Had a bad experience unrelated to the place at the 7 11 close to the hotel. (Do NOT use that ATM). Pretty much clouded my whole experience in KL.

Lovely clean hotel, always someone around to help you. Was an issue with on of the lifts however, which ment there was only one working for the full hotel. When asked if we could use the stairs, we where told they where locked. So make sure your not in a rush go anyway

Hotel was comfortable and nice but the guard who watched over the car park at car park payment area was rude towards me.eventhough we forgot to ask for a receipt doesn't mean he has to be rude to me on Saturday in the morning, even the receptionist was very kind toward me as we told them that i forgot to ask for the receipt for guest hotel parking.that was absolutely disappointed.a well mannered would be nice since Hotel Transit is the best hotel yet the ratings are quite good in KL.

Fair and beware ! Lift Broken and extra charges !

Location was good and convenient. Lift was broken throughout the stay which is inconvenient. Check-in is crowded with tour groups especially in the evening.

Was charged the newly implemented TAX (SST) although I booked during the no-SST period. They deducted it from the deposit. Which is a shame to be honest. Guests price displayed at website should have been final price and not negotiable !!!

Did not want to pursue and argue as I have a plane to catch.

Convenient, Comfortable and Commendable Service.

A very clean and nice hotel located conveniently within walking distance to the Plaza Rakyat LRT station. Our Superior Twin room is spacious and has the basic amenities; coffee and tea making facilities, hairdryer, shower gel, towels and toothbrushes. The free wifi has a good speed. The friendly and warm hospitality of the staff from security, front desk and housekeeping is always ready to help with a smile. We decided to extend another night stay here. If you are in Kuala Lumpur and looking for a good value hotel, consider Hotel Transit in Pudu. Mini Marts and local restaurants are in the vicinity.

I've stayed in this hotel a few times before. And it was better before. This time aircon was extremelly noisy, room wasn't clean enough. There were no shampoo or shower gel (even tho I've changed the room after two nights, shampoo bottle was empty in the second room as well). Shower head was half-broken in both rooms.

Staff is quite nice and location is great tho. But you can find a cheaper options nearby for the same quality.

WiFi wasn't great either.

Hotel is in a great location, close to the modern shopping district and close to china town and old Central Market. Breakfast is limited in option and variety but its there to be had. We had a twin single room, it was a good size for 2 people. The hotel is modern enough but if you look closely you can see where painting and tiling may have been rushed. I stayed for 6 nights and believe my bedding was changed once, room and hotel does need a deep clean, I'm not convinced that room service actually clean the room. You have to pay tourist tax and a deposit on arrival, you get the deposit back when you check out. In all, my stay was comfortable, I was comfortable, I would recommend and I would stay again.

This hotel is opposite the Pudu bus station and short walking distance to Plaza Rakyat train station. Good value for the amount that we paid and free buffet breakfast was included.
The staff were really helpful in helping to get a taxi early in the morning and packing breakfast for us (early flight). We really appreciate that.
Would recommend it for the location but not if you are looking for luxurious accommodation.

Thanks for the receptionist who let me print my documents to their computer!
Nice view and pretty much close to everything.. Walking distance to KL Tower, one cab away to KL Sentral. Walking distance to Chinatown!!! Free tourist buses pass by the area also. Internet is fast on mobiles, but not on laptops.

Hotel staff were fantastic. Allowed us to check in early and remembered my name (we were only there for one night!). The location is good, close to train station however nothing much in the immediate vicinity. Jalan Alor (food street) is a walkable distance, and so is China town and Central Market - just be prepared for the heat. The room itself is small but does its job. Beds are nice and comfy.

Yes....got exactly what was promised by hotels.com after arrival. Almost could touch KL tower outside our window ha! ha!!. Brilliant for first timers! Room and front desk service very accommodating! However breakfast juice quality not good at all. Not one complaint about room quality. Front desk staff \" Mala \" very vey helpful and courteous. Overall good experience. Hotels.com online staff also very helpful. Great job!

Fine but for one very annoying thing

Everything was fine for the 4 days of my stay and staff were very friendly, helpful. But the punitive fee for losing my plastic magnetic keycard in the taxi was 50 MYR.

On top that, I travelled with my partner and they only way for them to issue a second key card was to leave a 50 MYR deposit.

I understand the desire to discourage people being careless with keys, but 50 MYR is ridiculous.
