Room may be small, but it is comfortable enough for me to stay.

The hotel is in a strategic location too where everywhere is within walkable distance. Great recommendation for solo travellers.

Location is Fantastic. Get the single room if solo travel. Sharing bathrooms may not be for everyone. No elevator so you may carry heavy luggage up 4 flights. Staff is very helpful and nice.

Within 2-3 minutes to Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, Hindu Temple, Chinatown and night activities, Maxwell hawker ctr, Subway, taxi. Food scene is great for explorers.

Thie was an excellent location. I rented ine of the small capsule private rooms. While it was certainly very small, I didnt spend much time there anyways and it was perfect for sleeping and storing my things. Would definitely recommend.

Did not look anything like the picture that was there. Three person room that didn't even have enough space to open one full size suitcase easily. Miserable living experience, highly claustrophobic.

Best location you can ask for. Right by Chinatown markets, Maxwell food centre and close to chinatown complex. Shared bathroom and showers but all very well cleaned and ventilated. Modern place, safe. Room is very small, but if you're travelling to explore the city and going back to hotel to sleep, works great. Only complaints are mild unpleasant smell from corner of room.

Location is good. Staff lent us two umbrellas, which is very helpful. Don’t see staff most of time. No slippers, no napkins in the room. Room is very small, bed is very low and not much overhead space. Black glass everywhere, not sure if it’s double side mirrors. Coffee machine doesn’t work. No suger for coffee.

Good concept but Chinatown property seems to have a damp problem. I had to change my iniitial room but the second room was only slightly better. Sheets and towels were clean and the room was a decent size for the price.The staff that are only accessible through online chat are fast and polite. They just need to sort the damp.

Great location and had stayed before, but this time I had an absolute nightmare trying to check-in and access my room!
I must have mistakenly selected the room with no windows - that’s not my preference.
Had further issues trying to re-enter my room .
I left 1 day early!

Unsafe. Surprised that it gets approved in SIN. Last booking with ST Signature Group. Too high tech with room for errors on locked out at bathroom and rooms with no options of recourse. Shared kitchen bathroom unclean

This was the filthiest hotel I have been so far. Room was dirty, with brown spots on the wall, and was full of dust.
In the “kitchen” - which technically was not a proper one, rather a tea bar” - had arachnids around the counter top, kitchen hob and microwave.

Moreover, there’s no one that could assist you. Everything - from check-in to checkout - is done through an app. Funny enough you need to contact someone to get the app code to login, and the only way to do so it’s to send a WhatsApp message to them. They won’t answer phone calls, and WhatsApp response time takes at least 30 minutes.

Please avoid this place at any cost. See pictures

Solid place to stay

Service amazing. I forgot to bring my power adapter for Singapore and upon check in they found me one to use for my entire stay. Above and beyond for customer service.
A bit more attention to detail for room cleaning would be good (dust around sides and corners of room which could easily be cleaned). Bathrooms clean, water and coffee and kitchen available. Smart little place in good location. I would return.

This hotel is very well situated inside Chinatown, and I appreciated the easy access to it. It was very inexpensive too. Now, the AC in my room smelled very funky, and the carpet had many moldy stains. The restrooms was only cleaned once a day. So considering that they were shared restrooms, most of the time they were dirty. I think it is good bang for your buck, but it is not without its drawbacks.

While the place was clean and staff were friendly and helpful, management never replied to my initial email after I’d booked a room asking to have bed on a lower level. I paid extra to have a room with a window; however, accessing the bed via very high narrow modular stairs was an H&S issue. It made my stay very unpleasant as it was too hard to climb up and down as often as I would have like to.
Despite instructions, checking in and unlocking my room was also a stressful logistical nightmare. It was, overall, a disappointing experience.

Property was clean and in a great location. However, charged for a single room with en-suite and upon arrival was informed that no rooms in the hotel were en-suite. Shared male/female bathroom, which was on the next floor up and the other side of the building. Check-in app didn't work, luckily member of staff was present. Hotel reception not manned.

During the night, when I went out to a corridor to go toilets, there was very strong cigarette smell . As a non-smoker, I would like to request the hotel management to give warnings to visitors who smoke (maybe) in the room.
Aside from above, it was present stay so far.

ST Signature Chinatown is located directly across the street from the Chinatown Food Market - perfect if you're a foodie and want to get the most out of cheap, local cuisine! Chinatown itself is quite central in Singapore, which allowed me to travel easily to the various destinations I wanted to visit! The capsule rooms are clean and cosy, and the bathrooms provide everything you need. In addition, rooms and the bathrooms are cleaned daily.
There was virtually no interaction with staff since the property does self check-in. That said, I had a problem loading the check-in page on my browser, but luckily ST Signature has a tablet in their lobby from which I could Skype a staff member who happily checked me in to my room. She was very kind and professional!
Overall, this is a perfect home-base for a solo traveller or travel partners who prefer their privacy (although I think there may be double-bed options?). I was much impressed and will definitely consider booking here when I return! Thank you!

Staff were great. As with most places in Singapore, the room was small but the space was used well with plenty of storage.
While it isn't in a remarkable area, there are plenty of facilities and transport in easy walking distance.

The location is great, you can take mrt. from airport and get out at Chinatown station, it’s cost only1.95 SGD. Many tourist spots are just in 10 mins walk such as, Sri Mariamman Temple/ The Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum/ Chinatown food street/ etc. A small 7-eleven just opposite to the place.

The hotel is perfect for a solo light traveller. The place has no elevator, but the room is nice and clean. Self check-in process is a little bit difficult and may cause trouble for any one that don't read the instruction clearly.

Horrible place, dirty and unfriendly to help when arrived. Long trip arrived to hotel, just to hear that my already paid room has been given away. Didn’t get help to solve the problem. Place anyway looked dirty and uncomfortable. Won’t recommend to anyone.

Overall good value for money but the checkin proces is not good. You have to check in via an app, but it ask for you \"reservation number\" which is not your hotels.com reservation number, so you cannot check in without calling their support....not very smart.

Great Location

This hotel is mostly unattended and you have to checking using its mobile app. Everything is similar to the pictures except lightly worn. Everything is clean enough including the shared bath and toilet.
Location is great next to Maxwell MRT station. Eateries and bars options are plenty.
